Hotels Near Better Meiko In Paris
0.01km from Better MeikoMy wife and I had a fun experience at Hotel Crayon. We loved the eclectic style of the hotel and it was in a great neighborhood with lots of sights and great food. The staff was very accommodating and the hotel was a great way to wind down our travels.

0.11km from Better MeikoThere was absolutely nothing to dislike about this hotel!! The staff was amazing, courteous, and very very attentive to guests needs =) I've never experienced such great customer service before at a hotel when travelling. The hotel manager, Boris, was by far the best... took the time to find taxis and help me plan fun activities to do during my stay to keep me entertained. I had a minor issue in my room (I couldn't figure out the A/C), and he did not hesitate to come up and help me resolve it😊😊 Also props to Pedro at reception who was very friendly and helpful when I needed a bandaid. If you go to Paris, Hotel Odyssey is where you need to stay👍🏾❤
0.29km from Better MeikoThis hotel was outstanding. It has everything one might find in any exceptional hotel…. nice lobby; good small bar for after dinner drinks; tasty breakfast buffet; very nice workout facilities with a steam room; and, of course very comfortable rooms with very contemporary baths and excellent toiletries. But what really makes an outstanding hotel is an outstanding staff. This team was more than just friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect. Great directions, great recommendations for dinner, and many offers to help with bags, luggage, cabs, etc. This hotel is also very conveniently located near many restaurants, the Louvre and many other attractions. We enjoyed our stay here and will certainly return every chance we get.
0.32km from Better MeikoStayed six nights and would love to go back, 150% thanks to the service we received. All the people at the front desk were extremely friendly, engaging and helpful. We always felt welcomed - I can't say enough good things about the service we received and how much we liked everyone we met at the hotel. We stayed at the Marie Antoinette room, which was nice and spacious. The facilities weren't the newest, but they were perfectly fine and everything was functional. The hotel is small (only one room per floor) and I was very impressed at how well stocked the hotel was. Great housekeeping everyday too. Bed was comfortable, pillows were fine. Slept very well. Awesome awesome location, in the middle of everything, easy to get to and close to a major metro stop. It felt safe because there was always activity at night thanks to its central location, but it wasn't loud at night, so it's really a good balance. Thanks again for a wonderful stay, hope to be back again soon.
0.35km from Better MeikoThis hotel is great. We found it after a little issue with our originally booked hotel. Andre helped us every step of the way. Whether you’re on vacation looking for a hotel to spend your days in paris or on your honeymoon (in our case), this hotel is perfect. The staff at the hotel are really nice and welcoming. Andre was especially helpful, sometimes a smile and a little kindness go a long way. Our stay wouldn’t have been possible if not for Andre. Hotel Bachaumont is an excellent hotel perfect for a couple looking to stay in Paris. The hotel is situated in a nice area with multiple shops and restaurants around. It’s amazing and gorgeous to go for a walk around the hotel. Not to mention the Louvre Museum is just 10 min. away walking distance.
0.35km from Better MeikoWe spent 3 nights in a superior room. It was very small. Did not match the size depicted on the website. My wife talked to the desk clerk twice but it was supposedly a superior. It worked. Good location for Louvre, Orsay and St Germain area which was important with the transit strike. My biggest complaint was that the lady taking care of the breakfast buffet (10 euros pp) was not doing her job. Food was not replenished frequently enough nor were tables cleaned quickly. My timing for breakfast was good so I was not directly impacted but one morning my wife had to wait while the lady went out and got more croissants. People at the desk were very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. I would read in the lobby area for a couple of hours each evening.
0.38km from Better MeikoI took my daughter on a trip for her 12th birthday and her first time in Paris. We choose the L'Empire Paris hotel and were very happy with our choice. Firstly, the staff couldn't have been more friendly or service oriented. Every interaction with all of them was pleasant, even when they had the difficult job of telling us our air conditioner wouldn't be working on the last night (and it was HOT!). They were always available, helpful, accomodating, professional and quick. The owner of the hotel should be very proud of their front desk staff (both daytime and night time). We had breakfast at the hotel just one morning and it was lovely. Typical French breakfast of croissants, pain de chocolate, baguette, butter, jams and coffee. All fresh and plentiful. Again, the staff was quick and service oriented. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a king size bed which was very comfortable. The pillows could be too firm for people who like very soft pillows but I happen to like firm ones. The room was very spacious for a Paris hotel (after reading other room sizes) and we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. There was plenty of wardrobe room. The only negative was the shower being very high and slippery. Unfortunately my daughter took a tumble onto the floor when getting out. I told the front end staff and he took note of it and said he would mention it to the owners. Just a hand bar for holding, or slip mats would be an easy fix. The neighborhood was great and we always felt safe. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries and a stone's throw away from the Louvre. Public transportation was easily accessible. Should we return to Paris I would definitely stay at L'Empire again.
