The overall level of the two hotels is worse than the domestic five-star hotel. There are not many restaurants in the hotel. They all go out to eat. However, there are several restaurants near the hotel. I think it is not good. Especially the yogurt with salt! . . On the first day of check-in, I checked the health of the bed and found that there was hair. The sheets were dirty, because I had just checked in and didn’t change, and then the standard room was very small and small. It was different from the domestic five-star hotel. Sleeping with a mask in the evening, afraid of allergies. . The advantage is that the breakfast is good, but I am tired of eating it for a few days. . The room is not a noisy room, the room is too small.
Clean and clean in a timely manner. There is a pharmacy, a hospital, and a dentist's office nearby, and it happened that I had a toothache. The guy at the front desk is very good at English. He helped to book a taxi and told the driver to tell us the fare. Good service.
The hotel service is very good, the rooms are spacious and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. The breakfast is also rich.
The surrounding environment seems to be average, because friends pick up and drop off, so I don’t know if the traffic is convenient.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Turkey. 1. The infrastructure is old, the room door can't be opened for no reason, I think the room card is not magnetic, and the result is that there is a problem with the room door lock sensor. 2. Poor hygiene, room sound insulation is not good 3. On the first day, I said that no room is not allowed to stay, until two in the afternoon. 4. Breakfast is suitable for natives, not suitable for Chinese taste, and eats hard bread for ten days. 5. Check-out actually said that there was a piece of cake, but did not open the refrigerator at all. 6. Go to the hotel front desk to exchange money and say no cash, let go to other places The only advantage is that the hotel is opposite STARCITY, it is convenient to eat and eat, and taxi to the exhibition hall is usually 30 lira.
When I read the comments, I hesitated very much. I preferred the haruri when I couldn't find room available in other hotels. I was easy to reach, very gentle to welcome and very fast. The lady at the reception was not as she was said at all, with a slim face. The room was beautiful and clean inside the hotel. The room smells like a beautiful. Although we had early entry, the room was aired. Modernly designed. There was a wide spa clean bathroom. Bed, kitchen and wallpapers clean. The curtains seemed old. The only problem is sound isolation, the speech of those passing the outside door is heard in the room. The room service is fast, the restaurant economic taste super two-cut-backs and 2 Pepsi 66 TL. I was generally very happy. I went in and left laughing. I recommend that you be chosen with violence. I am in top places among my choices after this. Thank you to the gentleman of the reception, not forgeting, a very spiritual and Güler-faced professional.
Anka Grand Hotel The location is superb, and going out to the right is less than 50 meters is the light rail station. There are also a small supermarket next to the hotel and a lot of convenience stores. We have a room in a certain time, with a credit card guarantee, it is super convenient to pay at the store. Because it is in a bustling area, the price will be relatively higher. The interior of the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are old, but they are very clean and tidy. The hotel waiter helped us to take the baggage upstairs, although our Turkey thought that there was no tip, but we still gave 10 liras.
My boutique Hotel - what can I say a little gem of a hotel. If you want to live amongst the locals experience local life eat at very reasonably priced restaurants. Be 10 min walk from the sulimaniya mosque. 15 min walk from Emenio tram and 15min from spice bazaar then this is the place. Not only for these reasons you should book but also book for the following. The rooms are immaculate clean tidy and beautiful they all have a mini fridge. Bathrooms are immaculate with a shower and complimentary shampoo shower soap and hand soap. A hair dryer is also provided. Wi Fi in all rooms and super fast connection .The Manger Jon could not do enough for us and the rest of the team equally helpful nothing was ever too much from booking us a taxi to finding us an iron to use. Our travel agent had booked us a twin room by mistake. When we reached the hotel we asked if a double was available unfortunately there was not but where told after 3 days a family room would become available and for a very small fee we could have this one and we did. The roof Terrance has a beautiful view of the sulimaniya mosque. Over all a pleasant stay do not get put off by the street this is not the centre of a tourist place but home for locals who are very friendly I as a woman went out and about on my own and did not feel threatened or harassed. I think a few little tweaks would make this place even better. 1. Tea and coffee making facility in the room we brits like our morning cup of tea. 2. The family room we stayed in was on the ground floor for decor purposes they had a glass wall ( don’t worry you can not see in or out) however in the night when the light is on of the lobby this gave continues light into the room. A curtain would be perfect to draw at night . 3. The terrace I would of used a little more than I did if it was a little more welcoming plants some traditional Turkish sofas with cushions. 4. May be a few English speaking channels on the TV However the above are only suggestions and do not take away from the fact how beautiful this hotel was and the hospitality was superb. We are definitely looking to book again this year with our children
The hotel is a few hundred meters away from the Grand Bazaar, the Sofia Church and the Blue Mosque. In an alley, the location is OK. It is surrounded by clothing wholesale stores. It is open at 6 o'clock in the morning, a little noise, the price is small but very clean. The breakfast is very rich, the front desk and the restaurant service are very good, always talking, there are laundry, car and other services. It is still better in crowded Istanbul.
