Repeat stay and go to hotel when I need a staycation. Got a room that faces the pool but if one needs quiet, it’s better to upgrade to a higher floor as pool can get rowdy with kids screaming. But night time when the pool is closed it’s quiet. Love how the housekeeping staff help to clean up the room daily and even when the sink is clogged, she helped to unclog it and all good for use again. Only downside is the windows are quite dirty from the outside, wish it’s cleaned to get a clearer view of the outside.

Excellent stay, I enjoyed the wide variety of food at the breakfast buffet. We were here 5 nights and everything was enjoyable except on check-in and first breakfast, two different staff greeted my male companion ”hello sir” and didn't acknowledge me although we were right beside each other? Thought this was unacceptable especially given that the booking was under my name and that I was paying! Subsequently this did not happen but it did leave a bad impression. I hope the team can take this feedback and improve upon this point of service for future guests.

Awesome stay. Booked a one night stay to get some rest. Got a corner room with a bath tub and there was no disturbance. Air con is working strong especially on a hot day and am glad it did. Only downside is the hotel room’s door lock is just a simple card scan and door closure. Their extra lock has not been working for as long as I have been visiting and staying there. But so far I never had any incident where my room was opened for no reason. Still it will be nice if the locks are fixed for added assurance to guests. Will come back for a well needed break. This hotel thus far is simple but clean and the staff are really accommodative to your needs. Couldn’t thank them enough.

Open the window is the kitchen or something, the smell is a bit big, so I didn't open the window. It is best to adjust the position of the air conditioner so that it is directly opposite to the bed, and it is cold and not hot.

Nice location near various resteraunts and cafes. The bed seemed clean and decent to sleep on. All the furniture and fixtures were pretty old and worn out. No windows in the room that we were assigned. TV and wifi works but don't expect to be able to connect to your TV with your devices. Cleanliness of everything else was abysmal. Air conditioning was not clean, emitting a musky scent. Various surfaces were covered in dust or grime. The ceiling hidden lighting were never cleaned, outright disgusting. Staff were quick to give us a room change but the new room's sole improvement was that the Air con didn't stink. If you want cheap and near interesting restaurants, this is the long as you can bear the disgusting nature of the room

This is a budget hotel, good location to stay when exploring Joo Kiat / Katong/ Marine Parade area. The room aircon is bit noisy but we still manage to sleep. The beds comfort level are actually okay. Too bad the room that we booked has no window and bathroom is bit dim.

Booked 2 twin rooms for a 3 night staycation. Immediately in room 1 there was an issue with the AC but they quickly switched me to a double room. Alternative room was ok, clean and AC was better. Pros Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Bathrooms were stained but still clean. TV had limited channels but could connect to the internet. Wifi was good and consistent. Staff was friendly and courteous. Met our needs promptly. Halal food was easily available with a 10min walk. Cons Had issues with the AC in both rooms throughout the stay. It would not go down below 26c. On the 2nd day no AC at all for a few hours. It went like this throughout the stay. Location is surrounded by a few bars which isn't ideal for family. Hot water was not consistent. Went from scalding to barely warm. No bidet in the bathroom. Overall, it's ok for a short stay just to sleep but not ideal for families wanting to have a good comfy rest.

The locarion is cheap. The room small but clean ok for me. Not so fussy as long as clean and bed conformable. Just no enough perfect that is no fridge. Just a bit disappointed about price. Surprising trip. Com is higher than walk in price by fww dollar. I always thought app always cjeapper than normal room rate. Surounding is good. Very easy to look for food.

Because it is a small hotel, so we didn't have high expectation. But although it's not so clean(because the fridge got stain and the previous tourists' medicine left in the fridge??!! 😩, the table, the floor and the kettle all not cleaned properly ), the service was very nice. Room is just nice, and for 2 persons, it is quite satisfied. The TV 's channels is very limited.

