0.56km from downtownThe rate found on Trip.com was $20 cheaper than hotel website (book direct). Thanks for negotiating better rate for us. Btw, amenities such as wifi, Netflix is available at this apartment. The 2-Bedroom Duplex suite (2 queen beds) has two floors offering split-level living with the upper floor dedicated to living and dining spaces. Avoid weekend if you can.
0.61km from downtownSuperb place for a honeymoon with the skyline view. Buffet breakfast 5 stars.. dont try but just goo woot woot
0.62km from downtownIt’s great more places like these are mushrooming KL. the hotel concept is definitely one of the most interesting one I have seen. Gorgeous spaces. Kudos to the Friendly reception who was patient in attending to my queries. They told me the hotel is still in soft launch phase hence restaurant & room service will be available soon. In the mean time I had a great time having coffee & dessert at the pop up cafe within lobby area. They took the best of both worlds - hotel ( hotel services, front office, daily housekeeping.. room service soon) - serviced apartment ( spaciousness, separate living and dining areas, kitchen with amenities). A very comfortable and cozy stay. Will revisit.
1.02km from downtownWhether for business or leisure travellers, Eco Suites Hotel can make your trip to Kuala Lumpur even more beautiful and memorable. Including Oriental Blits Reflexology, the Federal Territory Mosque and Kuala Lumpur Courts Complex are all within a short distance, and travelers staying at the hotel can easily visit the area. The hotel is close to many popular tourist attractions, including Shree Lakshmi Narayan Temple, New National Palace and The Batik Boutique, and travelers can arrange their trips more compactly. Intimate food delivery service can satisfy those who like to eat in private occasions. The food around the hotel is also waiting for you to explore. The Xinchengxing Seafood Restaurant (other Chinese food) will provide first-class recommended delicious steamed yellow croaker. You are taken aback, and will definitely rave about the two's shredded pork burgers and fritters. I believe that the attentive service of the sauna and the first-class facilities of the indoor swimming pool will give you a different experience. For the convenience of passengers, the hotel will provide a pick-up service.

1.05km from downtownI have been living here in Kuala Lumpur. I have a large apartment. It is an apartment-style apartment. In a better area of Kuala Lumpur, it is convenient to eat around the supermarket.

1.37km from downtownVery nice hotel apartment, each entrance is guarded by guards and people are very welcoming. The service was good except for a bit hard to understand Indian English. Located near the New National Palace, the windowsill can see the top of the palace and the twin towers. The environment is quiet, but it is a bit noisy near the road and needs attention. The life around is convenient, the convenience store is downstairs, the overpass is a big mall, and the food and shopping supermarket is readily available. The room is very clean, although the bedding is average, but the room is large, with kitchen utensils, washing machine, etc. It is suitable for home travel. Highly recommended.
1.48km from downtownSurrounding environment of the hotel is good, supporting facilities are also good! Not careful enough, no water and toiletries should be provided in advance! And different national conditions should reserve a few conversion plugs for guests to rent, or inform yourself in advance! The front desk service is not available. I can't be reached after work at 9:00 in the evening. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 that night and checked in almost at 3:00 in the morning! Ctrip's butler has been assisting me to get the job done. Thanks also to the hotel security, very helpful and responsible! Help me contact the cleaning aunt before staying! However, it may be temporarily arranged at the front desk. The room should be unoccupied for a long time. The quilt is covered with dust. It's too late to sleep. Hope the hotel improves
1.48km from downtownAmazing service and room great hospitality

1.52km from downtown- Bed and pillow very comfy
- Staff very nice and polite

- Parking very complicated, you must park at the Plaza Damas basement parking with the rate of RM3.30 per day
- There is not a completed toiletteries for the superior room (no window)
- Valet parking RM20 per day
- The very problem here is the parking I shall say

Went there to celebrate new year and have a warm bath with roommates. Nice area and pretty quiet
Nice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.

