Malaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

”Paying for the stay in advance” did not go to rest as scheduled because the child is sick, the admitted has a medical certificate confirmed. The hotel allows to use the right by the end of November, the 1st day, book a room. But there is a reason to stay so I have to cancel my stay again today, 2 travel to Hat Yai, call to inquire about the room To stay The female staff speak badly. There is no service mind at all. Therefore choose to leave the money paid in advance Because I'm not sure what kind of service you will receive if you stay Normally go to a hotel in Hat Yai every week. Never met anywhere like this before ”I have paid in advance.” I couldn't go to the hotel on time that day, because my daughter she was sick and had to live in the hospital and there was a doctor certificate. The hotel let us go again within the end of November. We booked another room on November 21, 2019, but there was a problem that couldn't go. So we canceled the room again. Today, 22 November 2019, we arrived at Hat Yai and called the hotel to ask if there was a room. The waiter (female) told me not very good, her service was very poor. We decided to give up that I had paid in advance, Because we are not sure what kind of service we will experience if we stay at this hotel. Usually, our family goes to Hat Yai every week to stay at the hotel, but we have never seen such a thing.

- Difficult to park your car, if full hotel car park you need to park at the road side & hope your car didn't get any summons ticket on the next morning. - Room not really clean & you cannot move anything inside the room, You may be penalise. - You need to go to lobby and take turns just for Ironing your clothes. Be patient ya.. 😆

I booked two nights in Hat Yai traveling as a solo female. I booked the night before I arrived and everything was perfect. The location is quite good as you can walk to most places. I walked to the Central Festival shopping mall (and took a taxi back because it was raining). The room was really big and very beautiful! Everything was very clean and I even had a view over the city. Great clean and spacious bathroom. A small fridge with a good cold temperature. The pool is nice and because of low season I had it to myself. The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. At breakfast today the owner even walked around and introduced herself. Lovely. Only thing a little poor was the breakfast but I think it’s because it’s low season and not that many guests. Will definitely recommend!

The service staff is very good. Impressed here At first, I was very excited to see what it would be like. It appeared that everything was good, everything was ok, cheap and good, in the heart of the city, there was parking, check-in/check-out was fast, would definitely come back to use the service again.

酒店就在宋卡王子大學正對面，是一家家族企業。我們12月25號從上海出發到1月1號跨年入住。老闆剛剛同時間到了上海度假。世界太美妙了。前台Yasin是位靚仔，能講很溜的英文。酒店內部很乾凈，WiFi一般，水壓不給力，熱水器在前台，有點不方便。它對得起它的優惠價錢。附近吃喝很方便，走路就到達，玩樂就要花10來塊RMB打車。

I had nothing to say but complimenting the staff mainly receptionist for being so helpful. We change room from facing hill to facing the pool and it was done fast. The room is spacious and clean and the housekeeping staft take off their shoes before entering the room. Bed is super single bed, so i dont bother taking extra room for my kids.Sofa bed is available. Bathroom is spacious and clean too. The location ia about 7-10 mins to hatyai downtown which is good as we dont really like to wake up with the noise of vehicles. It has a nice pool, gym and futsall facilities too. Sorry guys, i have no pix of the hotel as we enjoy songkran festival very much that day and forget to snap some pic at the hotel. Overall..recommended place yo stay. Worth the money.

The room is very spacious than the price. Service like a hotel Good security, there is a security guard throughout and must use the key card to take the elevator and enter the room. But secretly deducted points in the corridor, the smell is very bad and the floor of the room is a bit sticky, there should be a slipper for the location if you have to do business around the university. It is considered convenient, near the market, overall considered impressive.

I was greeted by a friendly front desk who spoke good English. Paid 600TB as deposit for 2 rooms. Both rooms were cleaned and spacious. The toilet was cleaned too. The hotel has a lot of parking. The only cons is the rooms are not sound proof. Location : a bit far from the main road but it's good as u can have a good sleep. Lee Garden area is about 8km. The hotel staff can call tuktuk for u. There's a 7eleven outlet 500m from the hotel. Amenities : there's a big pool and a cafe, a fitness ctr, self svc laundrette and a massage shop.
