Our first trip to Russia for the bigger than life FIFA world cup!!! Lot of aprehensions about people language last minute hitel refusal so we got off the taxo with lot of uncertainties. 1st thing if you coming from India esp and havent seen much of Europe this is more like a motel set up than hotel but rate it as any 4 star hotel in India wrt stay facilities, no frills but clean and nicely done up! Staff is warm and effecient. We tool a superior room which was huge and very well done, extremly well kept. View was amazing of the beautiful park in which this hotel is set! Rooms have all basic needs that you need- toiletries all - brush, shampoo and conditioner... no moisturises ( in Inida typically we always get moisturises so bear in mund didnt find that in any hotel in Russia, small thing but we take it as given!). Tea/ coffee maker with abindant supply minus milk ( again a very Indian need), either but milk or creamer and keep handy! Bed were nice and big. They have a nice cute cafe which us well stocked. Bfast is in a separate area, loved it- it is perfectly stocked not less not more- eggs, bacon, croissants carieties veg, non veg and sweet! Juices, tea coffee and amazing freah veggies and greens salad. Very sweet courteous lady attending to it, me er spoke a word was always sitting with a smile with a eye for what was getting empty or a drop of saice had dropped somewhere and whop she came to clean it. Do take walk around the place- it next to a big statdium and opp a kindergartener school so good fun to watch. Its a bit interior at times issue for taxi to locate and bit far off from city and Metro so bear that in mind. If you prefer city hustle bustle not the place for you. Its more of serene countryside feel. If you have multiple days at Moscow best to split between this location and one on city so you get beat of both world!!!! We would surely love going back there! General advise for travel to Russia- dont forget your sneakers- need to walk a lot even within metro terminals!!!!

Cosy place with friendly reception (Jane/Max) who helped us with ordering pizza one of the nights. Breakfast included was also tasty and there was a fair selection (for those who arrived early enough to choose). Location is a bit far away from metro but overall, you can’t complain much with the price you are paying during this World Cup.

It is a classic "business" hotel, so I would try to rate it as such. However, I must mention that while I was staying with Hapmton by Hilton Moscow Strogino, the hotel was packed with people who came to Moscow for the winter holidays. Yet, you could not really feel the atmosphere of celebration - I would strongly recommend to invest some time and material into the Xmas decorations next year. It does pay off from the 'feeling the place' point of view. The location of the hotel is on the edge of the city, however, logistically it made perfect sense for my visit - and this was the reason why I picked this hotel for the stay. The check-in was not particularly pleasant - the clerk at the front desk was neither welcoming nor happy (not sure if I would be happy to work on the New Year's eve, but hey - that's what hospitality is all about). He also made some mess around registration, as it was seemingly non-comprehensible that a Russian citizen may be a permanent resident overseas and henceforth have no registration in Russia The need to demand this paperwork is a law in Russia though, so I didn't make much fuss around it - rather a note to the mgmt of this hotel to maybe organise yet another training around check-in procedure :). The room was quite nice actually, and the only criticism I would draw is that replenishment of the soap/shower gel/shampoo was only made on request rather than during the daily cleaning. My largest issue with this stay was breakfast. It was free (that's good) but of horrible taste (that's bad). I would really advise to do the following: - change juices (even the one from the supermarket would play better than that horrendous machine) - change coffee beans (the good ones are still imported, right?) - upgrade pastries (Russia has a tremendous range of bakeries and pastry shops, why not team up with something that would show-case a decent Russian baking house?). The current selection was dreadful. Last but not least - fine those scumbags that come for breakfast and fill their bags with everything "to go" - this was ridiculous to see. I'd rather accept some "free afternoon tea" approach than watching hordes of visitors cleaning up the breakfast space for takeaway, while some others are just trying to have their breakfast on the spot and must wait for the food to be replenished. Finally, my points to Hilton Honors were not credited (with an email stating that the hotel was unable to confirm if I stayed there) - which is particularly funny because I still have an email with reservation and even the bill issued upon my stay somewhere along my documents. Well, seems that this hotel has some certain issues to overcome. I indeed wish them good progress with eliminating these issues. I am, however, dissatisfied and I shall choose another hotel. next time.

