Very good, convenient location and safe surroundings. The room was cleaned every day, except that it was a little smaller, there was no problem.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Rooms are comfortable smaller compare to our North American hotels but nice and cozy. Tea/coffee maker in the room also a safe for free use. We were able to create our own pin on safe which was very nice. Free wifi, included breakfast was very good with lot of selection. There is a small variety store with in two minutes walk where you can purchase nice cold beer or variety of wines, fresh sandwiches or other grocery. I also saw couple of restaurants. There is restaurant with in the hotel itself. Overall very nice stay.

Good... Rooms are good, surf board deco feels like you're back is socal. Staff are friendly and courteous. Wait staff at free breakfast are helpful and did i say friendly yet? But, if you only a metro/subway tourist then this is not for you, after an already tiring walk along the seine and tuillerie, adding another walk from the nearest metro is not ideal. But if you know how to bus, then the bus stop is in front of the hotel!!! Use it! Breakfast croissant is free, orange juice and coffee too. Can't complain here!

The second stay, the environment is very good, quiet, with a park attached. Breakfast is not bad, no problem to eat. There are several Chinese restaurants attached. The subway station is only a few meters away from the accommodation and there is also a large supermarket. It is close to the Moulin Rouge and the Sacred Heart Church and you can walk. The service is good, and everything is fine to adjust the room. Will come later.

The hotel rooms are very small and acceptable, the key is that the facilities are very old, just like the guest house in the 1990s. It ’s a bit unsafe to leave the key at the front desk when you go out. The price is the cheapest in the surrounding area, very close to the subway station, but caught up with the strike and did not enjoy the convenience of the subway after three days of repair. The room was cleaned on the first day, and the towels were changed. No one cleaned the room in the following days.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are very large and are very small. There is no maintenance because in the room you had been exiting moisture. Good quality price ratio. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

Fact 100% review. I've got Bedberg in other reviews, but there's no room cleaning service every morning. In the process, I should consider the sour smell. And the staff at the hotel (I think it's the boss) is very fluent in English. Towels are sold for 3 euros each and some other items are also sold at the hotel. There is a mart just 5 to 10 minutes walk away, so the vending machine in the lobby is nothing more than water. Shower rooms and toilets are shared. The restroom goes out of the house and the fire goes out or the toilet suddenly goes down by itself. The room that someone else used was in the shower because it had hair or soapy water on the floor. That's it.

OK a 4 star review does not mean 4 star hotel. I stayed here as had passport issue and had to extend trip on tight budget and this meant I had to stay in v budget hotel. I opted for hotel on cost with shared bathroom and shower on another floor. Firstly I was on 3rd floor with only stairs to get there but as active person this was fine. I found all the staff to be pleasant and was given a adequate but clean little room. 2 nights at this hotel and room cleaned every day with clean towel. Not ideal to go to another floor for shower but was clean each time I used. I also asked for hot cup tea one night and this was obliged with no cost. Area had lots of bakeries and everything you need including tram across road. Don't grumble on social media if you pay little and expect the ritz but generally in a desparate situation this hotel served me well. Did not have breakfast but lots places near.

Firstly, when I booked a room at this hotel through it was clearly stated that the room would cost me a total €87 with a free upgrade to a “superior double room”. When it came to paying, I was quoted €96.88 and was told this was the actual rate of the room and NOT what quoted. Secondly, AFTER paying up front and in full for the room, I was told to provide a €150 deposit (more than the cost of the room itself). Absolutely no valid reason was given for this and I still do not have that €150 deposit back 6 days later. This is wholly unacceptable and very very deceptive. The “superior” double room was very clearly a room intended for a disabled person / wheelchair user with an en-suite bathroom that was twice the size of actual bedroom space (i.e. the main space was sacrificed for an oversized bathroom). There was absolutely nothing “superior” about the room. The bathroom was an open plan wet room (which I despise) and was all wet and slippy after each shower (which was annoying when using the bathroom afterwards). The room itself was really cold and even when the (noisy) air conditioner was maxed to 35 degrees, the room was barely lukewarm. The noise at night was unacceptable with a lot of loud disruptive behaviour going on at the entrance with some angry guests locked-out. The breakfast (which cost €18) was very poor in its selection with a non-functioning coffee machine, watered-down juices and only 3 cooked components. I’ve had vastly superior breakfasts in hostels. The area immediately outside the hotel had quite a lot of unsavoury characters hanging about (some openly drug dealing). I didn’t feel at all safe at night. I will never return to this hotel and very strongly discourage others from doing so also.

