Overall, this hotel is quite disappointing. There is no coffee machine in the room, no refrigerator, no microwave oven, it is difficult to drink hot water. Ask the front desk to send hot water to the room service, but after sending a small bottle of hot water. , I have never sent it, telling that no one is sending, I can only go to the front desk to get water. This is no problem, I bought two Cokes in the similar food department in the lobby, brushed me three times, then told me that I didn't brush it, and finally I had to pay the second Coke money when I checked out, but my mobile APP shows I have already brushed out three fees, but the front desk said that I have to pay the Coke money. The department you are negotiating is also drunk. Is this a Hilton hotel? Not as good as the domestic Samsung hotel. It really disappoints me.

First talk about the big problems encountered, obviously have already paid the room rate, the front desk said that the deposit brushed 100 knives from the card, and then returned after check-out, the result not only did not return, but also brushed away 196 knives, with Ctrip communication has been resolved, the ocean phone has been played for 3 days, and has not been solved until now! The next advantage is that the location is good, the room is clean, the facilities are complete, and the bed is very comfortable. In the early morning of the check-in, a sudden fire alarm, all the people ran to the lobby in the night, the foreigner action was really too fast, when we went to the lobby, the hotel said that the alarm had been lifted, everyone pushed the elevator back to the room...

The hotel rooms are large and the location is good, not far from the attractions. We went on Thanksgiving and there were few people. Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed that day. Fortunately, whole food is not far away, you can only buy something there to eat. Because it is a suite, there is a kitchen in the room, and there are all utensils. When I go next time, I will bring some ingredients to burn.

Prior to our March trip to Washington, DC, we had never stayed at The Jefferson at 1200 16th St NW, just north of the Whitehouse by a few blocks. We had visited the property, to dine at their Michelin-starred restaurant, Plume, but never stayed at the hotel before. We arrived in the afternoon, and were warmly greeted by the reservations agent, located in a small office, in the lobby, and to the right of the entrance. As our room was not yet ready, we retired to the bar/restaurant, Quill, just off of the stately, though small lobby, for lunch and some wine. Before we were finished with lunch, the reservations agent had our keys in-hand - Suite 203. We unpacked, and my wife left for her afternoon meeting, while I got a chance to survey both the room, and the hotel. The Jefferson is a luxurious hotel, which sort of bridges a gap between a “luxury property,” and a “boutique hotel,” and does it nicely. It is lovely, and very well-appointed, plus it has a great deal of history. Each room, off of the lobby, tells a story, and the staff was eager to share those with me. The Concierge had a wealth of knowledge, and pointed out many things, which I might have missed otherwise, and the same for the rest of the staff. The lobby area is lovely, and especially the dining room for The Greenhouse, which lives up to its name, in its design. The décor is “Jeffersonian,” with period-specific furniture all around. It’s filled with antiques, and nice reproductions. Some might say that it’s a bit stuffy, but even though my home is ultra-contemporary, The Jefferson is just lovely, and charming, in its own way. Our suite was the same - beautifully appointed in the same furniture style, and done with grace and elegance. We had a large living room, a nice bedroom and even a small patio area, which looked out onto 16th St NW, though only a floor below. Though our suite faced 16th St NW (with fairly high traffic), it was quiet, and we heard zero traffic noise, except when on the patio. We had a comfortable four-poster King bed, and comfortable furniture throughout. There were nice touches everywhere, from a coat valet stand, to a suit bag in the closet, which also had a horizontal safe (on the upper shelf, so a bit high for my wife), and then a valet with laundry bags, a shoe horn and a clothes brush. We had separate thermostats for each room, which is always a nice feature. The closet was ample, which was a good thing, as our stay in Washington was part of a multi-city business trip, and we had a lot of clothes. Another feature, which we appreciated, was a full length mirror on the inside of the closet door. Also, with our clothing, the chest of drawers w/ a flat-screen TV atop it, was greatly appreciated. Other nice touches were: A leather folio w/ the TV remote and a channel line up Smart Room Control Automated drapery controllers A “Do Not Disturb/Make Up Room” switch An iPad controller w/ link to in-room dining, the concierge and the front desk, and

Drive to Washington by car, and the car will be placed in the parking lot near the hotel for 25 days a day. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to various attractions. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, breakfast is free, although simple but good, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the twin rooms are large, there are sofas, suitable for family travel with children. Washington DC made a great impression on us.

The hotel is located in the city center. We stayed in the suite, facing the road, the church is visible, and the view is good. It is within walking distance to the main attractions and you can also take a taxi. There is a cvs supermarket downstairs in the hotel. There are kitchenware in the room for cooking. The hotel offers valet parking, and parking in the city centre is more expensive.

