Awesome hotel! First of all, following the escalator of the train station to the urban area is a very chic experience. The second location is also good to find, just a few tens of meters on the right hand side of the escalator exit, very eye-catching. Reception and service are always warm before and after the stay, the girls at the front desk are not only beautiful but also very temperament. I have to admit that I especially love this ancient city, and the good feelings started at this hotel. Not only are the facilities (with a hot water bottle), the bedrooms and bathrooms are large, the colors and styles are elegant and pleasant, and the design is estimated to come from the hands of the people. Breakfast is full and good. In addition, not far from the entrance of the ancient city, the front desk will carefully tell you: you want to take the bus escalator exit. It’s deserted around in the evening, but there is no sense of insecurity.

From Rome to here, the navigation took us through the ZOL area. Scared that we exited from the ZOL area and walked 1.5 km to the hotel. It was later discovered that the hotel was also outside the ZOL area, just just diagonally opposite to our parking location in the ZOL area. Fortunately, the police station is 200 meters from the hotel. We ran to the police station and eliminated the illegal record. The hotel is still quite clean and tidy.

This hotel has been very tastefully designed and decorated. It feels modern with excellent attention to period detail. The hotel is housed in an excellently refurbished villa, so has the atmosphere of a small exclusive residence. There is a pleasant outdoor space with comfortable seating and shade. It is easy to walk into the centre, takes about 15 minutes. Free parking in the area is a bonus. The room was small, but as a single room it was fine. The bathroom was one of the best I have ever encountered in an hotel. The shower was perfect and the actual fittings; taps, toilet etc were the sort of thing I would choose for my own home! COVID-19 procedure: hand sanitiser available, mask wearing enforced, rooms appeared well prepared and cleaned. Breakfast is served to you, from a choice which you fill in on a form the day before. A good choice of the usual breakfast foods is available. The dining area is delightful. Staff were friendly and very efficient. This hotel is excellent value for money.

The hotel is warm and has a rich breakfast. It is suitable for self-driving outside the ancient city and has a parking lot. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the ancient city attractions. The room can see the Siena Stadium, but there is no competition, the stadium is under maintenance and the stadium is small.

Excellent location and a great little flat, but the lack of communication destroyed it for us. We knew we’d be late, and rang a day ahead to inform and make sure they knew. Unfortunately the young man who answered the phone had no interest, nrither in his guests or job. We arrived late and tried to ring again from the road, and send an e-mail, but no respons. We stood outside the locked door and rang the emergency cell phone number that we could see on a sign in the reception. Straight to voice mail. We could see the little basket with an envelope with our name on on the reception desk, behind the locked door!! Luckily the lovely family restaurant next door was still open and the friendly owner knew the code for the front door and let us in!! Slept in a nice bed that night, not in our car. Next morning we told the lady at the reception and she said she was sorry. Oh well, so are we. Customer service at its worse.

Great farm hotel! The farmhouse is located on a hill with a superb view and overlooking Siena. It was raining all the way to Florence, and it was raining in the farm. The sky in Siena was beautiful! The owner is a 70-year-old woman, very kind and very serious, and carefully introduced the nearby attractions worth visiting. Because of three people, we booked an apartment with a separate living room dining room. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed that can be unfolded. The sheets and towels are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the tea bags and snacks are delicious! When I got up in the morning, I found out that the original farmhouse had its own laundry room and it was fully equipped. There is a big supermarket opposite Siena’s out-of-town station. You can go back and buy the breakfast materials yourself. Sitting in the morning and looking out at the beautiful view of Tuscany for breakfast, enjoy it too!

The breakfast was superb. The hotel location is suitable for friends traveling by car. We got back from the bus station (train station) and got taxi for about 10 Euros. We can ask the front desk to help you get a taxi. Because it is near the city wall, it is newer than many hotels in Siena. The small twists and turns of Siena Road are not suitable for dragging luggage.

It can be regarded as the best hotel in Siena, the location is opposite the old Siena Bank, the town is not big, this is also a relatively central area, it is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel itself is also a 17th-century building with a retro style. Breakfast is not bad, children can use the existing bed free of charge, everyone pays attention to the age of children, the breakfast for children to pay 26 euros a day, this price can only be said to look at the environment and service, do not consider the word cost Haha. Excellent hygiene and a safe stay. From the Siena train station, don't go around the road, go through the shopping mall facing the train station, go upstairs, there will be an extra long escalator to help us climb the hillside, then take a short walk to see Siena The old town gate, you can reach the hotel all the way. Nice stay experience!

The B&B is located in a good location, a few meters from Campo Square. But at the check-in there was no one to welcome us, the room was not very clean, especially the bedrooms, the shower was easily swallowed in the bathroom, despite the owner's throwing a sweat. The room and the bathroom were very nice and comfortable. With regard to check out, they had to tell us at the last moment, and we had to do everything quickly. Mediumcream.