First of all, I have to write a good Korean review. 1. There is a stop 4 minutes away from the location. 2. The air conditioner should be in strong wind so it is a little cool. 3. There is a hair dryer and a small refrigerator. Slippers are essential, use it after taking a shower in the bathroom. Overseas, I wear shoes indoors Just ask for towels and water at the counter.

No frills stay. You book, turn up, stay, and leave. Rules are simple--be clean, be quiet, and be a good guest. It's a space shared with others. For something this kind, I'd say it smelled clean most of the time.

Our 1st experience was blown away. Wife was exceptionally delighted with the room. The room was fantastic. The view from the comfort of our bed, terrific. Hotel staff was kind with our request. Great job to all the staffs being a part of our memorable stay. It was an amazing experience. Kudos to the staff and management for making this hotel our No. 1 favourite. And wife have been pestering about our next trip here. Sure we will be back in the coming months.

Good: - It's near the train station (closer to Rochor than Little India) - there are a lot of restaurants near the area - Beds are clean - our room had its own toilet and bath so no need to share with other rooms in the hostel Bad: - the room is a bit cramped with 6 bunk beds, small area to move around. They even have 1 extra bed that would take up the entire walking area. Talk about maximizing the space. - the lockers are a bit small so if you have a big bag, it will take up the floor space, which meant even lesser area to move around - shower is a bit small, so when the water splashes to the door, water will leak out of the shower area - reception is not 24/7, I arrived there at 7am only to realize it was still closed. I had to come back at opening time (8:30am), but still waited for the receptionist to open the window at 9am. Why post the opening time as 8:30am when you are only opening it at 9am? Overall, I think the hostel is ok, if you need somewhere cheap, it's an ok option. You get what you pay for. Fyi, toiletries and towels are not included, you have to pay for it if you need one. Better bring your own. For PoGo players, there are two pokestops accessible from the hostel

Booked the single room as a quick 2N getaway for the long Vesak Day weekend. Added breakfast at the restaurant for each day. The Good: - Room was very clean. No visible stains. Standard room amenities were present. - Business nature of hotel is apparent - solid desk for work, and Wi-Fi is fast and stable. Plenty of sockets available for devices. - Breakfast at the restaurant was solid. Was a bit disappointed that the selection didn't change on the second day, though. - Location meant easy access to food at Bugis Street area. Was able to walk to Rochor station within 3 minutes. The Bad: - Mini-fridge was damaged, and blanket was missing at first. Replacements arrived after around 20 minutes from call to housekeeping. - Television was rather grainy in quality, and channel selection was limited. The Weird: - Ended up being given a wheelchair accessible room. While the room was a bit more spacious than normal, the curtained off washroom area made it feel a bit like a hospital ward. Conclusion: - Great place if you're here for a business trip, or if you want to explore the area for a day or two. You might want to consider somewhere more luxurious if you want a relax-cation for longer.

Finally checked off this pricey but lovely staycay spot ❤️ To be honest, the $700/night range made me expect a lot and I’m really glad that my experience (kind of) justified the hole in my wallet 🥹 The room was fair sized at 39SqM but super classy and quaint, with fancy copper finishings running throughout the space. Very like! 🎉 Though … I wished there was more countertop space and a chilling spot enough for 2pax. 👻 The Living Room provided a very nice respite from the relentless heat and all day refreshments worked as a lunch replacement even though it was just salted nuts for me ☀️ Evening cocktails stole the show with quality bites, fancy tea-based cocktails, and great service. We waddled out definitely heavier but confirm happier 🥂 Super happy that we experienced the same great service as my previous Far East Hospitality stays - Farez and Hafiz were stellar and part of the reason why I’m so smitten by this stay 🎖

