|0.23km from city centerIt was a beautiful stay at Alexander. The room was nice and clean. Beautiful view of sea. Service was good.It was hot week when we visited, and there's no AC in room ,just had a little fan, and we had to open windows wide open that made a bit noisy at night. Breakfast was not on point, so don't include breakfast if you plan to visit. Near by so many other shops ,market and beach is on walking distance. It was all together nuce trip.

|1.48km from city centerThis hotel is run by a lovely couple/family who have been established here for 8 years. Made me very welcome from the outset and shared a pint or two at the local pub with the proprietor at the Tower pub thankfully only 100 foot away!!! They do cream teas that are open to the public as well and the Carrott cake is to die for.... After first sampling the Victoria sponge and lemon drizzle as well. Breakfast was amazing and with good ingredients sourced. Room was lovely with lovely maintained gardens.... There was a bonfire in the garden as it was autumn which I so desperately wanted to light and re kindle nostalgic childhood memories.... Of bonfire night. Thanks goes to my accommodating friendly hosts and I would without question definitely stay here again if in this area. A rare gem in a commercially driven world.

|0.31km from city centerBeen down a few times to Hastings and trying to find any decent hotel is difficult - it's just not a place most people want to go to on February - and I've been to a couple of shockers. So, at £ 100 for two nights I was expecting something to fail, but it didn't. OK, reception was a little perfunctory ”here's a key, off you go”, so no form to fill in, but had to ask for WiFi code. Paid a tenner extra for sea view, thus trading noise of traffic (wasn't that loud) for a riviera vista (sort of). TV, tea and coffee and most importantly, a half decent shower with two knobs, one for water, one for heat (why are others so complicated). Soap dispensers there. Unfortunately the bar was being refurbed.

|0.44km from city centerExeter Entrepreneurs wholeheartedly and resoundingly endorses this magnificent establishment, a veritable oasis of innovation and comfort. Our evening within these hallowed walls was not merely a gathering; it was an unforgettable symphony of culinary artistry and strategic foresight. As we ventured into the culinary realm, preparing a sumptuous carbonara that would make even the most discerning Italian grandmothers nod in approval, the ambiance of the hotel room elevated our experience to celestial heights. The kitchen was outfitted with the finest utensils and appliances, ensuring our culinary journey was both seamless and enjoyable. But our evening was not solely about gastronomical delights. Amid the clinking of forks and the soft murmur of satisfaction, we delved into the depths of our future business affairs, each idea more luminous than the last, inspired undoubtedly by the room's luxurious comforts and the stimulating atmosphere of innovation that permeated the air. It was here, in this crucible of creativity and comfort, that we not only charted the future of our enterprise but also celebrated a milestone of academic achievement – the retrieval of Edmond's degree in Hastings, a testament to perseverance and intellect. The room itself was a masterpiece of design, blending elegance with functionality. Plush furnishings invited deep conversations, while the sweeping views of the city below inspired visions of future successes. The staff's attentive yet unobtrusive service ensured our every need was met with grace and efficiency, allowing us to focus on the matters at hand without a single worry. What an evening it was – a testament to the power of a perfect setting to inspire, rejuvenate, and facilitate the flow of ideas. To say we were satisfied would be an understatement. We left feeling invigorated, our spirits soaring with possibilities, and our palates thoroughly pleased. This establishment is not just a hotel; it is a beacon for the innovative spirit, a place where future leaders can convene, create, and celebrate. Exeter Entrepreneurs looks forward to many more evenings of such fruitful and enjoyable endeavors within its welcoming embrace.

|1.4km from city centerThe sea view room has a very good view and has a small attic. The price is really high, go out to the beach, the nearby restaurants are good! The boyfriend said that the first time in the UK, it was so cheap to live in such a big room. The room is old, but to be honest, all buildings in the UK are like this, and they are hundreds of years old.

|0.28km from city centerMy friend and I stayed here for a little weekend away and I wasn’t disappointed. The room (the basement) was lovely, clean and spacious, the host was welcoming and accommodating. The shower was great and location of the property amazing, with 24 hour parking across the road for under £9!!! Breakfast wasn’t available but would have been welcome and slightly darker curtains as it got super bright in the morning, we couldn’t work the TV to listen to music but this isn’t really a flaw and more our stupidity. All in all I would highly recommend xx

|0.28km from city centerThe front of the hotel is shabby and needs a revamp. There is no wifi in the rooms only in the communal areas. This is a bit of a bummer! The interior looks dated but definitely not as shabby. There are several floors and a lift. The room we were in was a sea view room and it really was! The view couldn’t have been better! When you sit on the bed it looks like you are at sea on a boat. Considering we were right on the sea front, it wasn’t too noisy either. The room was not decorated to my taste and was very dated. There was actually some initials carved into the wall from 1995!! The bathroom had a ‘painted’ tub and looked a bit scruffy. The floor tiles were ok and looked clean. But not the toilet. There was plenty of hot water and a heater in the room you can control along with an extra blanket and pillows in the wardrobe. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was an ironing board and iron and the oldest looking hairdryer I have ever seen! I looked on trip advisor and we got what we expected. The room was for us to use as a base to sleep and bathe for us explore. It served its purpose.

|3.95km from city centerBrilliant Stay in this Premier Inn from start to finish, ample parking (even had a charger for our EV), a delightful buffet, and out of this world's beds. The quality of breakfast and variety at the buffet was a highlights for the kids. Some dishes for dinner could be better though! The beds deserve a special mention for their comfort. However, what truly set our experience apart was the friendly staff. Their professionalism and warmth is no longer a common sight when you go out.
