Room is spacious with good view. A complimentary bottled water with electric kettle and coffee. Safety deposit box is also available inside the room. Bed is comfortable. Hotel is senior citizen/pwd friendly because they have elevator inside the hotel. A bit far from the city proper so it's suppose to be quiet but ongoing construction will wake you up in the morning aside from the smell of cigarette though we are supposed to be on the "No Smoking" room, you can still smell the cigarette inside the room.

Very good hotel, probably the first few hotels in the local area, as always clean and tidy, the lobby is beautiful, Christmas preparations are being prepared, the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, everything is great, and there is massage 600p, the next day Check out and see the IELTS test going downstairs. I forgot to take a picture of the room, which is the same as any other holiday hotel.

1. Cleanliness/Rooms: My number one priority in hotels is the cleanliness. This hotel was very clean! The bed and linens were so crisp and felt so comfortable, we all slept like babies! I think we were in a basic economy room, but the room was large enough for 3 adults. The rooms offer a small safe deposit box, small refrigerator with some beverages and snacks (with additional cost). We are heavy sleepers so we did not hear anything from the neighboring rooms. Wifi worked great in our room. There was enough outlets for charging electronic devices. Air conditioning worked fine. After staying for 3 nights, i feel that there could be maybe 2 improvements to the room. The major one being the bathroom shower. I’m not sure if we were the only ones with this issue. There is a small glass partition that is supposed to separate the shower and toilet. But the partition does not completely block the water from leaking out into the bathroom floor. We were told that the bathroom door should be open to help prevent the water from seeping out. Doing this did not help much and we were having to constantly put towels on the floor so it did not flood. I also wished that there was an extra mirror in the room. The only mirror available was in the bathroom and the lighting was a little dim. With 3 or more people in the room, this could make getting ready a little longer. 2. Hotel Grounds/Amenities/hotel staff: If you are driving, they have some parking spaces in the front as well as underground parking. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, the wall of flowers immediately caught my eye! as I was checking the hotel out, it got cuter and cuter! In the words used in social media, it is an “instagram worthy” hotel. They have a small store selling local goods and some beverages. There is also a dimsum restaurant inside the hotel that offers dimsum happy hours. It is quite popular and the food is decent. What caught my attention was the puto bumbong/bibingka stall outside the hotel. This was such a nice addition to have to the hotel and gives it the added “filipino” touch. Breakfast buffet is included in the rate. The menu changes daily and offers a variety of items including an omelette and pancake station. If you’ve read reviews prior to this one, please know that they do have butter and syrup for the pancakes! LOL Check in/out was really easy. If the rooms are available, they will let you do an early check in and if you still feel like exploring after check out, they can hold your luggage for you. Our experience with the staff was nothing short of amazing! They really try to accommodate to you and make your visit worthwhile. Also, check out the view on the top floor balcony! 3. Location: if you’re arriving via bus, it is about a 10 minute taxi ride from the victory liner bus depot or the genesis bus depot, all depending on how the traffic is. We utilized taxis throughout our Baguio trip and depending on what you wanted to visit, it was 10-15 minu

There are a couple of rooms with wheelchair-accessible CR but they don't automatically assign it to you, you need to request for it short of demand even it they see you during check in that you are on a wheelchair. Front desk personnel and other staff are nice but it would be better if they can be more active in offering the best things in the house. Burger and Lasagna are good. The bar has thematic music. No ramp from outside to the lobby, have to go 1 level below the lobby and take the elevator. There was power interruption when I was there and I can not go to my room on the 5th floor. The male staff are nice enough 4 of them to help in going up to stairs. Resto, stores are near the hotel. The back view of the hotel resto is great except for that shopping mall. There is a designated smoking area.