As an Ascott group member, there are decent expectations of an Ascott experience in all the properties in which I had once stayed (Ascott, Somerset, Citadines). Citadines Rocher (recently opened in 2020) was one of my top choices in having a local staycation because of its location and price range. However, it was an overall disappointing experience, and here’s why: 1. No daily housekeeping service 2. Our bathroom door could not close. It was completely off the ledge. 3. Reception is busy all the time. Phone calls are often not answered 4. This hotel was most probably a designated hotel used for both Malaysian citizens who were unable to return home due to locked borders, as well as returning Singaporeans to serve their mandatory 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN). There were confirmed COVID-19 cases within my period of stay. We were notified by a letter from the management. The least the management could do was to provide a mask or sanitizers to guests. We also chanced upon 2 medical workers fully donned in PPE escorted a guest to the ambulance. Scary stuff. 5. We took our own trash out of the room since day 1 of check-in. It was not cleared even upon checking out. Dear Citadines Rocher, please review your services. I had absolute faith and would like to continue giving my support to Ascott despite this awful stay.

The location of this hotel is definitely not as accessible as all other hotels I went before. It is only easier if you go via car for the first time. Subsequently when you explore the area a bit more, then you can try the path via the UBS building itself. This information perhaps should be made known on the hotel's website. In terms of cleanliness, one of the cups in my room was not washed cleanly. I can see the lipstick mark of a previous user, with some coffee dripping down that lip mark. Had to manually wash it. I would have been more prepared if I brought some detergent along. In terms of service, you must know that they do not provide additional towels for you, even upon request. You can only go and exchange with what you already have. Example, if you need an extra towel to wrap your hair, it is not possible. One room, if 2 pax, they will only give u 2 towels and one floor carpet. I think this is not a good point. The cafe lodge is nicely decorated, just that food have to wait at least 30mins, even if it is a simple set. And not all food are available. But can just chitchat while waiting, or maybe next time just order in advance. The good thing is that at least there is no insect in the room and bed sheets are pretty clean.

This was the 1st time we stayed @Broadway. Stayed from 27th August 2018 to 2nd September 2018 (7 days). Booked 2 rooms, one for my family (me with my hubby and 2 girls, aged 8 and 12) and other one for my sister. To be frank, I was bit reluctant to book this hotel after reading some of the reviews on web. I'm generally afraid of insects and cockroaches in particular. But I hv not seen a single cockroach during my stay. I must say that I had a great stay there. Room and the bathroom were clean and tidy. We were provided with clean towels daily. We reached the hotel by 9am - they allowed us an early check-in which was very convenient for us. Front desk was really polite. Very helpful & courteous staff. If you want they let you leave your baggages for safekeeping even after checking out too. Water bottles are not provided but there is a tap outside the room with hot&cold water - hence water is not an issue at all. The location is excellent. Less than 400m to 24-hour Mustafa Center. Also very close to Farrer Park MRT which enables you to reach Universal Studio, Sentosa, China Town. At the same time it's just abt 5 min walk to Little India MRT so you can travel to Gardens by the Bay very easily. Delhi Restaurant serves authentic Indian cuisine but there are plenty of food options in this area so no big issue. Very good value for money. Specially when you are comparing with other hotels in Little India. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location! Nearby food stalls and shopping centre. Very near to the mosque (for Muslim). The facilities are basic and good enough for any travellers. Booked for family. Room is big & clean. Bathroom is not children & senior friendly as bathtub is high & challenging to cross in/out, with high falls risk. Ya that is true according to my wording if you dont have any other option then you can stay here othere please avoid. i stayed here for 1 night, but almost not comfertable, before i checked in a room when i layed down on my bed, it is keep on moving i asked to change my room and they did it but the room is not same like before but bed still moving some time. the cleanness of also not up to the mark. and they charged for wifi to heard, i was socked and the funny things is that you can use only one device with one password so you you would like to use aother device you have to buy another password. thats all ok but still after paying the wifi is not woking good. staff also lalking bit rude. At last for me sorry to say but not value for money. will never back with this property.

There are weird black stains on the bedsheet and the toilet roll was near empty upon check it. Not sure if it's this hotel's company policy but so far the hotels I've been to, the toilet rolls are fresh. To me, it's just an indicator that this hotel can't be bothered. Good thing is that the staff is helpful and the food options around this hotel is amazing.