The room is good, the only problem is that the hotel customer service is too slow. During the check-in period, we have to wait 10 minutes for someone to come down to receive. We forgot to pick up the things. We have to wait 10 minutes for the staff to go downstairs and take us up, but we took the room card, everything It’s a lot more convenient, the infinite pool’s drawback is that the newly built building in front destroys the beautiful scenery
This was really bad experience stayed in MOMO hotel. The air con is totally not cool at all. I changed to another at midnight 3am as I was sweating until I can’t fall in sleep. But before I changed to another room, I requested to change to chow kit hotel as MOMO hotel is facing the main road and there are car and motorcycle ramping!!! The noise is quite big like gunshots and explosion. Unfortunately, the stuff told me it was full house due to PH. So I changed to another Bunkies room. The most disappointed things happen, the air con problem still same and I called the stuff again. She help me reset the aircon and asked me to wait more 15 mins. Okay! I wait until 4Am and I called them again. This is she told me chow kit hotel got 1 more room and she offer free upgrade me to chow kit hotel. Before I changed to Bunkies room, I asked the stuff help me check is any cancellation room in Chow Kit or not but she said she checked already there is no empty room. At 4Am morning, they asking me to change one room to another room and have to change to another hotel ??? I think they should check properly before asked me to change to Bunkies room then I don need to change room and change hotel! This is double job and it is 4Am morning!!! Me and my husband like zombie at next day as we got really bad night. Also, the Bunkies room is very dirty. But we are too tired and lazy to change room again so at the end we slept with warmer in a dirty room.
I'm using this from a timeshare, is near a night market (jalan alor), shopping malls in walking distance pavilion, farenheit, bukit bintang, there's no need to worry of no food nearby. It has a small kitchen with cooking accessories, pan, knife, plates etc but is mentioned no cooking allowed..., a sofa, its a studio room, tv astro with few channels (which i notice some channels not mentioned but can watch), Cabinet abit spoilt, hardly open up, found some dirty marks on below part of the mattress sheet, a small fridge, oven, safety box, washing machine, toaster, kind alot of cabinet, hair dryer, a dining table of 2, shower head, 2bottle mineral water given with coffee sachet. swimming pool outdoor in middle level viewing outsider buildings, stayed 1night
Good location as it is very convenient to move around. Monorail and LRT station is just walking distance within minute. Buses and rail to the airport too. Many restaurant around the hotel. Shopping mall just opposite the hotel across the road.
satisfied. it is still okay. acceptable for its price.
It's a new hotel, so it's very comfortable to live in, and the bathroom is also pretty. There are many restaurants nearby, in the Golden Triangle, but there is no parking space at his house, there is a private parking lot next to it, 5 MYR, which is pretty good!
Kuala Lumpur City Centre
Homestay apartment, decoration is not luxurious, living is very comfortable, you can cook, the house is simple and clear, the main reason is that the location is very good, turn left is the Qinmin shopping mall, turn right is the bar street, pass through to the Petronas Twin Towers.
We had a lovely stay at Opus! The staff was amazing and really friendly. Location is wonderful and the view is one of the best you can get in KL. From the rooftop you can see the hustle and bustle of the city centre in the front and the quietness of the nature in the back. It's a short walk (2-3 min) to the metro station and about a 15-20 min walk to Bukit Bintang (3-5 by metro). In about 5 min you can walk to Petaling Street, with a lot of nice restaurants on the way there (we recommend exploring the streets as there are many hidden gems around Petaling Street). The apartment was clean, spacious and very modern. Bathrooms are very spacious as well with a big shower head at a good height (a problem we encountered many times during our travels). We stayed for 3 months and had the best time here. We are definitely staying at Opus again the next time we are visiting KL!
Location = 9/10
Best location to stay and very safe, there is an escalator bridge just in front of the hotel, just opposite the hotel there is NU Sentral Mall you jist need actoss , 5 minutes walk to MRT station and surrounded with convenient shops and food.
Service = 9/10
All staff very friendly and good customer service, front office always give me early check in wherever there is room available without making me wait.
Cleanest = Small Hotel but very neat and clean this is the 6th time I stay at this hotel wherever my husband is on a business trip to Kuala Lumpur I always ask him to book a room at this hotel, even the room is a bit small but the facilities are impressive there is a small refrigerator in the room and the room smelled really good.
Facilities: I paid less than RM 60.00 but I got all the Facilities I need (very complete), there is a gym on the highest floor and a small garden on the roof that you can access, they provide mineral water in the room but you can walk outside room for refills from the same floor, when hungry don't worry right behind the hotel there is a restaurant that sells delicious Nasi kandar and in the evening you can hang out while enjoying snacks and coffee at ABC Bistro located juat next to the nasi kandar shop .
The only thing is parking access is a bit difficult but if you are patient you will always have one
I have many issues with this hotel. Firstly, the manager came to knocking at our door, with no real reason to do so- she asked our room had been cleaned when the cleaner had just come a few minutes before? Another time, a member of staff came knocking saying only ‘room service’, which I’m not even sure the hotel do, and he had nothing in his hand. Both of them had a key card for the room. I have read on other reviews that the staff let themselves into your room without asking, I am sure they would’ve done that had we not been there or answered the door. We then heard the bleeps of other doors opening. This left us feeling uneasy as there are no safes in the room. There were lots of bugs in the room every time we came in and a bug squished into the wall. The mattress was dirty - when sheet came away, the mattress was covered in hairs and stains. Our biggest issue was with the falsely advertised breakfast. We pre paid for the buffet breakfast. When we got there the staff acted weirdly and they all walked away with no explanation. The manager watched us go over to the buffet to find there was nothing in it. No one said anything to us, we were left wondering what was going on. They gave us tea, no choice of tea or coffee. Then 10 minutes later came over with rice and an omelette- again no choice as to whether we liked or could eat this (could be allergic or vegan, as my boyfriend is) and certainly not the buffet we paid for. When we complained the staff didn’t do much, just shrugged and said the chief isn’t here today. They offered no real explanation or anything to make up for the fact we had to pay for breakfast elsewhere. The next morning we came down for breakfast, hoping it would be a different story. Again, the same situation. No buffet or no ‘à la carte’ menu choice, as they advertised on ‘booking.com’, and we paid for !!!! Really poor customer service. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. Oh and the sugar had ants crawling in it! Nice. As well as this, there are lots of taxes put on the bill, and unexpected costs added on at the hotel, not so budget after all. Avoid at all costs! Rude and unhelpful staff.
