Since I had been advised, I booked at the hotel Cyrano. We stayed for two nights, she welcomed us the owner, very kindly. We found ourselves very good, good and abundant breakfast, both sweet and salad. Parking is included in the price, which is important, because in the city parks are all payable. The double bed with topper, we have been very well sleeping, the quiet road near the center. We will surely return and recommend the hotel

As we already have been twice in this hotel, we stopped there again after a long journey by car. Our last stay was a bit disappointing regarding the service with clients, which I cannot say of this stay. We had a very friendly receptionist, who explained us everything. The breakfast has a huge choice and everything we need. Simply delicious. It will definitely stay our “stop hotel” when going back to Italy by car.

This hotel is total disaster! 4 stars?? Excuse me!!! One roll of single layer toilet paper for three people? No glasses,broken fridge ,only one working eletrical outlet. In the hotel restaurant they sell ”bottled” water that they fill, which could be noticed by the dirt of the bottle (the bottles are also scratched and visibly old). Also, in addition to the price we paid, breakfast was included. The next morning we were greeted by an unpleasant surprise, the restaurant staff put us minimal amounts of what we demanded with the excuse that we had eaten a lot for breakfast the day before. Shame!

Le plus NUL à tous points de vue, des hôtels qu’il nous ait été donné de connaître ! ATTENTION : la totalité des photographies figurant sur les divers sites de réservations sont absolument, non seulement RETOUCHÉES mais RECOMPOSÉES informatiquement ! Présence d’un jardin pourvu de haies verdoyantes INEXISTANTES : seul un mur de béton et des fils de fer se prêteront à votre vue :-( Ne parlons pas des chambres qui ont subit le même type d’attention et de « traitement »… (informatique). Trois changements de chambres en deux nuits. La première qui nous fut attribuée avait une toute petite fenêtre pourvue de BARREAUX avec pour seule lumière, celle filtrant entre deux bâtiments très rapprochés. Après avoir demandé à en changer, celle qui nous fut allouée était vieillotte et malodorante… Fortes odeurs de renfermé et présence de moisissures sur tout le pourtour de la douche. Les tapis des couloirs sont quasiment aussi noirs que leur couleur originelle. L’ascenseur est unique, étroit et également très vieux et très sale. Il n’a pas dû y avoir de réel entretien ou remise à niveau de cet « hôtel » depuis deux décennies… Les chambres y sont aussi tristes et vieillottes que celles de très vieux hôtels en Égypte ;-) Je ne préfère que très peu évoquer la Qualité de Service : elle est INEXISTANTE. Aucun équipement, ni même le prêt d’une simple bouilloire… ne comptez pas non plus sur une boisson ou quoique ce soit à votre intention dans le mini-réfrigérateur. Il ne s’y trouvera RIEN… pas même une mini-bouteille d’eau. N’éprouvez pas l’envie de boire quoique ce soit de chaud durant votre nuit, non plus, avant 07:00 ;-(( Aucun appareil de boissons chaudes n’existe. Si vous éprouviez le désir de boire un café ou toute boisson réconfortante y compris à 06:55… Vous vous trouveriez lamentablement congédié ! Les climatiseurs des trois chambres visitées étaient hors d’âge et devaient émettre plus de 70 à 80 Décibels… voir d’avantage, sans compter leurs vibrations de toutes sortes. Il se révéleront absolument INUTILISABLES durant votre sommeil mérité. Un QUATRE ÉTOILES ? Ce gouge… Il ne mérite même pas une UNIQUE étoile en France ! Il n’est « digne » que de « vendeurs hôteliers » de sommeil. Mon seul conseil en guise de conclusion : passez votre chemin… vous ne raterez que des DÉSAGRÉMENTS.

We arrived late after being at lake como! Staff where very friendly and checked us in with no issues, they contacted a local restaurant who agreed to stay open for us which was really kind! The room was clean and tidy! We had no complaints at all! My girlfriend accidentally booked the room for 1 person but when realised this the hotel accommodated for an extra person for just 8€ extra! No complaints at all!