I stayed at Kimpton Donovan for 3 nights. The price for this hotel (on Trip.com) was cheaper than Washington Plaza Hotel for the same nights. Although it received slightly lower customer review rating than the Washington Plaza Hotel next to it, I was surprised to find that the hotel room is actually a level nicer than Washington Plaza Hotel. Will definitely choose Kimpton Donovan over Washington Plaza Hotel next time if the price is the same.

Good location, everything downstairs, and close to attractions. The old building has a small space, the old elevator, the facilities are old but fully functional, the bathroom is relatively large, the beds are comfortable, not used to the air conditioner in Washington, there is no outdoor unit, the noise is very loud, fortunately when going 9 Not used early in the month. The price / performance ratio is good. It is relatively quiet. You can save money to eat, drink, and play, and you will not feel wronged.

The location of the hotel is so good and convenient. The bed was comfortable. Most hotels in Miguo do not include breakfast, but the surroundings are very convenient. There is Star Dad at the door, and a pizzeria across the street. It takes 7-11 minutes to walk. Another feature of the Miguo Hotel is that most of the coffee in the hotel lobby is free. Drink it casually ~

The location is excellent, in the dock area, it seems to be the local high-end living and entertainment area, the restaurants are relatively high-end. The night view is not bad. The hotel is very new, the door is small, the lobby needs to take the elevator to the second floor. The room is large, the health is good, and the view is good. The only downside is that the water in the faucet is not very clean at first, so it will be fine for a while.

The hotel is in a very good location, 15 minutes walk to the Capitol, 5 minutes from the Space Museum and 10 minutes from the Natural Museum. There is no way to comment on the hotel breakfast. There is Starbucks in the downstairs lobby, two sandwich restaurants next to it, and a McDonald's. There is a simple Korean meal for ten minutes. Eating is very convenient. There is a small convenience store in the hotel lobby. There is a supermarket next to it, but it is closed at five o'clock at nine o'clock, which is useless for early return. Brought two children to stay, no extra cost. I must thank Ctrip for this stay, help me solve a lot of problems, customer service feedback is very fast, foreign countries, language is not good, especially thanks to Ctrip every time to help me solve the problem. after

The breakfast ingredients are not many but fresh and enough. If you need different types of food, you can also zero. Very nice, we ate for 2 mornings. $ 25 for adults, $ 12.5 for children under 12 years old. The hotel is large and the rooms are normal. The service staff were very patient. Self-parking prices have risen by $ 52. 25 minutes walk from the attraction (White House), Uber called a car for 7 dollars, which is also very convenient. The hotel is cost-effective and highly recommended.

The room is good, it feels that the service does not match the hardware of the hotel, it seems that their front desk is more enthusiastic to serve whites! The small refrigerator is still locked, it is speechless, and I have lived in many high-end hotels. This situation is unique... Overall, the experience is not so good, it needs to be improved, there is no coffee machine in the room, the front desk says that the lobby is always available. Good location, not far from the main attractions, also next to the subway station. There is a Market 2 Market on the negative floor of the subway station. The 7.5-9 pounds buffet is very cost-effective and closes at 17:00. It's not the Food Court with the promotional sign, it's inside the Reagan Trade Center, it's farther away and needs security. When I went there, I caught up with the baseball team to celebrate the road closure around the parade, and the next day, a long-distance running event closed the road for a few hours. They were all police cars. The lobby bar and restaurant are almost empty during the day and are full every night. The overall feeling is magnificent, the room is very good, that is, the bathroom is too big and almost as big as the bedroom, there are free Evian and slippers and water printed with Trump. The service staff was also very welcoming. You can climb the Bell Tower for free and watch from Starbucks.

This hotel is more expensive, the service is general, the room is very small and very small, the room window arranged for me is a dark window, the indoor ventilation is poor, the bed is small (the waiter said it is a big bed room, but only 1.5 meters wide), even wifi has to charge, It is free to apply with the waiter. Ok, I’ll get this out of the way - this is a HOSTEL, not a hotel. The pods, while made of cheap plastic, were sturdy enough and had comfortable enough mattresses. It was very clean. The showers are in the basement and are clean and well-appointed for a hostel (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap are provided). The pods each have their own fan (you cannot control the temp, other than the fan), and they have multiple lighting options. However, there are several very bright LED lights that stay on in the pods - I am bothered by lights such as this, and nothing I did made it any better. If I stayed again, I’d bring duct tape or electrical tape to cover the LED lights in the pod. But I’m unusual in this, so I wouldn’t deduct any points for the lights. It is in a great location, but the only parking is street parking, which is free overnight. We were able to get a space right in front of the hostel. The staff and other guests were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable of the local area. We happened to be there on “free beer” night, and the lounge and conversation reminded me of my younger days hosteling around Europe (though the haze of cigarette smoke from the 80’s was replaced with a visible haze of fruit-scented vape smoke indoors...).There was a large student group, but you could not hear them in the pod sleeping areas. Most importantly, it all felt - and was - very safe...from the lobby, to the pods, to the showers...not creepy at all. I’m a 50-year old single mother of a teenage son, and it was a great experience for both of us. I’d definitely stay there again. All in all, I give it 5 stars, for what it is...a hostel!

