Had the pleasure of staying at this nice little hotel located at small nice plaza. Rooms are a little small, but you are in Paris so you should not spend much time here! ;-) The hotel is clean, had a nice intercontinental breakfast with a ok selection of things to choose from. 5-10 min walk to from the metro. I will use this hotel again if going to Paris for a few days with my wife!

A budget 3 star hotel. It is more convenient to take the subway station for about 7 or 8 minutes. The room was small, except for the bed and luggage, there was no place to go. Breakfast is just like nothing, no surprises. The wine station is very close to Chinatown and it is convenient to eat Chinese food. There is a small memorial hall nearby, which is cheap and good, but sometimes there are many people. In short, if the requirements are not high, it is good to live.

We had a lovely weekend stay in Paris - this Ibis is located in a calm neighborhood but is close to a few metro stations. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent! The staff was very friendly and even called to make sure we had settled into the room all right. Face masks were required, and hand sanitizer was available throughout the hotel. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et ce super séjour, c'était très agréable !

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and very unassuming. It is a 10 minute walk to the subway, though there is are a number of buses on the corner. The staff could not be more friendly, patient and accommodating. The interior design is ultra-modern, high quality and chic. The entire hotel is immaculate. We had a Queen size bed in a Standard room, as requested. The bed was The Best, as were the linens. Amenities in the room and throughout the hotel were great. The breakfast is fabulous! Waffles, eggs, sausage, ham, soppressata, fresh squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee and cappuccino, dried fruits and nuts, granola, assorted jellies and preserves, yogurt, fresh baked chocolate and plain croissants, danish, and mini apple turnovers-yum! A beautiful park is just two blocks away. If this hotel were in the heart of the city it would cost four times the price. The hotel is A LITTLE GEM.

A pleasant hotel, well located about 100 metres from Place d'Italie metro station, junction of 3 lines. Also multiple buses go from around Place d'Italie. (Unluckily for us, this station was closed and 2 lines not operational during our visit from 22-26 December 2019, due to the 'social movement' pension strikes, but that's another story.) The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke good English, ideal since my French is pretty crummy. Rooms were very clean, and we had a larger room, which had two fold-out single-size couch beds, so a family of 4 could be accommodated if required. Like most hotel rooms in Paris, the rooms are fairly small, but quite acceptable. It was very clean. Breakfast was included in our tariff, and was surprisingly good. I hadn't expected much, but there was a good variety of various types of food, to suit English, European and American tastes: cereals, juices, toast, fruit, yoghurts, meat & cheese, various breads, croissants, brioches etc, eggs, and machines for tea and coffee. The breakfast room is in the basement. There is a weekly market on Fridays on the street outside, which is good for food and handicrafts. It was also good to be in a genuinely working part of Paris, in the 13e - gives a completely different feel to staying in the more touristy areas of the inner left bank, right bank and around the Gard du Nord. Altogether, recommended, a good and not expensive choice in this district.

This is a hotel near the Italian Square, very good location, very close to the subway bus station, opposite the big shopping center and supermarket, many shops and bakery restaurants on both sides of the street, very convenient. The room is not big, but it is quite big in Paris. Cost-effective.

Stayed in the hotel for three nights, originally planned to go to the town to play, but unfortunately the train stopped because of the strike, because I thought this hotel was a good value for money, I chose to extend my stay for two more nights. Note: There is an additional fee for cleaning, it is best to prepare a garbage bag by yourself, no toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers and facial tissue.

We mainly chose this hotel because of its relatively low price compared to other ones in / near Paris. We stayed there for 4 nights and payed ~280 EUR. You get what you pay for, although a bit less than what you'd get in other countries / places. Check-in was quick and comfortable, staff spoke good english. Room was reasonably clean; the bathroom was quite small (door barely opened because of the toilet being in the way). One issue was the water which had a strong chlorine smell and taste to it. The ”twin bed” was actually two single beds pushed together. Not that comfortable; beds kept separating and we constantly fell in the hole that was created by that. One major advice before going to eat breakfast: leave your room 10 min earlier as you will be stuck waiting for the elevator / in the elevator itself (very slow; stops at random floors). The next obstacle you'll encounter is Éric. This older man tries to do his best to keep you from entering the breakfast area, if you're only half a minute late (breakfast ”officially” ends at 10.00 AM). This is especially weird when other hotel personnel tries to tell him it's still okay to go there at 10.01. He just doesn't care. At least we were given some croissant and coffee from the bar by other staff. If you somehow manage to pass Éric, the breakfast itself isn't too overwhelming. Two kinds of ham and cheese, some bread and croissants, yoghurts. Sadly no opportunity to get fresh omelettes. For this price it's okay. The hotel is near (5-10min walk) a tram station. This was our only option as we were visiting during a transit strike. As Gentilly is outside of Paris, you should count in some time to get to the center / touristic areas. The people working at the reception are really helpful when it comes to helping one out, for example when you're in need of a taxi / Uber. Side note: ask for prices before getting inside a taxi; drivers try to scam their clients at any cost (ex.: 150 EUR / 25min drive). In conclusion, the hotel was okay for the pricing. As already stated, you'd get more in other cities / countries, but it was fair for Paris during Christmas. And please, beware Éric.

