|2.43km from city centerGreat room but it was overbooked. So they canceled our reservation and we ended up paying a higher rate. I would give the hotel a five out of four I will give your service a one out of five. Your rates very deceptive because the hotel was overbooked by your company so hotel cancelled your reservation and we got charged a much higher rate. The only room available was not appropriate for our party. It was embarrassing! I would hope that Trip.Com would make it right with this customer.

|2.9km from city centerUpon arrival when we went to room. Toilet was not clean. We did complain the next day and it was taken care of. Also daily cleaning as well as towels were not done. I was advised that we needed to notify them and I feel like for over 200.00 a night this should be a given Even though we did notify them the next day it was also not done. Stains on chairs and doesn't look like it is maintained. Bathrooms should have bars to hold onto while showering and shower surface did not have antifall on the bottom. Very dangerous for seniors. Power went out on our last night due to storms. No generators !! I understand that losing power is not their fault but I cant understand why they don't have generators. This is not what I expected from a Hilton !

|9.41km from city centerGot there at check in time had around 10 other folks waiting with us to check in. Waited 5 min before an associate came out and asked if we knew what happened we said no so she said oh well that sucks and chuckled and started counting down a register and then handed out checks to employees who where walking out and cussing in front of us. After waiting 45 min I finally got to check in only to find boogers and hairs in the Bible boogers on the wall and a huge ball of hair in the bathroom sink. We where assured the rooms where clean and that's why the check in took so long. On top of that this app nor the hotel tells you that you are going to be charged extra up front at check in which supposedly gets refunded to you 7 to 10 days later which at check in after finding out about the extra charges I was assured I would have it back at check out which was a complete lie. Will not be going back to this hotel or any other comfort suites after how this all happened. A vacation is supposed to be a relaxing time and your hotel is your home away from home. You expect it to be clean and expect to have atleast half way decent customer service. The only person in that hotel that was not unprofessional was the manager Brian but the way everything was handled shows me this company does not care about its customers. Oh also be aware the elevator is extremely slow which the staff finds hilarious watching its patrons waiting while they snicker in the background. The ice machine also did not work both nights I was there. The only positive about the breakfast was that the waffle station made okay waffles everything else was disgusting. I have never had an experience this bad that I've had to leave a review on. I hope whoever is looking at this hotel as a place to stay reads my review and looks elsewhere. It's just not worth it. Also once arriving to my room and finding things like the boogers and the extra charge upfront I attempted to reach the front desk from both room phone neither of which worked. I then used my cell phone to call the hotel to inform them on everything and ask why I was charged extra. I waited 5 min on hold before I walked to the elevator. After waiting 5 min for the elevator to reach the 2nd floor I finally was able to get to the front desk mind you I'm still on hold on the phone. The manager was speaking with a guest to the side and the clerk was standing there with one customer so I hung up and waited another 5 min before I could speak with someone by this point I had lost my temper and forgotten to mention certain issues that I am bringing up right this moment. I would have canceled my room and found a different hotel but because of the new federal holiday there where no rooms left in town and we did not have the extra funds to find a new hotel. All our eggs where in 1 basket and the basket was apparently made from wet cardboard because it failed terribly. DO NOT STAY HERE!

|2.75km from city centerUpon checking in I found there were no double rooms left on the first floor and no elevator, my senior mother was stuck attempting the stairs for the duration of the trip....the front desk person's version of assisting was ”getting us a room close to the stairs so we could park by the stairs”. He proceeded to act as if I was going to leave because there wasn't a room. I could've gone nextdoor but I would have been out $120/night plus the $70 I had already paid. Very disappointed, when I booked I didn't have the option for an ADA double room. We were also not informed of checkout time nor breakfast options...it says they offer breakfast but there is no space for it as the whole reception area is just a big empty room. The beds are ok but very worn, sheets were stained with what appeared to be ink stains. Nothing was plugged in when we arrived in the room and there was no alarm clock or clock radio. Also there was an ironing board with no cover and no iron. The room was VERY dirty, made the mistake of walking barefoot in the room right after we arrived and my feet were black. Went to wash off only to discover there were no washcloths nor was there are bath mat. We had a regular towel and a hand towel. We had issues with the fridge as the only outlet available was the one that was controlled by the switch near the door. The outlet was wired with the constant on top and the switch controlled on the bottom....guess what if the fridge was plugged into the top nothing could be plugged in below. While trying to sort this out I made the HUGE mistake of moving the fridge, what I found was absolutely revolting, mixed in the grime, dirt, and lord knows what else was two plastic tampon applicators not in a wrapper. I can not say if they were used or not as that was something I was NOT getting near. The entire time in this room I felt disgusting and unclean. Even the shower was gross. The standard yellow orange La Quinta shower curtain was black across the bottom from the mold. For a hotel that has been ”renovated” and I use that term loosely this was terrible. I feel that this hotel is in a perpetual renovation and like other travelers have to access the owner....is it time to cut your losses?

|2.83km from city centerThe hotel recommended by a friend is very good. Hilton is the best choice in the United States. It never disappoints me. I will stay at this hotel next time I have the opportunity to go to Shreveport.

|2.24km from city centerWe stayed overnight and thoroughly enjoyed our room. It was very large and luxurious. It even had a great view of Bossier City and nearby Shreveport. The room is extremely attractive and comfortable. We highly recommend it. We are not gamblers, but our local friends tell us that Margaritaville provides an excellent ****** experience.

Bossier City
|2.75km from city centerLet me begin by saying we’re “Diamond” with Hilton. (Not bragging, just setting up my review.) At check in, we ask where the elevators are, and proceed to, what we thought, was our room. After repeatedly trying our key, we heard a voice say, “who is this?!” Turns out, they share the building with another Hilton property. Seems like the staff could’ve prevented this embarrassing incident. Secondly, we brought dinner to our room. Because we’re quite familiar with this hotel brand, we knew we’d have plates & silverware. Nope. Every, single piece was dirty in the dishwasher that nobody had run. Third, we thought we’d enjoy some pool & hot tub time. Well, the jacuzzi was out of order and, despite it being July in Louisiana, the pool was ice cold. Lastly, we bought a few things at the grocery store for the fridge. Every time we thought we’d closed said refrigerator, I’d walk by and it was ajar. Folks, these may not seem like much to y’all but, when you add it all up, it’s very disappointing. Hilton, you can do better than this.

|2.46km from city centerWalls are thin! When a train goes by it sounds like there’s a drum line playing outside your window. The early morning trash trucks emptying the dumpsters were literally a rude awakening. I’m not sure what time the twangy country music stared playing on the boardwalk speakers, but we could clearly hear it from our room. We booked a suite specifically for the sofa bed option so our kiddo could be with us, but somewhat independent. There was no extra bedding for it in the room. When we called the front desk to have it sent up, we were told we’d have to come downstairs to get it ourselves. Not only was the room not prepared, there was no apology or any attempt to make it right from the hotel staff. I’m sure this seems petty, but my company lives and breathes customer service. This would’ve been an easy win for this hotel.
