It’s really better than the pho10 powder. The freezer in the room is replaced by a new one. I can drink a cool drink every day. Every day I return to the hotel room. The cleaning of the IELTS idp exam is not far away. It’s delicious and fun. We also have a taxi or a hotel front desk to help you get a car. It’s very convenient. It only takes ten minutes to walk. It is still very convenient. Go out and turn left and go to Linna. One is very lively and bustling, drink milk tea every day, the room is not big, the arrangement is not on the road, it is still very quiet, very satisfied

Very, very good. It is the most comfortable and caring hotel in Hanoi. After staying for a week, six or seven brothers at the front desk have very good service attitudes. They will open the door with a smile, and they can also exchange money. The rooms are also good, low-end rooms have no windows, but the price is very reasonable, it is recommended to live in a room with windows. The only minor disadvantage is that the sound insulation is not good. Sounds can be heard outside, and there is also the sound of running water next door, but going out during the day has basically no effect. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is very good, very hearty, two eggs are fried, and the attitude is nice. I like the layout of the first floor, and I often study on the first floor. The exam is not far from both locations. In short, I am very satisfied, thank you to the store and the service brothers and sisters, goodbye

This hotel is not very suitable if you are a vegan. The breakfast option are very limited and they do run out of some food before 8:30am, but to be fair you can request plant milk or other breakfast choices a day ahead and the staff will try to buy it for you. The bed is very comfortable, my room didn’t have a window, I wish I was told this so I could choose to pay more for a view. The staff is so nice and they try their best to be accommodating.

The location is very good, about 5 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, about 8 minutes walk to the main church of St. Joseph in Hanoi (the Starbucks selection shop next to the church), next to the 36th block, especially at night, of course, the window is closed What noise. Staying for two nights, the front desk met three different young ladies, very warm and considerate. No matter how many times it enters and exits from the front desk, WeChat service will be available. In particular, we will leave for SAPA in the early morning. The hotel front desk and the waiter will go out and send it. It feels more enthusiastic than the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, and there is no service charge. (Of course, I don't exclude the behavior of tipping.) The only downside is that the room power supply is too small and the location is not reasonable. Everything else is ok!

The staff here are really helpful. First, we arrived 12 midnight in Hanoi and our 3rd party transfer service was not in the meet and greet area. They helped us contact the company of our 3rd party service provider and we got to the hotel around 3am. We stayed here for 2 nights on a bedroom good for 3 persons. The room and the comfort room were clean. Toiletries are complete. You can request for ironing service on a very cheap price. Ice cubes for your tumbler can also be requested for room service without charge. Breakfast got a lot of choices. From fruits, salads to proteins and cards. Good for carnivores and vegetarians. Their are side street restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. You can also use Grab app if you want to go around the old quarter. Friendly receptionists will welcome you to the hotel and they are also able to speak in good english. Will definitely go back! :)

I live for the IELTS test, very close to the test room, the room is still clean, but! ! ! The service attitude is average. When booking, I read a lot of comments saying that the front desk English is very good, and a few sentences in Chinese are suspected to be water reviews, and the English penetration rate is very low. Originally wanted to book a night, the waiter first asked me how much money I had booked online, and then asked me to pay 100 yuan in advance that night, bad reviews, and immediately changed the hotel the next day.

We had a wonderful time in Hanoi - although Corona crisis gave us a hard time - just because we had the chance to find this cute and cosy and so welltreated house in Old Quarter, Hanoi. Anne cared for us all the times, even during the days when we tried to travel countryside. When the crisis even forced us to change our flights - and you remember that all flights were later stopped at a certain stage of the pandemy - she found a way to bring us home to Germany by personally fighting for new tickets for us! Remarkable lady! Furthermore, her auntie is a wonderful cook and surprised us with tasty dishes. And Hannah and Jen were very helpful and so friendly, too. The house is very clean, the coffee is super tasty, the concept with food from locals for breakfast is really smart, the location is perfect and the rooms are cosily designed and well equiped. We will definitely come back!

The location is incredible and the staff goes above and beyond. But all that doesn't excuse the age and unkept state of the bathrooms and the inability to serve breakfast to another guest and me. Ultimately after wanting a reimbursement for the breakfast (as did the other traveler), they served me 3 slices of white bread and a croissant at the desk in front of the reception area, Really!!!! In the lobby. OMG. The evening of my first day I accidentally walked into the hotel next door. I asked the desk receptionist about prices. The price was 5 euro more than Capella and the lace was immaculate, beautiful, rooms were clean, the bathroom was new and the breakfast was fabulous. I simply packed my bag and moved next door.

My favorite thing about Golden Time Hostel 3 was the staff. Every member of the staff was helpful, kind, courteous and made me feel as though I was a member of the family. In particular I want to acknowledge the receptionist Na. She was amazing. She helped me book tours for: Ha Long Bay & Sa Pa (both of which were absolutely fantastic and fun!). She also helped me book buses to Ha Giang as well as a flight to Da Nang. When it came to Na she really went above and beyond to help me have the best time in Vietnam. I was actually quite sad to say goodbye to Na when I finally left Ha Noi. Aside from the staff the hostel itself is great. The rooms are very clean. The beds are memory foam which were super comfortable. The location is right in the heart of Old Town Ha Noi - everything seems to be within walking distance (the lake, the church, the War Museum, the memorial to Ho Chi Minh were all accessible by foot). I stayed in 3 or 4 different rooms while in/out of Ha Noi and each room had a fan, AC, TV. Golden Time Hostel 3 really met and exceeded all of my expectations regarding how a hostel should operate. If I'm ever in Ha Noi again (which I hope in my lifetime I do get to come back to Vietnam) this will be the ONLY place I consider staying. Thank you to everyone @ Golden Time Hostel 3 for making my Northern Vietnam experience so special. (Again, shout out to Na!)