We chose this hotel because of the convenient location and were sort of surprised that the lobby was small, crowded and badly in need of an upgrade. Then, we found the staff to be super accommodating, friendly and helpful. The hallways on our floor were nice and the room was clean and looked fine, in usual Residence Inn style. The breakfast was above and beyond what we have encountered at other Marriotts of this brand for sure! Quite a tasty variety of fruits, breads, egg dishes and meats that we had not seen at other Residence Inns, including real plates and cups -- and eating utensils! The man in charge of the dining room was very friendly and brought around pureed mango ice for us to try. He was proud of his breakfast event and it showed. This helped to make this an excellent choice in the Dupont Circle area of DC for the price!!

The hotel is in a university, the university environment is very good, everywhere is quiet. Room facilities are relatively simple, free mineral water is not provided, but there are machines selling snacks. The waiter attitude was ok. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel and Union Station every 15 minutes. The car is located at the 50th parking lot downstairs. If it's called Lyft (cheaper than Uber), you need to enter the hotel name, don't enter the address, or the driver will stop at the entrance of the university, and it will be a little far away. The most annoying thing this time is Ctrip. It was obviously a single bed, but got a double bed. Anyway, the rooms booked by Ctrip for the entire North American trip are singles and doubles, everyone should confirm more.

It is very comfortable to live, it is also close to Chinese Street, to a series of attractions such as the World War II Memorial Lincoln Memorial, and a ten-minute drive to the Captain white seafood market. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is perfect. Overall good. The only drawback is probably that wifi is too slow. US apps such as Netflix are fine, but normal Chinese ones such as WeChat or using a laptop to go online are very slow. An exceptional hotel that well-represents the luxury MO brand. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, if a bit annoyingly lack a traditional desk/workspace. Though not the best location for in-city activities and dining, I personally like being a bit apart from the hustle and bustle - and it's still an east walk to the Mall, Smithsonians and monuments. Great views from the waterfront side, including planes landing into DCA. An excellent club lounge. Very friendly and helpful staff, from check-in to the concierge and housekeeping. Quite solid breakfast buffet. Nice enough pool, fantastic spa. I'm always glad to stay at this property when in DC.

Spent one night at the hotel in December while seeing family in DC. From the moment I pulled up arrived was great and very COVID appropriate. I valet parked my car which was disinfected before being returned. Our temperatures were checked and hand sanitizer was offered while walking in. Check-in was very quick. I stayed in a corner king room which was very comfortable for work and sleep. A beautiful cake was left as a welcome gift for us. I used an AMEX hotel credit for a round of old fashioneds from Cut which I picked up at the bar and brought back to the room. The drinks were great and a second round was ordered from room service. Look forward to being back for more than one night. My new favorite DC hotel.

It's really great. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night. In order to see nba, it was unexpectedly very good. It is the best hotel in the East for more than ten days. I didn't feel Marriott before, I like this brand hotel this time. Holiday inn is better than the Hilton staying all the way ... The location is very close to one area, walk over ten minutes. There is a restaurant across the street, the breakfast is delicious ... very quiet, the facilities are new, clean and bright, and the experience is good. It's about 3 kilometers to Capitol Hill. It costs about 8 US dollars. It's not bad to walk there. The scenery on the road is very good ... Super recommended. If you go there, you will choose this place. But I don't know why it is more expensive to book the price in advance than to see it a day or two before the day ...

Surprisingly fantastic, in every little detail. Hyper cool--in such a modern and minimal way. We're talking: record players in-room (how have we ever lived without?!), curated book selection in-room (on topics of art + social justice--right on!), antique art on the walls, a speak-easy in the library, scheduled drop-in yoga + meditations, healing rocks to take with you at check-in, wellness center, hip shared work-space... everything about the Eaton blew away my expectations. This is a phenomenally chic, indie hotel at a cost cheaper than most standard & dull hotels. I was smitten from start to finish.

Good location, big room, a bit old fashion, service is decent and the bedding is clean. The disadvantage is that the faucet in the bathtub is a bit malfunctioning. When using the shower, the faucet below leaks, and the shower water is relatively small. The United States is a tipping country. Tipping according to regulations is one of the guarantees of service quality. On the last day, I gave 5 knives when I checked my luggage. I just wanted to write another review for our stay at the Residence back in late January through Early March. I was at the hotel for a long time and all of the staff was excellent, and made me feel very much at home. The rooms were always clean and housekeeping was always willing to give us whatever we needed. The front desk folks, Emily, Martece, Ashley, Frank, and Shaun were very nice and always polite and cordial with me when I would leave in the mornings and come back in the evenings. The valet Brook and the night security man Mr. Bell were also always helpful and looking out for myself and my colleagues. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for business or pleasure stay.
