The hotel is located next to Tongniu on Wall Street. It is close to several subway exits, but belongs to Xiacheng District. The location is worse than that of Midtown and Uptown. After all, the environment is not very good, and it takes time to take the subway to the attractions of Midtown If it is a girl, it is not recommended. Other than that, the elevator is fast, there are no problems that many people say; there is no kettle in the room, you can use the coffee machine to boil water; there is no free mineral water, but if you are a member, you can get it; there are snacks and instant noodles in the hotel And some spares, my charging cable is broken. Fortunately, it is sold there. The worst thing was that Ctrip had a problem and obviously prepaid. As a result, the hotel said that it did not receive it, but it swiped my card to pay. Coming back to check that Ctrip's payment was indeed not credited, but this irresponsible approach made me quarrel with the hotel for many days and seriously affected my mood and experience.

This hotel and its facilities were one of the most-talked about topics on our week-long visit. There are some aspects of the hotel which are great - some which you dont encounter in some other hotels. Then there are some aspects which simply let the hotel down. The hotel should just give up on Breakfast.. there is no restaurant, and there are only three dining tables and a low coffee table which means that there is not a lot of room if all guests arrive at the same time for Breakfast. "Continental Breakfast" it is advertised on the hotel website - it is nothing of the kind. Consisting of tea, coffee, cerals, croissant, juice and toast it is very minimalist. In the latter part of the stay there were no Croissant or Juice 'because of covid'. Given the number of shops around it would not have been difficult to have sourced these elsewhere, but the staff decided it was too much trouble. There are a few places for breakfast within a short distance from the hotel, though As with no restaurtant, there is no bar either... but there is one two doors down, and behind the hotel. And there are some really good points to this hotel: There is plenty of hot water for the shower, and the temperature doesn't fluctuate as it does in some other hotels in this part of NYC. There are plenty of towels, the bed is comfortable, and the rooms are soundproofed from other rooms (but not from outside). I would have liked a security eye hole in the door so you can see who is at the door before opening it

before I even checked in I was already irritated. Jonathan the front desk agent talks to you in a very condescending manner. After simply telling him that someone forgot to sign on the credit card machine and was told "...thank you for your interest, that's something that we handle." First of all, I wasn't interested in anything except, being polite, just to let you know. 2nd issue, I asked to be upgraded to one of the terrace rooms, was told they no longer have them. And that I should've read the descriptions on the website bc it states it there. So as I'm standing there in the app I look it up and it doesn't have it there and there's also pictures of the terrace rooms. So, I tried to inform him that it doesn't in fact have anything regarding that and I was met with "...sir, like I said, if you go on the website..." At this point I'm over it so I just ask for an upgrade with a view at least and the view was on the inside of the hotel, like for real? I ask for a view and you put me in that room anyways he finally puts me in a corner queen room. Remember this is supposed to be an upgrade 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th....12th issue No fridge(had to call to get one brought up) image attached No microwave Crappy little TV (I can't lay in the bed and watch TV bc I can't see it) and my eyesight is great, I don't need glasses or anything. Image attached No handle on the sliding door for the restroom Image attached View haha don't get me started. To say the decor is outdated is an understatement. And I literally have spent the last 4 hours to try and get the aspect ratio on the tv to change so that I can get some work done but bc the TV is so freaking outdated I can't. So not only did I waste 19000 points plus $175 on a hotel that has literally been one thing after another, after another. So, save yourself from the hassle and condescension from the staff and stay at a better hotel. I wish I would have.

Because my son is studying finance, I booked this hotel on Wall Street. The twin room is very spacious. The hotel room has a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine (you can also get hot water from the coffee machine if you want to drink hot tea). I like it the most. Yes there is a laundry room. It takes three minutes to walk to the pharmacy, where you can buy fruits, food, daily necessities, and it is also close to the pier. There are many hot dogs, fish and chips on it, which is very convenient!

I loved my stay at this hotel. I got there early and I was wanting to just drop off my bag but they let me check in, no fee. The room was clean. Loved the snack bars and drinks in the room. Room was very clean, and I loved the extra details. The male bartender and gentleman who checked me in were very nice! Lots around, restaurants, stores, and subway. I like to stay at Hyatt’s and this one was great. The only issue I have was some billing at check out but it was all fixed and everything was squared away. Would definitely recommend staying here and I will stay here next time I’m in town.

