0.96km from BeauregardCannes is a lovely place, so it would have to be a really poor hotel to disappoint me, and this one did not. Beautiful food and bar area with small but pretty pool and small but lovely room. I do, however, and despite travelling extensively and to some very exclusive places, sometimes find the staff at a place like this difficult to judge whether they are being condescending or not, i may be wrong but not often in these cases. We arrived from Spain in shorts, somewhat dishevelled from 500km drive with the roof off. We changed for the evening and ate casually close to the restaurant on the sofas. My beer was delivered in a bottle with a warm glass. The waited noted my failure to use said glass with some amusement, I did mention that should he serve cold beer it should be with a cold glass. This seemed to mollify him and he was exceptionally pleasant after. Unfortunately there were no rooms for the next night, despite being at the end of season and a half empty restaurant. Mmmm

1.09km from BeauregardArrived at the last minute – booked in the morning before I drove to Cannes so managed a really good deal on one site. Arrived to a very warm welcome and was given a room beautifully decorated with cartoon characters including Asterix, Lucky Luke and others. One wall has a bas relief of more characters. Room impeccably clean, everything worked (not always the case in small hotels at the end of the season!) and easy connection to wifi. Room looked out over a small back street with on street parking. Area is very quiet and calm. I was given detailed instructions and a map (!) to get back into the town centre and the event centre along with 3 recommendations for dinner. I took one of these and was delighted with the result. My swift departure the following morning precluded breakfast but I was nonetheless given a croissant to munch on my way down to the conference. Fun, warm welcome and quite the most character-ful hotel I have stayed at for a long time. I rarely write reviews, restricting my writing to the ghastly and dire or, as in this case, the really outstanding. Will be back.

Hotels Near Beauregard In Cannes Review
its location is very central. the reception was not very friendly. the roof cafe that breakfast is given was nice
The hotel is right next to the train station, very close, and walks for up to two minutes. If you need to check out very early, it is best to speak to the front desk in advance, we are too early to check out the front desk and no one has dragged on the train for a long time.
The room is a bit small, but the breakfast is quite good, the overall feeling is good, the surrounding environment is relatively quiet, the traffic is fairly convenient, and if there is a chance, the house will be fixed again.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Athenee and would stay there again. It's not fancy, the rooms are simple, but an effort has been made in the decor (our room was the Matisse room with Matisse on the walls, which was nice). The beds are nice and comfy and it's on a quiet street, so I got great sleeps. The location is great, just a block from Rue D'Antibes and close to great restaurants. The breakfast was great and I can't possibly say enough about the warmth and helpfulness of the two lovely owners. Pascal even had a taxi (more like a town car) sent to pick us up at the airport and drop me off at the Palais because I had a meeting shortly after we landed. He repeated over and over to the driver to make sure I was on time for my meeting (on that note Henri, the driver is also a gem!). My only suggestion to the owners would be to warn us North American travelers not to take too long of a shower (if there's two of us) because the hot water tanks are smaller than we're used to :-).
It is a small hotel with a lot of charm, the entrance is through a flower garden, rare in the city center and rare to see a garden so well maintained with tall palm trees, we were greeted as if we were regular customers, so warm, We had booked one night through Booking.com, we had chosen it because it obtained on booking.com the exceptional score of 9.4, we slept in a medium sized room but with a nice balcony, we loved having our breakfast on this balcony in the sun and a very nice view of the garden, We thank Trip Advisor because thanks to the comments we extended our stay by 4 nights and we benefited from the promotion of 3 nights purchased and the 4th night was offered, there are such positive vibes in this hotel, we have fond memories of it and we are sure to come back
Hotel location is a good distance from the beach, just across the road, the door is just next to the casino is Hermes, breakfast is OK, the room can be extra bed, no charge is mainly depends on the age of the child, my daughter is only three years old using a free extra bed, Cannes is very suitable for taking Children go to play, it is a fine sand beach, it’s great to go to the sea or play sand. This time I went to Monaco, Nice, Cannes. My children like the beach on Cannes. Nice is a soft beach. It is not suitable for children. Own parking lot but the charge is too expensive 45 euros, there is a parking lot next to the hotel, 28 Euros is very close
From the arrival to the departure everything was Spot ON!!!!! - Very warm welcoming and full visite of the Hotel and its Gym, Sauna, Hammam, Jacuzzi & Balnéothérapie. - Friendly Team - Very Good Size and delicately decorated Room, all Designed modern and Refurbished with N espresso machine in each room and kitchenette so cleverly hidden - Balcony with Breath Taking View - Room Service was speedy for drinks - Breakfast was a Delight and my Croissant were even cooked to the Order... Very high quality Product - Beautiful Garden, so Peaceful with an amazing Infinite Pool heated and opened from April to end of October - I wish we had more time to just relax their at least 3 nights - Cherry on the cake, La Bastide is just at 5/10 min walk from cannes greatest restaurants, the Rue d'Antibes Shopping Street and the fabulous croisette. I can't Wait to be BACK!!!!!! Merci à toutes l'équipe!!!
