Rooms were bare minimum but very clean. Thick walls, so no noise from neighbours. We had a good overnight stay at a fair price in Copenhagen. Would visit again.

|4.03km from city centerTerrible example of a Marriott hotel. Reception staff were fantastic as was the gym but that’s it in terms of anything good here. Firstly you get zero benefits for being a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Member, no upgrade, no welcome gift, no bottle of wine in the room, no nice view, nothing. Everyone gets breakfast so that’s no benefit. The cleaning was appalling. My bed was not made half the time. My dishwasher tablets were not replaced. My coffee pods were not replaced. My towels on occasions were also not replaced. My bins were not emptied on several occasions. I left them plenty of time to come in and change everything. It seems that they don’t work afternoons! The Nespresso machine was also not emptied. The breakfast was bland and they didn’t even serve Danish bacon and just had the same items each day. I only went there a couple of times. Luckily there’s a Netto/Lidl next door so I went there to get breakfast instead. The gym is great. The room itself is fine apart from the fact that my view was other rooms! Considering how far ago I booked this I thought that I would get a water view. They had building work going on above my room which they didn’t tell me about before I arrived. You can also hear all the footsteps from upstairs which is also very noisy. But the worst thing about the hotel is the lift. There is only one for everyone’s use. So when they have deliveries and the men are sweaty they block the lift so you can’t use it and then when you go in it it stinks. The cleaners also use that same lift so you have to ride with other people’s rubbish! Why don’t they have two lifts? One for services and one for guests? This is a new hotel, you would think having two lifts would be a basic requirement. The wifi was also a nightmare, I had to login on both my mobile and laptop several times a day. The counter staff are very lovely, smiley and friendly but that and the gym are the only decent things about this hotel. Avoid.

|0.66km from city centerThis hotel is great. the staff is friendly and helpful. The room 302 is wonderfull clean and very spacious. The bathroom is also nice and the shower great. The breakfast is awesome and comfortable to eat when it suits you even though you have to wake up at 8 to get the bread hot 😁 luxury problem. The location is absolutely great and it takes 2 minutes to walk to the subway. Buy a city pass in the Dott app and use the subway you are from the hotel to the town hall square,Gammel strand (middle of ströget) or the new port just a few minutes i was mid down town and had to pee was home in 5 minutes. Wifi is nothing special but I work in fiber optics and high speed internet so I am not a judge. The only negative was that the chairs in the room were not comfortable for us old people who drag themselves into a hotel early in the evening but I do not pull them down for that and sure it will be fixed next time we come 😘 will recommend to all my friends and this is my first future pick.

The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate.

|1.44km from city centerThe hotel is a little outside of the center, but is well reached by the metro or even by the bus. The room was relatively small. But you know that already at the booking. It made us feel like a youth hostel rather than a hotel. There is also a need to dress the beds themselves. These are very comfortable. But breakfast was very generous for this hotel category. The rooms were very clean in the morning. The more guests had used them, the more they had needed cleaning again. It's already bad, you don't leave the rooms as you wish to meet them. Washing the washing venue shortly after use if you have polluted it wouldn't be a big thing ... We're very late. This was agreed with the hotel and the room keys were deposited. To reach them, we could choose a certain telephone number, where then we were explained how to reach the key cards. Unfortunately, they still worked to get into the staircase, but not for our room. We had to call again and wait for a staffer to reprogramme the cards at half two in the morning. That was not very pleasant for him and us. It would be better if the room cards were tested before depositing for such cases. As a compensation we have offered breakfast for it. However, of course, we are very happy!

Firstly the location of the apartments is pretty good, the nearest supermarket is only a couple of minutes walk (Netto) from the apartment and the city centre and main high street are also pretty close so no need for taxi's which are very expensive!. It was very clean and modern and there were nice little touches like coffee pods and some condiments included. There were a couple of issues with the apartment, firstly there is no wardrobe. There is a small coat rack but that is not really suitable if you were staying for more than a weekend but an iron and ironing board are also provided. Secondly it was cold and only 1 side of the radiator in the apartment worked so that was far from ideal when it was literally freezing outside. The bed is quite low and very soft so was not overly comfortable for backs and the pillow situation needs sorting as they are more like cushions than pillows! The furniture in the studio apartment is low spec and a bit uncomfortable so don't expect anything great but they were functional. They need to consider regular blinds for this property. There is a black out blind but if you want to see daylight in daylight hours the room faces an office building so we were not able to open the blinds and had to have the blind down so could not see natural daylight and the thin curtains they had up were too small for the window so were completely useless!!! We did email the owners a couple of times with questions but no one came back to us which was disappointing.....

The rooms - we had 2 - are comfortable in that scandì way. Excellent bathroom. I thought that the breakfast pastries were superlative - outstanding. A great 2 night stay in Copenhagen. I will return for sure. One small thing: I loved their shoe horn and wish that I had taken it home with me! Unfortunately my conscience forbade me from doing so! Sadly they do not sell this simple excellent accessory.