The Le Katorze Hôtel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Le Katorze Hôtel offers a pleasant stay in Paris for those traveling for business or leisure. Boasting a convenient location, the hotel is just 2km from GARE ST LAZARE RAILWAY STATION and 27km from Paris Orly Airport. The closest major public transportation, Brochant Metro Station, is only 400m away. There's plenty to do nearby, with Cite des Fleurs, Fresque L'Attrape Coeurs and L'instant Beaute all within a short distance. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city.

It is very convenient to buy daily necessities and eat nearby, the service is also good, giving a warm feeling. However, the room is super small, simple appearance, the bed is also very small, it is recommended that fat people do not book here. The room I stayed in was very quiet, and the other room where my friend lived was very noisy, because there were many shops nearby that opened late at night, so the room when I checked in decided the quality of the stay.

Stayed at Hotel Panache for 3 nights. Booked last minute and was still able to get a huge room with a double bed and an additional single bed and which also had a relatively big bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure. Hotel has a small lift which is not always a given in European hotels and is close to Grand Boulevards Metro Station, buses from the Champs D'Elysees and lots of excellent food and bars around the 9th Arr. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped make the stay pleasurable. Hotel is very fairly priced considering the area.

Our room was absolutely tiny and looked nothing like the pictures. The shower had mould around the screen and the bathroom could barely fit one person standing. Breakfast was minimal, freshly cooked croissants was a huge plus but other than that, very little variety and not very fresh, the pineapple looked on the turn and the cheese and meat looked straight from a supermarket packet. Fortunately we weren't there for the hotel but still, it wasnt cheap for two nights and I had expected more.

I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Paris in the 1990s. I continued to stay there every year until 2005, when I stopped traveling to Europe for a few years. In 2018 I returned to Paris and Hotel Emile under its new ownership. They had really done a lot to spruce up the hotel even before COVID 19. My husband and I love this hotel because of its great location. The metro is just across the street. There is a great cafe downstairs on the corner and a grocery store, pastry shop, boulangerie, fromagerie, librarie, etc. all within less than a 10 min walk. It is on the edge of the Marais, the best place in Paris for night time wanderings, in my opinion. And best of all, the hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a real warmth and family feeling at the hotel. I wouldn't change Hotel Emile for the Hotel Charles V!

It was a very good person. I hope to go to Paris next time to stay at this hotel! Recommend everyone to stay! Thank you

It’s really bad! Platinum Member! The hotel turned out to be a bad air conditioner! The weather of thirty-five degrees is not air-conditioned! Suggestions, the lobby manager is very unfriendly and free breakfast and a few bottles of water? ? ? ? But for a few single Indian guests (just I know) to checkin the same day! And the manager protested and told me that our compensation is breakfast! I will never live in this intercontinental again! Service facilities are not as good as China's one star! ! ! !

Breakfast was very French, yogurt oatmeal coffee white cheese apple puree bacon, I ate with the old French lady next to me. What she eats what I eat haha. It is a small room of 9 square meters, but it also has a separate toilet and bathroom, which is good. Living alone is really suitable. The staff is also very nice and speaks English. But there was no inspection when checking out. So I dropped my earphones ...

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and I am always so won over! The welcome is on par with a 4-star hotel. Each interlocutor, is always friendly smiling, helping. The location is ideal, close to all transportation. The rooms are spacious, classically decorated, they are perfectly clean and for me that is the essential. The breakfast is generous, the welcome friendly. I highly recommend this charming hotel, I know that I will return with pleasure to this establishment to have the feeling of feeling “at home”, in Paris.

The location is very good, the transportation is very convenient, the door is the subway station, there is a big Carrefour next to it, it is very convenient to buy ingredients, and it is also close to Chinese restaurants. The attitude of the waiter is very friendly, the door of the apartment is closed for management, the entrance is controlled, and you need to swipe your card. Free coffee and tea are available in the lobby on the first floor. The room is not big, although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs, and it has a full set of kitchen facilities. There is no problem at all when you start your own business. There is also a laundry room in the public area, which is very convenient for washing clothes.

A budget 3 star hotel. It is more convenient to take the subway station for about 7 or 8 minutes. The room was small, except for the bed and luggage, there was no place to go. Breakfast is just like nothing, no surprises. The wine station is very close to Chinatown and it is convenient to eat Chinese food. There is a small memorial hall nearby, which is cheap and good, but sometimes there are many people. In short, if the requirements are not high, it is good to live.

