I stayed here for three nights to attend at event at the a University. The location is good, the rooms basic in a traditional townhouse and lots of stairs. The breakfast was basic and they do not cater for coeliacs. I was directed to the supermarket. No hot or cooked food. The bed was very uncomfortable

Beautiful place to stay in charming Prato. We were a few couples attending a conference at Monash. Each couple had a room with a private bathroom. Kitchen, living room, and patio are shared. The place is clean and spacious and the patio is fantastic. Alessandro is the owner and was very friendly and helpful. He recommended good restaurants in Prato and Florence. His wife owns a cafe in town where they make the best biscotti you'll ever have. There were complimentary biscotti and pastries, and a nice little espresso machine in the kitchen. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Prato!

This nice hotel is located in the historical centre of Prato, a few minutes walk from the famous cathedral with beautiful frescos and other historical places. Moreover it is ten minuets a less walking from the train station. The host was very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was nice, the breakfast and WI-Fi good. Everything is nearby - shops, restaurants, musea. The rooms are of different size, we had a very spacious on with renovated and big bathroom. If you are a light sleeper inform hotel management beforehand, as some rooms have windows on the street with traffic. The first day there were construction works on the street, rather noisy. However it says nothing about the hotel itself. The owner took the trouble to go to the workers and ask when they stop working.

This is a lovely hotel in the heart of historic Prato. The room was just fine, comfortable, big enough, quiet. I was a guest of another person who was paying the bill. The breakfast was good, and the staff was nice. My problem was with the management. I left something by accident in the room and called to see about sending it to me, which I was willing happily to pay for any postage or shipping. I called three times and did not get the promised call back. I called a 4th time and asked to speak to the manager who was on the phone already. I proceeded to get an earful about how much else he had to do, he could not take the time for my problem, he was extremely defensive, loud almost to shouting at me, and had the nerve to tell me I should not have left my item in the first place. Obviously, no one wants to forget something. He continued to berate me and would not let me speak. I am in the service business and would never treat a customer like this. I finally hung up and was able to ask my contact in Prato if she would go there and handle this small item. She told me she was also harrassed for money, payment up front, as we were actually, upon arriving. They need to get their customer service act together.

This hotel was booked by a company I am working for, so I am sure it was booked purely on price as we were quite a large party. I understand that any business coming out of lockdown has a hard job on its hands, but on entering my room, I did feel it was necessary to wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes as everything was quite dusty. Some of my colleagues were unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms. Following my initial clean down, my room was tidied daily. Wifi is poor, except in reception which has nowhere to sit and work, so if you are here on business, you don’t have any privacy to get work done. Continental breakfast is okay, but I cannot think of anything good to say about the cooked food, except that I have lost weight because I have not eaten very much. We are not allowed out of our bubble, so we have not been allowed to eat elsewhere, but if you can, I would. I have been served undercooked pasta five nights in a row, which tastes of salt, then meat and fried potatoes, which again tastes like it has been preserved in salt. Day 5 and the vegetarians in our group are stiil being served meat which could be considered quite funny, but they were not impressed. Although the staff are very apologetic, it is then replaced somewhat later with a greasy omelette which looks extremely unappetising and lonely on its plate but the soup is okay. They didn't have any sauces or gravy to serve with the food at the beginning of the week so the food tasted very over cooked, salty and dry, but we did get gravy this evening, so it has improved a little. I have been craving some vegetables with my dinner but greasy Salty eggplant is the only option. Oddly, mixed veg is served at breakfast. They dont really understand dietary requirements, so if you are ceoliac, best not chance it. I maybe doing the catering staff a dis-service, because they may have been drafted in from a different occupation, like myself and just doing their best in difficult circumstances. Catering is clearly not their forte. Everyone seems friendly enough.

