Was there ard 2:10pm after the check in time. Was been served at 2:30. It took a while for check in as the counter staff was limited. But overall the experience was great! Was hesitated to book and try out this hotel as first time I came across this hotel. Was thinking that it meant for apartment. To my surprise the hotel turn out to be excellent. Booked a Deluxe room and was surprised that the room was so spacious, so does the bathroom. Only thing no bidet. Nearby Star Vista and mrt station. So not a hassle for me to get dinner and snacks. Well recommended to stay at this hotel and will be coming back for more. Well done to the Park Avenue staff.

I had a guest staying at the YMCA for 7 days. Right from the booking to the checkout the team, especially Anne, was very responsive and prompt. Our guest enjoyed the room as well which was clean, open and green. She requested for cooking board, iron and rice cooker all of which were delivered promptly. Bathroom was spacious and all staff was very professional. Special thank you to Anne and the superb team. Will definitely be booking here again! Much better to stay here than some small overpriced hotel room. Recommended for VTL travellers. Overall wonderful! Only wish the restaurant was open for breakfast but if you are cooking in the kitchenette should be ok to manage.

While there are indeed buses to and fro Orchard, it's a tad troublesome in terms of accessibility. However we did choose this place knowing that already, and just took a Grab when we were too lazy to head to the bus stop. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, and it was super spacious - my friends and I (total of 4 people) had a lot of fun and relaxation. The beds and armchairs were super cosy and we all agreed the hot shower was particularly satisfying too! The hotel initially only had two towels for the four of us but quickly rectified that by giving additional towels upon request. Very glad with their service despite the busy holiday season.

Legendary service! Really loved our stay. Spent a long time figuring out what to do, but since I brought my 2 boys, we went to the splash zone. It was more geared for younger (0-9) kids, by 13yr old had enough fun. Most of the other times we enjoyed the pool. We didn’t eat at the hotel, as we went out to orchard road or had delivery food. The only thing I would change is that the bathroom amenities we very average. I expected nicer, but it was certainly doable. Tips. Book everything! Due to covid things get full. Go to the pool slot early to get a seat Stick around the pool for free ice cream! Orchard road is a nice walk away, so enjoy it. We walked out, ate and hung out, then taxi’d back

We check in at 2pm where it takes us nearly about 3 hours to get our rooms. At first we were being arrange to sit at their hotel restaurant J65 for a complimentary drink while waiting. The guest service told us the rooms will be ready in an hour but it was not. After an hour later, I went to check my rooms if they are ready and they are not. Instead of leaving us at J65, they bring us up to the club lounge to enjoy their free afternoon tea. We waited for another 2 hours before our frustration starts. Finally they only manage to find us 2 rooms at 5.15pm. As a compensation, they give us a complimentary late check out at 6pm. It was a real big mess with people unhappy with the service due to over booking and shortage of manpower. Especially at the check in counter. Other than that, everything are well. With clean rooms and good breakfast. No doubt their breakfast spread is not as huge as prior covid time. But we do enjoy that.

Had a lovely bday staycay at St Regis. Complimentary bday cake was offered but we politely declined this nice gesture because we have afternoon tea on the way haha. Their attention to detail was commendable, just look at that seat in the lift. Butler service was prompt and efficient. Super in love with their bathtub and amenities. Due to COVID, they have allowed us to have our afternoon tea in the room. Kudos for making the effort to keep their guests safe. Just a few hiccups like the misunderstanding abt us not honouring the afternoon tea session we booked, the room key was slightly insensitive to the lift/door, and the front desk sounds slightlyyyyyy annoyed with the incorrect speed dial. It was quite perfect otherwise. Highly recommended and would most likely head back again.

Celebrated birthday here. Overall experience was great! Given a complimentary birthday cake as well. Stayed for 4 days 3 night with daily breakfast. Breakfast spread was actually quite big and quality was there. First 2 days of breakfast was still good as didnt had long queue (weekday). Once it went to sat and sun, the queue became super long and had to wait abt 10-15mins. Once we were done at 9.30am, the queue was still forming so im not sure what happens to those who didnt get to enter by 10am! Early bird gets the worm anw hehe. Toilet was big too and had a bath tub. Improvements to be made would be having bidet haha. Otherwise, had fun here!

