The generator was not enough for all rooms. We were unconditioned by 24h. We could not open the windows, because the generator is a little below us and the smoke generated by it entered our room. I asked the reception to change the room, because they had air-conditioned rooms working and said they couldn't; I asked a fan to sleep and they had no. Result: sleep (due to fatigue) at 2:30 a.m. with a humiliated towel on my body to try to threaten the heat.In the morning they would solve our problem, but we were already going away. I know that the lack of energy was not the fault of the hotel, but they could have put us in another room, because it was not stuck or then obtained a fan to avoid such disorder. The reception was with my number to the administration to contact via WhatsApp to try to compensate (through discount in the stay), but so far, almost a week later, they did not enter.

The room was comfortable (i stayed in a executive room), with good cleaning and quality bed linen. cable TV, wifi, air conditioning ok.My reservation is in relation to the size of the bathroom box. I saw several comments from people who have already been home there, but I paid to see with my eyes, rs. The box is MINIMUM! I have no problem with small spaces, but that box gave me claustrophobia. And the water of the shower falls all widely, so it was impossible to take a bath with the open box. I took a bath at the hurry to get out there. I've got 1.57 and 60 kg, so if you're a big person, you'll have a worse experience. I asked for dinner to eat in the room and it took more than 1 h to arrive because the kitchen official was in rest time, even being 19h. But ok. Breakfast fat and varied, staff, modern building.

Not only is the food bad, but the space is ridiculous, 6 tables in a 4 floors hotel hotel with 7 rooms each. Service is as bad as the rooms, I left a message asking them not to clean my room (there's no do not disturb sign) and when I got back, the room had been cleaned. When I asked they said they had to go in because of a leakage in the room next door. No one was able to explain why they had to make the bed in the process of cleaning the floor. The manager, of course, was not at the hotel and even after being asked to contact me, did not. I'm never coming back andif you're in the process of searching, keep looking. If you have already booked, I'm so sorry! Quartos minúsculos e sem janelas, péssimo estado de conservação. Pior café da manhã que já tive em um hotel não só pela qualidade da comida como pelo espaço, ridículo, de 6 mesas para um hotel com 4 andares e 7 quartos por andar. Serviço péssimo, deixei avisado que o quarto não devia ser limpo, e eles entram e remexeram tudo. Pedi pra falar com o gerente que, claro, não estava no hotel, mas mandou recado pela recepção dizendo que entraram no quarto devido a vazamento no quarto vizinho. O motivo pelo qual fizeram a cama e recolheram o lixo, mesmo só tendo entrado para secar o vazamento, segue um mistério. Se você ainda está pesquisando onde ficar, continue procurando. Se já reservou, meus pêsames.

A CUT OF AC FOR 3 1/2 HOURS, WITHOUT WARNING, TO SAVE MONEY BECAUSE NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE. Nobody told me this; I asked why, I got reasons all as fanciful as each other!THE TRUTH, BEFORE LEAVING. If you can t afford to look like a 5 stars hotel, don t pretend it with the rate! The cherry on the cake was a morning, because everything was so old-in terms of food, to find some eggs of cockroach eggs in corn flakes- i do have substantial proofs, pixs, videos, & more.... The owner Fernando had the audacity to talk to me nicely about the situation-not to eat french fires in order to have clients satisfied- EXCUSE ME, it's normal! it's not a favor(maybe Brasil, not anywhere else, travel Dear!) I paid, and got expulsed, because too demanding????- in a middle of a pandemic!!, to satisfy the little ego and unprofessionalism of that owner who makes you think he is rich-quite the opposite!.... (He didn t speak english well, -not his fault, but that s ok.) His action was almost criminal. To expel people in the middle of a pandemic in a dirty, unprofessional way, who pay a 5 star (but in fact, it is only 1 and a half star) and who have asked for explanations.

I was told it has a partial kitchen in the room, so I could make breakfast. To my surprise there was nothing when I arrived. I asked for a coffee maker and a microwave, but the told me they only have a heater and pans. I explained them I just wanted something to make coffee, they told me I could have breakfast at the hotel with a cost of 33 Reales, which was not my idea. I could never reach the supervisor neither on the phone nor personally. After 2 days RCI contacted then, the night before my ckeck out I found a coffee maker in the room. By that time I had spent 260 reales having breakfast at a nearby bar with my husband.(which I really like to have a compensation) On the other hand, the room was always clean, the shower was very powerfull, and the bed confortable, but only one night table at the room, I had my suitcase in replace by my side. Due to all these, It is a pity, but I won't come back and I don't recommend it.

Pontos negativos: - cancelaram minha reserva feita pela booking para que fosse realizada diretamente pelo hostel - SEM ME CONSULTAR, não sei se o motivo foi se livrar das avaliações ou para evitar pagamento da taxa, o que aconteceu é que já estava hospedada quando recebi notificação que a hospedagem cancelou minha reserva. Em contato com os proprietários que deram inúmeras voltas e não justificaram o motivo de cancelarem a reserva pela booking para fazer outra diretamente na hospedagem; - proprietária bebeu demais com outros hóspedes e saiu para balada, até aí tudo bem. Porém, a mesma chega 3 horas da manhã e liga som no último volume, sem a menor consideração e respeito com os hóspedes que não estavam na balada; - moça responsável pelo café da manhã às vezes é um tanto grosseira e mal humorada com os hóspedes e principalmente com os voluntários que o hostel hospeda, por diversas vezes vi e ouvi ela sendo grosseira com os voluntários, inclusive no meu primeiro café da manhã, penso que tenha me confundindo com um dos voluntários. Havia contratado um passeio para as 7:10, o café começa às 7h.... Cheguei na sala de café as 6:50 (já estava praticamente tudo pronto) e perguntei com a maior educação se poderia me servir antes, devido ao passeio, ela simplesmente me deu uma resposta áspera: ”não tenho autorização da dona para liberar antes”, isso praticamente gritando. E no outro dia a mesma senta na minha mesa no café e me pede desculpas! Desculpas aceitas, eu entendo e percebi que ela é a única ali para dar conta café e da limpeza e deve estar com sobre carga de trabalho, mas isso não justifica as palavras ásperas!

