0.74km from Bank Islam CyberjayaWe had only a couple of hours' stay at this hotel, as we used it as a place to rest between two flights. Though it wouldn't be fair to review the hotel based on just a couple of hours, it just seemed negative from the offset. At the reception sat a trainee who took what seemed like ages to find our booking on the system. There were no other customers, yet we still had to wait a long time. Not a good first impression, especially when you are tired from traveling. The room was big - seemed ideal and perfect - but if any attention to detail were to be given, one could see that it was a little dirty or just not properly cleaned. Additionally, it was HOT. We had to find and switch on the AC ourselves. After using the toilet, I began washing my hands and the running water clogged up the entire wash basin immediately. We asked for someone to fix it, and they did send someone, but even the fixing took a long time. All we wanted to do was rest, rather than oversee maintenance work. For food, we managed to find the mall at 10-15 mins walking distance with some restaurants surrounding it. We didn't get to explore the area, but it seemed like a nice place. We mainly booked this hotel due to its low price, because the hotels nearer to the airport were more expensive. But we realized later that it would've been the same had we booked an airport hotel, because the cost of the Grab taxi made up for it (RM 65 each way). If I ever have to stay in Cyberjaya, I wouldn't mind considering this hotel again. The rooms were actually quite nice, what with the separate lounge and everything. It was also equipped with a little 'kitchenette' - a fridge, microwave, sink, but no stove. A stove might have made it complete! All this hotel needs is to give a little more attention to proper cleanliness and maintenance, and it is good to go!
