The hotel was excellent. It was convenient, clean and comfortable. The bell captain was very helpful with information. The Resturant was lacking good food and service. We were constantly looking for our waiters both for the evening meal and breakfast. The breakfast order was wrong. They made no attempt to fix it. The food was not very good for the price. It is like the staff just did not care.

A standard (in a good way) Embassy Suites with a good location at Logan Airport. Far enough away from the airport itself so noise is not a problem. The included hot breakfast opens at 6am which was perfect for our morning flight. Easy access to Boston proper by walking to the nearby Rental Car Center and taking the shuttle to the Airport T station (Blue Line) into town. When checking in, ask for a high room with a city view.

We stayed the night in the Hyatt after barely meeting the midnight deadline to get into the US from Iceland during the Coronavirus border restriction. Check in was easy, we called the hotel shuttle and only waited about 20 minutes to get picked up, and the room was cozy and spacious. The highlight was ROOM SERVICE! First time in my and my husband's life that we ordered room service, and it was a great experience! The hotel staff was busy with orders since everyone was staying in, and was very helpful ensuring I had the correct menu and made ordering very easy. We were very pleased with our stay! Wish I would have spent the extra $20 to have the harbor view, but we were basically there to sleep and had to jump on a plane early the next morning to Dallas. Definitely recommended if you need to stay the night near the airport!

Due to inclement weather in Toronto Canada, my flight was rerouted to Boston and I needed a hotel for 1 night. I booked online. I was nervous because I was not able to do the research I typically do before booking a hotel room. The hotel's shuttle picked me up from Logan, it was a smooth process and the driver was kind and efficient. The checkin procedure was FAST (it was 10:00 pm when I arrived) and I was in my room in less than 10 minutes from arriving at the property. The restaurant was still open for an "evening menu" which I reviewed but was too tired to eat. The menu looked good: 2 types of soups, a chili, and then a long list of hot snacks like chicken fingers, nachos, sandwiches etc. The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. My room (3rd floor) was clean and quiet. It was a very good room. When I was in the lobby at 6am the shuttle was already at the door and ready for passengers. Complimentary hot/good coffee in the lobby. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL to anyone in a pitstop situation who needs a hotel close to Boston Logan Airport. Note: I am a solo female traveller and I value properties like this one which are clean, well organized. I felt safe and cared for.

My daughter and I stayed here because she had a flight out of Logan the next morning. We also wanted to enjoy the West End for dinner. #1 this is NOT a luxury hotel or experience. You arrive to check in at one building but your room is across the street in a different place. The front desk has limited hours - so don't count on them for any needs from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. What?! #2 received an old, past its prime room - chipped furniture, 80s feel, again not a luxury hotel #3 valet service - no ticket but rather everything done by text. Told front desk - daughter has early morning flight I need vehicle at 5 a.m. Was told - no problem. Did the text thing at 5 a.m. and received vehicle at 5:35 a.m. 35 minutes with a flight to catch!!! Forgets to leave keys in car, so had to turn around - another 20 minutes LOST! This place - NEVER AGAIN! I've stayed at a luxury hotel - BWB not even close!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this hotel! For starters, room & customer service went above & BEYOND the call of duty in every single way. Our original stay was supposed to be 9 nights but due to the crazy weather Boston saw that week, we decided to extend our stay 2 extra nights last minute. We booked our original stay on and were worried about rate but the Hilton stepped up to the plate and was able to get us the exact same rate offered and we were happily stunned! So so grateful for their help and sheer ability make our stay in Boston that much better. Room wise we were very happy with our amenities. And this is horrible to admit, but I always thought that hotels close to an airport were a little on cheap/dirty side because they are just so reasonable in price, but this hotel knocked all those preconceived stupid judgmental notions out the window. The entire hotel and grounds were tidy, clean and sleek. The lobby was updated with modern touches and a cozy little fireplace and I bet before COVID that nice bar area was hoppin’! The room itself was perfect for the two of us for a long stay. The mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker all worked perfectly, and they kept us well stocked with coffee & cream. The bathroom was updated and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable (fluffy pillows too!) No complaints whatsoever, we slept like babies. I will also note that due to COVID room service was only offered upon request, so every few days we’d call down before 9:30am and it was always complete when we returned in the evening. We only had 2 disturbances on our floor during our 11-night stay. One was directly across the hall and eventually management was called by another room, and the other was a massive birthday party down the hall. The noise level was so extreme (and I will note the walls are paper thin) required me calling down to the front desk 3 different times. They finally sent security up to the room to quiet them down, and even though it took a while eventually they all either passed out or everyone went home. Overall location is KEY with this hotel. They are so very close to downtown, and since we rented a car, we were able to get to the heart of Boston in 10 minutes. And you CANNOT beat the free parking. We saved so much money not staying downtown (those hotels wanted upwards of $50 per night just to park) not to mention they were horribly overpriced because they were “downtown”. I highly suggest renting a car and paying the small tolls to and from, it’s worth it in the long run. Save your money for all the amazing seafood! Lastly, HUGE shout out to Kathy at the front desk. She was a BALL of sunshine and made our stay VERY special. When (not if) we come back to Boston, The Hilton Garden at Logan gets our business hands down. Thank you for such a memorable vacation!

