The Ruby Luna is a great choice for guests looking for accommodation in Dusseldorf, having been recently opened in 2021. With Dusseldorf Main Stn Railway Station just 2km away and Dusseldorf International Airport only 10km away, transportation is very convenient. I spend a night at Düsseldorf and because airport is so reachable from centre were rather there than in airport hotel. Found out this small b&b and have absolutely nothing to compain. Was spending night at the top floor and at least there was so peaceful and quiet. Room was clean and really pretty with pink walls and breakfast so good. Perhaps I’d prefer little less soft bed but that was also okay. There is lots of stairs, that should be mentioned. Host was very helpful with everything.

This hotel often lives on a business trip in Frankfurt, so Düsseldorf is set. The breakfast was very good and there was hot milk. Don't worry too much about collecting plates, so you can eat them very comfortably, as well as desserts and coffee, polished on the table, or coffee machine. A good value for money hotel. A little parking is more expensive. It’s 22 euros.

One of my favorite hotels in the world, none of them are hotels of the Medici Family Art Museum. Rolls-Royce spare car, more than 500 years old antique copper embossed door handle, king's red seat ..., museum-level sculpture, tapestry ... Unfortunately, the newly renovated room replaced the old oil painting ... Still love Medici

Atmosphere is more or less magic and I liked very much the approach of no-standard hotel. Boring and almost unuseful check-in and check-out steps are reduced to less than minimum. And you immediately feel comfortable: you really feel like living there within a couple of minutes ! Great experience ! TOP !

I stayed in double room 405 at the Fritz. Pros: - While I didn’t have a chance to try it, the presence of a Michelin-starred restaurant in the lobby is a nice touch. - I like the way the hotel is fitted out - nice furniture and attractive looking design. - Very good value considering all of the above. - Front desk service was good, particularly the lady who checked me in. - I always like a free minibar - especially when it includes beer. - Good location, easy walk to the old town and shopping districts. - Excellent roomy shower with great pressure. Cons: - Toiletries were not replenished daily by housekeeping. - The room felt very small, considering it was a double room. I shudder to think what the single room is like. - My view was out onto the fire escape - I recommend getting a front-facing room if you want a decent view. - While the trend of maximising space by putting the toilet and shower in glass boxes instead of their own room is a common trend in hotels, The Fritz takes it to the next level - absolutely everything going on in the toilet is entirely visible from the room when the (motion sensor) light is on inside. Can’t be pleasant for double occupancy. - Bar staff did not seem very professional and struggled with English as well as basic requests. - No phone in the room to contact reception. No desk either to get some work done. - While the internet was decent, it required a code and would kick me out constantly meaning I had to enter the code many times a day on all of my devices. Overall, would definitely stay again if the rates are similar to what I paid but only if I’m travelling alone.

Every winter, we like to go away as a couple and leave the kids behind! This year it was at Hotel Favor in Dusseldorf. It is a small, ‘boutique’ hotel with around 36 rooms over 6 floors. It is at one end of the city’s shopping district and right next to the ‘old town’. Although all the main sights are within walking distance, there are lots of public transport options around, and many options for restaurants. The hotel has a modern, up-to-date, and well-kept feel. Everything was clean, with lovely thick carpet in the rooms. The ‘premium’ room we booked had a mini-bar with some soft-drinks and a beer that is included in the price and re-stocked daily. The room overlooked the square and the lovely Christmas market when we stayed. It was quiet, with minimal noise coming into the room, however the market started shutting down at around 9pm. Breakfast was a nice spread, with hot & cold options, and a relaxed affair. On the Saturday morning there was a great celloist paying some wonderful music. I’m glad we left the kids behind! Having stayed in a lot of chain hotels, like Hiltons, etc, I was very happy we didn’t do so this time. At the larger hotel chains, sometimes rooms can be dated, and not well-kept. Hotel Favor was perfect throughout, spacious, and I thought good value in comparison. One tip: we got a taxi to the hotel and spent a bit of time in traffic in the roads near to the hotel. I suggest getting out of the taxi early to walk or getting the train which we did on the way back. With trains it is around 30 mins from the airport, and with taxi around 20 mins. The taxi cost 32 Euros, and the trains around 6 euros for the two of us.

