So I decided to have lunch at the XVA hotel in Al Fahidi area in Dubai. The location is very nice, it’s the old Dubai with old renovated buildings and pedestrian streets. As soon as I got to the hotel, I was VERY SURPRISED that there were no ramps to access. As the building itself is old, the access is not that easy with steps and I don’t understand how come such a nice spot that got renovated few years ago, didn’t even think of making it more accessible for people of determination and elderly people... Even when I asked the staff if there was an easier access or a ramp, they didn’t even know what to respond! They just watched and let my friend and I struggling with the obstacles... I have been to Marrakech many times , always staying in a riad ( it’s very old houses ) and most of those riads (which are boutique hotels) are accessible by wheelchairs... it would be good if XVA Hotel consider in being more accessible because it’s worth visiting the place... very different from the Dubai we all know... very authentic... The hotel is in the old town, the National Museum of Dubai is just across the road from the hotel, just a few steps away. It is also very close to the canal, just 1 dirham ride abra to the other side, the gold market and the spice market. Next to the hotel is a variety of wedding dresses, as well as a relatively large supermarket. Not far from the bus terminal, the shuttle bus to Abu Dhabi is also there (15 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive, 12 dirhams). The hotel has free parking and parking. The airport is about 50-60 dirhams to the hotel, and the journey takes 20-25 minutes. Transportation: Take the subway green line, walk out at AI Fahidi station and walk 700 meters.

The breakfast in the hotel is a very simple buffet western food. The toaster is broken. I asked the Indian uncle to buy a new one, but I stayed for several days and it was still like that. The bed can be added. The hotel is located in Bur Dubai’s cloth market. , The central location is very lively, parking is a bit problematic

This weekend we decided to explore a different part of the city, one which allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle and immerse ourselves in a quieter, more authentic part of Dubai. We organised an overnight stay at the Al Seef Heritage Hotel conveniently located along the famous Dubai Creek, which spreads across almost 14 kilometers. It’s a perfect spot for evening strolls. The reception of the hotel is nestled in the middle of the Al Seef area. Early check-in was possible, and we were able to valet our car, and get out exploring, whilst our room was having a deep clean with the hotel’s incredible Covid-19 regulations. We were in the King suite, which boasted a charming, comfortable, and clean room with adjoining walk in shower and bathroom. Every detail in the room was a reminder of a time in history prior to the Dubai we have come to know and love. There are many cafes, markets stalls, gold souk in Deira and even the museum of illusions available to you on your doorstep. The entire Al Seef setting is dainty with many insta-worthy photo opportunities – which as you can tell, we took full advantage of! There’s a vast variety of restaurants further along the creek and we decided to take the hotels recommendation and head to dinner at Skafos – a floating Mediterranean restaurant that overlooks the Creek. The breakfast was delicious, and I highly recommend ordering the French toast which looks enormous but there was nothing left on the plate once I had finished with it. Starters included a sharing platter of dates, dried figs, salad, hummus, warm bread and olives. We both had coffee and I think the soya latte was the definition of perfection.

The front desk is very warm. The room can be smoked. But the hotel is an old hotel. Everything is a bit old. It is near the gold market. You can see there is a hotel nearby. The price is almost the same. Facing the Dubai Creek

Grand Sina is a great place during your vacation in Dubai. The staff is polite, all facilities are as shown in the pictures. The hotel is on the first floor and the entrance is through a bustling market. It is safe to go at anytime. The reception looks like a a palace entrance. It has a massage chair and its really awesome to end your day after sightseeing and shopping. Outside the hotel as close to 20 restaurants that cater to food of your choice and budget. The staff is really accomodating and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The rooms are in great condition. It is not a quaint hotel with old furniture etc. Everything is well kept and we had a great stay for 7 days.

The location is ok. In the evening, you can run along the opposite river. There are KFC and McDonald’s nearby, and there are two Chinese supermarkets, which are convenient for boarding, lodging and travel, and the subway station is within easy reach.

The Al Koory Inn is a fairly new very basic hotel. It's design and decor is modern and trendy and the Wi-Fi is useless, it's appalling and drops out every few seconds. Check in was very unwelcome and unfriendly. The rooms are small, and there is a desk and chair, a safe, an electric jug, 2 bottles of water, an LCD TV with a small number of channels and virtually no English speaking channels, none were worth watching, no movie channel not even National Geographic which was available but only in Arabic.  There are no face washers, bathrobes or slippers, but there is a glassed front bar fridge which doesn't keep anything cold.  The bed is quite hard and the pillows are horrible and lumpy. The shower has reasonable water pressure but the temperature fluctuates hot to cool all the time and the shower floor is very slippery. There is no swimming pool, no gym and nothing much around the hotel, accept there is a couple is supermarkets about 3 or 400m away.  It costs about 60 AED to get from airport to the hotel in a taxi. If you arrive in Dubai after midnight you have to take a taxi because none of the public transport runs after midnight. It was clean, modern but there wasn't anything else good that I could say about it and I would not recommended it to anybody as there are too many other much better choices available.