The staff: the service was very good. Just after we booked (which was a night before our stay) we had an e-mail from the hotel saying they didn't have hot water due to summer pipe cheching. The next morning we received a telephone call from the administrator saying that they were worried we didn't get the email and politely asking if we were okay with cold water. When we arrived they took us into the room to let us check the tempetarure of their water, suggested to help us with finding another hotel and in the end after we've asked, agreed to give us a discount. Though hot water was there the next day, we were not asked to pay the full price, which was kind of nice. Clealiness: the hotel was freshly build and had new furniture. Therefore everything was very clean. They change the towels every day and beddings once in three days. But strangely when we stayed indoors they never came to clean. Meals: they did not have their restaurant finished yet mb that's why breakfasts were for additional payment and were being delivered from a nearby cafe. The area doesn't have much eating places, consider this if you're a sudden-pop-out-for-meal lover. - not having a fridge sucked because it was so hot which meant no cold beverages in the morning for us - air con was out of control - mattress had metallic springs poking on our backs

I stayed at the Delta Hotel on 3 occasions over a period of 3 weeks, for 7 nights in total. On every occasion there was an incident of some sort involving staff not speaking English, suggesting that foreigners are not welcome at this place. This place is at the standard of a youth hostel and not a 4 star hotel it claims to be. Luggage room: I had dealings with them on 4 occasions (dropping off and picking up luggage twice). This service is meant to be 24 hours but 3 times out of 4 the door was locked without any sign whatsoever to say what was going on. All the receptionists could say was to wait 10-15 minutes and the attendant shall be back, i.e. he might wake up because where on earth he might have gone at 3.30am. Needless to say, waiting was not an option when I had an early morning flight to catch and I carefully timed my departure. The attendants didn't speak English and lacked the skills to correctly count the number of days in a calendar so the correct fee could be charged. I was also wondering why I was charged at all when the luggage room was supposed to be free if people left luggage there before checking in. I always had an upcoming booking so technically I was before checking in but nobody understood or cared to listen to my point. Safety deposit box: During my first stay, it was locked when I checked in to my room so I had to arrange it to be opened. Not something I expect to be doing in a 4 star hotel. Second time, all good. Third time, the battery was flat meaning sometimes I couldn't operate it at all. I had to call somebody to open it because part of the keypad stopped working. It was then opened using a 6 digit code (which I have seen so now I could open the safe in any of the rooms). Breakfast: Since all my cash and cards were locked away in the faulty safe which I couldn't open, I requested to pay for breakfast upon check out. What was I even thinking?! Quite abruptly I was told, "Money now!" and the hostess started to make a scene. I asked to see her manager which she didn't understand only after using Google translate. Dina the manager had the same awful customer service and language skills and all she could say was "Go to Reception" which I did. Do you think I cannot afford to pay 700 RUB and I will abscond without paying?! Again, these are hostel standards, paying incurred fees at check out is unheard of in this "4 star" "hotel". Housekeeping: Due to the 3 spells of my stay I could compare the standard of housekeeping. During my second stay, there was no chocolate in the room, the water and the toiletries didn't get replenished at all. During my third stay the room was cleaned quite late, at around 5.45pm, just when I wanted to have a shower before going out for dinner (you are having a laugh if you think I wanted to try their inhouse restaurant after my dreadful experience with breakfast). Room: Rooms were upto different standards. One of them had a shower cabin. The other one had a portable radiator because (surprise, su

I was on a tour and the tour co put us at Princes Park Hotel. i guess it's a hotel for tourguests. not high end definitely. The hotel is outside and in the south of Moscow. it's about 2 minute walk to Tyoply Stan Metro, the only 2 stops to the last stop of the 6th metro line of moscow. at the back of the hotel is a big complex of wholesale and retail fresh fruits, meat, chéese and milk products and many other farm products sold by farmers. prices are quite cheap comparing to others in town, of course. If you like bread, try the fresh turk like bakery shop at the back building. talking about the hotel, i guess I was not enjoying this hotel. it is quite big. the layout is like a maze. i know many rooms may have no window. mine had, but viewing to some bare rooftop and an ugly bigtruck parking. the room is quite large but furnitures seemed worn out. the TV was still LCD and funnily small. the room was cleaned but no new water bottles or supplies were refilled daily. There was a water dispenser in the alley and the iron and board were put somewhere in the alley for selfservice. there were only 2 extremely slow guest elevators and u may have to wait for quite some time. i tried staircase, faster. then we found two more service elevators at some corners of the building. Breafasts were served in some banquet type room at some back corner on 3rd floor. it seemed obvious the restaurant staffs did not like chinese tourguests. I don't but I was not comfortable that the staffs was very rude to them. We are vietnamese, guessed they thought we were chinese too thus treated the same, or may be they did not like us either🤔 Not so many staffs speak English though and i did not find them friendly or helpful