This hotel made us super pleasantly surprised. We thought that the room rate of more than 300 yuan per night should be a fast hotel like the domestic one, but it was much better than the fast hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is just at the exit of the subway station. There is only one stop to the train station and only three stops to King's Avenue. Then the hotel room is also very spacious, with desks and stools, sofas, and quite a lot of mirrors (you don't have to grab a mirror with friends to get up early, it's great). Strong push!

Stayed here with two other adults. Nice small family hotel. Stayed in room 221. Well outside of central Dusseldorf. Jut 50 yards from a Gassatt the Zur Schönau and same distance from the tram which will take you into the centre of the cit. Trams run every 20 mins and cost 2.80 euros each way. Buy you ticket on the tram the ticket machines have English as well which made it easier. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Beds comfortable, bathroom good and a nice continental breakfast for 8 euros. There is parking behind the hotel which is free but has limited spaces, alternatively there are additional spaces in the underground car park which is 8 euros for the night. Over all very pleasant

I have lived three or four times. I have been here for the first time since 15 years. The airport taxi to the hotel is 27 Euros, and the maximum is 30 Euros. The mini bar is a little expensive, but there is a discount supermarket opposite, it is convenient to buy water to buy snacks and buy fruit. There is also a direct bus to the old town, and the traffic developed by Dusit is nothing to say. The breakfast is quite rich, that is, the food will never change. Every year, these varieties are also understandable. After all, it is a hotel breakfast. After all, it is a crowd that caters to the flow. No one will stay here for a month.

The sound of the sewer pipes in the room was heard throughout the day and night, hula hula ... hula hula ... hula hula ... I have been in Germany for more than 10 years, and all large and small hotels have lived in. This house has such a bad noise room! I can't accept it, I can only give a bad review. It is still charging in both directions, and I look forward to returning it.

Friendly vibe and chill atmosphere. Reception workers were super helpful and kind. One of them even gave me a craft beer (soon to expire) on the house which was a kind gesture. Place is good for all types of travellers. Location was okay. It was a bit of a longer walk to attractions to the Rhine and Old Town. Not a problem for summer but in the winter it can be a bit harsher.

The hotel is very close to the city center. The King's Road is about three kilometers away. It is also very convenient from the high speed. The hotel service is also very courteous and welcoming. The hotel has to pick up the room card when going up and down the elevator. The hotel has its own parking lot but pays. We stop at the hotel entrance. No charge and parking is quite affluent.

Stayed at Moxy Dusseldorf South and paid 142 Euros for one night in a large room for 3 persons.  Room: The room was very spacious. It is about double size than the standard room. It was very clean and new. The bed was super comfy. There was enough space. The design was good, even though it would have been good to have a table in the living room. The bathroom was functional. The sofa in the living room could turn into a bed. Whilst the bed was very comfortable, the bed couch was hard as stone. There are no real amenities in the room (no coffee making set, no glasses, toilet amenities). This is not an issue, just to be aware of. Good soundproof.  Hotel: Very nice design and layout in the "lobby". Nice atmosphere and nice Moxy principles, it all worked out fine and very positive impression.  Location: In Dusseldorf South. I did not need to be in the area, but there is a U Bahn and some shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Parking is 10 Euros.  Personnel: Everyone was very friendly and helpful.  Breakfast: This was a pleasant surprise. It was 12 Euros and a very good and high-quality selection. The scrambled egg maker was really cool. I really recommend taking the breakfast. All in all, was very satisfied with my stay!