A-hotel provided what I've been looking for a hotel. 1. CLEAN ROOM. We arrived so tired due to long drive but when we arrived at the hotel, I was impressed by how clean it was. They'd also ask if you'd want to clean up your room everyday. 2. GREAT LOCATION. This was the main reason I chose A-hotel because it is located in the heart of Baguio city. Walking distance from Burnham park, SM City Baguio, Pasalubong center, Night Market and many restos. You dont have to spend taxi fare for most of your trips. And what made me love this hotel is their HOSPITALITY. The staff were so nice and courteous. From the security guard who helped us w/ our luggage to receptionist, to cleaning staff and dining staff. They make you feel you're home and welcome. You get the value for your money. Will definitely come back this summer.

We made the right choice to stay at this hotel. There are so many accomodations booming around Baguio but this particular hotel is nothing but EXCELLENT. We came from Manila-Banaue Rice Terraces-Sagada - Baguio- Manila. The location of this hotel is very convenient and accessible. Just a few steps and your already on Session Road or SM Mall. You can buy whatever you need from Food to eat, Convenience Stores or Just stroll around the city. This is the best place to stay. No need to go around and bring your car. All you have to do is just walk and enjoy the cool breeze of Baguio. Also, I had the best sleep because their beds are so comfortable and it smells good too. I came from a very intensive roadtrip experiencing a 4 hour zigzag road and sleeping on this hotel gave me the comfort that I needed. Staffs are very attentive and friendly very smooth and fast check-in. In the morning, Breakfast selections are the best and they have the best Kalinga Coffee ever. I seriously recommend it to those coffee lovers out there. This hotel made our Anniversary very special.

My family checked in to this hotel last March 30, 2019. We arrived around 7pm and started sorting our rooms out since we were so tired from our flight, by the way we flew from Cebu to Manila and went straight to Baguio. Upon check in, there were a corporate event happening in the dining. We did not mind the event, all we wanted to do is to go to our rooms and have a rest. Unfortunately, all of the guests from the event were also checked in into the same hotel and some had same floor as us while the others were upstairs. At around 10pm, the guests were started drinking outside their rooms which was just next to our room and started screaming and yelling with each other. I called the reception about the noise however, the following night, it was a repeat of that unfavourable situation from the other night, the guests from that event were drinking outside our room and this time, they were running, screaming, yelling and swearing. It was very inappropriate as we had 5 kids with us who can hear those filthy words. Again, I complained to the reception and checked out in the hotel. This hotel is not family friendly at all. It looked good on the pictures and website, which I was deceived but not good to stay with, especially for a family holiday. I would not recommend this hotel at all. We also had some horror experience which was tolerable on top of those bad ones. Overall, bad experience, the management did not properly handled the situation. It was horrible! I travelled around Philippines and overseas and i have never experienced like this before!

So here is one homey and really cozy place I recommend called Old Orangewood Bed and Breakfast. Yes, it is an old house (one that is post WW2 I suppose) that is given a new look. And yes, it is an orange one. A hue that matches the entire vibe of this simple and laid-back home. This once abode of a group of diverse Baguio foreigners now caters the growing population of Baguio tourists, travelers, backpackers, and even local who want to do a staycation in their own city. The house features old wood and stone pillars and which I like. I really have a soft spot for anything wooden. Since it is located at the backroads of Baguio’s main thoroughfare, it is spared from terrible traffic. Nonetheless, it is still within walking distance to the central business district and a jeepney away from most popular Baguio sites. It has 11 rooms of different sizes. Interesting to note that each room is named after famed landmarks and tourist attractions in the Cordillera (primarily in Baguio). Moreso, each of which has a distinct “personality”. The color of the room, the bed sheets and pillows, mural artworks by artist Kelly Ramos, and even some hand-crafted decors make each room unique. And did I mention that they also have a special playhouse for toddlers and young children that are just beside their café? Perfect while you have your coffee and at the same time, watching over your young. During my 2 night staycation here, I had the Mount Pulag room. I just love everything about it. It’s the topmost room so I get a beautiful view of the sunset during late afternoon, and some nightscape after sundown. They do have a wi-fi. All rooms are inclusive of a daily breakfast, per person. It has a resident café called Hotcat Café where breakfast is served. Well, you can also opt to eat at their newly created dining area found at the back of the house. (By the way, if you intend to bring with you a private vehicle, they do have some parking space but let Sir Nic know about it in advance).