Similar to the old four-star in China, the old things are old but very clean and comfortable, there is no storefront around. The biggest advantage: the sunset in the front room is very beautiful, because the opposite is the airport without high buildings, this is the tallest building. The only unhappy place, 20 lire Internet access per day, as long as the Internet is charged.
Hotel Niles is by far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel has a very warm and cozy feeling throughout. The decor was beautiful and breakfast at the terrace was just an amazing start to the day. Beautiful views and just a few minutes walk from the grand bazaar. We walked everywhere as everything was close by.
A huge thank you to all the staff especially Mr Halil and the lovely gentlemen at reception who checked us out and helped us with our airport transfer issues. He went above and beyond and we are very grateful.
Will definitely be visiting again.
The hotel is located on a pedestrian street, although there is a parking lot behind it, but it is always inconvenient to park. It is very close to the Grand Mosque and the Sophia Church. It is a great tourist destination. The hotel’s six-story restaurant has a good view.
I stayed at the Hotel Hippodrome along with my family_ my wife and two kids. We arrived at the hotel at early morning. We requested the manager for early check in, if possible. The manager Mr. Caner was much generous to allow us at about 11 AM, it was 1 PM though. They provided us a two connected room surprisingly because we booked for two large bed room. The breakfast was amaging at terrace having awesome view of Bosphorus and Blue Mosque. Location is just too good. Sultan Ahmed station, blue mosque, hagia sofia and topkhapi just a minuts walk away. There was a taxi stand in front of the hotel. Numbers of restaurants and Arasta Bazar just adjacent to hippodrome. Finally we are much greatful to Mr. Bilben the most humble and helpful hand during our stay at hotel. Much recomended hotel definitely.
Super location, centrally located, bus station and ferry (only 6 minutes to Üsküdar on the Asian side) is not 10 minutes walking distance. The partly steep road from the bus station back to the hotel, was, after a tip of very friendly staff, no problem anymore. The next bus stop on line 30M is only about 100 steps further above (It is very important after a long hard day). Our wish for sea view (Straight) and smoking rooms could be met. When open windows were open and somewhat noisy but closed, they were beautifully close and quiet. Change dressing room with safe, kitchen area with vacuum ... sticks, plates, ... even water cookers. Shower area with fence and enough light and several mirrors. Good hot water pressure. Except for toilet brushes all new.. Dental brushes Rasing tools shampoo, shower gel. Parbet very comfortable and quiet.. thick mattress, thick deck big, in all directions rotating flat screen. The free Wi-Fi, which did not work properly on the first day in the room at the 5th floor, was solved directly next day. Good fast reception. We have a home in Istanbul now. Housez Suites & Apartments
I stayed white corner hotel which is great, comfortable and modern disagn. This is new hotel and also staffs are so helpful. They always shows what you need. Hotel is also located in center of the city. You can find everything.
This place is a great bargain. Compared to two other places I stayed, it is the best deal. They will take great care of you here, especially Hammad! There’s also an amazing cafe/restaurant where you can eat great food and people-watch in a prime location, only 10 minutes away from the main tourist attractions (like Haga Sofia). Don’t mind the stairs. It is well worth it. When you come, be sure to ask for Zeki!
We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of April 2021. That was a family trip and we stayed there for a couple of days. What we really loved was the location of the hotel and the staff. The staff was very nice, responsible, and always ready to help. When it comes to the hotel itself and the breakfast they provide, it is not bad but could be better :) but still, I think it is a good value for that money. For staying there for a couple of days I'd highly recommend this hotel.
Staying again, the experience is very good, it is worth recommending ~ Breakfast styles are diverse to meet the needs of different tastes. It's a subway station when you go out, and the transportation is convenient. A 2-3 minute walk from the hotel to the supermarket, which is quite a big European chain brand in the local area. Location, transportation, and service are very satisfactory
The hotel is clean and pleasant. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and understanding. 5 stars well deserved!! The breakfast is perfect, we ate well. We managed to communicate in English Thank you for your welcome and see you soon 👍🏽
Hotel was booked via booking.com and payment method was selected as card. On arriving we were asked to pay in cash. On the question why it is so as we counted on card payment, receptionist told „we are not cooperating with booking”. We afraid that we will be charged twice so we changed payment method to another empty card and agreed to pay in cash. We counted that they will give us invoice so we can complain booking about this as the hotel is not following booking policy. So, once we payed cash they reject to provide any invoice so we suspect this guys avoiding taxes and putting money in the pocket cheating on tax office. When we checked in we spot they provided a room with 2 beds instead of 3 and it was smaller then the one we booked. They promised they will change it next morning but that was a lie. The next morning the guy told that all rooms „are the same” we asked him to prove that showing us other rooms and he told „no free rooms”. When needed receptionist pretends he does not speak english. I was asked to call the owner of the hotel (on my own btw) and talk about this. He responded once and promised everything will be ok. He lied as well and next time he did not pick up the phone. So, be aware this hotel consists of filthy liars. Cheating with payments and room conditions included.
