      Hotel is located near to Nagoya Hill Mall and a few well rated eating places. Staff is polite and very helpful. Room is spacious and clean though it doesn't have an actual fridge and the WiFi is a tad slow sometimes. Toilet has a bidet, the showering area is half open so floor will get wet. Breakfast's variety is not the best though it changes daily, with the food frequently replenished. Vienna Spa's massage is relaxing and removed all my stress away.

      The location was great. It was just a walking distance to nearby mall, Nagoya Hill Mall. Upon checking in, the staffs were friendly and the process is quite smooth. The room was fine. Plenty of storage area and there”s kichenette so u can cook too. Its quite a quiet and private ambience. A bit of turn-off was the bathroom. We were looking forward for the bathtub. However, the first flow of water was quite rusty. Maybe its been long, the room was not being occupied. Breakfast for both days were great. Plenty of choices from local to international. We did had a walk to visit the ammenities.. The swimming pool looks cool.. There's gym n sauna too.

      + Excellent location, near to city center, shopping mall, karaoke, cinema, and a lot of food shops nearby - Hotel cleanliness was bad : bedroom carpet was dirty, blanket had chocolate colored stain (don't know coffee or blood), toilet wash basin was clogged (dirty water cannot flow), mirror was stained with black stain, room and bathroom was smelly. bathroom and bedroom curtains was dirty and full of stain, electricity cables to desk lamp are not covered, electricity cables inside cabinet also not closed. - Wi-Fi was fast, however it was very limited connection, only can do browsing and only few mobile applications are working, majority of mobile applications cannot connect to the Internet servers and not working (either blocked by Firewall, or got blacklisted). Half of my Social Media Applications on my mobile phone cannot connect to the Internet via Hotel Wi-Fi - Hotel rental car facility was very expensive.

      Me and my family had the chance to stay at Aston Nagoya Hotel. We got check in process was super fast and seamless. We were assigned to a room on the 13th floor and oh boy.. what a nice room. It has the best city view of batam, in the night we can see the lighting of batam. Nearest from food court and shopping mall. All the staff very great service from the security, reception and resto staff. They did a very good job in providing an excellent service. Last but not least, special thank you to the Duty Manager, Mr. Randi who made our stay very memorable. He was very kind and attentive to all our needs throughout the stay. Thumbs up for his great job and effort to make our stay enjoyable. He is a great asset to this company. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommended hotel in Batam!

      Love the location. 10mins walk to Nagoya Hill Mall, 5mins drive away. Hotel is brand new. This hotel is surrounded with coffeeshop eateries. Mix of chinese & malay food. Some minimart shops have yet to open. But Im sure probably a few mths later once the shops are open would be much more convenient. Lovely hotel, rooms include balcony facing the main hotel driveway. Good size of balcony. Some light ups along the driveway. Room is quite spacious, acceptable bathroom, clean & nice. Our fav gotta be the bedroom, high & comfortable bed to sleep on. Fluffy pillows too! But Tv channels sucks due to always stuck no network but they do have HBO & NETFLIX in the room. They do have google home too. Amazing! EXCEPT that no mini fridge, no hairdryer, no iron board set, no handsoap in the toilet. Probably due to hotel is still new. There's a small night food market just along the driveway of the hotel. And it can be quite crowded with humans along the driveway. Not sure why local come to take pics with the hotel light ups. It can be a little noisy at night but still acceptable. We stayed in room #531, #533 & #526. We will definitely return again someday! We love the hotel.. keep improving guys!

      Dear,Managent In charge I can say that Iam quite a regular in city central and Iam writing due to my unpleasant stay and treatment from 1 of your staff I eloberate a small build Chinese lady with a stuck up and rude outlook and respond to guest frankly let me give the management my point of view if this lady don't know how to respect guest and smile I guess she don't belong to the Service Industry.And I believe the management are not on the ground to see this problem so as a guest I pay and not staying city central for free so I demand a small respect from your hotel staff as Iam a guest .But for the pass few days this small build Chinese lady wearing city central uniform really piss me off as if she owns the hotel ,higher management please look into the matters as if this staff keep on having her attitude problem towards guest she can spoilt city central good names from the outlook of a guests perception.Management should take note about this matters seriously before the situation get Bad for your hotel outlook and please send her for a hotel course so she can learn to respect guests in future .       Very efficient Check-in and Check-out as the items inside the fridge are complimentary. The staff at the Oriental resto for b'fast and the x'mas dinner were pretty attentive and we also had a pleasant experience with their security and hk staff. Grab can drop-off at the lobby but you have to 'grab' one from outside the main road at the vehicle exit point of the hotel driveway. B'fast items, although in variety are not of quality standards as compared to hotels in Thailand, which is inclusive in the room pricing. Same for their X'mas Dinner! Good location, and to Grand Batam Mall is only about S$2.50 where you can cross the road to A2 foodcourt and BCS mall. Taxi from Batam Center to hotel is standard at 70K IDR if you don't want to lug your bags to the roundabout outside which is a distance away. Overall, a pleasant stay!

      Room conditions was very bad.Poor ventilations, lot of mosquito, water stagnant at air con compressor balcony.Poor TV channels. Informed counter staff and alert her about mosquito in the room no response.Can’t sleep overnight suppose to stay in for 2 nights but I checked out earlier. Need to improve on the environment.