Great hotel for those looking for a good night sleep, yet still near the necessities. Been here 3x because it's the only hotel that can accommodate our group size on last minute booking, that is affordable, still looks new inside & out, with parking, and with a resto/cafe. Rooms are clean, with expected basic amenities (towels, toiletries, hair dryer, etc). Anything else you need is a call away. Staff are courteous & dependable. Hotel is tucked near Legarda area but walkable enough to restos and Burnham park. Did I mention that I love their cafe Quoted and the heavenly smell of freshly baked bread from their oven? Only con I've observed is that the bathroom tiles tend to dry up very slowly and can sometimes be slippery if you are wearing their disposable slippers. They provide a bathroom rug though so this is not a major issue.

This hotel went over and beyond my expectations. The facade is very elegant, furnitures at the lobby give you a classic Filipino feel, the restaurant gives you a spectacular view and the computer room is readily available should you need to use one. The hotel gives off a cozy feeling--a home away from home. It made me feel that I'm living in a huge house so it's just about right to say that it's like a dream come true. Room - We were privileged to have stayed in the Penthouse. It is so spacious, beautiful and clean. It has all the essentials you will need either for short or long-stay. It also gives you a spectacular view of the city. It has floor-to-ceiling glass windows that allow sunlight to come in. But these are also equipped with blinds should you prefer a private setup. Food - They offer quite a wide variety of menu for breakfast. Every item is a good choice. One of the owner's suggestion was the Vigan longganisa. I didn't regret following it! He also suggested that we try their sisig which is what we ordered for dinner through Room Service. And it, by far, is the best sisig that I have tasted. My mom, who is a health-buff and not a fan of pork, indulged and set aside her diet after tasting it! Service - IMPECCABLE! This is the first and only hotel where I witnessed the owner himself serve the guests--gets their orders, serves their food & drinks and then really get to know each of them. I was surprised that when we were about to go out, the Front Desk staff handed us a list of places and restaurants that we could visit which was personally handwritten by the owner. He also was too kind to give us a tour on our second and third days. Being a hotelier for 7 years, i have learned a lot from Mr. FD. I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel every time I will visit Baguio. You will never go wrong with, NYC Manhattan Suites. Service -

We stayed at room 511. We requested for slippers and it was immediately given. Pillows have some hairs as if it's not changed. We had hard time turning on the tv. We need to very long press the on/off button in order to function, sometimes it won't function at all. Place is pretty decent. We rented the room for 12 days but we stayed for 8 days bec. we need to go to our province as unplanned. Two plastic bottles of water, 1 sachet of shampoo and 1 small bathsoap and 1 tissue was given. I requested for another 2 plastic bottles of water and tissue the other day and they gave it. If I will not request they will not issue anything, which means for the duration of 12 days, only the above mentioned will be given only once. No electric kettle but they have water dispenser on the 3rd floor hotel reception. Location is good bec. it's in the baguio central district.