We managed to do an early check-in at 1pm, was a smooth and fast process at the counter. Parking was at Alexandra Mall located in the same building and we were given complimentary carpark coupon to utilize on the day of check-out. Food and amenities were really close-by, it was interesting to just walk around and explore Queenstown area. Bed was comfortable, the room had high ceiling which made it even more spacious. We were assigned a room on the Club Lounge floor, view was spectacular and was facing the pool and also had views of the sea. The air-con was cold and thanks to that, we had such a good night's sleep! We had breakfast at The Carvery on the 7th floor the next morning, food variety was decent, café-styled food. We also managed to do a late check-out at 1pm, which makes it's more worthwhile that we had a 24hrs stay at the hotel. The pool view was amazing, we managed to get a 5pm slot for swimming. The pool was spacious, able to do laps and also just sit by the jacuzzi like area to enjoy the bubbles. Thank you Park Hotel Alexandra for the wonderful stay and wonderful service, we would most definitely return for another!

Only shower no bathtub. There's small balcony for u to hang your swimmear and towels. View is the swimming pool. View was ok. Room is clean. Old fashion design of room but comfortable. The bathroom door kinda faulty. It lock inside when we close. But manage to open ourselves as the technician are had to entertain 2 more room. I will come back near to Christmas.

Stayed in Pasir Panjang for the second time. To be honest, I will still choose to stay at the hotel next time I come to Singapore for the following reasons: 1. The price is relatively cheap. 2. Convenient transportation: Many buses pass by, and the station is 10 meters away; the Lion City subway ring line (yellow line) is closer. 3. Spacious, bright, and sanitary: Although the facilities are older, the rooms are spacious and there are windows in the room. The light and ventilation are very good, and they are clean and hygienic. Finally, the key point comes. Manager Cai of Pasir Panjang is very nice. I feel like I'm home when I stay here. This stay was during the period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic. Manager Cai was very concerned about the guests. When I returned to China, I learned that I did not buy a mask. I sent a mask and disinfected wipes to protect me on the way. Really moved, thank you! Thank you Manager Cai!

My wife and I have stayed in quite a number of hotels in Singapore before for staycations. For this: 1) In-Room Facilities. - When I was about to sit on the WC, i expected to be greeted by warmth. But it was not so. Guess i was pampered by The Clan Hotel's heated toilet seat. This is just a nice to have kind of facility and not a deal breaker. - Aircon. When turned on, it was too cold so we turned it off. The good thing is even though it's off, we could still feel the air is cold and as if there is still a breeze throughout the night. I notice some hotels are like that which i think is good to prevent molds. So this is a plus. - Bathroom mirrors. I love the magnifying mirror. For the wall mirror, it gets misty easily after a shower and some time after. So after showing, i can't do a shave since i can't see myself in the mirror. If the hotel had a switch to warm up those mirrors, it would be a good improvement. - Bottles for showering. When i first used the sink, i looked for the soap. I didn't find any but saw 2 bottles at the sink. They looked the same and just decided to use one to wash my hands. When it was time to shower, there were 3 big bottles in affixed to the wall. Honestly, i couldn't tell the difference after looking at the front and backs. I wanted to know which one was shampoo and which i could use for my face. In the end, i showered that day not knowing which was which. The next morning, i showered again, picking a random bottle to use. I told my wife that and she said it's labelled differently. I went to look again and indeed everything is the same except the small difference of words. I can't believe it. If it would have been more obvious it would save time and frustration. - Light. We notice there's only 1 main switch for all lights, excluding the 2 bed-side lamps and bathroom. The good for us is it's easy. We don't have to deal with multiple switches. The bad part is 2 of the downlights which were too bright, we couldn't simply turn them off while keeping the rest on. On our bed facing the TV, there was the downlight near the entrance and the downlight near the window which were too bright. In the end we turned the main switch off and just used the bedside lamp to watch TV. We could deal with it as mentioned. I checked that the room uses compact fluorescent lighting which is fine. (although i felt the downlights mentioned in those areas and the bathroom were a little too strong) I'd like to warn the hotel NOT to consider using LEDs in future as it would be much worse. This is because LEDs do not have proper diffusers, deflectors or cove to protect the light from reaching the eyes. Also, LEDs tend to be too intense most of the time when used as room lighting. - Bed. The king size bed was very good in terms of sleeping. The only bad thing was when i was propped up watching TV. I already had 2 pillows behind me but the incline was still not gradual enough so my neck didn't feel comfortable. I had to adjust by sitting up higher in order to feel fine. This can be fixed if the bed headboard had an incline or similar. - TV. It was quite frustrating switching channels. Pressing "Up" didn't mean you could cover all the channels. We had to press the main menu to go back to the channel list and select from there each time. The hotel should consider fixing this as high priority so that using the TV is much smoother. - As this is a very old hotel, before booking, we had read some reviews saying even though there was a renovation early 2022, there were still some defects. Thankfully, we didn't see any defects. Our room was 1007 (10 floor). 2) Service. Sales staff greeted us genuinely when we checked in. When the same staff us coming into the lift, she also greeted us. When we left the breakfast area, another male staff thanked and bowed to us for coming while he was talking to his colleagues. All this enhanced our experience in the hotel. 3) Window View. Only could see opposite building.

