According to family circumstances, it was necessary to stay in Petrograd for a couple of days, next to Corpus Street. The apartment hotel Grani was perfect. I read the reviews, as a whole everything arranged. Standard ”comfort” room, small, everything necessary to eat, modern, clean. Comfortable bed, good lingerie. Breakfast was not taken, kitchen was not used. In principle the hotel can be estimated at 4+ and recommended, but with one reservation. For me there was a huge minus of living in it. On the first floor of the building there is a bar. The hours of work it week up to 03.00, on weekends up to 05.00. Unfortunately I didn't know about it and so it was impossible to sleep, ”dubby” music all night. The bar is not owned and he is not guilty, but there is no such information in the reviews, and for someone it may be substantial. I asked the registry to replace the room, but alas, it failed.

Water, coffee, tea, sugar, dishes, teapot - everything in the room. The pool and sauna to 12-00 (in value included). We were with breakfast (very recommended): diverse and delicious, with such breakfasts before dinner you don't starve))) For dinner took pasta and the cook made on order puree with boilers (very delicious, you can eat at least every day). Here are 10 stars out of five (except for one of those guards who sit in the chair in the evening, which with his remark made in a rough form, spoiled the mood and the child and me). Hotel is nothing special. Normal rooms. No desk is not comfortable if on the trip and you have to work. Clean but the interior is not modern. From the subway you can get on foot, but far away. Good restaurants are 10 minutes walk, but you need to know which direction to go. Under the windows is parking, so if you like silence, you don't have to come here. The TV in the room didn't work, even after the rehab worker tried to set it up. There is a cooler with water on the floor. Minibar is not available. Restaurant (cafe) works only for breakfast. Breakfast is, I must say, very good for a hotel at this level. Ask about dry pumpkin as one day I went to work at 5 a.m. They said it was impossible. From morning on, they asked if breakfast was not for me in the refrigerator (there were 7 breakfasts). It turned out not for me.So there are early breakfasts? But not for everyone? How is it possible. On the day of departure, it took 10 minutes to find a young man with a respiratory. After a repeated call and attraction of the cafe staff, the young man appeared somewhere sleepy and minted. If it was at 5-6 hours in the morning, I wouldn't say the words. But at 9 a.m. it looks like disrespect for the residents. In general, I don't recommend. You can live here if there is a reason (location, price, presence of a conference room). If they aren't there, look at another revenge. I'm sure it will be better and cheaper.

Были июль 22г. на соревнованиях, 2 чел. и гора спортивной экипировки (велосипед, гидрокостюм и др. еще 6 мест!). Отель выбирали по близости к месту соревнований (Сибур-Арена) и доступной цене. Приехали гораздо раньше времени заселения, номер был еще занят. В отеле радушно встретили, разместили всю нашу гору вещей в камере хранения, напоили кофе, дали возможность отдохнуть, умыться. Номер на 1-м этаже реально небольшой, но, с учетом того, что все наши спортивные вещи постоянно были рядом в камере хранения - то места вполне хватало. Теперь по (+) и (-). Главный ”+”, за что ставлю 5* - для нескольких спортсменов, соревнования у которых были рано утром - в отеле сделали полноценный горячий завтрак до 6(!) утра в воскресенье. Большое спасибо, горячее питание не заменишь никакими сухпайками. Вообще, с питанием в отеле проблем не вижу. Да, может не все критерии шведского стола соблюдены, но, например, постоянно на завтраках из горячих блюд были молочная каша, тефтели, сосиски, рис, гречка, омлет-яичница, вареники, домашние оладьи. Есть сметана, сгущенка, творог, овощи-фрукты, 2 вида салатов, нарезки, яйца, пресловутые сушки-печеньки. Умирающих от голода замечено не было. Даже спортсмены с их отличным аппетитом хорошо наедались. Еще явный ”+” - исправная, новая хорошая сантехника. В номерах чистейшее белье, полотенца. Имеется вентилятор, который хорошо помогал в середине июля. Отличный WiFi и ТВ. Из того, что можно считать ”-” - большинство явно не зависит от самого отеля. Да, скучный район, напоминающий военную базу. Все нужное - только у метро. В выходные в 6 утра приезжают машины-мусорки с их писком и грохотом. В самом отеле - внимательнее следите за запретом курения в номерах. Было накурено. Не хватало ложки для обуви (это или моя карма или беда всех отелей где я бываю?!). Из посуды не было вилок-ножей-штопора, но, опять же, подозреваю, что оные были ”взяты на память” гостями. В целом - понравилось внимание и отношение персонала. Остальное - вторично. Однозначно рекомендую, спасибо!

I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. В итоге оказалось, что завтрак с 9-00, а в субботу с 10-00; У меня были утренние встречи, поэтому оба дня остался без завтрака. Заранее никто не предупредил, что так поздно для завтрака открывается у них ресторан. В номере не убираются после 1й ночи. На просьбу дать или продать бутылку воды, потому что утром все закрыто, а после первой ночи никто ее не доставил, предложили самому сходить в магазин Красное и белое.