This hotel was a relatively new look at the time. It was chosen from Chinatown. After I went there, I found that it was just next door to Chinatown. I walked 100 meters. I had a lot of food and drink, and the hotel environment was relatively new, but the room was luxurious. Very ordinary, mainly because of the serious lack of tables and chairs, there is no place to put the backpack, the trash can is a small donkey, can not throw much things, the wardrobe of the bed is actually a little redundant, there are mirrors on the bed, wash basin plug The lid of the water is not tight, I want to wash the clothes. The water will flow out in 2 minutes. If there is a small menu for breakfast, there is no Chinese. There is a Chinese rice dumpling and steamed with scrambled eggs. Although not much, I am full, and there are quite a lot of Europeans and Japanese living in Japan. There are 2 free cups of coffee every day. The girls who make coffee are very cute. They can also communicate in Chinese.
The service staff are very good and efficient. They said that they had to change rooms and deal with it immediately. There was no delay, but the only downside is that the air-conditioning in the hotel is very hot. People who are afraid of heat are not suitable for living.
Hotel location is good, there is a light rail station nearby, downstairs and breakfast, it is very convenient. The hotel room is small, but it is clean and tidy. In Kuala Lumpur, the price is very high!
Kuala Lumpur City Centre
The location of this hotel is very good and very safe. The elevator swipes the card directly to my own floor. I lived on the 46th floor. From the room, I can see the Kuala Lumpur TV Tower. Before checking in, contact the hotel via WeChat, pay the MYR 300 deposit, and send you the room password, mailbox password, and get the room card to go upstairs. No front desk provided. The hotel customer service speaks Chinese. Microwaves are provided in the room, as well as induction cookers for cooking, as well as washing machines and refrigerators. The washing machines are fully automatic. The shower is very comfortable and the water flow is great. It is not necessary to carry a conversion plug, which is provided in the room. The room is two bedrooms and one living room, with two one-meter beds, and the mattress is very comfortable. Suitable for parent-child travel.
The environment is good, a lot of food around
Stay here for stay cation with friends as we cannot rentas negeri. I'm really satisfied with services offered. The rooms are clean, comfy bed, the ambience was nice, the bathroom are clean. They have coffee machine that you can get your coffee dosage 24 hours. The staff are friendly. The hotel also so easy to access and easy parking. Parking rate is RM5 per entry. Can validate the parking ticket at the hotel lobby to get the flat rate. All in all, I am really happy and satisfied with my stay here. Will book later once the pandemic gone., so that I can enjoy their other facilities.
Ok there are 2 D'OR Hotels and situated just a walking distance to each other. I stayed in D'OR HOTEL BUKIT BINTANG in 16 Jalan Bukit Bintang. And i would say its super clean, bedsheets and towels are super white no stains and the rooms are always cleaned up and tissues and mineral water given everyday. The airconditioning is super cold. The hotel personnels are very helpful. I experienced accidentally leaving my bag with laptops in my grab car and it is the hotel personnel who helped me all the way until i recover it. The hotel location is so good for those who like to go around at night. Its situated just walking distance to all street foods and night life. The downside part of this hotel is that there is no window. There is no hotel food. They do offer free hot and cold water near the info counter. Its very easy to locate its just infront of Federal Hotel.
It is the best hotel in the nearby area, the price is reasonable and breakfast can be included, the room is large and comfortable, the sanitary conditions are particularly good, and most importantly it is safe and worth staying
Kuala Lumpur City Centre
The room was smaller than I expected, but quite lovely. Loved the bathtub, shower and bed. The staff were exceptionally wonderful, from reception to the chefs who served us at the breakfast buffet. The food was especially scrumptious and I would come just to have that again. Great service and beautiful decor.
Convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants and more in the hotel ⋯
The room is very large, but it smells up. It is better to blow on the terrace.
Overall good ~
This hotel charged extra MYR 20/- from me even after paying full amount at Make My Trip website and it was clearly mentioned on my invoice Pay at Hotel= 0 But Hotel charged me extra MYR 20. When i refused to pay extra as in my booking voucher and invoice there was no charges mentioned then the receptionist told me that you can talk with your agent or you have to pay. I can't talk with MMT in foreign country as I did not have SIM card of Malaysia. The room of hotel is very small. You have only 2x6 feet space after the bed. The hotel does not provide fresh water in room you have to go into lobby and get it from water dispenser. The room amenities were not according displayed on the website. The bathroom size is very small. It was 2x5 feet only. The shower water was coming out in the room. The lift sensor are not working correctly; I got hurt 2 times by lift doors. The 3 seat room is also very small in size.
Convenient location in the central area, next door is the hotel, money exchange, there are many delicious food around the supermarket, the room is a bit small, but the facilities are complete, the front desk service is warm, the Chinese speak Chinese, in general, affordable, once Good experience, recommended
Kuala Lumpur City Centre
I lived in front for 5 days. After I went back to Penang, I stayed for another 4 days. I booked a suite, which is equivalent to two bedrooms and two halls. The kitchen and kitchen are complete. It is close to the Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur Tower. It takes 5 minutes to walk. Arrived, there is a little brother who can speak Chinese at the front desk. The service attitude is very good, give him a compliment! The upstairs scenery is infinitely good and the accommodation is very comfortable.
Love the location as it's just a couple block away to pavilion mall and food. But my disappointment was the room does not clean thoroughly as there are still other people hair band and stuff when I'm checked in to my room. The sink in the bathroom is not functioning, I have to brush my teeth and wash my face in the shower (so not convenient at all). My bed sheet has a bit tore in the middle. We have to sleep carefully. And by 8pm there's no one answer our call not even the reception. And it does cross mind either they really disinfection the room after the previous guest check-out. Probably if we pay higher price, they will treat us differently. Yes, you can say I'm a bit frustrated. To return as a guest again, I will definitely think not just twice, more than that. I don't get the chance to see other facilities so won't comment anything about it. Thank you Dorsett KL for the 3D2N hospitality.