we understand the cheap rate - it goes with it the tiny room, dirty and peeled off wallpapers, dusty tissue dispenser, fluctuating wifi, unchanged linens/towels and unkempt floor/toilet for three consecutive nights that we stayed there. the complimentary bottled water was never replenished. what we don't understand was the rudeness the receptionist displayed when i could not access their wifi. he blamed my fone right away and offered an unsolicited advice to have it checked at a nearby service station. it turned out he mispronounced the password and even snatched back the minute piece of paper where the password was written but was supposedly given to their guests anyway. there was no other staff to help us out in bringing our stuff to the third floor. there was no elevator. a helper would have compensated for the trouble. i should have noted the reviews for this hotel before i clicked that confirmation button.

It was the most relaxing staycation I’ve ever had! Check-in was smooth and they even served us iced tea and cooling towels. The rooms were massive and I love the decor! The food was absolutely delicious from Bedrock Origin! Don’t get me started on the spa which absolutely relaxing and luxurious. Everything here was different from what you get from most hotels that I’ve stayed in Singapore. There’s lots to do within the resort with free wellness activities from Aqua Zumba, Tai-chi, Bath Bomb making, yoga and many more! Definitely a stand out is that the hotel staff were extremely professional, helpful and really went the extra mile.

The hotel is being renovated so facilities like swimming pool is unavailable. There is a makeshift gym I tried which cannot compare to the original set up. The previous gym was huge and well equipped; I hope after the renovation the gym will be just as good. Room size was decent and clean. Love the monogram tea provided and even the mini bar was complimentary which I find was a nice touch. Overall a very enjoyable stay and hope to come back again soon!

I first stayed at the SEA Hotel back in 2014 as it was recommended by my aunt and uncle who always stay here when in Singapore. I love the place. It’s old and rustic (a throwback to another time) but for $100 SGD a night with a fabulous vegetarian buffet breakfast included (Kwan Im restaurant) and prime location in Bugis you couldn’t ask for anything more. Also when booking the staff are excellent in replying to queries and give very detailed information about getting to the hotel and airport transport options and nearby attractions. Free wifi was included and it was fast and reliable. The staff on the front desk were friendly especially the girl who checked me in. Bugis+ shopping mall (10 levels with cinemas, food/retail options galore and taxi rank) is less than 5 mins walk. I use this as a taxi pick up/drop off point to various attractions from the hotel. Bugis MRT Station is 5-10 mins walk and is on the airport line (10th station from the airport, with 1 change at Tanah Merah, cost only SGD 2.50) The Kwan Im Temple is right next door and worth checking out (it gets very busy with local worshippers). Directly outside is a pedestrian mall with a flurry of activity with market stalls and street vendors. The hotel is simple and rooms unadorned with only the basics but it’s all there and excellent value for money. They do request you leave your key if you go out and recollect (24 hour reception) but I conveniently forgot to do this most of the time and it was never a problem. Oh and don’t even think about bringing durians to the hotel!

Booked a Good King room for 3d2n. Check-in process was relatively fast as the crowd hasn't come in yet. More crowds came in the next few days, and the hotel got even busier at night. The service is commendable though, as they try their best to accommodate to our requests despite the rush hours. Overall, a good spot for short stays, their bed is quite comfy although the room is on the smaller side and cleanliness can be improved.

