This area is very convenient and the surrounding old houses and apartments are not cheap. They are often full. Apartment No. 44 is 1 bedroom and 1 living room. The same owner, 2 bedrooms and 1 living room across the street, is cleaned daily and the decoration is elegant and clean. , Complete kitchen utensils, electric stove, electric kettle, no microwave, one bedroom shared room, two aisles are kitchenettes, living room with double sofa less than 140cm, extra bed can be added but additional charge is 35 (even if you specify three people staying) There is also a charge, which is different from most apartment hotels, this price), the elevator is very old movie style, There are restaurants in the surrounding restaurants, and I went to Buckingham Palace on my legs to see exercises, Hyde Park, Thames Cruise, Westminster Cathedral, Buy another Londonpass, it's raining, see the tour bus (don't go wrong, you can only choose a company car, valid for 24 hours), listen to the Chinese channel on the car and explain along the way, you must lie down; Went to the West End Theatre for a show and Chinese food in Chinatown ("Emei Yipai" Sichuan cuisine for two days), a pure 20-minute walk through London streetscape. Supermarkets are really cheaper than Hong Kong. Chicken thighs are six 1.3 fat, marinated with six paprika peppers, steamed in the kitchenette, a roll of oatmeal bought in the supermarket, the braces girl said it was tender and beautiful, and there was no scum! Strawberry 🍓2 is fat and a box is so delicious. Life in central London is beautiful for a few days. There is a toll parking lot nearby that collects 40 fats for one out of 24 hours, and adds 2 fats for one out, 10 fats for one hour, so you must never drive yourself in the urban area. There is a congestion fee from Monday to Friday. One day, in a hurry, I took a taxi from the hotel entrance to the British Museum. I was still stuck there, and I got off the car a few hundred meters. The last thing to say is the timely and intimate service of Ctrip online customer service. When you go out, you are not familiar with the situation. It is inevitable to solve the problem in time. There are no worries for so many years. So many times. , But online services are absolutely world-class.

Firstly my wife and I must praise the staff, from reception, Bar, Breakfast restaurant and not forgetting house services. We had a three night B and B stay in a comfortable room with a great bathroom, especially the shower. We dined in on our first night and tried the Indian food. The menu was very limited on choice of starters and main courses, but what we chose was very nice and we enjoyed. On looking at the restaurant general menu it appeared very basic with nothing that would entice you in for a meal, so we ate out for the other two nights. The hotel is in a great location, close to Piccadilly, Covent Garden, Hyde Park and the great pubs in Shepherds market . Would definitely return.

This was the second time I've stayed at the Fleming in the last few months, the staff kindly left us some chocolate biscuits in our room to say welcome back. The hotels location is prefect for shopping and eating out, although the hotel does have a fantastic restaurant we didn't eat there this time. Staff and the reception were fantastic as always, very welcoming and incredible helpful. The hotel has a lovely bar with very helpful staff and a small selection of bar snacks. On this occasion I booked through booking.com, the room was discounted but felt smaller than when I stayed previously and booked direct with the hotel. The quality of the beds and feel of the sheets is fantastic and we always have a good nights sleep. The only negative point I would say about the hotel is the cost of the breakfast, £28.00 for a full English, don't get me wrong it was very tasty but a bit steep. We like the hotel so much we're booked to stay for 3 nights in August when we're getting married.

The location is very good. It’s close to Bond Street green park, Buckingham Palace, Harrods, and some major places. You can walk to the room. The decoration is not new but it’s ok. When I left, I found that the next door was much bigger than mine and it had a balcony. I asked if you booked more than 40 pounds on bookings, you can upgrade, but Ctrip is only one price. The hotel is actually an apartment without breakfast, one bedroom, one living room, one bathroom, one kitchen and one small restaurant, which is very suitable for family travel. Overall it is good

No problem in location, facilities, service, breakfast, cafe. Facing the main street but very quiet. It has a bath and is kept clean, which is very appreciated for the Japanese. WIFI is free. There is no connection to Japanese TV programs.

Sheraton's service level must be first-class. It is not close to the subway station. It is a small meeting. There are many peaks in the morning and evening. The only thing I heard is that there is an airport strike. In order to prevent the ticket from being changed, we will have to live less. I wasted a day's room rate, two rooms, I hope that Ctrip can be flexible in this situation, do not need a full refund, but try to help us make up for some losses, and the Sheraton is full every day. What?