Huge venue with several bars and restaurants - the ones we tried were very good. Great service from lots of staff. Big room, very comfortable and clean. Only issue was that the toiletries in the bathroom were not filled up. The gym and pool area are very well Equipped although I didn’t like the fact the gym was on a glass corridor where people walk past with their bags etc.

The lobby is modern and impressive and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for a city break, not huge, but well appointed. Most importantly the bed was super comfy and we loved the massive pillows. The shower was so luxurious and had constant hot water! One minor point for us Brits there was no hot drink facility in the room, otherwise a perfect stay!

The central railway station, tram station and bus station are also just steps away. The location is very advantageous. In addition to being surrounded by restaurants, across the square is the starting point of Denmark's famous attraction 🛍️ Strøget shopping pedestrian street.
The service attitude of the hotel waiters is very good. Some small business cards promoting attractions and leisure discounts are placed in the lobby for guests to pick up. The rooms for three people are very spacious. The most comfortable facilities are spare iPhone wireless devices and pop coffee. There is also a small lamp with adjustable angles at the bedside. However, the sofa bed is relatively soft and supportive. It's not powerful enough, and although it has some flaws, it's still worth recommending.

If you are looking for details/nice-to-have: The reception could have been a little more engaged when we had questions. Minibar/fridge in the room would be nice. Poor options for connecting your own media to the TV. Missed the standard fried egg at breakfast. This is details which a lot of hotels don't have, so we didn't expect it. Cleaning must be ordered at reception, which I think is a nice solution - but I would prefered a more digital solution. If we had stayed longer, I would be nice to ”order” towels or laundry/pick up in the hallway.

|1.31km from city centerless than a 10 minute walk from the Kongens Nytorv metro station {direct from the airport 36dkr). Check in smooth, lady on reception, excellent, friendly and informative. Room was ready, not much of a view but was comfortable, bed was excellent, shower was powerful and refreshing (watch out for flooding the bathroom floor) TV, kettle, water. Breakfast, wow. The best scrambled eggs ever.. you could have boiled or an omelette, apart from the excellent cooked food, there was a cold table, salmon, vegetables, yoghurt, fruit. freshly cooked bread and pastries. Location, I think everyone will say it is in the best location for everything, it is. 20 minute walk to Tivoli gardens or the botaniclal gardens and butterfly park. Be warned it will take longer as there are many distractions on the way. Nyhavn is just around the corner (5 minutes) with plenty of bars and restaraunts and starting points for canal cruise and hop off bus. 20 minutes to Christiania (well worth a vist). would i stay again? yep, no problem. Excellent hotel, thank you. oh, they also have bicycles available if you wish to go a little further afield.

We paid for a larger room, which I think you needed. It was a sunny weekend and the room got hot. I wouldn’t want to be here without air con any hotter. The room was very clean and toiletries in the room were good. Whilst well styled it is basic, no fridge in the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They stored our cases on arrival and departure days. Had drinks in the bar which was very pleasant. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. Found the bells quite irritating at first as we had the window open but was used to them after a day. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing breakfast ( the bread was amazing and the lemonade was so tasty....perfect way to kickstart your morning), clean & well-maintainedd rooms, common areas, linens. Nice bar. Fun events on certain days. Discounts on drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Tips : 1) Don't forget to take a padlock with you, so that you can use it to keep your belongings under the bed and keep them safe locked. There are lockers available in the hostel. But you have to pay for it separately. So better to take a lock with you or you can buy one, which is available at their reception. 2) They accept cash, visa / mastercard. They don't accept Maestro.

|1.99km from city centerIf you were to draw a conclusion, it was a very nice stay. The location is perfect, in my opinion much better than the other 25hours. Close to the city AND the water. The rooms are super comfortable, the design is as cool as usual and yet comfortable. Even if the rooms are rather small. The view is amazing if you have the right room. The staff is very friendly, even if you notice that they still need to practice a lot. 10 minutes to check in when the hotel is fully booked would have been an imposition. Since hardly anyone else was there, it was fine. The biggest weakness is the breakfast, which was substandard. Little choice, nothing typical, the fruit salad consisted of pineapple, watermelon and grapes. A joke. No fresh orange juice. :-( maybe it was also because the hotel is still very new and quite empty. The parking garage directly below is expensive, like in Copenhagen, but practical. In summary: probably not the last time.

There’s a tall guy at the receptionist who’s very kind and he made some arrangement for me right after I’ve told him my situation, gratefully appreciated. Somehow there’s miscommunication with another receptionist lady and I decided to speak to the lady manager instead, she’s very understandable and fix the issue quickly. Overall, the bed/linen is clean and comfortable for the price you paid for. I would recommend people who travel to Copenhagen with a budget or you plan a longer stay here, price per night is reasonable with simple and decent breakfast.

The room was spacious with two large and comfortable beds. All stuff were approachable, friendly and professional. The breakfast selection was excellent, fresh and tasty. We had burgers for lunch which was really yummy. Furnitures were slightly dated but all in good condition and clean.