I arrived at Hotel about 03:35 AM. It was the time that all the people are sleeping. I was a little bit confused about my check-in because when I arrived at the counter he didn't ask me about my check in information. He just only asked me that I was paid or not and I said I've paid already then he showed me my room without asking to show my passport or check in information. Did he know me that I'm the girl who booked at 19th and arrived at 20th?? Maybe!!!🧐🧐 Never mind! The room is very fantastic and comfortable. I felt like I was in an spaceship🚀😅🥰. Since I was travel alone in Singapore I was afraid of sleeping at room alone. But the hotel is very safe .I really loved this place and next time when I come to Singapore, I promised that I'll book this hotel again ❤❤❤❤❤

Second time back here! this time round we booked their Loft. It’s my partner’s birthday and they were kind enough to decorate the room and gave my partner a nice gift set. The staff that were doing the night shift was really good. We had a guest in our room so she came up to our room to inform us that she Has to go to the washroom for awhile so if we were to call the recep to open the door there might be nobody to pick up the phone. She took the extra effort to come up to inform us when she didn’t have to. Truly appreciate it a lot it’s the little things that makes their service impeccable. I forgot to take down her name but it was a petite Indian lady. This is one of my partner’s fav hotel and so we will definitely be back!

We were a group of 12 and opted to stay in this hostel booking the whole 12 beds room, which we were very glad to have as it was the room at the top floor of the hostel, meaning the less noisy and more isolated one from the rest of the chaos. Let's start with the room: we had bunk beds with everything you may need: sheets, pillows, curtains to close them at night (great stuff for privacy this!) and personal lockers (you need to bring your own padlock). In the 12 beds room there was a private bathroom too with 2 toilets and a shower, which was very handy as it gave us some privacy. There are also more showers and toilets in the other floors that we could use. Breakfast was provided in a weird way: the first night we arrived we noticed a big plastic box in the room. The surprise was they have left us "the breakfast" for the following 2 days in there, which consisted of bread, jam, tea and coffee. Not what we expected, but it did the job. And now let's move to the worse bit of the hostel: the common areas. There is way too much people hosted in the hostel for the size of the common living space they have. The kitchen is tiny, and there is a sofa at the entrance that is always busy and with lots of people sleeping on it, so you can't really use it. The people staying in the common areas (not sure if they were guests of the hostel or not) was a bit peculiar, so we were glad to have our own space. The front desk is not very friendly but the check-in and out was smooth and easy (beware check-in is not allowed before 3pm). Overall it's a very basic hostel but the location is good.

Was given room 1313 initially and decided to change to another room cos I went with my elderly mother, who is abit pangtang about the number. Was given 0819. Was told by staff there’s no other higher floor room. We said ok but upon entering, there was a gas smell. Cleaning staff from hotel said the rooms on this side of the hotel had not been used for a long time, therefore maybe the smell. Went down to lobby to change room and was given 1616 by another front counter staff. Room was ok but maybe shower area abit small for someone who might be bigger sized. Bkfast was buffet style, so u tick on the menu and a staff will go collect for u. Variety not a lot though. On second day, we decided to ‘tabao’ back to room to eat. We requested to separate the nasi lemak from fried noodles as we don’t want them to lump everything into the box. Upon hearing this, one of the non Chinese staff seem displeased and hinted we are supposed to dine in. When we went back to the room, we realised that they forgot some items and we went dwn again. Happen to see the same staff (who was with another Chinese colleague). I told the staff politely that they might have overlooked packing some items. She jz stared at me while her colleague apologised. I said it’s ok, I will just re-tick the menu list. Whilst doing so, that same staff brought back my earlier menu. I then highlighted what was missing and she went off ( I assume to pick up the missing items). In the end, it was the Chinese colleague who passed me the missing items, apologising again for the oversight. So, plus point for this Chinese lady and minus point for the other one ( who gave the vibes of being ‘buay song’ (displeased attitude). Managed to get late check out at 1pm on the last day. So overall, guess stay was ok.

As an Ascott group member, there are decent expectations of an Ascott experience in all the properties in which I had once stayed (Ascott, Somerset, Citadines). Citadines Rocher (recently opened in 2020) was one of my top choices in having a local staycation because of its location and price range. However, it was an overall disappointing experience, and here’s why: 1. No daily housekeeping service 2. Our bathroom door could not close. It was completely off the ledge. 3. Reception is busy all the time. Phone calls are often not answered 4. This hotel was most probably a designated hotel used for both Malaysian citizens who were unable to return home due to locked borders, as well as returning Singaporeans to serve their mandatory 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN). There were confirmed COVID-19 cases within my period of stay. We were notified by a letter from the management. The least the management could do was to provide a mask or sanitizers to guests. We also chanced upon 2 medical workers fully donned in PPE escorted a guest to the ambulance. Scary stuff. 5. We took our own trash out of the room since day 1 of check-in. It was not cleared even upon checking out. Dear Citadines Rocher, please review your services. I had absolute faith and would like to continue giving my support to Ascott despite this awful stay.