My title for this takes into account what the asking price for a night's stay is. Let's get some things out of the way first. The room has no airconditioning and you are only provided with a stand fan. Your stay is not provided with one bottle water per person during the stay. There isn't really anything you could do as with a 'hotel'. So no pool, game center, gym or anything of the sort. Now that it's out of the way. Let's go on to what it does have at the price. We booked two (2) rooms for 4 PAX each room (Group of 8). When we arrived, we weren't really sure what to expect, luckily there was space in from of the building we could park our cars (we brought 2). An elderly gentleman approached us (we assume he was the owner, if not then maybe the manager) to ask if we were the group he was expecting. Upon confirming, he told us we could park inside the building (something we didn't know we could do) and it was a pleasant surprise. For the parking inside the building, I would assume based on the size, it could fit five (5) SUVs or AUVs comfortably, but the car nearest the gate would be blocking the other cars in this scenario if it is fully packed. Once we were parked, he closed the gate and we proceeded upstairs to checkin. For each room, we got 1 room key and 1 RFID card. The RFID was for the main door lock so that it would allow entrance into the building. For the price, I didn't honestly expect that type of consideration for not only the building's security, but also the guests. So it was a pleasant surprise. When we got to our rooms, they were clean, and had their own toilet and bath. It had it's own kitchenette that came with 4 plates, 4 teacups and saucers, 4 glasses, and 4 sets of utensils, an electric cooktop should you think about cooking instead of buying your food and a miniref. The staff, especially the manager/owner, was very approachable and accommodating (within reason of course). If you are travelling on a budget but want your stay to be a pleasant one (and are not looking to stay in your hotel during the day), I highly recommend this place, be it as a group of friends or family. It is not far from a major road, so access to an ATM and Fastfood is not an issue (with the exception if there is heavy rainfall, but the places are within walking distance - about 2 blocks away by my guess-timate).

Excellent location, very near to a lot of tourist site. friendly staff. Amazing room, spacious and comfortable. There's also a nearby supermarket which made it more convenient. It's inexpensive. For the price that we paid, we had clean rooms with very basic amenities. The staff were cordial and helpful, although the service is a tad slow. We pre-ordered our dinner to be ready by 7:30 but got served at 8:15. In fairness, the poor timing is compensated by how good the food tasted. Special mention on the karekare and beef steak as well as the spicy hot sisig. Location wise, it is a 15 minute drive to Camp John Hay on good traffic. If traffic is bad, going to the usual tourist spots will take much longer. If inexpensive but decent enough is what you're looking for, this inn would be okay.

For it's price, which we got for about approx. 1.4k /night from a booking app, it's definitely okay. Although I noticed a few not-so-cool features. let's talk about the good parts first. The hotel is accessible to almost everything - food houses, places to visit, terminal, etc. It is situated at the center of the city, just across Burnham Park. It has an elevator, even if it's just 4- storeys, not including the basement for parking. The staff are friendly. They offer early check-in and mate check-out for 50% of the room rate. It's just beside a bank and an ATM and a Lebanese resto (definitely must-try). The rooms are well-lighted, have huge mirror, flat-screen TV with cable, and a modern air conditioner (not the type where you need to put a hole in the wall). The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. We stayed for a standard room with a queen bed and an extra single bed. They have clean sheets and there's complimentary water along the hall way (water dispenser--unli water). The rest room is pretty decent. Now let's talk about the things they can improve more on: water pressure -- you have to hold the flush a bit longer or it won't flush at all. The ceiling in the restroom is stained (dark spots I guess because of lack of maintenance?). The water heater is a bit faulty, too -- it transitions from super hot to just right to cold every 30 seconds. LOL. So you have to have the right timing! I'm not sure if there are others who have experienced this as well but we did. They don't have toiletries -- just towels and shampoo and soap (no toothbrush and toothpaste). No blower. No bidet (this is the saddest part). But all in all, it's okay. I'm very particular with a hotel's comfort room, and if I were the management I will certainly devote my time and funds to improve the restrooms.

Having stayed 4th or 5th times in this hotel, Hotel VENIZ in Burnham Baguio is now my most convenient hotel visiting this summer capital city of the Philippines. This time, it was a remarkable one, although, we happened to experience mishaps when my car was bumped in the city proper. I highly appreciate Mr. del Rosario, the owner of the hotel who has extended his help by referring me to his lawyer to make documents to retrieve my driver’s license which was confiscated by the police, many thanks and highly appreciate to him for his humble assistance. I would also like to commend their 3 team members at Front desk namely Daisy (Manager) for my early checked-in, Daniela and Dale for my late extended checked-out at 12:45 pm, though it seems that they are not communicating each other if their collegue (Dale) allowed me to extend for 45 mins. I received several calls from my cellphone and also to our guestroom phone advising me that my check-out time is 12 noon, nonetheless it’s not a big issue for me which they could internally talk about it with their General Manager. The family suites is so spacious for 4 guests, and the suites is so clean and tidy. Thanks to Room Attendant Irene and Mr. Bernabe, the basement security officer who also deserves to be commended for being so helpful to extend their kind assistance. Over-all my stay in this hotel this time creates memorable experiences unlike a flawed arrival experience that I reviewed on trip advisor on my 3rd stay last Nov 2017