Amazing hotel, stayed in two rooms for 6 nights, and left a little nostalgic. Feeling good are as follows: 1. The service is friendly, fast and convenient. Due to the noise of the air conditioner during the check-in, it has been smooth for three consecutive requests. 2. The room is very large and well-equipped. Not to mention a full set of kitchen equipment and pots and pans, even dishwasher detergent, dishwashing detergent, kitchen paper, and dish sponge are all equipped. 3. There is a large fresh supermarket downstairs, which is readily available. It is very convenient to buy food and cook on your own, which perfectly solves the Chinese stomach. There is a self-service laundry room upstairs, once for 2.75 knives. Washing and drying are counted separately. 4. Excellent location, not only many attractions nearby, but also all subway stations are very close. The only drawback is that everyone mentioned that the huge floor-mounted air conditioner is very noisy and requires earplugs.

Helping people to order, feedback said that the room is a little smaller, but fortunately in the location of the land on the Manhattan Island, very close to Wall Street ~ before the scheduled is also repeatedly selected several times, this time to praise!

Breakfast is my best breakfast at the New York Hotel. Everything is satisfactory except the elevator is slower. It is three meters from the subway exit 1. Renovated in 2017. There are various ways to charge mobile phones in the photos. The toilet bath faucet and switch are ninety degrees. Will not open the faucet and rush to the body. I am satisfied with all the details. It's too close to the new 911 World Trade Center building. Excellent

The room is very small, but this inn can find a room facing the sea at the front desk. It costs $20. The window can overlook the sea in the distance. The sparkling water. The small boat can’t see the mast. It looks like a flowing oil painting.

Check-In/Check-Out Checking in and out was smooth. The gentleman who took care of us was friendly. The Room We got the room with the living room, not sure if this is the standard room here but I don't think so. There's also a small kitchen with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. The floor was a bit cracked in the kitchen. There are windows in the bedroom, a small tv but the remote controller was not working and the tv was not working as well. The bed was a decent size for two but somehow we found a few bugs on the bed, not bed bugs coz we didn't experience any for the two nights we stayed here. The Bathroom The bathroom was a decent size. There's a bathtub but wouldn't recommend to use them looks dirty with stain probably because is old. The water pressure could use some more. There is a hairdryer. Restaurant/Entertainment There is a restaurant since they offer a breakfast buffet in the morning but we didn't try them since it's New York! gotta do the local stuff! Hotel Service/Amenities They have free wifi in the room but the wifi was very slow. They also do baggage service. Overall Not sure would come back here again to stay. The hotel is doing partly renovation when we were there not sure if they're doing renovation for the whole hotel or just some part of the hotel. But they really do need to upgrade and do some fixing on their property especially the rooms. Definitely not for the elderly.

I checked in, entered my room, used the bathroom, and then I left to meet friends in NYC. The room was clean and in perfect condition when I left. When I returned around 11PM, I noticed that the window had been opened. I also noticed a pile of fresh towels on my bed. Housekeeping had been there BEFORE I checked in and entered my room. I did not take a shower or ask for extra towels, so this did not make sense. In the bathroom, there were wet, dirty towels on the floor and in the shower. The sink was also dirty. I called the front desk immediately, and they did move me to an upgraded room. Much appreciated. I emailed a manager - a very detailed email, including pictures. I was not planning to write a negative review, but the manager glossed over the fact that someone had been in my room, and the manager apologized only for the “cleanliness” of my room. I then asked specifically for an explanation. No reply. No explanation was offered as to WHO had been in my room. Someone opened the window. Someone put fresh towels on my bed. Someone also took a shower and threw dirty, wet, stained towels in the shower and on the floor. Someone had used the sink. Yes, cleanliness, especially when Covid is on the rise again, is an issue, but SECURITY is also a MAJOR issue. Who had access to my room? What if I had been in there? What if I had left money or valuables in my room? I did not complain. I don’t like to complain, but I also don’t like when important issues are ignored. I am also extremely curious about what happened. Someone entered my room. Someone must have seen my luggage and coat. This person had to have known the room was occupied. Yet, the person took a shower, messed up my bathroom, opened a window…and somehow got fresh towels? It doesn’t make sense. So, more than anything, this was a SECURITY issue. That part cannot be ignored/overlooked. Keys are needed to access the floors, so someone should be able to solve this mystery. Regardless, at over $300 a night, this is unacceptable. This hotel used to be amazing. My favorite hotel, actually. However, it is NOT the same hotel I remember. The other reviews are correct. It is not worth $300 or more a night. I would say it’s worth $189-$200. Park in Hoboken and get a room in NYC. The really nice hotels in NYC are about $300.