I have stayed here many times and always been satisfied with my experience. I wanted to mention 3 people who made this stay extra special. Firstly, Pauline our breakfast waitress. An absolute diamond who works hard and provides outstanding and tireless customer service. Secondly, Sara from Guest Experience. She was attentive and professional to all our requests and always visible and available to support all her guests. Thirdly, Liz from the Reception team. Just wow. Energy, focus, attention to detail and also great fun. She is a sparkling jewel for sure and this hotel is fortunate to have her, she will go far I can tell. Thanks to everyone involved. At about 11:30 in the evening, I arrived at the hotel. The front desk didn't wake up for a long time. I didn't hear what I said. I just said aloud "check in" and then estimated that I was not happy. I gave 623 room. I think it is too low to ask for a change. The result is still given to the same room type 923, think about it. As soon as I got out of the elevator door, my son said that the smell was bad (the newly renovated carpet exudes a smell of decoration) and went into the room. The clean facilities were much newer than the Edinburgh Marriott, but the room was too small, 1 Three of the beds were squeezed in a 1.5-meter bed, which was a bit small, and the other window was very small, unlike the windows and large rooms of other friends who commented on the photos. Early the next morning, I told the front desk that I wanted to change the room. The handsome guy did not say that I changed the room for 821, and I asked for my British mobile phone number. Let me go shopping with confidence. They will help me to move my luggage to the new house. In the afternoon, I also called to inform you that the baggage had been moved back in the evening, and the bed was a lot bigger. The 1.8-meter bed was very good for a family of three. At the same time, the windows were a lot bigger, and the sinks in the bathroom were also large. It's a lot easier, this is the impression of the hotel; in general, Hilton's stay experience is much better than Marriott. Hotel facilities and services, the location is very good. The only problem is that many Middle Easterners live, there is a Casino and a bar downstairs, the nightlife is very rich, but there is no noise upstairs. The photo was taken the next day for the 821 to see the London Eye view and the photo of the lobby.

I recently visited the Como Metropolitan to celebrate a special birthday and had the absolute pleasure of staying in a Junior Park Suite! With wall to wall windows, the view from the room is hard to beat - Park Lane, Hyde Park - absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend booking one of these rooms if you can. It will be worth it! The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The location in Mayfair is ideal with so much choice for restaurants and shopping all nearby. I'm looking forward to a return visit soon!

I had to wait 90 days to do another review of our wonderful stay at 45 Park Lane. And since then we have stayed twice. We stayed last minute in November for my 30th Birthday. Again wow..... just wow.... upgraded to the Penthouse 😍 And then again for Christmas (the start of December) The Hyde park suite. Thank you again Raul. And lovely to finally meet you John. Not only was the food , drinks and service 5* The staff here feel like family, everyone remembered us from previous stays, engaged with our children and made us feel like we were home. To say this about a hotel I find magical. We were super lucky on our last stay we were able to go into the new Spa and swimming pool. Which our children absolutely loved!!! Especially with the current restrictions over the last year, it made life feel normal again, it was the highlight of our year. The swimming pool / Spa is beautiful. We had complimentary towels, robes and slippers. The whole spa smelt divine. And super clean. So thank you again 45 park Lane. Especially Raul. I also wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the restaurant staff, one evening we had a small appetiser (small bread balls with cheese) I told the waiter it was exactly how my great nan used to make them. (it was a flash back eating one) The next morning a box of them was delivered to our room! I actually wanted to cry it was such a kind gesture. I wish I knew everyone’s names as I want to thank you all so much. You all deserve a HUGE thank you. I can’t state how much we can’t wait to come back and stay. It’s our little weekend of heaven staying with you all. And honestly the BEST HOTEL & STAFF.... You must stay here when visiting London, you will not be disappointed.

What a beautiful hotel, it is pure luxury, glam and sophistication. Every detail is thought of and the hotel at Christmas is decorated to an exceptionally high standard and looks wonderful. With the current Covid situation the hotel has totally complied with the regulations and we felt safe at all times in the hotel. The staff, every single one are friendly, helpful, polite and make you feel very special. The food at breakfast was simply divine, fresh food, well prepared, excellent presentation and served by lovely staff, Alan our waiter made us feel very welcome. The luxury of the room, the cleanliness and the special touches of champagne and chocolates in our room was lovely. A truly wonderful stay. One of the nicest, friendliest, most beautiful hotel we have had the pleasure to stay at. We will 100% return. Thank you The Dorchester for our gorgeous stay.
