We had a room block of 20 rooms at South Coast Winery for our wedding weekend. We (the bride and groom) stayed in one of the big mountain king suites, and it was fantastic! We had lots of room for entertaining our bridal party and getting ready before the wedding in the living room area, and we still had our separate bedroom area. We had amazing views of the vineyards and hot air balloons from our giant patio. Our guests mentioned how nice the hotel was, and the whole booking process was very smooth. Overall, an amazing home base for our wedding weekend.

This is a Very Good Hotel. The level of service is beyond what they charge. I like to stay here so I can bring my Chihuahua and have a clean quiet work environment. As a former hotel manager myself, I have to say Amanda does an excellent job as one of the managers. Her customer service level is impressive. I also received a call every day to see if anything was needed. What an Excellent idea. The location is pretty good too, just wish I had time to walk the 2 blocks to Old Town. Great job staff!

I was in town for my friend's wedding. Hotels in Temecula are quite pricey, but this seemed affordable, clean, and safe. I checked in kinda late. This motel is just off the highway as you exit. This motel looks like it used to be cheesy, but since has been redecorated to have a retro 60s vibe, which I like. As predicted, it's clean, safe, a cozy. I've lived in CA for 16 years, and have never been to Temecula until now. Close to the motel is Old Town, which is a cute little touristy town that looks like an old western but everything is shops, restaurants, and bars. I loved hanging out there. The only thing I was a little disappointed was the breakfast. It looks like they used to have a fun breakfast cafe with a waffle iron, cereal, and other things. BUT due to the Covid, they handed me a small brown paper bag with a pre-packaged roll, granola bar, and small Sunny D bottle WHOMP….WHOOOMMMM***P…(That was my low tuba sound). Ok, all restaurants are open in Temecula, and aside from employees, I didn't see a single mask the whole weekend. So, pretty please…with sugar on tap…open the breakfast cafe again, My stay was comfortable, and pretty quiet, even though it's by the highway and there's a Harley Davidson store next door. There's a fridge and microwave in the rooms, which was great. Checkout was easy and the lovely lady at the front desk and I had a lovely conversation. But this place is a cute, unique, and comfy stay.

We decided to burn 40,000 Bonvoy points rather than pay over $300 and that was a wise choice. Overall you get what you expect here - it is clean, the beds are adequate, and everything in the room works. However when we asked for some extra pillows we were initially denied “because of COVID.” After we pushed back they reluctantly relented but reminded us that they were “making an exception.” Additionally, they made us sign a waiver of some sort when we checked in that listed all of the services they were either not operating or had modified, again, because of COVID, I assume so that when anyone complains they can remind them that they signed it. Again, this property is about as one would expect, albeit pricey for what it is, and I can say with confidence we’ve stayed here twice - the first time and the last time.

After being drenched in a rare SoCal downpour, we were looking forward to this "country inn." But it was really more like a motel. We were given a room at the far end of an upstairs walkway, so my weak wife had to struggle up the wet stairs (because there is no elevator). Not far below our room, the jets in the jacuzzi were constantly running, but it was just an illusion. The jacuzzi water was cold, I guess due to the weak worn-out excuse of Covid. The ice machine was on the opposite side of the wide parking lot. The room itself was ok, but they forgot to provide linens for the sofabed where our daughter would sleep (even though we booked it as a 3 person room and there was only one real bed). Even after they eventually delivered the linens we requested, they wouldn't provide a pillow for the sofabed, telling us to use one of the pillows from the main bed (and the main bed's pillows were very small). It looked like half of the breakfast room is just used for random storage. The breakfast itself just consisted of cold items, but the juice was good, along with a nice automated coffee maker with some good choices. I requested a late checkout (because my wife hadn't rested well) but we were only allowed to stay until 12. Having a Diamond Select status with Best Western, I had expected better. Our experiences at Choice Hotels are typically much better (they generally treat us well as Diamond Elite members).

I really don’t understand why this place is rated 2 stars? I’ve stayed at this place twice now and honestly I won’t stay anywhere else. I’ve recommended this place to several of my friends and they have loved their experience as much as I have. Things are going to be different because of COVID, but they make you feel right at home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has the best location spot, you are just far enough away from old town to not get hit with all the drunks, but just close enough to go get drunk. The hotel has waters, Gatorade’s, snacks, heat up meals, and little supplies you might of forgotten on your trip like a toothbrush, for purchase in the lobby. Even though, right now because of COVID picnic style eating isn’t available, the hotel has a breakfast bag for the mornings that you are able to pick up from the hotel lobby and enjoy in your room. They have other amenities in and out of the hotel that I put on my other review. Over all, love this place.

