This is a beautiful old building from 1911, which houses a small family owned and run hotel on the beach of de Panne. The concrete wall is the other places up and down the belgian coast(and de Panne), which mainly consists of approx. 8 storey buildings. The beaches are great, but the adjacent buildings not necessarily. The villages behind those high risers are nice, though. This Hotel is an exception to that. We had a sea-view rom(41) and that was worth it, all there which is necessary including a well working WiFi. Breakfast in the sea view restaurant on ground level was complete, only the coffee/cappuccino may have some room for improvement. They have a very special option for dining. They offer one menu per day and you can book it in the morning, as they buy fresh stuff for that on the day. It's only for guests, but the kitchen is excellent and worth a try. All extra issues we had were treated in a friendly, kind and caring manner, just as you want it. We will return in summer to see how it feels in summer mode. The wellness area is nice, a small pool, a turkish bath and a sauna. May be tight, when the hotel is fully booked.

We visited with a group of friends. De Panne is more or less closed at this time of year but the hotel staff were really helpful and gave is ideas of places to visit. The rooms are clean and comfortable if a little on the small side. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a huge choice. As the hotel was closing for the winter the weekend we were there the restaurant and bar were closed so I can't comment on them. Bruges is not too far away and we visited the Christmas market. We travelled by tram to Ostend and then it was just a short train journey, well worth it. Parking on the street is expensive but the hotel can direct you to free parking not too far away. Make sure to walk along the beach, it's only a short distance and is a lovely walk and I'm sure in summer when all the cafes are open it would be easy to spend the whole day.

Have just returned from our latest stay at this hotel. We visit De Panne about 4 times a year and always try to stay at the Park Hotel. It is not a luxurious hotel but it offers excellent value, a friendly welcome, comfortable and quiet rooms and there is something very charming about the place. A nice bar which offers a good range of Belgian beers and although we have never, thus far, eaten in the restaurant the Saturday evening Belgian buffet looked fantastic and we will definitely try it next time we are there. Set in a lovely residential area amongst the fine dune villas, plenty of on street free parking next to the hotel. We stayed in a triple room which actually had 2 double bedrooms and a large shower room, very good value for money.

Great location and very quiet.... Very useful underground car park at extra cost but worth paying for a secure space. Disliked · Only fault with the Ibis was no tea or coffee making facility in the room... Whist it wasn't advertised as having this, it would have been a welcome addition rather that having to go down to reception to grab a cuppa, especially first thing in the morning... a tea and a coffee at 7 Euro a pop was a tad costly!

We cant praise this boutique hotel enough - it is everything we wanted for a short break in this unique holiday location. Its situation is ideal to be able to walk to all the amenities within the area. It is contemporary clean and fresh with lovely areas for relaxing and a bright and airy dining area including conservatory and terrace all furnished to a very high standard . The owners were helpful and very friendly with very good language skills and made us feel very welcome. We were really pleased that we chose this for our stay.

We had an overnight stay at this delightful hotel. We would highly recomend it and are amazed that it only has 2 stars. The rooms are very comfortable and well presented. The buffet breakfast had a good selection and was plentiful with both hot & cold options. You are ideally located for the beach, bars & restaurants as well as the Saturday market. There is a patio seating area serving food and drinks to the rear which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun as well as seating to the front. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the whole hotel has a warm and homely feel. We are already planning our return, thank you.

Located just a few minutes walk from most destinations, the service is great. Multilingual, welcoming and very kind! Breakfast was outstanding too. However, the rooms were very average, with little to no amenities. The hotel is undergoing construction and the experience wasn’t fantastic. Extremely overpriced for the assets provided.

Personally, I found that this hotel was exactly what I needed on my solo trip. The staff were brilliant throughout my stay, and even smashed the lock off my backpack when I arrived as I had cleverly managed to lock myself out of it! I stayed in room 403, which if you’re scared of heights and are over 6ft, I wouldn’t recommend as there is a narrow/steep staircase to get to the 4th floor (the lift doesn’t do this high) and there is a sloping ceiling in the bedroom/bathroom. 2 things that didn’t bother me, so i was happy. The wifi was strong to say I was at the top of the building, the TV worked and had English channels, the bed was SUPER comfy and the room was very clean! The location was brilliant, within walking distance from everything, and you can see and hear the bells of the cathedral in the morning. The view from the skylight in the morning is incredible. If you’re not a fussy person and just want hot water and a place to rest your head, then i would definitely recommend staying here.

great location! rooms were modern and well kept. swimming pool was a love it or hate it situation since if u are swimming alone, it might be a bit gloomy but if u are with friends, could be fun with the cave feel. would definitely recommend it. it's so close to the main square! they have parking space too.

I am a frequent Marriott guy (60+ per year) but with no Marriott's in Brugges, I took a chance on a new hotel. The Peelaert is in a fantastic location if you are wanting to explore Brugges. Short walk to everything, but just far enough out of the central hub to be quiet in the evenings. Dining options are all around. Room was clean, service was great, no issues. Only complaint was that breakfast was a little lacking in options, but that's in comparison to American buffets. I would definitely stay here again.

Everyone is asking these questions, I only know the location is good. What an unprofessional user experience, I am still a tour guide hahahaha, I am so sorry for myself and the industry. Maybe you are busy making room reservations, and you only look at traffic when you book your own hotel. . . Sorry everyone, no constructive comments

We stayed here for one night, which we were happy about as we wouldn’t have wanted to stay a second night in our room. When arriving we called as we were driving, and they directed us to a paid car park. We then realised after arrival that there was parking available on site. They did not reply to earlier emails regarding the parking situation, all were ignored. The hotel’s communal areas are lovely and modern but unfortunately this isn’t reflected well in the rooms. Our room was spacious and did look good, however there was an established cobweb network in one of our lights (see picture). The bathroom was okay but there wasn’t a lot of room to put things eg toothpaste / shower product. The shower door didn’t close properly and lots of water went on the floor, saturating the floor mat. Also no hand soap provided at sink, it was in the shower. Breakfast was average. Staff not as friendly as the reception staff the night before, and a limited selection including a waffle maker but no waffle batter. It would also have been nice to have dairy free milk options in the coffee machine. Overall I think if we didn’t have the issue with the light and the shower we would stay again, perhaps a room change would have suited us.

My girlfriend and I spent one night at Hotel Heritage in the centre of Bruges. Every single detail was just perfect. The welcome was nice, our room was fabulous, and the friendliness of the staff was exceptional. In addition, restaurant Le Mystique at the ground floor of the hotel is an additional trump of the hotel. The food and service were Michelin-star quality and the price was in our opinion absolutely fair. We definitely come back! PS: We loved the old-fashioned but very nice telephones in the room

We stayed one night on the way back from France and it was a great choice!! A very clean hotel, very modern and friendly staff. The hotel is nearby the parking garage which costs 11 euros per 24 hours (really cheap comparing some other cities we have been to). You are right in the city and near the bus station if needed. The room we booked was on 5th floor so I recommend this floor to have the nice view of the cathedral. Rooms are clean and very modern (usb plugs, rain showers, AC,etc). Fast internet was really good after spending few days in French hotels with slow internet. The one thing was funny was the bathroom. There is only a curtain that divides the bathroom from the room so it was a bit strange to use the toilet when your wife is sitting on the bed (we chose to stay outside when one of us used the bathroom for some privacy ,lol). nice breakfast and friendly staff. Absolutely recommend it!!!