They never seem to amaze me in terms of their cheap room rates. They have always been our go to inn whenever we come to Baguio in a large group. Not only they have rooms for more than 6 persons, they also have a smaller one for couples and love birds out there. This is conveniently located near the market and lots of stores surround the area - from fast food, gym and spa, novelty shop and a drugstore. It even has a karaoke bar a few floors down. How convenient! Tip, book in advance for there are times they are fully booked especially during peak season.

Breakfast is OK, but every day is fixed, nothing new. The worst part of the experience is that the room is too small, and it is ok to see the picture inside the room on the Internet. It is actually very, very small, not worth the price. The room is on the 2nd floor, there is no plug inside, the phone and the computer are charged, you need to find the front desk to borrow the row! The inside of the kettle is rusty. Upgraded that night, you need to double the price, and later did not upgrade. Strongly not recommended!

I've read some of the terrible reviews for this hotel but decided to give it a shot because the price was unbelievably affordable compared to its location and photos. We were not disappointed! The place was surprisingly clean for its price. What I liked the best was that the staff were really helpful and easy to talk to whenever we had requests. Also, the place is near the usual spots we visit like Camp John Hay, Good Shepherd, and the like. I wouldn't advise staying here though if you don't have a car. However if you're bringing a car, note that there's parking but it gets filled up quickly because of the nearby "Secret Garden" cafe. You can just double park your car or return to your hotel way past dinner time to avoid the parking issue. The bathroom is clean and spacious. There's a bidet and the heater works well. The water pressure though is not as high as I would have liked. I think this is a problem though for most hotels in Baguio. I would definitely stay here again if I'm with family or friends. Maybe not for couples. But definitely for bigger groups looking for value.

Grew and raised in the City of Pines. Apparently when my parents migrated in the US and I already had my own family we moved here in Manila but Baguio will always be our Home❤️ Whenever we come home, The Forest Lodge is always our first choice. From simple milestones to special occasions, it is always our get away place. Aside of course of the superb homey ambiance & scenery, what we like most is the hospitality and kindness of the staffs. It feels like we’re always at home & glad to say, it’s nice to be home❤️ Recently, I celebrated my Birthday this week, and of course we stayed at Forest Lodge, apparently we were beside a rude guest, to the extent they’re complaining about the crying, laughters & chatters of our kids(of course there are times we can’t control the kids specially when they’re playing) however Forest Lodge see to it we’re transferred to a different room and of course we understand since they always want to give the best experience to their guests. Agyaman kami unay kakabsat, and looking forward to more memories to celebrate with you❤️

Had to pick up something in Baguio enroute to Bontoc and thus stay overnight, so took the advice of my friend and tried B&B at Station 120. Solo room is basic but clean. Only caveat is that the common T&B is on the other side but apart from that, have not much qualms. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Common Toilet & Bath is clean though the hot shower box is wonky though that's alright, I can use the cold since it's summer anyway. Walking distance from SM for errands and Session Road for dining et al. The all-day breakfast buffet on the 2nd floor is a steal at P145.

The place is a bit out of the town quiet a 3 floors its with stairs only so that will be some of the disadvantage but the rooms are so tidy nice LOFT interior it has a kitchenette I wish I had stayed longer. Visit during December coz u wont need an aircon at all. Since its an apartment so no toiletries or water be provided but should u stay for a 2-3 nights its. They served breakfast at the ground floor with filipino style breakky and organic coffee. Highly recommend if coming with a family. A couple is okay too :)