Visited Lorimar winery which was beautiful and stayed in a king room here. Asked to be farthest from freeway. Had everything we needed. Only complaint was time to replace the mattress, very squeaky with every turn. No breakfast buffet with COVID so went to Annie’s cafe across the street. I would skip this next time and go to a IHOP or Dennys nearby. Annies was less food at a higher price. Filippis pizza across the street is a favorite chain of ours. I would stay here again. Quiet, convenient location to Temecula.

When you walk into the beautiful lobby you are greeted by the smiling faces of the front desk staff. Desiree,Susan,Norma,Sarah and the manager Hilda all provide the most excellent and professional service that my family and I have ever experienced. I will continue to recommend ESA to everyone who desires "A" list attention at very reasonable prices. Situated between San Diego and Los Angeles, it is the perfect little/big community to stay to visit the world famous wineries and hot springs before seeing a show in L.A. or dining on the ocean in San Diego. The rooms are clean and cozy and the staff makes sure you have everything you need to cook in your own kitchen. Best place to stay!😀

How can I rate a Holiday Inn 5 stars? Well when you have staff that's extremely positive, helpful, and caring, then you get a major positive review. is this a 5 star hotel, the answer is no, but for the price, location, and warm welcome, it deserves it. Again, the front staff was amazing, fun, joking, and just a perfect fit during these times. The room is, well you know, just a room, but it didn't feel cramped. There was decent water pressure, and the water was hot quick. The breakfast is not in a paper bag, but what else can you expect? Coffee was decent, and they had flavored creamer, so that's a win. The a/c in the room, the dials were finicky, but again, I was looking for a place to crash after wine tasting. We did hit the jacuzzi, and I would say the water was around 101 degrees, so not a perfect 104 degrees, but it was quiet and nice. They brought out fresh towels for us, and it was a great way to end the staycation. I would recommend the street side as opposed to the freeway side, but it's up to you. I would also recommend walking to Mo's for breakfast, and living life a little. We used to stay at the Chiron Chateau, which included breakfast, but we might make this our new go-to combination. As the room is adequate and the food at Mo's is better, also it's about 50% off of what we were paying.

Over the weekend, my family traveled to Temecula for a weekend of soccer and fun. I have never been to Temecula and have hear ravishing things about the city and surrounding wine country. We booked our stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites (Marriott: Link to hotel with the assumption that Marriot hotels are typically a safe (Location and Rooms) place to stay. We arrived at the location and were greeted by very nice hotel staff. I will say the only thing keeping this place afloat are the nice people who work there. Every employee I met with nice and courteous. When we got into our hotel room the room wasn’t so nice. The room was stuffy, so I went to turn on the AC/Fan and noticed the wall thermostat was not working. By the time we noticed this, I figure we could make it to the morning to get it fixed instead of waking up my kid. Plus I was exhausted from driving and just wanted to go to bed. During this time, I noticed so many things wrong with the room. Here was the list of things wrong with the room and hotel. Mind you, if I only paid $125/night, I would expect this but not a rate of $300/night. 1. AC/Fan unit not working 2. Freezer in room was iced over 3. Frig was old and made a lot of noise at nighttime 4. There was no plug in the tub to take a bath 5. Clock was broken 6. No duvet cover on one of the beds 7. Gym equipment was old, and half of the electronics did not work (including TV) 8. TV Remote batteries were being held in by a piece of black duct tape 9. Handicap rail in the bathroom is loose and unsteady 10. Wallpaper was peeling off all the bathroom walls 11. When I asked for new bath towels, they provided pool towels 12. “Hot” Breakfast was terrible. a. Eggs and sausage only. On the second day they ran out of plastic wears So, after the first night, I told the front desk about the first 4 things on this list as they were the most important and knew trying to fix them all wasn’t probably reasonable. They told me maintenance would look at it. I said, great we will be gone for 5 hours and would expect some things to be fixed upon my return. They stated it would not be a problem. When I arrived back at the hotel, I noticed none of the things were fixed. I went to the front desk and spoke to the same young female I had reported the issues too. She told me maintenance went into the room and fixed everything. I said B.S. She told me she would have maintenance come down right away to take a look. A short time later, maintenance arrived. He was a very nice man. I asked if he was in my room earlier to fix the things I provided the front desk and he said, “no”. So he looked at the AC and was not able to fix the AC unit, but mentioned he just started working there. He was able to get the fan turned on at the AC unit itself. He told me there are so many issues with the hotel, they need to remodel most of the rooms. He is constantly busy. So in a nutshell the front desk lied about my room getting fixed. A simple, we

Staff was excellent, room clean and comfortable. I told them I was allergic to pets, so the very nice gentleman at the front desk got us a room that did not previoisly gave pets. Only complaint is when i called Wyndham's customer service before arrival, they told me this location had complimentary full hot breakfast, when in fact it just gave you go bags with granola bar, oatmeal package, mini muffin pack, and water. No fault of this location, but the main customer service number should have and give out correct information.