Siena: Finding spacious accommodation for a family of five (with teenagers) can be a challenge. Paradiso apartment accommodation in Siena exceeded our expectations. Fabio on reception was friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is across the road in an attractive old stone brick building with green shuttered windows. Our 2 bedroom apartment was on the second floor. An easy climb up stairs with cases. Fabio gave us a personal tour on checkin and oriented us to the town and provided us with a map. The front door opens into a large lounge with terrazzo floors and frescoed ceiling, with 2 big couches, one was made up nicely into a single bed. The view onto a courtyard below is delightful. The kitchen is big with views down to the cobbled street and adjacent stone buildings. A minibar in the fridge is even reasonably priced! A further 2 double bedrooms are down a long corridor with 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is largest, again with lovely views to courtyard below. Squeaky clean, crisp bed linen, fluffy towels, plenty of room for cases and excellent WiFi. Highly recommend for family of 5-6 people. Ask Fabio too for restaurant recommendations. Wished we had stayed more than one night. Reasonable rates. We booked direct via email. We arrived by bus - approx 12 min walk along cobbled streets however clear parking instructions provided if arriving by car.

We stayed here for four nights in June 2019. The hotel itself is beautiful and is located an easy walk to everything. Being an old monastery it was easy to get the feeling of an authentic and interesting history everywhere we went in the hotel. Our room overlooked the beautiful hills facing west (I think?) which really gave us the feeling we were in Tuscany. I can’t remember which floor we were on, but I do know it was a walk up 54 stairs to get to our room – a good workout when you have a large bag in each arm  Our room was spacious with a good enough (and clean) bathroom, and the wifi was not brilliant but was good enough for our needs. Breakfast was ok, but there was a good choice of pastries if you like that kind of thing for breakfast. Lots of nice fruit too. We loved the outdoor area as you walk through to the front door – a beautiful and tranquil place to have a wine before (and after) heading out for dinner. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

We chose Il Giardino as we had a car and wanted to be somewhere we could park but also quickly access the city by foot, and what a good choice! The hotel was great, the staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room itself (budget double) was brilliant, it was clean and a good size. There is air-con which cools the room very quickly which is also very handy in hot weather. Breakfast was god too, with a good selection including fresh warm pastries, the staff also brought over fresh coffees really quickly both mornings of our stay. Would definitely recommend for a base in Siena. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This hotel seems to be confused about what it wants to be. Apparently the building is from the 1300s, but it lacks charm and character. It's listed as a 1-star property, but the rooms are mostly decorated (and priced) to good three star standards - apart from the tiny TV, the extremely weak and therefore unusable WiFi, and the poorly sound-isolating windows (birds woke me up at 6am). To iron my clothes, I had to use a supply room - I understand irons are not allowed in the rooms due to security reasons, but they could find a nicer place for it. Reception staff is competent but not exactly warm. View from the more expensive rooms is nice, but the balconies are so shallow, you can't do much with them, even one chair will barely fit. Late check out was not possible since the maids work only until 11am...back to 1-star standard. The location is good - about 5 minutes on foot to Piazza del Campo, but close enough to paid and free parking outside the ZTL - it's why I chose this place. This was one of the most expensive hotels on my Tuscany trip, and I can't say it was justified.

Suggest this accomodation is good for a one or two night stay in Siena. Alberto is a wonderful host, makes one feel welcome and takes time to answer any queries, also is a wonderful source of information for things to do in Siena. We had a two night stay our room was clean and comfortable and quiet, the bedroom was on the small side, bed comfortable. Bathroom had a good sized shower, plenty of hot water. Wardrobe space adequate, there was a safe in the wardrobe, it is not fixed to a wall or anything! The safe was difficult to access as it was located on the floor of the wardrobe. We travelled light but if you have a lot of luggage or have mobility issues the steps may be an issue approx 32 steps. The building is a medieval one therefore doesn’t have a lift. Breakfast is continental , breads pastries, cakes, cold meat and cheese, juice, cereals, yoghurt, tea or coffee. You can also get a boiled egg if you want. If everyone is at breakfast at the same time the room is cramped, and getting in and out of chair is very awkward. The location of this B&B is centrally located so walking to shops and close to popular tourist locations. As mentioned Alberto is an excellent host .