The biggest advantage is being able to see the Eiffel Tower at a reasonable price. Also, the staff at the desk and the cleaning lady were very friendly, and the check-out time is 12 noon, so you can prepare generously :) The room is not very clean, but it is clean. The Eiffel Tower is also very close. Breakfast has a lot of variety, so I don't recommend it.

It only takes about three to five minutes to walk from Paris Gare de Lyon to the hotel, which is very convenient. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are Starbucks coffee around the hotel, there are many restaurants, and there are also many restaurants in the train station that can solve breakfast. The rooms are small and exquisite, and very quiet. Considering such a convenient location, it can be said to be very cost-effective. From Lyon Station, it is very convenient whether to take the subway to the main attractions shopping streets or to go to the suburbs of Versailles and Fontainebleau. recommend!

Lovely hotel, super staff, comfortable rooms bit small but only what is to be expected. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. Our only gripe was the Creole restaurant outside decided to play very loud music from 12 am. It was that bad we went down to complain to reception who did manage to get this turned down but the people in the restaurant continued to be loud. We did find out that the restaurant did not close until 2 am so as we were there to sleep we did not get the best sleep we would have hoped for hence 1 mark being removed.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my 9 year old son. It is a budget hotel so do no expect massive rooms or luxury ! You go to Paris to see the wonderful city not sit round a hotel room ! Staff on reception were very helpful and could not have been more helpful. The rooms are small compared to other more expensive hotels but there are adequate and clean. TV and Wi-Fi are good. There is also a good bathroom and shower. Breakfast is a continental buffet and there was a good selection of breads, cheeses, cold mets etc. The Metro station is a shirt walk away and there is a laundrette directly opposite. There is a McDonalds and other restaurants close to the Metro station. There is also a great department store just round the corner. Overall a very good stay and excellent were staff.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and very unassuming. It is a 10 minute walk to the subway, though there is are a number of buses on the corner. The staff could not be more friendly, patient and accommodating. The interior design is ultra-modern, high quality and chic. The entire hotel is immaculate. We had a Queen size bed in a Standard room, as requested. The bed was The Best, as were the linens. Amenities in the room and throughout the hotel were great. The breakfast is fabulous! Waffles, eggs, sausage, ham, soppressata, fresh squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee and cappuccino, dried fruits and nuts, granola, assorted jellies and preserves, yogurt, fresh baked chocolate and plain croissants, danish, and mini apple turnovers-yum! A beautiful park is just two blocks away. If this hotel were in the heart of the city it would cost four times the price. The hotel is A LITTLE GEM.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a great location , walking distance from Sacre Coeur , Montmartre , Moulin Rouge. All positive. The things i didn’t like was when we were in our room there was a faint tap on door and before we even had chance to realise it was the door a man walked in to unlock the child’s bed. I feel he should of knocked harder and gave us a chance to answer before just walking in. The bar was closed for our whole stay which we weren’t notified of until we got there. Also it was hard to sleep because at 6.30 every morning there was workman making loads of noise right outside our window which I thought was too early and again we weren’t pre-warned about.

The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it. Although there are a lot of French policemen around the market looking at the market, everyone said it was useless. . In Paris, I really want to remind all of you who have just come, pay more attention.

Great new hotel just few minutes walk from Gare de Lyon. Very close to the city centre and easy transport connections. Very nice breakfast. We have had a great time. I'm sorry that time they didn't offer us an upgrade but we felt very comfortable. There are some points missing for this hotel to be the most perfect, but the breakfast still not fully realized due to the pandemic was very good (they confirmed by phone that my son was not paying for being under 12 years old but weno ... I suppose that If you don't claim like this, they don't ask you ...) telephone line hardly audible, very complicated when you don't have the room service menu (because of the covid, I understand but you have to propose a digital alternative with the telephone or another, impossible to read on television The menu The most positive point that every hotel should have is its staff, I hope to see the ones that were working the last time we came. One last thing please send me my invoice that I never received by e-mail, thank you.

The hotel is a boutique. The space is small, but relatively delicate. The hotel is ideally located, 10 minutes walk to Galeries Lafayette department store and 5 minutes walk to the Moulin Rouge. It is a quiet place. The room is slightly smaller and it is clean and clean. Breakfast is located on the basement level and the food is relatively simple but tastes good. The hotel is small and old but has an elevator. A common area on the ground floor is available for rest and waiting for hotel procedures and free refreshments. Overall, the hotel “small but small”.