Already with food included and room service, and we couldn't miss the pool. And we couldn't be happier with our experience. It’s a four-star hotel,from the pictures we were expecting the building to be modern but in fact it has a very rustic style inside. One thing that surprised everyone was that the rooms were very large and comfortable and the bathrooms were also very large. Besides, the service is super good because there people are super friendly and funny. However one thing that should improve is parking because one of the parking is private and the other is shared with the hotel in front, and the convenience stores inside the hotel were not good because there were no things that should have (like slippers and swimsuits), not just souvenirs. This hotel is obviously not that cheap, but it is worth the price because it is a very quiet place, very well located, with a beautiful view to the sea, with some very good foods and activities for children.This hotel is ideal for going with children up to 7 years old because it has many activities, and to go with friends too as it is cheap and quality. My final grade is 4 stars. Very good hotel !!!

So, when you stay at Atlantic Ocean Residence, you will feel like a resident because you often cross with residents, which, for me, is not a problem. The room is quite clean, well located and the kitchen looked well equipped, but as we stayed only one night, it was not possible to check the day if something was missing. |1.55km from city centerHotel muito acochegante, Recepção grande funcionários sempre solícitos a ajudar staff maravilhoso, gostei de ter 3 elevadores espaçoso, e na cobertura onde fica a piscina tem uma vista maravilhosa onde se pode contempla um lindo por do sol,gostei do funcionamento da piscina se 24 horas bem como também o serviço de cozinha e o bar da piscina, achei esse quesito top das galáxias,a parte do open bar é lindo fora a vista que é plena, ficamos no 14 anda com vista para o Mar, apesar do Mar fica distante mas vale muito apena com uma mini varanda que dá pra tirar belas fotos, quarto pequeno mas nada que incomode, tem armário mesa de trabalho e achei engraçado o Lavabo fica dentro do quarto, mas não nos incomodou em nada, banheiro achei pequeno, mas chuveiro bom ar perfeito tudo funcionou direitinho, cama boa com certeza voltarei e curtirei a piscina pois como o tempo estava chuvoso não me atrevi a tomar banho ficamos só tomando uns Drinks no espaço que é acochegante e lindo, Café da manhã gostamos muito bem diversificado e sempre alguém fazendo reposição do que acabava, espaço do café bem espaçoso, o estacionamento é muito pequeno e apertado, tipo assim, quem vai de carro o ideal é tirar só qdo sair do Hotel(for embora) pois corre o risco de vc não encontrar mas vaga , apesa de ter um vigilante na rua para olha os carros que não conseque vaga no estacionamento, o ideal é deixa o carro quadradinho né!? , foi o que fizemos deixamos no estacionamento e utilizamos UBER, Tivemos um contratempo no nosso pedido do jantar , esperamos duas horas para sermos servidos, e não foi só com a gente tinha outras pessoas também inclusive algumas que até desistiram, nos falaram que na troca de turno de funcionários não foi passado nosso pedido para o cozinheiro qdo fui fazer o check-out relatei o acontecido e a Recepcionista deu a desculpa que faltou gente na cozinha, falei pra ela que costumo ver as avaliações de onde me hospedo e vi que demoras nos pratos são relatos constantes e isso já era pra te sido revisto pela gerência pois como eles servem 24 horas isso é inadmissível acontece frequentemente, pois às instalações são ótimas gostei demais, que melhorias sejam feitas referente a pedidos de pratos

Otherwise, there is no other place near to get money. Structure - As several previous comments here, the hotel really needs a reform. The accommodation is very small, with old structure. The window in the room was open to the garage - super-moving and noisy, both by guests and by suppliers. As tb commented the room is well swallowed, there is a lack of real ventilation, which makes it impossible to spend a lot of time inside - you have to spend the night and go to the street day. The hotel has a freezer with beers, refrigerators, water, dishes, etc in the reception, which can be placed on the room's account. The hotel restaurant serves the lunch orders in the evening (there are pizza, tapioca, omeles, etc, prepared at the time). The breakfast was very reasonable. The feeling was that the salts were from the previous day and the fruit were cut down there. The hotel has a small, beautiful swimming pool. The Fortaleza IBIS is rundown, the general hallways are dirty, look used and are not well maintained. We give it maximum 2,5 - 3 stars! Rooms are small, as is usual for IBIS, but to say that we had ”beachview” (more expensive) is a joke: a small window, with the hotel located on a street a block away from the beach.... Check-in was slow. Our reservation could not be found Check-out even slower. Printer did not work. Bill was promised per e-mail but never arrived. Good thing: Closed and guarded parking space for free. Good to park our rented Hilux!