Sometimes it can be overwhelming when you are researching a place to stay on vacation; proximity to attractions, will it be clean/safe, should I just use AirBnB, will the air conditioning/heat and Wifi work, this location doesn’t have enough reviews to be credible etc - we all have our own mental checklist that may vary slightly, but we all still do it. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE HOMERUN From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, Andrea and Massimo (hosts), were nothing short of spectacular and knocked my checklist out of the park. Massimo was sincerely passionate and enthusiastic about sharing things to do around the city that it even inspired me to see as much art/history as I could. To be honest I don’t even like art. But just meeting this man shifted my focus from food and wine to being a complete tourist for 48-hours. I loved it! We arrived on a hot July day so it was great to arrive to a room already cooled off with AC. Clean towels & accommodations were laid out nicely along with complementary sparkling and non-sparkling water. The tea and coffee was also a nice touch as that’s how we love to start our day. WIFI was perfect. My girl friend and I were able to simultaneously take Zoom calls and did not experience any streaming integrity issues. You are a 1-minute walk from Piazza Del Campo and 3-minute walk from the Duomo di Siena. Highly recommend the Hospital tour! Best of luck to the continued success of your business, Andrea and Massimo. We will see you next time! Connor & Alysa

We stayed in the room on the top floor with the 360 view. It can get a little hot when the curtains were all open, so make sure you close them while you are out on the town or plan to open a few windows when you return. The pros: The view is amazing. The room is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and are very willing to help you with taxis. The cons: With all those windows, it was not the quietest location at night on a Saturday...so this place is probably better for a crowd that plans on being out late themselves. We were tired enough from our travel and form attending a friend's wedding party that the noise didn't matter much to us, but it would not be the best place to stay for an early-to-bed light sleeper on Friday or Saturday nights. However, if you are looking for a beautiful location that is walkable to the center of Siena this is a great one. One tip, if possible, I recommend calling or texting the staff when you are on your way to the hotel to give them about 10 minutes notice as they are not always at the hotel location (they run a few B&Bs across the town so the person on duty is often moving from one location to another to clean a room or help a guest check-in/out). We arrived and had to wait outside for someone to arrive (not a big deal at all but if we had thought to call from the train station we would have saved ourselves the wait). Its not the easiest place to find...Look for the archway between the pizza awnings with a big wooden door...that's the front door, there is a phone number on a plaque near the door.

This is a unique property, part of what appears to have been a private palazzo now divided into private residential and the hotel. The common area's are absolutely beautiful and befitting of a palazzo. Nice amenities, coffee, hot water, ice etc always available. Generous and beautiful breakfast, you make the selections you want the night before and they are waiting at your table in the morning - eggs, meats, cheese, breads, pastries, croissants, yogurt, fruit - anything you could want for breakfast. Had a lovely room with an amazing view of Siena, room was on the small side, but, hard not to love it anyway because of the view. Can't beat the location as it is right in the middle of Siena. One note, breakfast hours are limited 9-10 - so if your schedule doesn't work with this time they will give you a voucher to use at the lovely cafe downstairs - would stay here again if I were in Siena

The impression is not bad, it may be that I have suffered everywhere in other places in Italy before. Siena is the place where I have the best impression of Italy. In fact, the location of the hotel is a bit biased, but Siena itself is very small, and it takes only 20 minutes to walk to the attractions. Due to the small size of the city, the surroundings are quite quiet. Compared with Rome and Naples, the sense of security is overwhelming, and the soundproofing of the rooms is also good. The building is a bit old, but the facilities are justified. Said it is a single room, but the bed should be just enough for two people to sleep. All the necessary facilities are available. The shower head does not have hot water and called the front desk, and it was repaired in ten minutes. The restaurant environment is good, but the breakfast itself is average. The staple food is only bread and cereal balls, bacon and cheese slices are good, and personal favorite hot cocoa with milk, so eating is also comfortable. Compared to bringing children, I personally feel that it is better to bring a couple to stay. The whole room and the restaurant are very emotional, the shower gel provided has a unique fragrance, under the TV is a white wine available for 10 euros at your own expense or champagne with two round-bellied wine glasses, plus it seems that there is no heating, which clearly wants you to keep warm. Hug... everything is good, but it’s a bit embarrassing for me as a single traveler

The hotel is just lovely and well maintained. Our room was on the second floor. It was spacious and cool. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom also good size. Amenities in the bathroom not that good, so I would not rely on them. There is a kettle, but only tea available. Luckily we brought our own coffee :). The best thing was the silence in the hotel, the location which truly is perfect and the staff members. They were helpful and friendly. The only negative, which I feel sorry that I didn’t bring up while we were staying there was the cleaning. It was not good at all. The room is so beautiful, so it was a pity that it wasn’t cleaned properly. There was hardly enough toilet paper, I had to wash our mugs and wine glasses myself (not once they were changed), the spoons were taken away one day and we didn’t get any back. The room did not look cleaned even though we knew the cleaning staff had been there. I was disappointed, because I did love the hotel otherwise. All in all: yes, book this hotel for your stay in Siena due to all the positives me and many other guests are mentioning. It is perfect for couples.