0.38km from Better MeikoI say hidden gem because we did find it a bit difficult to locate the hotel as the frontage is quite small and understated but although it looks nothing special from the outside, our room (junior suite, room 601) was much bigger than we expected for the centre of Paris. The hotel itself is in a great location if like us you have booked a time slot for a Louvre exhibition (the Da Vinci exhibition in our case). Only a short walk away from the Louvre it was perfectly located with plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep (although if you turn right out of the hotel the majority of restaurants are Japanese). The staff were so helpful we felt as though we had known them forever, especially the lady on breakfast duty and the receptionists. Unfortunately we left our car key in the safe when we left (fortunately I always carry a spare one so we were ok) but when we phoned to ask if the key had been found the staff were so very helpful, finding the key and sending it on to us. We are grateful for their care and hospitality. One of the bonuses of our trip was that having spotted a big wheel by the river just off the Tuillery gardens we went to investigate and found the Christmas market which really added to the atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future and can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
0.39km from Better MeikoLocation is the best benefit of this small but very comfortable hotel. Metro entrance is 2-steps away, all places to visit are really close, the stops for hop-on/off busses are also so close to the hotel. Louvre is only 2 min walk away, park Tuileries, Grand Opera, Rivoli street with all souvenirs shops. A lot of cafes and restaurants for all budgets are also located near by. The place itself is small but VERY cozy, staff speaks good English and always happy to assist you where necessary. Rooms are small, but very clean and tidy. We were looking for the place just to sleep over night, and didn’t require luxurious room in the city where most of the time you spend outside. So, this hotel was the BEST what we got in wonderful and convenient location. We are very much grateful to the hotel personnel who made our stay really comfortable. The best thing which we didn’t expect in such small hotel – was the lift. Yes, it was small, but it was there!! And it was working! Believe me, it’s really helpful when room is on the 4th floor, and climbing upstairs is truly exhausting, with luggage and 5-year old kid. Note for travelers: safe deposit box is NOT included in room price, and located at the reception desk. If you travel during warm season – there is NO AC, but you can open windows, to let the fresh air in, and turn on fans. BUT, be aware of mosquitos, you should take care of fumigation (as we didn’t, our kid left the hotel quite bitten). For breakfast – I’d suggest to choose Baguett's Café, located 2 steps away.
0.4km from Better MeikoStayed in Paris for five days recently and when we checked in we were struck by what an amazing part of town the hotel is in. Rue de Montorgieul is fantastic, never quiet and full of amazing cafes, patisseries and wine shops. Can't stress enough how much we enjoyed that street and access to it. On the other hand when we checked in it was super hot because the AC was "down." They kept saying it would be fixed the next day but never happened. We were later informed by a room keeper there is no AC in the rooms which is misleading in the advertising. If you go do not stay here in the summer. And try to stay on a lower floor. We were originally booked in room 500 and it was like an oven. They then moved us down to 300 and it was more liveable but not great in the heat. We got in in early June and it was sweltering the first two days. I almost went online to buy a standing fan. I can see this hotel being amazing in fall or spring when you can leave the windows open. Unfortunately that leaves the smell of smoke wafting in because, well, it's Paris. To the hotel's credit they did offer to move us to another location in the city with AC working but we chose to stay because it had cooled off and we could stand the temperature. The rooms are ok. Not great, not bad. They are ok. Again, 99% of the value is being on RdM and being walking distance to the train station, the Louvre, etc.

0.41km from Better MeikoThis is not a fancy hotel--know that right off the bat. But if you want a safe, quiet, affordable hotel in a great location, Tonic Hotel du Louvre is a good choice. We stayed in room 205 for a February trip. It was a tight room with two twin beds, but it had everything we needed--comfortable mattresses, a view of the street with the classic Paris architecture, plenty of hotwater, great water pressure, a safe, a tv, a coffee maker, a tea maker, a fridge, a good lock on the door and a charminglook--exposed brick walls, high, beamed ceiling and large windows that opened (no screens). The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful during our four-day stay. There's a cute little bar where they give you a free welcome drink the night you arrive. We didn't have the breakfast, but they do also offer that. The neighborhood is the best part of this hotel--a 5-minute walk from the Chatelet-Les Halles train station, close to shopping, bakeries, wine shops, restaurants, etc. It was safe to walk at night. Again, it's a little frayed around the edges--could use updated decor, new carpet, etc.--but it's a good, safe place to stay.