I picked this hotel as it had great links to the heart of Istanbul and it did not disappoint! Just 5 minutes walk away from a main metro station as well as great bus links (if you feel adventurous!) I stayed with my young family and the hotel provided interconnecting rooms of a double and twin room. I would recommend to all!
Definetely, recommended! Amazing hotel situated right next to tram station at Sultanahmet. Big rooms, with beautiful interior and the best Turkish breakfast. Hotel offers coffee, tea and sweets every day for their guests for free. It has beautifull rooftop terrace with view of Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque.
I had the best time, the staff are amazingly friendly and I made a lot of new friends, if I ever come back, it will for sure be at this hotel!! Location is also really nice with everything you need around. Highly recommend it!!
Istanbul was the first time, but now I know exactly, we will be more. The magic city has left the most enjoyable experiences since the first day. The hotel, which managed to book, a day before departure to Turkey, met us with a very smiley and cheerful staff. The room has everything we need, including a refrigerator, a toilet table with a mirror we didn't need, as our goal was to plunge into the atmosphere of the city and look inside, rather than look at yourself in the mirror). For the same reason, We didn't care the view from the window: walked early, returned late, into the already cleaned and refilled room. Cleaning the room, was done every day. The bathroom was clean, and always hot shower, no surprises, plum worked as home, everything was great, no discomfort. The hotel is located in an exceptionally convenient place, on foot to all the main attractions of the Fatih area: temples and mosques, and in one direction you will go to the Grand Bazaar, On the other hand - to the Egyptian bazaar. Just down - harbor, from where on ferry you can swim to different places of this wonderful city. Just near the square of Sultanahmet, where we even took place at the concert, on the occasion of the day of the Republic. Everyone is next. And tram stops and bridges - choose which way you want to move to another district of Taksim. It's fast and convenient. On the street where our hotel is located, there is probably a building of hotels too. But we didn't hear no noise at night. On the contrary, everything is quiet, neither cars nor a gula of voices. I hope this quiet street, when turned into a fully filled hotel or shop, will remain the same calm, and the hotel is the same available:-). Very cheerful staff! Thank you very much : Jeanne, Denise (some thank you for having seen Suleimanian and Acquedik!) and another young man who meets everyone for breakfast, in our morning departure. Breakfast is charging delicious energy for a long walk. Drinking tea or coffee can be enjoyed by a wake-up city from the balcony of the dining room. View to the opposite shore and the Galatian Tower. Everything liked, sad that there was little time to see everything that was planned ... but the main thing, I want to go back to this city, and that means still ahead!!!)
Book a twin room and give us a double bed. When I went to the store, I said there was no information about us. In the end they got it wrong. There is no apology. Finally, Ctrip complained about it. Grieved one night and changed rooms the next day. There is a tall front desk that is also particularly arrogant. The others are quite friendly. In addition to the above unpleasant, other overall is OK.

There is a small balcony to see the scenery is really super beautiful, the overall decoration hardware is OK, but the three-piece bed needs to be improved, health can be strengthened. The service is good, you can help bring your luggage upstairs and downstairs. The surrounding neighborhoods are also safer and convenient to travel. It is close to the airport bus stop in the old city. The whole is OK, and I sigh again, the sea view is really beautiful.
The hotel has a great location, 5 minutes from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar and Kapali Carsi. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around. The people working there are kind and nice, the woman who works in the kitchen and prepares breakfast is very nice and speaks three foreign languages. Breakfast is wonderful and varied, there is something for everyone. The only downside were the cleaners, which did not do their job, they did not wipe the dust and did not vacuum for our 8 days stay. They also digged in our fridge every day and touched our food. It was also weird that they put new slippers every day. Do not reserve transportation from the airport, our transportation was arranged but the driver was not there to pick us up from the airport. We searched for him for half an hour and then took a taxi to get to the hotel. I don't think this is the fault of the hotel, they just arranged transport with a bad carrier. There are constructions next to the hotel, from 8am to 5pm. It is impossible to sleep in the morning. There is also a mosque right next to the hotel, they have a loud call to prayer. If you have a problem with this maybe you should stay somewhere around Taksim.
The hotel is very good but don't trust the photos of the site ... All is clean and well-designed, but the decor is not as luxurious and careful. The reception hall is pleasant, but the rest of the common areas is not so careful, including the restaurant (which serves breakfast) which is not francly welcome. The rooms are very comfortable and modern, quite quiet, the small bathrooms are well, the staff is helpful, we have been welcomed. The location is the very good place to me, in the centre of Fatih, everything is near and can be walked (Grand Bazar, mosques, spice market, etc.). The breakfast was presented as all made bases (Covid measures), satisfactory but not exceptional. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
The location is great. It's near the Blue Mosque. Istanbul New Airport is just a short walk from the airport bus to the end station. We are a triple room, obviously the room is a bit small, but the price is very good. Sanitation is also good. The breakfast is on the top floor and the food is quite generous. Luggage can be stored for free.
Very good, the rooms are large, clean, and the service downstairs is welcoming. Dinner will be more expensive than other hotels. The location is good, there is a small supermarket across the street, good quality and low price, you can buy things very late.