[Location] Super convenient. The airport train is just a five-minute walk from the Central Station. [Service] Check-in at the front desk will take the initiative to call for procedures. [Room] The theme is red and black. The rooms are not large but they are generally the same in Europe. The shower in the bathroom is particularly flush. The air conditioner is very cool. There are hair dryers. The floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the train station. [Characteristics] Breakfast and dinner are included, I feel very rich, there is a drink for breakfast, there is no waiter at dinner to ask if you need it, foreigners order more, white rice for dinner and some dishes are salty, and fruits, mainly worry about the day The unsafe black out of the house happened to be solved in the hotel. [Note] Dinner must go to the lobby bar on the first floor to pick up the roll, indicating whether it is to be eaten at 7:00 or 8:00, and the actual meal at 7:00 is half past six. [Details] The lobby on the first floor does not need to go down the stairs. There are public spaces in the lobby. There is a sofa lounge and a small bar. In the early morning, there are two sofas on the basement floor to sit and wait. [Overall] High cost performance is recommended.

A very poor stay experience, the hotel is in a good location, five minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, but the hotel service is really average, especially the two female executives in the restaurant, went to breakfast three days during the stay, never with us Say hello, expressionless. This is not the case for non-Chinese tourists. Instead, the waiters in the restaurant were more enthusiastic and smiling. On the second day of check-in, we also painted the wall and did not notify the guests in advance, so that the children's clothes became dirty when they walked. The most annoying thing is that the hotel ’s scheduled visit to Da Vinci ’s “Last Supper” costs 50 Euros. Five-year-olds are also charged in full (but in Europe, five-year-olds are basically free) Since the fee was notified by phone, there was no written confirmation, but the fare printed on the tickets we received was 15 Euros, so that we did not know this until check-out. The hotel explained that this is a VIP service and this charge is totally unreasonable.

The elevator in the hotel was really small and could only go in for two people. The front desk service was good. We arranged a large room on the first floor. It was heavy. No haha breakfast is rich, but it ’s been for three days. The hotel location is very good. There are a lot of sculptures in the subway station next to the subway station. It ’s very convenient to take the subway every day. The morning market is very lively and the fruits are cheap. The morning market goes further. There is an ice cream shop on the street corner. At noon, many foreigners buy that ice cream.

Honeymoon + Birthday Trip: • Upgraded to Executive Suite (Pleasant surprise , much appreciated 🙏🏻) • Champagne & Fruit Tart/Cake on compliments (Thankful 🙂) • Was informed by Front Office personnel whom guided us to our room that everything from the minibar were complimentary. However, we were charged for consumption instead upon checking out. (2 different staffs for C/I and C/O) Attitude of staff assisting with our C/O could be improved as he ‘explained’ and gave us the same reply that “No, our minibar are never complimentary.” to our doubts. ** I’m a hotelier too and I believed better response could and should be extended for mentioned situation. ** Nonetheless , my husband and I paid for the additional charges without trying to be difficult as our ride to the airport had arrived too then . It was a modern yet stylish property overall with a little unpleasantness experienced towards the end of our stay .

Purtroppo non ho pernottato presso questa struttura in quanto la camera a me riservata era inagibile. Mi hanno dirottato in un hotel di fronte e di categoria superiore. Esperienza comunque ottima. This is very good as an Italian chain of five stars. It has reached the international five-star standard. The entrance to the elevator has free sparkling water and mineral water every day. I have stayed at this hotel in many room types, including standard rooms, executive rooms, standard apartments and superior apartments. If you are preparing to cook your own meals, then choosing an apartment is a good choice. The superior apartments are large in size, the horizontal and living rooms are two separate rooms and are very comfortable. If you are traveling alone, the executive room is also very good. The area is large and the living room is large. There is no sense of cramp. In summer, we will open the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe, and read books in the sun. I always stay at this hotel every time I come to Milan, the price is moderate, about 8 minutes walk from TURRO subway red line, the traffic is relatively convenient. There is a small supermarket PENNY MARKET opposite, which is convenient and cheap. Especially the best thing is that every room type in this hotel has a large balcony, which is rare in Milan and super convenient.

