Very close to Urayasu Station, the izakaya downstairs is very good! There are not many foreigners nearby. It is very convenient for locals to go to Disneyland to book here. It costs 2,500 yen to take a taxi directly downstairs from the hotel, or go to the bus station behind and take a bus directly to Disney Town! But maybe a bit around the bus station! The bus takes about 20 minutes in the past and 30 minutes back! very convenient! Opposite the hotel is a 24-hour food supermarket! Really buy food! The makeup store on the opposite side closes at 22 o'clock! Remember to buy daily necessities early! Downstairs is Rosen! There are Chinese clerks! The front desk of the hotel does not speak English or Chinese, try to communicate in Japanese!

I booked the day before in a sudden family hospitalization. It is located in front of the station and has a lot of shops around without any trouble with shopping and eating. The room was simple and had everything you needed. I asked the hotel to humidify before the check-in time and responded comfortably. It was good that the shower in the bathroom was an air in shower. Breakfast was a bright restaurant with a street view, and it was very delicious in the Japanese style, such as Nishikyo Yaki, tatami shrimp, and Maba tofu.

I stayed on a family trip. (Adult ３ People ＋１ Daughter aged) The hotel is very close to the station. It was really right there. The people at the front desk felt very good and very smooth at check-in. The room was clean and clean. I was a little worried about staying at the hotel in the room of ２ stage bed for the first time, but I was able to spend my time with peace of mind without worrying about falling from the bed even if my daughter turned over. It was good that the toilet and bath were separate. There was also a shoe dryer in the room, and it was good that wet shoes were dried. I want to make another opportunity to stay.

It was very easy because it was almost directly connected to the station. There are no restaurants and restaurants around, but there is a convenience store in the hotel. I'm glad that the shower room and toilet are different, but I was troubled that there was no place to put a bath towel in the shower room. Free breakfast was available from two restaurants. I chose Chinese food, but honestly, I was disappointed with the taste of ”free, so I can't help it”. Check-in and check-out are almost self-service. My room was not at all concerned about the sound of the train. I booked the day in a hurry, so I didn't have time to search a lot. I chose it at a price close to the station, but these two are clear hotels.

The hotel is right next to Ruijiang River on Shinjuku Line. The traffic is very convenient. The room space is OK, but the pillow is difficult to sleep. The first night I slept well with my pillow. The last 3 nights were sleepable with my own clothes. The faucet in the bathroom was old-fashioned. The hot and cold water had to be adjusted separately. But the water is not too small or too cold or too hot, a whole super difficult to use, bathing can be said to be a terrible thing, also because the water is difficult to adjust the relationship, if you want to put water in the bathtub, water will be put for a long time, will not consider living later.

Good price, near to Disneyland. Provide shuttle bus every 10 mins to and from Disdneyland. Ideal for those visiting Disdneyland. The hotel lobby is on 2nd floor. It has a lounge that provides free bear, drinks and snacks from 11am to 11pm. Guest are to collect toiletries from a room nearby to reception, there are plenty of toiletries items, guests can select what they need. There is a Lawson on hotel 2nd floor. The hotel is connected to train station and a shopping mall with a number of eateries.

Directly connected to Shin-Urayasu Station, you can go without getting wet in the rain. The parking lot is 2,500 yen per night. There is also a free bus from Disney, but it is easy to get on one station by JR. I stayed in the water mirror. The explanation of the premium floor is omitted because others are doing it. From the windows on the upper floors, I could see the cityscape of Urayasu, the train view of the Keiyo Line nearby, the Disney Resort in the distance, the Ferris wheel of Kasai Rinkai Park, and the cargo ship of Tokyo Bay. I could see fireworks at night. The room is well cleaned and the bathtub and washroom are large and comfortable. There is WiFi, but the desk is narrow and not suitable for teleworking. However, there are various types of rooms, so I would like to try other rooms. Check-out is at 12 o'clock and you can relax in the morning.

As the name suggests, there are only 4 floors to this. It's a small, quaint, cuteish hotel that features many bunk beds to save space, and while there were a few head bumps and bruises the hotel served us well. It's 4 stops to Maihama Station (and in turn Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea), though it serves those with a Suica best because I had to keep finding coins. There are restaurants and Lawson's nearby, and it's pretty convenient. Only issue was the space, but otherwise served us well.

I know this area very well as I lived there for years with my Japanese wife and had to return to Japan for the sale of a property so thought it would be good to stay here for 8 days as the location was good for what we were doing. So let's be positive and get the good bits out of the way first. The location is very convenient as it is a one minute walk from Ichikawa Station and from there you can take a train directly to Narita Airport (85 minutes) or into the centre of Tokyo (30 minutes). It is not in the centre of Tokyo but Ichikawa is a busy area with everything you will need for your stay, lots of shops, banks, supermarkets, convenience stores, a short walk from temples; I certainly recommend a walk to Shimosa-Nakayama and the temple there which is not touristy at all. The chamber maids are friendly and do an excellent job of keeping the rooms of this old wreck in good condition. I didn't hang the 'Clean my room' notice on my door each day but they did it anyway and the sheets and towels (small towels) were clean, bed comfortable and bathroom very clean. I left my laptop out when I wasn't there and didn't feel uneasy about it. In each corridor is a shelf of all the toiletry items you may need, razors, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner etc etc. It is all free and can be taken for use in your room. There are also drink vending machines, including beer which I think is on the 8th floor. At night the hotel is very quiet, you can't hear the traffic below unless you open the windows but it is very near Route 14, a police station, a fire station and an ambulance station so you may hear sirens but not normal traffic or other guests. There is a very cheap laundry 'room' on the 8th floor with shelves of (Japanese) books for you to read while you wait for your washing. There is also meant to be free coffee on this floor but I just saw a sign saying it wasn't available that day (every day). OK, niceties over. The reception is on the 6th floor but you won't know this unless you read Japanese as the building is shared with other businesses. There are two entrances and the nearest to the station is harder to find but more convenient. You need to come out of Ichikawa station ticket wickets and turn right down the steps. You will see Mizuho bank and Daily Yamazaki in front to the right. Walk towards them and turn right along the street past the KFC. Go straight up the pedestrian street on your left at the little crossroads until you see the Veloce coffee shop on your right. Go up the steps by the right side of the coffee shop and you enter a lobby. Take the glass doors in front of you but slightly on the left and follow the corridor around to another lobby. Take the lift to the 6th floor for a unique greeting. You could also come out of the station and walk straight ahead to the main road, turn right about 50 metres and the entrance is clearly marked but it's a longer walk. It was like Toyoko Inn. I was very satisfied. Although the breakfast variety was small, it was sufficient for a simple meal, and the location was ambiguous, but there was a shuttle, so it was not inconvenient, and a 7-Eleven was 5 minutes away. Note that it is a hostess rather than a hotel. The bed is ２ stage of the lower double plus upper single. Up to ３ names can be stayed. ２ person sofa, table, desk & chair. Wifi complete. Unit bus & toilet. The refrigerator is shared on the floor. There is no meal, but you can borrow a 1F kitchen and cook it yourself. There is a free drink service. There is no TV, and it is an alternative projector + subsqueeze viewing environment. You can also watch your own video by connecting the smartphone. Amenities feel like charging the necessary amount. Toothbrush set, razor, body towel, solid soap, shampoo & rinse can be bought. The bath towel is borrowed at 200 yen. It is returned from the hygiene side in ２ days. Shampoo rinse body soap set is also available for bottles.