What a wonderful hotel ! We had the chance to stay here for a few nights during summer and I can't find anything bad to say about this place. The owners and all the staff are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel itself is stunning, the pool will make you want to order cocktails from the bar just a few feet from it. The movie oriented decoration is sober and classy. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the balcony with a table and sunbeds is really enjoyable with the hot Cannes weather. The breakfast (buffet or in the room) by the pool is also very nice. I would say that the thing that top's it all is the location. Located 2 minute away from the famous Croisette beach where you'll anything you're looking for to have diner, drink or party. I am definitely making a new booking for my next time in Cannes. Thanks again to all the staff to have made this stay fantastic.
After a few nights staying at IBIS La Bocca (80E) and Hotel Kyriad Cannes (70E), This one was by far the best one we could have ever picked. Our night cost us 55E,(The cheapest one so far). The staff was very attentive and cared about us and our necessities, i felt looked after(the opposite than on the other 2 hotels i mentioned before), even though we were paying a very low price. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great since you can eat all you can for 6.90E. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a room where to stay a few days in Cannes without paying a fortune. 5*****
This is what boutique hotels should be like. Our room was on the small side, but the comfort, staff, and amenities more than made up for this. The décor is just a touch unique, but still clean and modern, the bedding is comfortable, and the little balcony is quite nice. We were surprised to find out breakfast was included since this hotel has such a great rate. It’s small, but they have a great selection of breads, meats, and more, and will make bacon and eggs for you on request. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They provided us with a corkscrew and wine glasses for our room, and they have other helpful items available, like umbrellas. The location is right in the heart of things, just two blocks from the train station and right above a bunch of restaurants. It can be a little noisy when the doors are open, but they are mostly soundproof once closed. We would stay here again!
The hotel location is very good, the prime location of Martinez Bay, the lobby is large, the decoration is exquisite, the check-in is fast and comfortable, and it usually takes three to enter the room. In the morning, you can enjoy the beautiful environment and rich variety in the garden and indoor hall, which are very artistically furnished. The private beach outside the hotel is booked and charged, but the service and facilities are amazing and worth it.
The photos make this hotel look far superior than it is. The pool area, despite being advertised with Secret Escapes being open March to October was closed during March for maintenance. However, we never witnessed any maintenance for the 4 days we were there. We asked for a room with a bath. Unfortunately unless you are under 4’5” tall and a size 0 you will not be able to fit in the bath because it is so narrow and has moulding either side to make it even more narrow. Breakfast is extremely poor for 19 euros per person. The supposedly cooked sausages were raw. There wasn’t any provision for toast. The picture of their breakfast bears no resemblance to what is served. Food is not replenished so you have to get to the breakfast early. We arrived at 10 to find hardly anything available. Location is good. 3 minute walk from the sea front. The staff are friendly. Speak very good English. The beds are large and the linen and pillows good quality. Complimentary soft drinks provided in mini bar on arrival. Whilst we were there the fire alarm went off which wasn’t a false alarm. There was an issue in one of rooms in the kitchenette. There was just one person on duty on reception and there appeared to be confusion as to what we should do when in Reception. We used the fire exit to leave the 2nd floor but guests were using the lifts. There were not any Fire Marshalls nor was it clear where we were assemble outside the hotel. There’s plenty of lovely hotels with pools in the area that are more reasonable serving better breakfasts and we are checking out to stay in one of those.
Stayed here for a week and it was fantastic! Fanny was incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was ever too much trouble for her! She helped us with a trip to Antibes by giving us instructions and a map of what bus routes to take and the best places to explore! Our room was always super clean which also had a 2 booklets of the best places to visit and best bar/restaurants around with a little map to show you where they are! She also has 2 adorable dogs that where very well behaved and trained that would join you at breakfast most days! The Breakfast was Really generous,2 crossiants, cake, bread, baguette, fruit, cheese, yogurt, eggs! The prices for drinks was also very cheap, only €2 for a beer that you could drink while on the terrace! Would highly recommend staying here:10/10!
First-class accommodation, first-class staff. Only positive
Cannes is a lovely place, so it would have to be a really poor hotel to disappoint me, and this one did not. Beautiful food and bar area with small but pretty pool and small but lovely room. Last week we stayed at Villa Garbo for 6 nights and we really enjoyed it a lot. We had a one-bedroom suite with plenty of room, a nice layout and a very nicely finished interior. The staff was classy, very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel also provided parking space for our car, which is a big plus in Cannes. The concept is not a classical hotel but a villa with a range of apartments. Only breakfast is provided as a meal. In this Covid-19 era of course it was not served buffet-style, but we could order classical things, all very nice. An interesting touch is that at night they serve included drinks from 6 to 8 pm. We invariably had these and also the breakfast on the terrace outside. The only drawback is that the garden is close to a main road with a busy roundabout and that you could hear traffic noise all the time, outside only, not in our apartment. Actually this is the case for most hotels at de Côte d'Azur. We can only recommend this place very much.
