It is a European-style hotel, simple and elegant, quiet and comfortable, it is suitable for travelers who enjoy authentic European style. Western breakfast is very good (provided that you like western food), the outdoor part of the breakfast restaurant is not big but the original European style is very good, the big bed is a double bed, the big bed is no longer necessary for the children to have an extra bed. I did not charge for the child's accommodation at the time of check-in. The hotel does not have a parking lot. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the city center and the museum area. It takes about 10 Euros for a taxi. The hotel does not have a swimming pool!

I was really looking forward to staying here, but was shocked to find out it was under major renovation when I arrived. It was never mentioned on the website or in any reviews. I actually walked past it, thinking it was being taken down and couldn’t possibly be the hotel. The staff were really understanding and were kind enough to find me another hotel, as I didn’t have time to find an alternative. From what I saw the room looked nice. Such a pity about the construction, which is from 8am-6pm.

Photos are exactly as shown. This is a beautiful hotel. The room has a balcony and architectural detail in the ceiling that are gorgeous. For a city hotel, the room was really clean and very functional with lots of closet space, desk and table, bedside tables, and a big bathroom. Mini fridge, hair dryer, and toiletries (e.g. toothbrushes) are provided. We were worried about the noise but once we shut the balcony doors, it was pretty quiet and we had a good night's sleep. The only complaint (and this is if we're really nitpicking) is that there the aircon didn't seem to be working, but it really wasn't a big deal; we didn't ask reception about it. We just opened the balcony doors to get some air in. We didn't get meals at the hotel but the food spread looked good from what we could see. There was also a gym and a rooftop, which we took advantage of. There is fruit infused ice water by reception once you walk in, which was a refreshing break before going back to our room. Wifi was great our entire stay. It was my birthday so the hotel staff arranged with my partner to leave some champagne in the room, which was nice. :) Major plus is the subway stop is a 2 minute walk away, and there are lots of cafes nearby! Location is so convenient- you can even walk to the center of the city. Hotel staff are really nice and helpful. We'll definitely return to this hotel next time we're in Madrid! Thank you for a great stay.

Hotel is out of the main centre so is quiet but still within walking distance of most attractions such as the Prado Museum or City centre. Room was quiet with a nice big bed that was not two samller ones pushed together thankfully. Decor is modern and pleasant with reasonable amount of wardrobe space and a room safe. Staff were pleasant but we didn't have much interaction apart from check in/out. The only real complaint is that the sink in bathroom was virtually unusable due to ridiculous tap arrangement. Access to the sink was restricted by an overly long and non-moving tap spout right over the centre, which meant it was impossible to wash your face without splashing water everywhere - a very poor design.

Can be an extra bed, we are 8 years old and there is no extra bed fee. But this time the hygiene is not good. On the day of the check-in, the bathtub in the room was all sand and stone. It was not cleaned. Waiting for the waiter to open the night bed, I asked for cleaning. In the evening, I went to the small garden to rest, and I ordered a glass of champagne. The waiter actually used a glass of water-filled glass (estimated to be washed and not dried) and poured champagne directly to me, hehe! The next day, the children will sleep more than 7 o'clock in the afternoon. As a result, the children's bed and the quilt are inexplicably wet. Later I went to the front desk and asked them to make better bedding. Very hurt. In such a good location, the rest of the hotel is very good, it is a sanitary situation, it is unacceptable.

'Cozy and modern two bedrooms apartment very well located in the Chamberi District specifically in the Almagro neighborhood, so well located close by the Financial area and the all the highlights. The chamberí district was born in the emblematic Glorieta de Bilbao and borders the Justice district to the south, with important roads on its sides until it reaches the north with the well-known Rios Rosas street. It is famous for being a wide district composed of several sub-neighborhoods, each with its own character, all very traditional and traditional. It is one of the most charming neighborhoods in Madrid and one of the areas preferred by Madridians to live, since being very close to the center of the city is very quiet. Chamberí is a quintessential Madrid neighborhood, which is noticed by small businesses and family businesses, but in recent years has been chosen by well-known designers and chefs to open its shops and restaurants in this area, where you can breathe a cordial atmosphere. close and where it is shared with neighbors of all the life as well as with new young inhabitants who have brought new airs to the neighborhood.Inside Chamberí is the neighborhood of Almagro, known for its architecture and its pleasant nightlife, which stands out above all for its gastronomy, being able to enjoy a good caffe on a terrace, a traditional Spanish restaurant or the youngest chefs of the city. Almagro is the perfect neighborhood to enjoy the city, whether you come for work or holidays, in a warm environment where you feel like a local.'

Santa Barbara in the Justicia district of Madrid is a local's paradise. It's a squarish plaza and park and terraza all rolled into one. It has cafes and a beer hall and a few restos. And a hotel. I stayed there twice during a recent trip to Europe and found a cozy and comfy place in the heart of town but in a district that still hasn't been completely conquered (or spoiled) by hordes of tourists. The hotel has its amenities including a popular bar in the courtyard. But the true nature of the place is the staff. Sergio, Gabriel, Andrea and company just want to make you feel welcome and will go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. And Natalia must be the happiest person in Madrid. If you wake up in a grumpy mood, by the time you reach the front desk and Natalia says ”Hola!” with a big smile, your mood is sure to change. Justicia may not be your destination if you're a first timer in Madrid and may want to stay in the thick of touristier areas. For seasoned travellers to Madrid, you can't get a better deal. Or a bigger smile.

Although the room is small, but the bathroom is large, it is relatively clean, the boutique hotel address is good, in the city center, not far from the palace, the hotel service is more user-friendly, although the room is not included in the breakfast, but there will be a small bread every morning. And a bottle of water on the door, very intimate

The only thing I noticed, perhaps x my age, that would miss a little more lighting in the entrance. I was hard to see to put the key. I recommend it and I would return to any other Sonder without doubt.

We stayed at the H10 Hotel Puerta de Alcalá at the end of May and middle of June. The hotel was very comfortable and well located. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop deck with great views of Madrid and Retiro Park. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet, and clean. On a day trip I mistakenly left my camera bag in a taxi. On my return to the hotel later that day, Juan C. at reception helped me begin communications with the taxi company to try to locate the camera bag. For the next few weeks after I had returned home to Canada, Juan diligently followed up and coordinated with the taxi company, organized payment for retrieval of the camera bag then prepared it for shipment to my home in Canada. He went above and beyond the usual service expected at a hotel and I wanted to point out his excellent assistance. Robert S.

Come see Madrid Derby and walk for ten minutes. Madrid's largest British Palace is a 20-minute walk. There is a subway at the door, and it is easy to get to the city center. Soundproofing, room facilities are OK.