Hey brother, I have always been promoted together. I have n’t met one night and I rushed to the next day. Finally I had to make up for it. One day, the result could not be continued, said that it was full, dizzy, as long as the guest did not check out in the country, priority is to continue to live, the first time I met such people have not checked out and as a result can not continue. . . We initially stayed for a few days at another lovely place we'd chosen before leaving NZ. However for a more intimate experience, for even better value, for the gem that others described, we chose the charming, boutique Ladybug when we retuned to Hanoi and ended up staying on two occasions with Hanoi as our base. We noticed it tucked down a little alley we passed on walk to our original hotel and thought it looked cute and worth looking into. We agreed with every positive review we read. And would unhesitatingly chose french quarter over noisier old quarter. The latter is an easy walk or cheap, cheap taxi ride away from Ladybug. In addition to everything else that makes Ladybug fabulous e.g. the bathrooms, decor, comfortable beds; one evening I asked for poached eggs instead of the sunnyside option. My request was not on the menu, despite all sort of other lovely options and I felt I was unwittingly putting them to too much trouble. I was unsure what I was asking for had been understood and asked them not to worry. Well next morning breakfast seemed to take slightly longer... not much mind... the delay, for which our lovely host apologised profusely, was due to the fact that the eggs were poached perfectly and in hollowed out toast. Very artistic and delicious. Eggceptional. I was embarrassed and touched that the lady had gone to so much effort and apparently this was her first time making them! They were a masterpiece and caused a bit of a shared laugh as these were not ordinary poached eggs. The staff really were great. The young guy's English is particularly good and they were all so friendly we would absolutely stay there again on our next visit to Hanoi. Thank you everyone at the Ladybug.

Breakfast in the morning was really nice, staff were polite. The hotel is located close to the center of the city but in an older area with not so many young, partier tourists, perfect for our needs! Our original plan in Hanoi was to stay for only one night and then travel to Halong Bay but we liked the city so much we asked our hotel for more vacancy, which they did not have (this actually turned out to be a lot better).... Walking around Hanoi all hotels were full, until we arrived Au Cœur de Hanoi Boutique Hotel and we found the friendliest staff ever. They offered us the Au Cœur de Hanoi apartment, helped us get a Grab to get our luggage at our previous hotel and take us to the apartment. At first it was not easy to find the property because it is located at the end of a dead end alley (it sort of looked a bit sketchy but after all it turned out being pretty safe) We were a family of 5 and my sister and nephew and I fit perfectly in one room and my brother and his wife in the other one. The kitchen in the middle with its table and sofa were not big but worked out perfect for what we needed. We stayed for 2 nights and then went to Ha Long Bay. I had kept the contact of the staff in my phone and since our flight was not until midnight from Hanoi airport I asked them through WhatsApp if it was ok to leave our luggage at the Boutique Hotel while we went shopping for souvenirs and then come back to pick up our luggage to fly for our next destination. If I ever come back to Hanoi I will definitely stay either at this apartment or boutique hotel.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the centre of Hanoi so there’s not too much to do around it. However it’s located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. The room we were given was large and came with a huge bed and an ok bathroom. The major problem we had was the lack of natural light. At 3pm it was pitch black without using the lamp. The window faced outwards towards a narrow gap between the building so let in no sun at all. Usually I wouldn’t consider this a deal breaker but the weather was heavy showers and the thought of staying in a rather dank room all did didn’t really appeal to me. We did raise this with the receptionist shortly after arriving and asked if we could change rooms - the hotel seemed empty apart from us so we thought that switching to an equal value room would be possible. We were initially told that if we wanted some light we should just turn the light switch on. I like a laugh and I doubt that this was anything other than an attempt to make light of the situation but, still, given the eventual outcome it wasn’t much appreciated. We were told to pay 600000 more to change room. We declined and looked at changing hotels. We gathered our bags and checked out 30 minutes later. The manager was at the reception this time and, very much to her credit, tried hard to make amends by offering a different room but we’d already booked another hotel. Ultimately, if you don’t mind a room with minimal light and around a 25 minute walk to the hotspots then this hotel might suit you well. I cannot comment on the breakfast or other services. I personally found greater value for money in other hotels around Hanoi.

The location is superb, its within walking distance to most attractions and the nightlife, but still in a calm area at night. So you dont have the mambo jambo of the bar/backpacker street. The whole facility is really clean, the beds were exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is a nice rooftop terrace, to enjoy a coffee or a drink, SpeakEasy also offers happy hours and the drinks were exceptional. I had one of the best whisky sours in a long time. Last but not least, the staff and the managers go the EXTRA mile for their customers. If you need something, just make sure you talk to the staff, they will assist or guide you in the best way possible. Just one prime example: I needed a place to store my motorbike, as I was planning to do the Ha Giang loop and traveling up north by bus. They helped me out by letting me park the motorbike at their grounds. MUCH appreciated!! Last but not least, in your price, you also have a breakfast included, which is decent and totally fine for the price you pay. Its simple but fresh and tasty, eggs with slices of toast bread. I will definitely come back to stay with Tabalo SpeakEasy.