Hotel facilities are very simple, equivalent to the domestic economic chain level. The room is still big, the bath and shower are together, the bath is not convenient, it is a design flaw. No toothbrush is provided, I have to ask if I want it. This is an idea. The slippers were very thin and poor, and the bath water overflowed without leaking, and it was quickly broken. There is an iron and an ironing board, and that's okay. The service was still enthusiastic. The front desk said that Ctrip’s money was not received. Later, it was received. No deposit was paid and the minibar was locked. It is difficult to ask for a service by telephone. If you hit it several times, you can't get through it. If you want a conversion, you can say no. Restaurant service is also very enthusiastic, there are many Chinese tour groups, but it is no longer in the morning. There are fried noodles and tea eggs for breakfast. Western food has all kinds of dairy products and sausages. Western food is rich. . There is a subway station around, there is a pier, an Orthodox church, there is a small park opposite the church, sitting and watching the scenery is very good.

We stayed for 5 nights in the aparthotel. We chose the place due to the look of the room, the location, and the reasonable price. And our expectation was met. The aparthotel is located near the Kievskaya metro which has both dark blue and brown lines. Both are the most important lines in the Metro station. It brings you the Red Square, to the Ismailovo Market and the round trip to the beautiful Metro stations. And the walk from the station to the hotel was not too far. Certain Metro seemed to have a very near entrance but you required to walk so far within the station. There were a couple of malls nearby which served whatever you need. But for Muslims, there was a halal kebab/shawarma shop near the exit 5 of the Metro. There was also a shawarma shop on the opposite side of the Europe mall, not the one facing the hotel. And there is a small grocer shop at the Metro station, the row facing the aparthotel (in between the florist) which sells Halal cold cuts and sausage. The grocer shop also has halal pastry like samosa and puffs. I've read that there is a Jerry Wings outlet in the Europe Mall, but we didn't try that as I knew about it after I left the place. The aparthotel is very well designed. We stayed in the Studio. It has a lot of compartments, drawers, and racks. So it is easy for you to arrange your clothing. It was very easy to bring the bed up or down. The bed was very comfortable. They have a good selection of TV channels, some English news channels, and Sports Channel to watch La Liga. Cons: 1. They do not have an assistant to help bringing your bags from the ground floor. And you need to take a couple of lifts before getting to your room. The lobby of the hotel is on the 5th floor. Arriving with tired kids from a long haul flight, sometimes we just need an extra hand. 2. They do not have a washing machine. It is already known/informed before we've made the booking. But, they do have a laundry service. But the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, I wish they could consider the washing machine instead of the dishwasher :-) 3. Free coffee and tea were not replenished on a daily basis. 4 bottles of water (2 sparklings, 2 mineral) were ready in the room on the first day, but only 2 (1 each) were added on a daily basis.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. It can be seen that the renovation was done recently, everything is clean and modern. Special attention should be paid to the luxurious bed with a comfortable mattress, the lightest linens, and a pillow menu. The room has everything you need: a kettle (it comes with black and green tea, coffee, cream, sugar, there is even a sweetener and coffee decaf), bottled water, bathrobe, hairdryer, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel and soap. The window offers a beautiful view of the city. Very good location near the hotel - both by metro and by car it will be convenient to reach the hotel. There is a private parking in front of the hotel, as well as public parking in the surrounding streets. Excellent service - the staff were friendly and responsive to requests. Excellent infrastructure near the hotel: several grocery stores (with cooking), cafes and coffee shops within walking distance.