The only hotel in the world, the first is located in Dubai. The restaurant of this hotel in Milan was a Michelin before, but now I change the chef. The smell of the room bath and shower products is my favorite tobacco taste. The service is really nothing to say. At night I thought the tram downstairs was too noisy at midnight. I upgraded a quiet suite the next day. I discovered that the iPad was out of control and could not turn off the lights. The air conditioner did not work before going to bed at night. I mentioned it when I checked out. After a while, the front desk deeply apologized and sent a scented candle as a gift. Milan gave me too many surprises, and I look forward to seeing you next time ~

At 9 o'clock in the evening, I went to Milan to check in. The wind is light and telling me that a double booking has occurred. The hotel has no room. When I came up, I came to a waiter to take us to another home. Even the introduction did not, and there was no advance mail. The focus is on the Europeans coming in and out. So what is the meaning of your hotel without a room :)

There is no kettle in the room, there is no hot water (it is estimated that only the second floor restaurant can pick up hot water) but many drinks in the refrigerator are free. The bed is soft and comfortable and the pillows are not high. After check in, although the front desk beauty will take the room, but the whole process did not help me with luggage, including the steps, people feel that the five-star hotel is not worthy of the title. The so-called gallery hotel, the "painting" of the room is also a print, not a real painting. In short, the price is not high. Tonight, I changed to the Domo Townhouse Hotel next door, which is also a five-star hotel. The service is much better than the Vickers Gallery. My room rate includes breakfast, breakfast is order-based, according to the menu, the chef is ready to serve, which is also the style of a big hotel. The breakfast tastes very good too. From the arched windows of the restaurant you can see the center of the arcade of the Manuele II, seeing tourists and luxury shops coming and going. The hotel door is not facing the inside of the arcade of the Manuelle II, but the small road towards the outside. The door is small and not easy to find, but there is a waiter welcoming at the door. He looks like you are looking for it. The hotel will come to ask you.

The hardware is not very good, that is, the domestic fast chain looks like it. However, it is very good in terms of geographical location. The opposite is the railway station subway station, which is invincible. Going to Milan Cathedral and taking the subway station at the 3rd station is the square. Buffet breakfast can be eaten for two days a day, and long-term stay may not be able to stand. The service is not bad. What do you say to the Chinese? It only takes a few steps from Milan Cathedral, Milan wakes up very late, so when you come to the Cathedral at 8 or 9 in the morning, you will experience the unique feeling of the Cathedral. You can also easily reach the subway by going to other places, but in the end I still choose to take a taxi for about ten euros to the train station. There are too many people in the subway! The efficiency of the front desk is a bit low. We waited at the front desk for a long time to check in and check out. There have been constant phone calls and other things to do. Great location directly across from the train station making it super convenient to checkout and an easy walk with luggage to catch the train from Milan to the other cities. The hotel is modern and extremely big. Convenient location with many retailers within walking distance. If you get a room with a balcony facing the train station the view is amazing!! The hotel also offers free chauffeur services in luxury sedans to close by areas. Kinda far-ish from the duomo cathedral and the shopping areas. Big buffet breakfast area with a huge selection, however breakfast attendant service lacks quality, food is good though, unfortunately this doesn’t go for all the food ordered via room service, hands down the most scariest tasting pizza I have ever eaten, bad, so bad. Rooftop bar and restaurant not so impressive surprisingly really small. The whole hotel is just really big a good walk to get from room to room. Bonus is if you arrive early before check in time or have time to kill after check out, the hotel offers free facilities to shower and rest on the under ground level.

The location was near the station and there were many trains so there was no problem getting out into town. The hotel faces a residential area, and it seems like even a single girl is not as dangerous. The appearance was cute and I was excited to stay in Europe. The room was retro and cute as shown in the photo. There are no slippers and bathrobes, and you need to bring a toothbrush. The unfortunate point was that I prepared coffee and tea so that I could boil the water myself and drink it, but the pot was broken and I couldn't use it. When I asked the front desk if I could replace my cold body with warmth, I asked him to ask him to raise something he had come to see. I was told that I would give hot water when I wanted to drink, but I was told to come down to get it and decided that it was troublesome. After that, there was often a timing where Wi-Fi was difficult to enter when it was a room.