0.41km from Better MeikoI booked this hotel just for the location. It is very close to the Louvre and the subway station. The scenery around the hotel is very beautiful.
The facilities are not very good, the shower is not comfortable, but at least there are hairdryers, towels and bed sheets, and they look clean. The public safe is rented at the front desk. One person at the front desk told me 4 Euros a day and the other told me 2 Euros a day & # 128514 ;. The Wi-Fi signal was very bad. I lived in the room closest to Wi-Fi and felt a bit slow. I also encountered a day when there was no Wi-Fi at all. But the French, don't ask too much. In our school, there can be no Wi-Fi for two days, and the library can only borrow and return books by hand. . .
The front desk service is still very good, English is fluent, and it looks like it often receives Chinese guests. Breakfast was not tried and looked shabby. But there is a small supermarket opposite the hotel, there are Japanese restaurants within a few steps, and there is no need to eat in the hotel.
All in all, it is a small hotel. If you are used to a large hotel, you will feel that the facilities are simple.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the Arc de Triomphe, a five minute walk to the subway station can also take a direct bus to and from Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. Facilities breakfast also fully reached the four-star standard, the gym is relatively small. The front desk is more enthusiastic. There is a little brother who can speak Chinese, which makes communication more convenient.
Stayed at the B&B hotel for three nights while visiting Disney. Anyone looking for a cheap place to stay this is perfect. Hotel is spotlessly clean, really friendly staff, good sized rooms with comfortable beds and shower room. The hotel serves a simple dinner of pasta or pizza which is great, easy to order and quick to come. Breakfast is simple but just want you need at the start of the day. Tables were cleared quickly and everything very clean and presented well. We were worried about the shuttle overcrowding but there are a few services which only run from the B&B hotel and others which go to the other four hotels on the complex which makes it easy. We always got on a bus even if it was busy and never had to wait long! Lockers are available to store luggage if your arrive before your room is ready or check out early. We will be back on our next disney trip!
For the first time in a hotel model, the century-old building is said to be a historical cultural relics protection unit in Paris, so it is completely banned. My old cigarette can only smoke in a small yard. Miss Luo is very enthusiastic, let us have the feeling of going home. There is a black guy in night shift who speaks Chinese very well. He said that he read a book in Guangzhou. In the morning, the girl named Marty also speaks Chinese. There is no problem at all, and at the same time give us a lot of advice on the tour, much stronger than those that are not reliable. It is very convenient to exit the subway 50 meters away. This area is a safe place for French people to live in. The room is big enough to be the floor-to-ceiling glass window in Europe. Our bedroom is very close to the yard, so the living room is a bit noisy. It is highly recommended to add a Chinese breakfast. It is really not suitable for those cheese breads, and it is better to have Chinese TV. If you have the opportunity to come back to Paris, you will still come to the Paris Residence.
Good location, nearby Carrefour, franprix and other supermarkets! I live on the 2nd floor facing the street, and it is very quiet at night, but the sound insulation between the room and the room is really average. The room is not large and has a balcony (not every room, so it is best to leave a message to tell the room with a balcony when booking) ), There is also a door in the bathroom sharing a balcony with the room, so the balcony is quite large. The hotel only provides shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Lines 7 and 10 are only 5 minutes' walk from the surrounding area. Line 4 is about 15 minutes away. The 5th district is a Latin area, surrounded by universities, so it is safe! The hotel has access control locks, staff need to help open the door to enter! Breakfast is an ordinary western-style breakfast, bread, milk, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cheese. A tax of 1.88 euros per person per night, which must be paid to the front desk when checking out. This Ctrip will also call you when you are in China to inform you that this tax must be paid to the hotel separately! The hotel provides free wlan, but the Internet speed is average, the room has air conditioning and heating. In short, the price is high!
We got a beautiful Junior Suite with Balcony, even in the city and on a street with traffic located, it was very quiet and you couldnt hear anything from outside while the doors are closed. It is very spacious and with a very pretty bathroom with luxury amenities from Hermés! And of course full equipped mini bar with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is delicious and a mix from a la carte and buffet, what I love. So you can have everything what your heart desire. The best is the amazing Akasha Spa!! It is so big and has everything, big indoor pool, big sauna, big steam bath, big jacuzzi and a cold bath. Even if they are many relax beds to lay on, sometimes you are just alone and its like you have a private spa. Friendly and helpful staff all around the hotel! I definitely will return!
Convinrent airport hotel perfect for what I needed. Short walk away from transit train dirent to the terminal. Very helpful staff. Front staff speaks good English and when I had small problem in the room the reception staff fixed it swiftly and changed my room. The maintenance man who helped fixing was also super helpful and friendly. Thanks very much !