The package which includes the steak at opus bar and grill was fabulous. The food was very nice and the portions were generous, and yes free flow of wine (both red and white for two hours). The service staff were also very attentive and everything was great! Having said that, we just have one feedback on the tv in the room. The tv is still not working after the technician came to fix it. It’s a bit disappointing but we just let it go since we are only staying one night at the hotel. Other than that, no complaints.

No contact check in/out was easy and fuss free. Though you would have to download the app, the hosts were always online and quick to respond to any needs. Cabin M may be small for 2 pax apart from the bed, but i stayed alone and it was just right for me. The shared baths were mostly kept clean as housekeeping would come by every now and then. Toilets were dependent on whether the other people on the same floor used it responsibly as well. Kitchen had basic necessities e.g. microwave, water dispenser and sink. Overall, I loved the location the most as it was very convenient to get food or to the MRT! Would be back again

Well located, really nice staff for everything, including informations. Bed was comfortable, good shower, breakfast simple but ok. The 2 biggest problems are the travellers who don't respect the sharing room after 23h00 (need a corfu or to be advise) and the room on the street side with a restaurant open 24/24, are to to noisy. You just get little sleep. Coming from Airport, with MRT get off at Jelan Besar exit B, turn right, walk to Dickson Road. To take the bus via Malaysia, walk via Jelan Besar, turn left and right on Weld Road, it will be on your right (3.5MYR)

We stayed in Aqueen Heritage for 5 nights from February 3rd to February 8th. We were a family of 8 , 6 adults and 2 kids. We were provided rooms much before the check-in time of 2 pm, so , they are definitely flexible. Rooms are very very small , but manageable , as all we had to do in the room was come back after a tired full day trip to sleep. Cleanliness of the rooms was really good. The location is ideal for anyone travelling from India as there are tons of Indian restaurants next to the hotel and nearby. Metro too is just about 300m. Breakfast can definitely improve, it was just only okay. Overall, a decent stay.

Hotel is on the older side, but that’s not an issue. The bathroom could use some update though, especially the bath tub. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel location is quite a distance from nearby amenities. Service was okay as there wasn't a check in queue when I reach. Cleanliness is very good. Hot water and pressure from shower is prefect. Basic amenities provided. Nothing fancy. Room is very spacious, bed is comfortable and I love the unblocked view. If you are doing business nearby, this hotel will be suitable. Otherwise, it's a long journey to the city centre. There are nearby attraction like snow city, science centre and jurong bird park though.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the Front desk staff Mr. Eric with full of smilies and welcomed us cheerfully. Staff was helpful and acknowledgable. Room was great and cooling. Only thing is walls aren't soundproof, TV has no local channels but do have Netflix and youtube so its fine. We booked a room with balcony which great and surprise for my wife's birthday staycation. Only if the balcony has a artificial grass on the flooring and a bit more covered shelter would be good.🥰 Will patronises again and recommend my families+friends to stay. Thank you to the staff Mr. Eric for the lovely hospitality.

Stayed there for a night fully paid using cash (not using singapore rediscover voucher) the boutique hotel is located just behind LKY Oxley home. Walking distance was 10 mins away from Orchard Central. The room is spacious and the toilet is clean. The hotel provides toiletries and we had our breakfast using the hotel voucher at Artisan Boulangerie Co located at Killiney Road which is 3 mins Walking distance with a choice of pastry and offered a top up of drink to large size at $1.05. The hotel is only a 2 storey property. Front desk staff was polite except that they were rushing through telling us the T&C and house rules of the hotel and there was a $100 deposit charged to my credit card which may take some time for the refund. Sound proof isn't that good as we keep hearing sounds of slamming door whenever someone opens their room door. Unfortunately the neighbour beside my room keeps singing like a crow and as the outerside of the showing area is partially enclosed, so we can hear it loud and clear in our room. Didn't get to use the pool due to the location as it is just right underneath the walkway to the lobby. There is no privacy as whoever enter or exit the hotel is able to just look down and that is where the pool is. Although it is clean and spacious but given the location and the condition of the hotel not being sound proof, I will not patronise again.