This hotel was announced as two-star rated with small rooms. My room turned out to be a small apartment with kitchenette, microwave, etc. I couldn’t use it extensively but it came as a nice surprise. The hotel is located 300 m from the train station and in similar distance to the old harbor and events center. Yet it is quiet and calm on a side road. The rom was clean and moderately modern. Breakfast was surprisingly included and consisted of a typical French selection of baguette, croissants, coffee and orange juice. I recommend this house when traveling on medium low budget.
We stayed two nights. Excellent location, not too far from Gare. Host and hostess very welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi a bit slow in the morning when perhaps all guests using it. Bathroom was clean and modern. Only concern was the breakfast. One croissant. We may be unreasonable but no yoghurt or fruit so we did not feel that for the price we were given value. We noticed another guest went and bought his own yoghurt. Suggest using one of the cafes close by for breakfast.
This hotel in Cannes is located next to the main street of the city. It is easy to find by car and Ctrip navigation is accurate. When the vehicle is driving on the Cannes road, it is more difficult to turn around, and there are many single-line lines. The hotel has a parking lot. The vehicle stops at the entrance of the white iron door. The door will open automatically. It is marked as a public parking lot. It is more difficult to park at the hotel. It is more difficult to stop a bigger car. The hotel room is relatively large, can open windows, carpet floor, there is a reclining sofa chair, the big bed three people sleep a little crowded. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the beach and the major attractions and restaurants. Breakfast can be eaten on the patio of the courtyard, which is full of Western food. Basic self-service, free, good, in short, more suitable for parent-child travel.
was great to find this apartment with all the necessary we need for a short trip to Cannes during the Film Festival!
Just by the beach but in a very quiet and good location. Parking was proved with an extra tax, the Blue Café was nice and convenient with a good coffee and breakfast. All together we were pleasantly satisfied with our stay!
Thanks also for the kind welcoming host Natasha 🙏
The Owner/Manager was very warm to welcome we had booked 3 bedroom which was quite comfortable for our stay Hotel Location is absolutely perfect right in the center of busy nightlife which runs till the wee hours of morning...thanks to sound proof windows (5th star is for that...so thoughtful) Beach is just 5 mins walk ... seriously its very near. Train station around 7-8 min walk..pretty convenient Thanks to the Manager who helped us for luggage as well as there is no Lift in the hotel and our room was on first floor...indeed very thankful for making us so comfortable during our stay.
The hotel with a good environment is very close to the castle and is a good hotel.
Although it is a short distance from the railway station, take bus No. 2, 8 and get off at the leader station. So it is convenient to get to the city center. Although it is close to the railway line, it is well sealed, quiet, cost-effective, and beautiful courtyard
Lovely hotel in a perfect location around the corner from la Palais. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was capacious with a kitchen and plenty of cupboard space, a Hob, largish fridge, toaster, crockery and cutlery. We had a nice balcony and the beds were so comfortable. We would love to return as we had to cut short our stay due to France being added to the quarantine list.
Location close to the train station and the seaside, excellent service, cheaper than Nice
Disorganized service at breakfast First class room facing back on a small street with noise (garbage pick up in the morning)
Although the price during the Cannes Film Festival is several times higher than usual, but it is very close to the movie palace. It is also convenient to go to various conference venues. There are also well-known restaurants on the ground floor. Staying at the hotel is very happy. Come to Cannes next time.
This apart hotel is modern and clean. It lives up to all the reviews. Our suite had a very comfy king size bed with a good sized en suite bathroom. A really handy thing was our toilet was separate to the bathroom which comes in handy when there are two of you sharing. There was a living room with a kitchenette and a dining room table although the little kitchenette was padlocked over so I assume this was an extra cost. We didn’t bother with this as we were not planning on cooking but did make the living room a bit ugly. The fridge was accessible. There was a kettle with some cups and saucers and a little bit coffee and tea although I am sure the blurb said coffee maker in the room. This doesn’t get replenished. There were a few what looked like bleach marks on the nice new carpet. Our room had a lovely little balcony from the bedroom and the living room overlooking a little peaceful courtyard which was pretty. One thing which caused as major annoyance was getting in and out of all the doors. The doors to the stairs up to the first floor slammed and shuddered the building. The doors in to and out of the courtyard were a nightmare. Do you push them or pull them?? And they squeaked and slammed all night long. All staff at the desk were friendly but we did have to beg for a hairdryer at reception. No maid service as advertised but there is a hoover and mop bucket in the room if you fancy doing a bit yourself. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought the room/suite was good apart from the doors slamming and possibly the dark blue in the living room making the place a bit dark.
Very good! Check in good will have someone to introduce you to the details of the room, minibar is free, breakfast is free for us, there is a warm welcome letter, the room is also very large, even the front of the sofa bed has a special TV You can go shopping everywhere, and the location is very convenient.
Well, the nearby environment is very good. There are also scenery outside the window. and also. There is a castle next to it, very fun.