The location of this hotel is definitely not as accessible as all other hotels I went before. It is only easier if you go via car for the first time. Subsequently when you explore the area a bit more, then you can try the path via the UBS building itself. This information perhaps should be made known on the hotel's website. In terms of cleanliness, one of the cups in my room was not washed cleanly. I can see the lipstick mark of a previous user, with some coffee dripping down that lip mark. Had to manually wash it. I would have been more prepared if I brought some detergent along. In terms of service, you must know that they do not provide additional towels for you, even upon request. You can only go and exchange with what you already have. Example, if you need an extra towel to wrap your hair, it is not possible. One room, if 2 pax, they will only give u 2 towels and one floor carpet. I think this is not a good point. The cafe lodge is nicely decorated, just that food have to wait at least 30mins, even if it is a simple set. And not all food are available. But can just chitchat while waiting, or maybe next time just order in advance. The good thing is that at least there is no insect in the room and bed sheets are pretty clean.

Booked the Junior Suite, unfortunately, the room does not come with a bathtub, I mean it is still a suite, right? Overall, I do not recommend this hotel, with the price that you are paying, please stay in other nearby properties, such as Swissotel and Fairmont. I will just list down the issues faced: 1. Hygiene issue, in the first room we got, there was a toothpaste mark left by the previous occupant, it is obvious that the housekeeping does not do the cleaning properly. 2. There was a mosquito in the room 3. The service and lack of communication is the most annoying part of the stay. The room that I booked came with lounge access, with afternoon tea, evening cocktail, and breakfast. We went to have afternoon tea at 320pm, the staff took our orders, we ordered ice tea, and 20 minutes later, they served us ice coffee. We were the only few in the lounge, is it that hard to remember our order? The afternoon tea was a set, is not even buffet style, guess how long they took to prepare? 40 minutes, we check with them a few times, and every time we were told that it will be ready in a few minutes' time. 40 minutes just for a small set of pastries that were prepared in advance, this is how "efficient" the hotel is. The staff that took our order did not apologize. 4. Feedback the experience to the front desk manager about our experience and request to change a room. It is nice for her to change a new room for us and extend our check-out timing. We also requested to deliver the evening cocktail to the room as we do not wish to experience the efficiency again. We were told that we will be compensated with a free flow of food and drinks for the evening cocktail. However, when we requested the second portion, we were been told that the snacks is only 1 serving. Hello? this is the type of communication the hotel has? 5. We checked out at 4 pm the next day, and we requested showering amenities and tissue at 1 pm, as we wish to get a shower before checking out. Guess what? We were told that someone will be delivering the items soon. Called to check again at 2 pm, and the staff apologized and said will send someone to deliver again. In the end, the items that we requested were never delivered. This is the level of efficiency and communication the hotel has. Please think carefully if you would like to experience such things.

Little to what I know, there is no TV channels available in the room. Checked with reception, due to upgrading works, no channels are available. A little disappointed. As currently have to take away and dine in, there is no extra big bins to throw rubbish. Toilet is not equipped with bidets, so use toilet paper only. What i like about here is the rain shower and shampoo is provided. Towel and toothbrush is provided too. Complimentary mini-bar for drinks and consumables. Aircon is cold enough to let me wanting to stay indoor than going outdoor. Bed is comfortable with 2 pillow. Location wise is close to any eateries. Middle of 3 MRT station (Bugis, Lavender, Nicoll Highway). Definitely recommend for a stay. Most importantly, strong wifi. So no TV its okay. Too bad your home Chromecast doesn't work here.

Great stay! :) Only downside is that I have to wait for half an hour although the checkin time is way earlier than the time I arrive. Was told that an intern is cleaning the room and the intern will take slightly longer as he/she just started interning.

