Very poor soundproofing of the windows. Street noise is just as audible as outside. Staff friendly, but not well trained. Breakfast is actually okay, but dinner... I ordered salmon. The fish was very poorly cooked, the tea was not good, and the cappuccino was cold and tasteless.

Good hotel, room, amenities correspond, bed, linen, everything is in order in terms of quality and cleanliness. You can hear a little noise from the highway, but it is not critical and does not interfere. I liked the spa. However, the temperature in the hammam is too high 84 degrees, and in the sauna 60, the staff convinced that this is the standard, although in my opinion it should be the opposite. There is a modest ”chocolate hour” from 16 to 17 hours - free desserts in the lobby, drinks are paid - the cost of cappuccino is 550 rubles). In general, the price-quality ratio is within reasonable limits.

I booked this hotel based on Ctrip reviews, and it seems many Chinese tourists stay here. The location is decent. Housekeeping was slow. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The Frank's BBQ ribs place that previous reviewers mentioned was okay. However, the staff there were very disrespectful to Chinese customers. I called for the bill five times in Russian over twenty minutes, but no one came. When they finally did, they just showed me their phone with Chinese text asking for a tip. Absolutely terrible service! I didn't book breakfast and, following other reviewers' advice, I just ate at the supermarket.

The hotel was formerly a Hilton, so the facilities are relatively good. It's quite new. The location is fantastic. It's close to both the subway and shopping malls. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants. It's also outside the Third Ring Road, so its location is relatively accurate. I didn't take any pictures of the room, but I'll attach a few exterior photos.

This hotel offers excellent value for money in Moscow. It's very clean, tidy, and provides good service. The location is convenient, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The metro station is also close by, and a tram stop is just a 5-minute walk away. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. They even provide free accommodation certificates, which is a big plus!

The facilities, service, and staff attitude were all excellent. Location: It's a bit of a walk from the subway station, and you have to take a small alleyway. If you're unfamiliar with the area, you might need to ask for directions to find it. However, it's also within walking distance of Red Square. Once you know the way, you'll find it's quite close. The subway and Red Square are in opposite directions from the hotel, but the distance to both feels similar. Facilities: There's Wi-Fi, and the amenities are well-equipped, including slippers, a hairdryer, disposable toiletries, and many other items. The only downside is that while there are windows, they face an interior space and cannot be opened, which was a bit misleading as I expected them to provide ventilation. Next door was an area where another company seemed to be holding meetings, and it was quite noisy. I had to close the window when sleeping, especially since they eventually left for the day. I had to use the air conditioning because it would get very stuffy otherwise. When I spoke to the hotel about changing rooms, I found that all rooms had these inward-facing windows. I was told I'd have to pay extra for a room with an exterior-facing window. Service: The hotel front desk offers service in English. They were able to provide water when I asked and also offered luggage storage. Conveniently, the hotel is right on the way if you're walking from Red Square to the subway, so it's perfectly en route. Overall, I'm satisfied. A big thank you to the two Russian men who helped us find the hotel with our luggage; they truly saved us from our helplessness.

The room is small, but clean, with sufficient heating. You can get water in the corridor outside. There is a security check every day when you enter the hotel. The long-haired white girl at the front desk speaks good English and is very polite. The attitude of an Asian-looking girl is average. The beautiful lady cleaning the corridor in the photo smiled and greeted us when she saw us. The breakfast was OK. The Kiev subway station is within 100 meters, which is convenient for travel. There is also a shopping mall and supermarket next to it, which is also convenient for shopping. It's just that the prices in Russia are really high now

Ibis Moscow Paveletskaya is absolutely ideal for business trips. Its proximity to Paveletskaya Metro Station makes client meetings incredibly convenient. The rooms are compact, but the workspace is practical, and the Wi-Fi is stable and reliable. Breakfast is efficient, offering both hot and cold options, ensuring you can still enjoy a comfortable meal even when rushing for an early meeting. The staff are quick to respond, handling document printing in minutes. My two-night stay was efficient and completely hassle-free – definitely my top recommendation for business travel.

The hotel is tired and in need of renovation. It caters to groups of children, so you can expect to wait 30-40 minutes in line at reception. Early check-in is possible for 1.5k rubles, even if there are rooms available. I wouldn't stay there again.

At the current price, this hotel is definitely very cost-effective. The hotel is located in the north of Moscow city center, which is very friendly to friends who are getting off the plane at Sheremetyevo Airport. There are subway stations on both the north and south sides of the hotel, about a ten-minute walk away. There are supermarkets and currency exchange points just outside the door. The hotel also provides Chinese instructions, which is very considerate. The only drawback is that there are fewer restaurants nearby, but the Turkish meat rolls, chocolate factory, etc. are also quite good.