1. Staying at the train station (the entrance to the hotel is near the station No. 1 in the station), the wind and rain can't affect it; 2. Because the surrounding environment is relatively low in the train station; 3. It is still an old problem: the quality of service at night is not Good daytime (this shop questioned the problem of children's accommodation charges - the reason is that the child's name does not appear on the order), after a few words of explanation in English, the front desk will not be heard; 4. It is convenient to live in this store. —-The length of the dm of the train station is very long (especially Saturday and Sunday)

The hotel is very close to the airport, there is an overpass directly connected to the past, just a few steps away, the hotel lobby looks tall, the rooms are large, there are bathtub facilities, breakfast is not eaten inside, but the German breakfast is generally good. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the train station, very close to the King’s Avenue, there are many places to eat next to it, a variety of Japanese restaurants, and there are Asian food and DM next to the train station. The room is okay, but the refrigerator in the room where I live is a bit loud when it is cooling, but everything else is fine. I was talking about a 15 o’clock check-in. Since I got off the plane at 7 am, I can check-in directly when the morning passes. Unlike my colleague’s NH, which requires an extra 35 Euro to check in early. A bottle of Evian water and two very small packs of soft sweets are provided for check-in, but they are only given on the day of check-in. Toothpaste and toothbrushes need to be collected by themselves, and there is no room.

Centrally located on a very busy junction (the excellent double glazing blocking out any traffic noise) a couple of tram stops from the Hauptbahnhof , a 20 minute bus ride to Dusseldorf Airport, a couple of U-Bahn stops or a 15 minute stroll to the amazing Altstadt and Rhine, and with the Frankenheim Brewery right next door! A smallish (30 or so rooms) quirky hotel with modern, well-equipped and spotlessly clean rooms, at a very reasonable cost. A small breakfast room on the ground floor offers a huge selection of items. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and friendly. Avoid the lift if you are at all claustrophobic as it really is tiny! This was my first visit - and will definitely not be my last - to the amazing, vibrant, lively city of Dusseldorf and this hotel was an ideal base to explore it from.

Helped colleagues who went abroad to book this hotel. Because the booking must be paid with a visa card, and the colleague in charge of the booking happened to have no visa credit card, so I came to help the booking and deducted the money the next day after booking (note: not freezing the pre-sale right, but according to Direct deduction of the marked costs). Since the hotel is in Germany, the settlement is in Euros, and through my vasa dual-currency credit card, I deducted US dollars from the credit card. For the three houses I booked (divided into two bookings), USD 398.67 and USD 670.36 were deducted. But what I didn’t expect was that when my colleague arrived in Germany and checked into the hotel, the store said, “The cardholder who deducted the room payment is not there. What if he doesn’t recognize the deduction?” (Actually, when I booked the room, After entering the three digits on the back of the credit card, it means that the payment is accepted. This is an internationally accepted method.) Therefore, the store resolutely requires the guest, that is, my colleague to repay the money on the spot, and promises to deduct my room fee Return it to me. Two days later, the room rate returned. However, due to changes in the exchange rate between the Euro and the U.S. dollar, the store returned the money to me in Euros and automatically converted to U.S. dollars for settlement on my card. They were only 380.54 U.S. dollars and 639.88 U.S. dollars respectively. In other words, for the two bookings, the USD refunded to me was 48.61 USD less than when the payment was deducted a few days ago! When booking with Ctrip, it was clearly stated that it was a direct deduction, but the store did not admit it. This caused me to lose nearly 50 US dollars for no reason, equivalent to nearly 400 yuan! Please Ctrip to solve it and compensate me for my unprovoked loss!

The hotel was covenient to where we were headed, so it had to do. Not my style open plan shower in the room and allegedly bath tubs on the balcony (not that I witnessed one, my daughter talked of fat old boys with their wangs out wandering the balconys, but take that with a pinch of salt. As for the hotel, it was clean enough the breakfast buffet more than adequate as one would expect in Germany, the service a tad slow, but Covid restrictions were applied rigorously, a pity the UK doesn't follow suit. I'd call it a sort of avant garde commercial hotel. The bar seems to double as a Nightclub, queuing to get to the bar was a ballache and the tea, no, not tea, a tea bag & hot water for 8 euros a farce, no tea making facility in the room. We did get to charge the car in the underground car park, but that was more by luck there were only two charge points. The bed wasn't at all comfortable the room small but adequate, would I stay here again? Probably No, I think next time I'd use the nearby Holiday Inn.
