      Stopped by on our way traveling through town. The hotel is clean, good continental breakfast. Area is quiet. Price was very reasonable. But the staff were above & beyond, exceptional!! I don’t have their names, but thanks to the night shift check-in guy, dark hair & glasses. You were very courteous. And to the older gentleman the next morning serving breakfast & check-out. You were especially nice to us & our children, that means a lot! Guys like you are the definition of people who should be working with the public!!

      I've been here with my company for over a month, and I really can't wait for this area to be done, and GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE. Nothing has gone right since the start. Breakfast(was consistently late for the first week until I complained)consists of bagged frozen eggs,cold sausages, stale cereal, pancakes(bagged),and machine always glitches. I've been looking at a dirty breakfast line every day. The same pancake batter on a mat for a week. Disgusting. Found a diabetic syringe in the lobby bathroom too. Up over the sink. Housekeeping is LAZY and do the bare minimum. This last check-in did it....used soap in my room,and shower wasn't clean. Toilet had dry urine on it.Im Not complaining and hoping for changes anymore. Staff ARE friendly-especially the late night Spanish lady, she's a real sweetheart,but most are lazy. I've picked up numerous trash/coffee cups, and a Walker were discarded and left for 3 days-until I picked it up....I shouldn't have to. No one picks up. I wouldn't reccomend this place just yet. It does have potential. Needs either new management or new staff. Very disappointed especially when my boss is spending thousands of dollars since being here. By reading replies from management, it seems that it is robotic and monotone. The same line or close to it over and over but with no improvements. Not a happy hard-working customer.

      While the lobby and breakfast restaurant were beautiful and the location was nice, the room felt like it was straight from the early 2000’s (tv, shower curtain, heater/AC and all). The restaurant/ free breakfast was a legitimate restaurant and not the usual free breakfast that Best Western typically does. While that’s nice, just make sure to wear shoes as I just walked down expecting the usual and wasn’t wearing any! Also while they are pet friendly, there are not any easy access potty spots so I recommend bringing potty pads! Great service and friendly staff, though!

      I recently stayed in the Embassy suites, Marlborough for 72 straight days….. and it was an absolute pleasure! Initially, we had booked 2 weeks as we were travelling from the UK and didn’t know what to expect, but within a few day we extended to one month, then two months, then the full 10 weeks that we were over for business!! The reason was simple: the staff!! The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay: pool, gym, well equipped rooms/suites, an excellent breakfast etc….. but this hotel, in this location probably has the best hospitality team I’ve ever come across having traveled a lot for work and pleasure! Front of house/reception are excellent! Names escape me now (sorry) but there is a REALLY helpful/happy/pleasant gentleman who absolutely nothing is too much for him; complemented by an excellent team of females who also maintained the absolute highest standards of friendliness and attentiveness (in some busy times). Management, be proud of this team! Special mention also to the cleaning team and breakfast team. Again, service with a smile and politeness is what you get here! After 70+ “good mornings” to the same people, it was still as passionate as the first! But THE MAIN reason we stayed and extended was one special individual who is a hospitality MASTER; and that is Gina who is the bar tender/evening host/local tour guide (haha)/and general mood setter in the evenings! You get alot of downtime when working away, but spending time with someone like Gina made it 100 times easier! You cannot train what she has, it’s a gift! Gina, I really hope you get to read this! We were upset we didn’t have the opportunity to say goodbye due to your awful news, but I hope you realise and understand how you made our parties trip a bit easier with your work!! Embassy Suites Marlborough - keep up the good work!!

      I hope this finds you well and being in the industry myself I found it hard to not levy my disappointment in my stay at the Hampton Inn Marlborough, MA located at 277 Boston Post Rd W, Marlborough, MA 01752. I checked in Thursday evening around 8pm and found myself entering a lobby of chaos with 12-15 adults sitting in the dining area with cases of beer and cases of alcoholic seltzer drinks and kids everywhere on every night of our stay so it was not even remotely comfortable to sit down there and eat delivered food. We bypassed the desk, waited almost 5 minutes for an elevator as I could hear them beeping as if the doors were being held open one or two floors above and went directly to our room which was ### and found kids running down the halls. The room itself smelled of dirty feet and I found the smell to be emanating from the carpet which looked like it has never been cleaned causing your bare feet to turn black with dirt. There was an outlet cover missing from under the microwave table which was very unsafe considering we brought our kids with us. The bathroom ceiling was pealing horribly, and the sink was clogged which I cleared myself since there is no maintenance. The mattresses were absolutely terrible and NOT the “Hilton” quality I expected. The first night sleeping was good until 10PM at which time there were kids running down the hallways shouting and banging on doors. I called the front desk not once or twice but three times between 10PM and 1AM and nothing

      I stayed here for a few nights and thought this place was terrible. Very understaffed (probably due to economic effects of Covid), and I could see they did have a sign outside about now hiring. It was very noisy. An ***** staying in the room next to me was blasting music at 2AM. They gave me a room close to the elevator and had no other rooms to move me too. I would estimate 80% of the people were not wearing masks even though we are still in the middle of a pandemic (as of Oct, 2021). No one wearing masks on the elevators either. City of Boston has an indoor mask mandate, but these Marlborough bums do not. CDC recommends anywhere there is substantial transmission (middlesex county fits this) that people wear masks indoors even if fully vaccinated. Not only does the hotel not give a toot about Covid, they do not provide enough blankets at check in. It's very hard to get a human to appear at the front desk as the person is asleep at the wheel all the time. Hand Sanitizer dispensers on each floor were empty and never refilled (no one else staying there cared since I guess they assume their vaccination is 100% effective and the CDC doesn't know what they're talking about). I would not stay here again.

      What a great place to stay. From check in to check out. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and genuine. The room was clean and comfortable. We were traveling for a dance competition with our studio and we were treated like prized guests. We didn't have a lot of extra time to check out the fun stuff in the complex but it was perfectly located to visit the Wrentham Outlets and the DCU Center were the competition was held. I would 100% go back and stay again! Thank you for a great weekend!

      We checked into the room, and I first thing l noticed is that the room was dark. I turned on every light in the place, and it was still little better than cave-like. It seemed clean enough, but who could really tell. I would not walk on the carpet in my bare feet. There were only two bath towels and two wash cloths, and one of the wash cloths had a mysterious stain on it that rendered it unusable. Basic choice of tv channels. On the plus side, plenty of places to eat and shop close by. (And I would suggest leaving the hotel to do that.)
