|0.44km from city centerOne of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. There are single-bed rooms and two-bed rooms. We would usually stay in a twin room. Each room type will have different unique designs. The hotel has very good customer service. When there is a problem we only need to use the landline phone to contact the staff. The feeling of bathing while looking at the peaceful space is very wonderful. I really like this hotel. If I come back to Nha Trang I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed booked 3 rooms 2 were panorama view suits and the other were a balcony suit. Both has amazing views of the beach and the Nha Trang bay. Panorama suits do not have a balcony so anyone smoking or looking to open up their balcony we recommend the balcony suit. The rooms were super spacious clean and the views were amazing. The roof top have a small pool not the most picturesque. Early morning or late evening can just put on your swimwear and walk to the beach from the hotel. Few beach clubs like sailing club is couple of minutes walking distance from the property.

The staff is super friendly and always helpful, the rooms are very newly decorated and super clean! The hotel is located in a small back alley near the mainroad and beach, so it is quiet, even if there is no great view! Our room on the second floor had a window to the street, but still nice and bright! I can recommend this hotel without reservation, that is worth every VND! Use the pick up service from the airport to the hotel offered by the hotel to avoid rip-offs by taxi drivers! The price for that was cheap!

For the reception crew there are very kind and gave me a lot of advice, helped me send massage to local people, etc… Also we have some cross-culture communication, like I’ve learnt to say ‘thank you’ in Vietnamese and some tips to mix with local citizens. Except for above, me and my parents all feel great about the hotel environment, where is near the river and could enjoy our breakfast in the breeze. The swimming pool is clean and I really like to take a dip in it. The last night of my staying, I enjoyed the movie Frozen II, which was English subtitle and Vietnamese voice. That was a fresh experience for me hhhhh. - excellent mattresses, truly superb
- own beach with sun loungers and towels. At first I decided there weren’t enough sunbeds for two hotels, but there were never any problems with availability.
- good breakfasts, it would be great to add cheese for toast
- friendly staff. Check out was extended by an hour and a half.
The hotel is not in the very center, but I liked the location more, it was quiet and comfortable.

However, I must note some areas that could use improvement. Acquiring a Grab car service during dinner time proved to be a challenge due to the scarcity of vehicles in the vicinity. Additionally, the hotel services left something to be desired. Despite the breakfast being advertised as complimentary, it was consistently served cold.
The pricing structure within the hotel was also disappointing. After consuming the first 10 bottles of water, each subsequent bottle came with a 10k VND charge. Moreover, the quality of the facilities was subpar, with easily damaged, fragile items that could potentially result in unexpected charges.
A word of caution—do ensure you have sufficient cash on hand, as a deposit of $3M VND is required upon check-in.
Nonetheless, the comfortable bed and overall ambiance contributed to an overall pleasant stay for both me and my companion. Despite the setbacks, our experience here was largely positive.

Water that is not a compliment for guest anymore, it’s recourse to stay alive for humanity, especially in such weather like in Nha Trang, it’s so petty and inhumane!!!Rooms there not that cheap and they have issue with free water for drinking? Gosh. Same problem that u paying too much but nobody cares in this hotel about ur personal boundaries, something simple like to keep silence on a hallway. 5am kids are running and screaming in a hallway and knocking to the doors while they playing, why should I wake up in the morning and argue with those people about their kids?! Why should I say elementary rules to save silent and don’t bother to others???! Next one : after kids (argued and they left hallway, I came back to sleep again, BUT : came cleaning service 2hours later and with noise “cleaning cleaaaaaning cleaaaaaaaniiing” knocked cleaning service (I was like a parrot to repeat three times “thank u , not now, I don’t need it now and I pressed button before To not disturb “, why do they do this I can’t understand?! I paid for 2nights at this hotel I checked in earlier than 2pm , it was 11am or sth, they charged me for this! But situation that I left hotel earlier on a big half of the day, nobody cares and nobody gave me back money I didn’t use for living?! *** ?! |0.42km from city centerWir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. From staff to the room and the facilities as well as the location an amazing experience. Hotel is new, not far from downtown, one block from the beach and... quiet 🙏🏻💜 So from the reception to the house cleaning and technical staff, the service is all about perfection. Good English spoken at the reception, the restaurant and the facilities (beautiful swimming pool and great gym) which eases communication a lot. Sweet price and great infrastructure, i.e. very good noise insulation, silent air conditioning system. Large and airy room (super comfy double bed). Noise sensitive person here and truth is that I really do not suffer. Doors not slamming (despite fully booked hotel at times...many groups). Nice bathroom, great shower. I got a room with view on the sea which is obviously more enjoyable than city views. Very good breakfast (6 to 10AM). Early is better, before the groups starts occupying the space 😉. Amazing attention and care from Mrs Trong, the supervisor as well as from the F&B manager, Mr Tung (?). Welcoming. Striving to provide the best customer experience possible for a wonderful start of the day. Delicate attention. Doing their best to accomodate guests potential food constraints (diabetes type 2 in my case 😭). Good variety at the buffet. I only wish there were more diabetic friendly food options (same for gluten free food). As mentioned above, the swimming pool and gym are really top. Not many people use the gym but it is large with many options to choose from. Location wise I love it. It is one block from the beach which makes it quiet. Plenty of food options immediately around as well as shopping. Great WinMart just a 5 to 10 minutes walk away. 20 minutes easy walk to downtown with plenty of restaurants (I personally love those all inclusive seafood & grill buffet for 200 to 300K , Mr Mộc is just a 15 minutes walk away). I am planning my next trips for 2025 (privilege of a retiree 😄) and Nha Trang Sea Soul is already part of it. I love the place, the wonderful staff and that beautiful coastal city and region. I was in Phu Quoc 2 weeks ago but Nha Trang is sooooo much better. In all regards. @all staff who made this experience possible: thank you all so much 🙏🏻❤️

But I do enjoy and liked their amenities, they hv huge lobby too, it is breakfast included but unfortunately I missed out the breakfast as I overslept