I pulled up to the hotel & was told that the hotel had to hold my car keys, I was not happy. Mike the Bell man / valet assured all would be good. We checked in and I felt safe with proper signage & sanitizer ALL OVER. There was security at the base of the escalators to ensure all individuals entering the building were guests of the hotel. Mike & Jim and the entire hotel staff were wonderful and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located near the trolley, ferry and other historic sites. Overall, our stay here was excellent! I recommend staying here if your in the Boston .

My partner and I took a "staycation" in the city at the Envoy, and could not have been more pleased! The location is terrific...located in the increasingly popular Seaport District, but close to downtown, the Aquarium, etc. The view from our room was spectacular, and the bed was very comfortable, also a very modern and attractive bathroom. It's not always easy to find a dog-friendly hotel in the city, but the Envoy was welcoming, and even had a doggie dish waiting in our room. We had a lovely time up on the roof of the hotel with some drinks and very tasty apps....I especially recommend the friend plantain cakes with guacamole. Very friendly and accommodating staff, and you could tell that they were making every effort to maintain the expected health guidelines (masks, social distancing, etc.) . Overall an excellent stay!

My wife and I stayed one night at the Seaport Hotel last weekend. This was our second time staying at this hotel, and it continues to be an excellent choice. The staff is very well trained. The lady who checked us in expertly explained the Covid policies and was well-informed. We laughed when she told us the fine for having more than 4 people in our room. (Apparently, people have been going to this hotel and having large parties in their room. Not a good idea, folks. And the fine is steep. So don't do it.) The hotel itself is in very good condition. Quite modern and clean. Our room was spotless and very nice. And not expensive. We went over to Woods Hill Pier 4 for dinner. Just a short walk. Parking is fine. No valet, but we like to self park anyway. I recommend this hotel highly.

We stayed here in July prior to boarding a cruise. We stayed 3 nights. The hotel was beautiful. I could see the cruise ship from my window when it arrived. It always feels foreign when you go to a new country but this hotel was lovely. Ellen was such a helpful friendly person who helped us book our tours and gave such great suggestions. My dad was not feeling well and she help to organize one ticket refund. The restaurants in the neighbourhood were tasty and the walk down the pier beautiful. It was away from the hustle and bustle but not too far away from downtown. The security man and the reception desk were also awesome. The only thing is that the gym and pool close early. The beds were comfy and marriot elite breakfast was include. I had a fantastic stay!!!