Due to rooms shortage, we were moved to Mariana hotel for our last 2 days in UAE. This hotel has a great reception, its is on the main street, the staff is great. The issue I had was the AirCon. The family rooms that I lived in was with Central AirCon. The remote to the AirCon as not functioning and we had a tough time for most of the evening. However in a couple of hours the AirCon was fixed and we could sleep peacefully. The rooms are spacious with 4 single beds or 2 single and one queen bed.

The hotel amenities was really good.We loved our stay even just for 1 night,it was just unlucky that our request for early check in and late check put was not accomodated. Overall stay is good, they managed to provide our housekeeping requesting for additional pillows and towels.

It’s an awesome stay. Realized on the last day that the sound from people dropping heavy metals on the floor of the gym was irritating. So the 13th floor under the gym is a no no next time. I’ll definitely stay there again. Close to the train and good buffet.

The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!

The hotel is very distinctive, the lobby is very large, there is a movie theater, a game room for children to play, but the bed is too soft, and the air-conditioning is too cold to open the windows for ventilation, the air-conditioning stops, and the air-conditioning stops. Closing the window is boring. By the way, the front desk can raise the temperature of the room. We only found out when we left. It had been cold for so many days. There is also a supermarket, Starbucks Burger, downstairs. It’s very close to Dubai mall. Go out and turn left and walk straight across the viaduct. It’s about 7 minutes. . Very cost-effective. Suitable for young people. By the way, there is no bellboy, who pushes the luggage by himself, and there are carts like the airport, and the service is good.

Very enjoyable trip! The Rove Hotel is 3 subway stops away from the airport's T3 terminal. You can see it from Exit 4 of the deira city center station, and walk 200 meters. The hotel environment is simple and clean. 3-400 meters to the south of the hotel is the deira city center shopping center, where there is a Carrefour supermarket in addition to shopping and dining. About 500 meters to the west of the hotel is the Wenzhou Supermarket, the largest local Chinese supermarket chain in Dubai. The dining area is on the first floor. There is everything you need to do with noodles, rice, skewers, skewers, and barbecue. We strongly recommend kebabs, 9.99 dirhams per skewers (tax not included) , A big skewer, grilled very well! There is no need to consider eating hotel meals when staying at the Rover Hotel. There are plenty of choices for eating in the nearby shopping mall and Wen Chao. Since the subway station is nearby, it is very convenient to go to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Gold Souk and other places where you need to check in. I haven't taken a taxi in Dubai for 16 days, and all the subways are fixed. After getting off the plane, buy a subway silver card at the T3 terminal station and recharge it. If there is still left when you leave Dubai, you can go to the subway counter to refund the money. The hospital is 200 meters from the entrance of the hotel. Nucleic acid testing is also super convenient, and reports can be issued within 24 hours. There is an open-air swimming pool on the M floor of the hotel (from 8 am to 8 pm) and a 24-hour gym. It's okay to relax and exercise in the hotel as well. All in all, Rove Hotel is cost-effective and very convenient. Very pleasant staying experience!

Downtown Dubai
The service of the hotel is good, but there are only some overlord treaties, which is very puzzled. The hotel is bought at a discount, because check-in needs to be booked in advance, so the time is confirmed two weeks in advance. I thought it out, but the date I wrote was very contradictory. It seems that the hotel that is valid until September next year is only available in September this year, and the other dates are all jokes. Well, it is very convenient for us to live here. Secondly, after confirming the check-in date, Ctrip made several calls and asked me to confirm how many people will stay. Our three children are 8 years old, and they told me that children need to pay extra per night because adults over four years old will be charged 200- per night. 300 local currency, yes, don't be surprised. I double-checked it, and I hung up when I felt boring. Besides, in the hotel, everything else is fine, but before check-in, I said that the swimming pool is not available for use at 3-5 p.m. because some people can not use it. After all, it is acceptable to have one day to play. As a result, we went at other time. Chairs and huts can only be used under the sun, and the side with the shade of the tree cannot be used. This is quite boring. Why don't you write them all out and let us not spend money to find breath. My family lives on the opposite side of this hotel, just change the environment. Finally, I will answer your questions. Breakfast 7-11 is very full. In addition to what they have, you can also order what you like and let them cook. You can add 150 local currency per night for an extra bed. You can only take your children to swim here. Or go to Dubai Mall, the parking lot is not very big. One thing we dislike is that the lake-view room is very noisy, because the fountain is put out every half an hour after 6 o'clock in the evening. I really don’t understand why this event was organized. Neither side felt it was good. Although I bought it at a discount, I also spent money. It made it as if we were free...