We waited quite long for elevator especially during peak hours, might be due to school holiday during our stay. We loved the room, bathroom also nice with great shower. Walking distance to Pavilion. Shall repeat our stay in Novotel. Given us late c/out since we checked in at night time. Our kids love d stay too.
The location is very good, the conditions are general, the bedsheet pillowcase is not changed, the reason is environmental protection, but it is a bit unclean, asking for replacement, but ignore it, the short time to live will endure
Sure one gets what one pays for. The staff were very friendly and assistive in every way, lady owner is fantastic. The location is great, just around the corner from the chaos shopping alleys. Rooms are clean, comfortable and no bugs etc encountered. Also a great laundry service and a great place to stay a few nights. Restaurant downstairs (Oldies) is a separate business, but has great Western and Asian food, plus Ice Cold Beers etc. Another great place nearby is Regea Bar. Please don't expect 5 star, as it is what it is. I'd certainly stay there again, and I live in SE Asia 10 years. I recommend for a short stay. Cheers
Kuala Lumpur City Centre
The location is very good. The place is secured and very clean. Check in and check out processes were easy and quick. Though it would have helped if it was specified clearly that there is a 200RM deposit, but that's ok, since it was only a deposit. I can say it was a great value for the price we paid.
There are just a few things I can say that need to be improved.
1. The air conditioning was difficult to control. We couldn't get it to get colder. We were sweating while asleep.
2. There was free wifi, however there was not even any instructions left in the unit on how to connect. It was useless during our stay.
3. The double deck ladders were all facing the sides where a human couldn't fit in. We had to move the bed a little so that the one occupying the top bunk could get up. A little change in the arrangement would help.
4. Foreign guests will never enjoy the cable TV since everything available is in the local language. There is nothing wrong with that, but there are no subtitles aonit isn't useful.