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world and I go out of my way to go to Boston just so I can stay here. It’s been almost 2 years since my last visit and the doorman welcomes me by name as I arrived. That’s how cool the BHH is..... Emil and Keith at the concierge set up my airport ride, dinner services...super friendly and efficient. You feel that they are eager to await your instruction, not as if it’s an imposition to assist a guest. I had the Admirals Suite, which is basically a parlor suite except it’s got a gigantic terrace. In spring and summer I would highly recommend this suite... you could host 25/30 people over, liking the harbor..... in the winter, save yourself some money and just take a normal suite at a considerable savings, as the terrace is less usable. But, a wonderful accommodation.... although surprisingly small bathroom (shower only) for a suite of the size. Housekeeping, front desk, room service and Frank, the wonderful bell man all super top notch. As are the bartenders and wait team in the restaurants and bars. But, my star if this visit was the wonderful Roslyn, the hostess in the Rowes Wharf Sea Grill... what a special lady. We were instant friends and she watched out for me and my guests the duration of our stay, including a wonderful goodbye hug as we departed. The Boston Harbor Hotel has it all, wonderful brick and mortar, a fabulous location and VERY special people who execute their roles as if on cue.... perfectly. This is one of the top hotels in the US.... premium. Go and enjoy.

Boston City Center
One of the cheapest, if not the cheapest centrally located Marriott, it’s good if you’re budget conscious but certainly a get what you pay for situation. Water in the room is $5 a carton and not an ideal set up if you plan on doing work. In house food options are limited but at least they’re serving right now. Location was great for my personal needs in the theatre district type area. The room was also quiet as I had requested so I was very pleased about this. It’s fine in a pinch but there are much better options in Boston and given they’re only slightly more expensive right now, I’d select another option. Not as good as my experience at the DC property which I thought was overall excellent.

Boston City Center
This was my second stay at this hotel. It always amazes me how magnificent (large) it is. It is really conveniently located. Very centrally located in between very touristy streets of Boylston and Park Plaza and walking distance to CBD area, while tucked away in a relatively quiet street one block away. I did not use the facilities other than the bar and coffee shop, which were great. The room I stayed in this time, a king size bed, was a bit small; the bottom of the bed was too squished close to the TV and wall. It should be okay for one person, but it would have been a bit difficult for two people. The air con was cranked to high and I couldn't find room temp controller. It was a hot summer stay and I did not mind it too much, except for one day when I stayed in my room to do a bit of work.

Hotel facilities are very good, the surrounding shopping malls and supermarkets are very convenient. When I was very close, I walked to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with my husband, walked through the Harvard Bridge, and saw a lot of running. I really love sports. The supermarket solved the breakfast, and the checkout at the checkout counter after breakfast was very delicious. There are major brands in the surrounding shopping malls, you can stroll around, less than 300 meters after the lobster burger shop, you must taste delicious. At the entrance of the hotel, the taxi to the airport price list of 38.5 US dollars a baggage total gave 40, before not to say more than 20, I doubled, and it is not clear why.

We just wanted to thank you for a wonderful weekend at your hotel. I realize we're in a pandemic but your hotel (which was sadly very empty) went above and beyond to help us in any way. We had a great view from the 24th floor and the hotel is just steps away from the back bay, wonderful restaurants and lots of shopping. Our daughter is a student at northeastern and she was a 15 min walk from her campus. We will never stay anywhere else when we are visiting boston. Thank you to all the pleasant staff as they did the best they could to make us feel as comfortable as possible! Keep up the good work and we'll see you in the spring! We even enjoyed the snow and the cold weather since we're from Florida!

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The rooms are medium sized but I was upgraded due to Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite status. The in-room amenities were excellent and included bathtub, work desk and a flat screen TV. Beds were large and comfortable and blankets were really good. My main complaint is with the air-conditioning unit. It was noisy and placed on the ground, thereby leading to inconvenience and vibrations. Not to mention that the angle of the vent was also odd. There is a nice restaurant on site which is open till late night. Food is good and value for money. The hotel has a pool table, outdoor game area and many conference rooms. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider going there again especially for the views of the Boston Seaport and reasonably priced rooms.

The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!