В номере есть сейф, холодильник, телевизор, бутылка с водой, кулер на этаже. Завтрак - шведский стол (рис, овсяная каша, омлет, творог, овощи, фрукты, сырники, мясная нарезка, сыр... Чай, кофе, морс. Ужин заказывается заранее на выбор. Мне понравился и завтрак и ужин, но тут, как говорится, на вкус и цвет. Английская атмосфера, созданная за счёт аутентичных вещей и картин всё же не скрывает минусы: - пластиковые душевые кабины и фено-аппараты, прибитые к стене - пыль на абажурах, зеркалах - подтёки и ржавчина в уборной - текстиль, который больше напоминает не Англию, а что-то, что долго хранилось в бабушкином сундуке - холодильник очень сильно морозит продукты, а если уменьшать температуру, то сразу начинает течь - ”уставшая” мебель

Не знаю даже с чего начать: с неприятного или с ужасного. Начну с того, что важно понимать всем. Если вы бронируете эконом имеете ввиду , что вас могут поселить в номер, которого на фото нет. На просьбу переселит в номер, который на фото от директора через администраторов было передано сообщение с предложением доплатить за переселение. После того, как написала в сервис , через который бронировала - номер нашёлся без всяких доплат. И в общем то я даже хотела написать вполне доброжелательный отзыв если бы не произошедшее дальше. А теперь из отвратительного. В один из последних дней нашего прибывания в гостинице на завтраке к нам подошла женщина, (либо уборщица, либо повар кафе, точно не знаю) мило поздоровалась, и после этого начался неадекватный малоосмысленный для меня ор. Что то про то что мы свиньи, ужасные родители, что нас внесут в чёрный список посетителей, что нам должно быть стыдно, что они всё сняли на видео. В попытках понять о чем вообще речь я уловила только то, что после нас осталась салфетка на полу (видимо действительно брошенная ребёнком). Я была настолько в ступоре от сюрреализма происходящего, что просто развернулась и ушла. Не было никакого желания прояснять и доказывать свою правоту. К слову сказать более спокойного и доброжелательного мелкого чем наш ещё надо поискать. Мы были в очень многих гостиницах, кафе, ресторанах , но никогда не сталкивались с таким кошмаром. Думаю , что родителям с маленькими детьми эту гостиницу лучше обойти стороной. Администратор кафе в грубой форме отказалась мне говорить имя этой женщины и отпихнула меня когда я хотела постучать к ней в служебную дверь. Я уже не говорю о таких мелочах как отказ разогреть еду ребенку и дать маленькую ложку. Из хорошего : совершенно прекрасная горничная , невероятно добрый и милый человек. Администраторы девочки вполне адекватные, входили в положение, видно было, что за ситуацию с номером им самим неприятно. Но похоже это стандартная тема , продавать одни номера , а селить в другие. Но это не от администраторов зависит, конечно же. Завтраки действительно вполне себе с учетом цены , особенно. Но минус в том, что они не меняются от слова совсем. То есть если вы едите на неделю то вы неделю будете завтракать : макароны, сосиски, оладьи , помидор , огурец, капуста , каша , фруктовый салат. Это всё вполне вкусно и сытно , но неделю одно и то же как то ))) В общем, гостиницу мы эту забудем как страшный сон. Фото каморки на мансардном этаже и фото номера соответствующего описанию прилагаю. Кстати, ещё про мансардный этаж- окно в потолке , закрывать его надо палкой , девочки админы сказали, что для этого можно приглашать специального мужчину если сами не справимся 😄. Если идёт дождь - окно надо закрывать. Плюс весь номер в тополином пуху , потому что никакой сетки в окне нет, конечно же. , забыла (после той тётки в кафе, про такое и не вспомнишь) - в душевых плесень. Сейчас перечитываю отзывы и понимаю, что похоже реал

It is a luxury hotel but it has an excellent location. A supermarket is open 24hs, and there are also restaurants and cafeterias. It is 5min from Hermitage and Neva. A square from the metro station and the Av. NEVSKI. The hotel has a very good breakfast but serves it in a coffee outside the hotel (a few steps). It is basic but gives you coffee, toast, fruit, egg. The bad thing: the receptionists' attention is bad. Very little predisposition and in some cases even unhappy. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. It is not air conditioned and is a city with moisture, for the summer they put up fans. In conclusion, for a few days and a low cost trip is acceptable. It doesn't give more than that.

When I booked, I had a bad review and a little hesitant. The actual stay was quite good. The location is quite close to the train station and Neva Street, belonging to the city center. The reception was also very warm and stayed for two nights. The room for me was with a small balcony, which was a small surprise. Breakfast can be delivered to the room or to the bar on the first floor. One person is also very careful. The only thing that feels not very good is that there is a step to carry luggage up the door. ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.
