I stayed at Erzherzog Rainer with my wife and my little daughter and had a wonder stay. Staffs here are very friendly and considerable. They also offered lots of help when I need to make some phone call with German only voice system. Minibar can always be refilled after a daily room service. It will be a huge improvement to perfect level if the hotel can provide accessible paths for disables, prams and travellers with heavy luggage to reach the elevator and the breakfast place.

Good day Unfortunately we couldn't take the trip because the flight was cancelled on the day of departure at the airport. We immediately informed the hotel and cancelled the night. Trip.com We have informed in writing and asked for reimbursement of the booking costs for the hotel. That was a week ago, until today we have no written notification of reimbursement. We only receive emails all 2Tage you are processing it. Unfortunately, it is not a quick settlement. We hope that the situation at the airports will normalize again and we will be able to book the hotel in Vienna again with Trip.com. This hotel is a paradise before and after long days of touring the city. Centrally located right next to the subway stop, I could access everything easily, even if it was snowing. The front desk staff were so professional and secured me an extra night when my flight plan changed and upgraded me to a beautiful, QUIET corner room #304. The breakfast buffet is a veritable smorgasbord of choices: eggs, weiners, cheeses, meats, yoghurts and fruits, coffee cakes and breads. The best part of the breakfast is the staff: Jamil from Tunisia is extremely helpful and attentive. Melin from the Phillipines was a superb fountain of knowledge about the city and special events and happenings. I will be sure to come back on my next trip to this magic city!

Very close to the ancient city, various attractions within walking distance, a good bar on the first floor, a food street and a supermarket at the door. The most satisfying is the small statue of Beethoven at the top of the stairs. The rest bar on the M floor has a piano and books in addition to snacks and drinks. This year is the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth, and the river bank theater at the door is where Beethoven played famous songs and worked for many years. The front desk clerk was very proud to introduce us. It is said that the lintel of the theater facing the hotel was donated by Beethoven's son who was in love with the duchess.

Hotel location is very good, very close to the Golden Hall and the National Theatre, very close to the commercial pedestrian street, shopping is very convenient. With my friend, we were supposed to sleep in a mixed bedroom with 8 beds, but from the COVID we stayed only in a four-bedroom, so pleasant surprise! We had everything we needed there and the staff at the reception were nice and answered all our questions gently. The only negative point would be the location that is not very close to the tourist centre, but we get there by walking a little.

At my grandchildren's 10th anniversary, I wanted to go to Vienna and chose the hotel in question, and I was very pleased with it. The hotel, although far from the city centre and Vienna airport, is very well connected to these with timely and efficient trains and metro even during night hours. The structure is located in a shopping centre with all services including shops, bars, restaurants and a discotheque, and therefore, in the event, you can enjoy even without moving ”home”. The Danube is also very close and you can walk in the green parks that are upside the river. The staff of the hotel speak so many languages, they are all kind and prepared, and the rooms are spacious and clean regularly, unless you choose to give up The breakfast is served until late morning and it really offers everything with high quality and quantity standards. I found everything I was looking for and that was offered to me. Perhaps, as a pine, I found the bed coats too ”mole” but, for the rest (as already pointed out), I have nothing to complain about.

The location in the immediate vicinity of the main train station is very advantageous for problem-free arrival and departure, for example by train from the airport for little money. There is no need for a taxi. All destinations in Vienna can be reached very well by subway or tram are available a short distance from the hotel. The breakfast is good. Absolutely sufficient. We had booked a room with a garden view, which we would not do again in retrospect. Our room had a view of a canopy and the surrounding residential buildings. The room was in On the first floor. It was quiet You have to kneel on the floor if you want to use it. Personally, I didn't think it was that great to prepare a cup of coffee or tea in between. Actually, I expect that when a hotel is classified with 4 stars on many hotel websites. Conclusion: I was satisfied with the stay, but would try something different next time-

The hotel nestles in a quiet side street a 2 minute walk from St Stephanplatz. The friendly uniformed staff compliment the opulent decorations. The highly polished brass interior of the lift offers a clue to the high standard of the room that awaits you. The bathrooms are decorated tastefully with Versace tiles, well maintained and clean as was the lovely bedroom with its fabric wall coverings and beautiful chandeliers typical of the traditional Viennese style. The windows open onto the narrow cobbled street peppered with a few restaurants of a class that commands peaceful patronisation. Following an extremely restful night on an enormous bed with pillows chosen from the menu, one will descend to the restaurant where a veritable cornucopia of delights await. Coffee and small treats are freely available 24 hours a nice touch. There is no bar but drinks will be brought to the small lounge area should you so desire. This is a hotel of excellent value for money where nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We will return here often. Ian
