In the month of January, myself and my friends stayed at the luxurious Sudima Hotel located in Auckland city. We had a warm welcome by the staff at the reception and each and everyone of them were happy to help in anyway possible. We were shown to our room by a kind hearted staff member on the 6th floor and WOW what an amazing view it had of the harbour bridge along with the city buildings. As for the room, it was very modern and well set up. The bathroom was perfect with ammenities provided. The beds were extra comfortable and the tv had a wide range of movies to select from. Whilst we were enjoying the view from the window, we were surprised with a welcome hamper consisting of vegan friendly snacks, refreshing coconut water along with skincare items such as face masks, shower bombs and sleep balms. This was a very thoughtful surprise and indeed we enjoyed it. We had a free breakfast at the East eats restaurant with a range of food to select from and it was amazing. All the food is vegan friendly and very delicious. The lobby has a lot of seating for anyone to enjoy. The beautiful architecture catches ones eye. Very modernised and unique in its own way. Definitely a place to stay! We would like to say a big Thank you to all the staff that helped us have a wonderful stay at the hotel. We definitely will be back. Nice clean and comfortable room, reception staff courteous and helpful. Couple of blocks from Skycity, hotel parking limited, suggest you book ahead, able to park on street over the weekend. No breakfast options nearby on the weekend and dinner options limited, but highly recommend the Palm Cafe next door.

Because I registered for the 2-day group and need to gather at the Sky Tower early in the morning, I chose this relatively cost-effective one as a transit. First, the location is really good, and then the staff are also very enthusiastic; second, the room is very small and very small. It’s a 28-inch box or more. I’m not sure if I can lay it out flat. The other is that the hotel is very old and has a sense of age. Finally, if it is only used as a transit and can accept old facilities, you can choose, because 500 yuan a night The price/performance ratio is really high. I ordered 2k for the Crowne Plaza a hundred meters away.

Booked a suite for 7 people, with a double bed and a single bed in the two rooms and a sofa bed in the other. The location of the hotel is close to the airport, there is an airport shuttle bus, there is McDonald's nearby, and it is convenient to go there when it is late.

Fantastic place, extremely clean and tidy. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It had everything you need in a kitchen to make the basics - though we just made a cheese etc platter and then had a few glasses of wine. TV in both the lounge and the bedroom. I was able to arrange early check-in, I just phoned ahead on the day to make sure it was still okay. Very quiet. Such a great location; a home away from home really. Will 100% be back!

Having to come to Auckland after the sudden death of my father we were pleased to be able to book our first night at the Quest, but disappointed we couldn’t stay for the duration of our visit. Again superb service on arrival which was again surpassed after lunch. Arriving back at the hotel , Atek the duty manager advised us that due to a cancellation and changes made by the staff we could in fact stay at the Quest for our time here. Atek your empathy, efficiency and caring made a difficult situation so much better. The Quest Hotel is indeed fortunate to have you as an employee and you will always be remembered by us for your caring and genuine understanding. The word has been spread around my family and friends. Well done Atek and the Quest. Again nothing but superb service and accommodation. Thank you. Mike and Kay Legge. May 09 2022.