Chinatown
Love the location - near to Chinatown and Tanjong Pagar! Only one regret is that I do not have the suitable outfit for photo taking...Cheongsam/Peranakan style. View from balcony is gooood and also great for photo taking. Prewar shophouse with modern facilities - my dream home since young. So I m actually thrilled to stay here. Pros: Shiok to shower with strong water flow. Hairdryer provided - great for ladies. Toothbrush & toothpaste, big towel & all-in-one body soap/shampoo provided. They have tissue box, safe, flask & coffee/tea. WiFi connection is good so can surf Internet / Facebook. Big space in front of bed so can put big luggage. Bed is King/ Queen type. Have small chairs and table. Bigger TV. Near to lift. Security here is better as guests can enter by tapping with key card. Cons: Fridge is mouldy. Not sure when it was last cleaned. 😅 At night, music from pubs nearby can be heard. (I booked 2 room types - XLtwin & balcony). Please note that $100 deposit is required.

Orchard Road
Booked a 2 night stay here for a Valentine's getaway. Initially thought we definitely had a tub, but found out upon entering the room that not all rooms had tubs. Front desk offered free breakfast throughout the stay as there was no available room for a switch. Breakfast was provided for by Kith Cafe and was delicious. The kitchen was fully functional, and we utilised it, even the washing machine and dishwasher. Air conditioning system was a bit faulty so the bedroom was quite warm. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Extra pillows were provided as well. The bathroom was huge with a large shower area (rainfall) and luxury toiletries. Service was awesome and staff members would always greet us. Pool was beautiful though there were only 2 sunbeds. Had an enjoyable stay!

Queenstown

Checking in was fuss free and easy, staffs were friendly and very helpful. Location was pretty easy to access via public transport or own vehicle. Venturing there to several places of interest was also very convenient. The jacuzzi pool was enjoyable and soothing, the main pool wasn’t that big but good enough since there wasn’t much crowd. Ample big towels was provided before entering the pool area is a huge plus point. Room was well furnished and spacious albeit it’s old and outdated compared to several 5stars hotel. The breakfast was splendid as it should be and the crews were putting lots of effort to hold it up. Overall it was a good stay at a great price point. Nothing much to shout about but also not shabby at all.

The room may be small but it has every basic thing you need. I forgot to take any pictures of the room.. Pros - 10mins walk from Bugis. So obviously food, cafes and entertainment are all within walking distance - A big 7-11 is just right next to it. Bras Basah & Shine Korea is opposite it - The Hotel is above a cafe. So if you're feeling lazy to go out for food, you can just go down and eat or call room service and get discounts for some items since you're a hotel guest. - Shampoo and Body Soap are provided in full sized bottles instead of the mini ones which is always a plus for me. - Can also rent the Projector Lights to make your room even nicer at nights Cons - The entrance is through a cafe. So it can be quite awkward to enter or exit the hotel especially during peak hours cause you're walking past people who are sitting down and eating. - The room is not soundproof so you can hear conversations or noises outside or from other rooms Overall, we enjoyed our 3 nights stay. We may come back to try the bigger rooms!

booked this trip with my boyfriend. stafff was friendly and accommodating, the room was like how it is shown in the pictures. we got lucky with the early check-in as the room was ready. everything was clean when we got in, the tv had netflix which is cool, we just watched movies on there. the tv would sometimes hang due to the wifi (?) location wise: pretty good, few minutes walk to food stores, shopping malls, theres a 7 11 nearby. only complaint was that the road is noisy and loud. got woken up a few times. my room was on the 2nd floor. overall, a good stay.

Chinatown
Service was excellent. When we step in to the front desk we received warm n cheerful welcome by the front desk staff name Mr Sadi with a happy friendly smiles. He is very cheerful all the time eventhough we grumble n a bit disappointed about our booking the small 6 men room with window & about the health declaration form .Due to our booking with trip.com there's indicate has window. He steadily calm us n nego with our request to change to a larger room that is a 8 men room with window. Thankfully all of us agreed. We happily stayed for the 3 days 2 nights there. Everytime when walk out of the hotel Mr Sadi n Mr Iman will smile at us n sometimes help exlpained us about some places we want to go. It was a perfect staycation there... Oh before I forget, this Mr Iman also was very helpful, he also offer his service carrying some of our stuff to our room eventhough that was not part of his job there... Last but not least, kudos to hotel staff Mr Sadi n Mr Iman and also with the best facilities eventhough its just a hotel cum hostel ....
