The apartment is only one stop away from KL sentral, and the bridge from BankRakyat Bangsar has arrived. Traveling is still very convenient. The downside is that there are not many shops around, and it is more difficult to eat and eat. There is direct drinking water in the apartment and there is a kettle to boil, so there is no free mineral water. I received a cleaning fee of RM60, but no one came to clean it for two days. The garbage needed to be cleaned up to the garbage room on the side of the elevator. Bill is very enthusiastic and can consult him directly if he has any questions. The room on the railway is very nice and the night view is more beautiful.

living in an apartment is better, nice view from floor 27th, but it is quite complicated for taking room keys because we have to deposit a large amount of money to the security (maybe the apartment owner does not want to lose or damage caused by guests) then the key must be taken in a special cupboard and must be returned to the requested key box by the room owner, and the weakness is the room card / key is only 1, if there is a family member who wants to go down out must bring the card while the card is useful to turn on the electricity and we have to take out the trash ourselves everyday because there is no cleaning service

Apart from the location of the hotel, it is not convenient for those who are new to Kuala Lumpur. Everything else is very good. Our receptionist Mr. Wei Zhong is very professional and dedicated. We booked this suite apartment in order to visit Mid Valley City. By the way, there is no slippers in the apartment, which is very inconvenient.

I loved my time at Nowhere Hostel, I initially planned on staying for a week and ended up staying for a month, and coming back again after returning to KL. The hostel is quite small, with just 12 beds, and there are a handful of long-term residents, making this feel so homely and comfortable compared to other hostels I have stayed in. The location is slightly outside the city centre, but very easy to get to, as it is just 2 stops from KL Sentral station. There is a big mall close by as well as a Chinese, an Indian and a Malaysian (which is 24 hours) restaurant all within a minute from the hostel. The owners, Ida and Alex, are so nice and will happily help you with anything you need. A simple breakfast is available every day, with the choice of cereal or toast and peanut butter and jam - the coffee included is great! The WiFi is really fast and they also have a TV with Netflix and a PS4 that everyone is free to use as they please. It's very good value for money and I'll definitely be staying here anytime I return to Kuala Lumpur in the future.

It’s the second time to travel with my family. The location is close to the side of the train road in Little India. This time it was more convenient than the last time. The light rail built a passage and went to the hotel in a few steps after getting off the elevator.

The reception staff were very good. Nuru was extremely helpful. We truly appreciate her kindness and the helpfulness of everyone at reception. We didn't like the cleaning as much, however. The cleaning staff seemed distracted and a bit nonchalant about their job. One gentleman liked to look at the girls next to the pool from a 3rd story balcony a little too often and definitely too obvious. Instead of folding our extra blankets that we had brought with us and placing them on the bed, they threw them on the floor along with our extra pillows. I found that a bit rude. The staff were all friendly enough. We just felt they could do a better job. The pool is nice and the exercise equipment is decent. The location is already pretty good - nice and quiet and not too far from a multitude of restaurants and stores.

excellent hotel especially considering the price point. The room is beautifully designed, with clean lines and trully reflect the urban resort aesthetics. Very spacious too. I got the corner room where the bathroom also has a full window. The facilities is sufficient, though more gym equipment especially free weights would be great. The pool area is excellent- most KL hotels really have bad pool design- either it is too shaded, too small, too empty, but Ruma pool is just perfect. Enough sun but breezy, evening has music so to create a lounge feel. definitely one of the best feature of the hotel. you can't fault the location- in between Pavillion anda Bukit Bintang and KLCC area. But personally, I feel the best feature of the hotel is the staff and the service. Though it's a new hotel, I feel that the service staff in general is warm, friendly and most importantly competent. That's extremely rare in Malaysian hospitality industry. Kudos to the general manager Mr Guido Farina to create such an environment. Already planning for my next trip

Amazing place for the price for a short weekend staycation. Checked in at 4:30pm and there was no waiting queue. Lobby receptionists are incredibly friendly and efficient. They surprised me with a anniversary ‘decorations’. Grateful for that. One big downside is their breakfast buffet. Queue was really long at 9am and we had to queue standing up for 20 mins. Nasi lemak is a must try. Swimming pool can be crowded with kids on the weekend. So if you’re looking for something more private you’re in no luck.

I took apartment with 2 bedrooms. We stayed to surprised my husband on his birthday. We had a complimentary of a piece of cake and cookies with decor for FOC. I and children was so happy because it is so near to Pavilion. Checked in was so smooth only i need to pay RM200 for deposit using my debt card but will be returned in 7-14 days after checkout. The breakfast was so nice and have varieties of options. Worth of paying.. The room was clean but like usual have stains and algae in the toilets. I just suggest if the hotel can provide Clorox or Mr Muscles to sprays on the surfaces to clear the blackheads 😝🤭. The staffs and housekeeping was doing a very good job. Very fast and efficient and very helpful. Thank you for the wonderful staycation.

I was check in during MCO and yes i understand all the rules and with minimum facilities that provided on that time. During the stay im very aware with the atmosphere and this time my attend as guest are not very welcoming as before, which is full of experience of exclusive and treat the guest very well before. Starting from the main lobby, receptionist until the person who incharge for parking are make me feels uncomfortable, maybe by my appereance when i approach at hotel didn't wears a fancy suit like its suppose( i guess?). Worst part is when my brothers bike need to park at level B1 coz the parking for motorcycle at B2 but the lift near with it are closed, so its taking a bit long walk to the "nearest" lift to the rooms. So he decided to put the motorcycle infront of my cars parking coz we are stay together, plus the B1 level has the very nearest lift and the bike was not causing any distract to other down there. He got the warning letter stick at his bike for 2 letter, who that makes an inappropiate manners there for the guest(i think 1 letter would be enough) so my brother gently take out the letter and brings to the parking guard post for asking if there possible to park the bike at B2 with the nearest lift straight to the rooms. So there was 1 guys i believe is the staff who incharge-tells the nearest lift to mount up. After done and satisfy with answer then the other guys cames out with the cigarettes in his hand asking about other question, seems like to find the fight with my brother. my brother just answers it with calm and didn''t expect much as maybe for their duty, but with the manners that other guy shown is like unprofessional coz my brother is also the guest. Please improve again more your services just like before..and yes this is last time visit for me and my family.