Super station three-way hotel! There is a station entrance right in front of the hotel, so the access is very good. It's a little noisy, but it's warm and the bed is fluffy, so I went to sleep. The rooms are a bit soft, but the bathroom was very clean and I was completely satisfied with the newly renovated ㅎㅎ unlike the up sumnail, the sheets are very clean, so you don't have to hesitate. The only downside is that the elevator is too small to carry a big carrier and it's hard to ride? It was a little small but it was good to be able to see YouTube because it was a Samsung smart TV

It is very convenient to buy daily necessities and eat nearby, the service is also good, giving a warm feeling. However, the room is super small, simple appearance, the bed is also very small, it is recommended that fat people do not book here. The room I stayed in was very quiet, and the other room where my friend lived was very noisy, because there were many shops nearby that opened late at night, so the room when I checked in decided the quality of the stay.

Stayed at Hotel Panache for 3 nights. Booked last minute and was still able to get a huge room with a double bed and an additional single bed and which also had a relatively big bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure. Hotel has a small lift which is not always a given in European hotels and is close to Grand Boulevards Metro Station, buses from the Champs D'Elysees and lots of excellent food and bars around the 9th Arr. Staff were very friendly and helpful and helped make the stay pleasurable. Hotel is very fairly priced considering the area.

Our room was absolutely tiny and looked nothing like the pictures. The shower had mould around the screen and the bathroom could barely fit one person standing. Breakfast was minimal, freshly cooked croissants was a huge plus but other than that, very little variety and not very fresh, the pineapple looked on the turn and the cheese and meat looked straight from a supermarket packet. Fortunately we weren't there for the hotel but still, it wasnt cheap for two nights and I had expected more.

I stayed at this hotel during my first trip to Paris in the 1990s. I continued to stay there every year until 2005, when I stopped traveling to Europe for a few years. In 2018 I returned to Paris and Hotel Emile under its new ownership. They had really done a lot to spruce up the hotel even before COVID 19. My husband and I love this hotel because of its great location. The metro is just across the street. There is a great cafe downstairs on the corner and a grocery store, pastry shop, boulangerie, fromagerie, librarie, etc. all within less than a 10 min walk. It is on the edge of the Marais, the best place in Paris for night time wanderings, in my opinion. And best of all, the hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a real warmth and family feeling at the hotel. I wouldn't change Hotel Emile for the Hotel Charles V!

Stayed here for a June trip to Roland-Garros, and the location was ideal, between 15th & 7th. Good metro stops, restaurants, market. The price is a little higher than listed but that's true for any place nearby this time frame. And the comfort of the room made up for it. The proprietors are wonderful, great service, nice breakfast. To our surprise, when we left behind an inexpensive hat, they mailed it to us in the Languedoc at no charge. Thank you!

It’s really bad! Platinum Member! The hotel turned out to be a bad air conditioner! The weather of thirty-five degrees is not air-conditioned! Suggestions, the lobby manager is very unfriendly and free breakfast and a few bottles of water? ? ? ? But for a few single Indian guests (just I know) to checkin the same day! And the manager protested and told me that our compensation is breakfast! I will never live in this intercontinental again! Service facilities are not as good as China's one star! ! ! !

The pros of this hotel are as follows: The reception staff speak English, and are very friendly and helpful. The woman at reception printed my Disneyland Tickets which was a real life saver. The location is good. Its a 10 minute walk from the Denfert-Rouchereau station, which can get you to Disneyland, and connects straight to CDG Airport. It was sunny when we went, so we walked most places. It's a 10 minute walk to the catacombs, and within an hour walk to the eiffel tower, notre dam, and the louvre. The room has everything you need, having a double bed, a single bed, a TV, a desk, 2 bedside tables, a kettle and a hairdryer. And the housekeeping comes to tidy up daily. On the other hand: The rooms look pretty dated, but they're not too bad. But the walls are pretty thin, so if anyone makes a noise in the hotel, you're going to hear it. Breakfast is €10 per person per day, and although we didn't have it, judging by the reviews it's the usual cereals, croissants, etc. So you're probably best going to one of the many local cafes for breakfast. The reception isn't always manned, which is a problem if you need anything outside the working hours. It's open in the morning, closes for a few hours in the afternoon, and then opens again 4:30-9:30. We got a triple room (1 double and 1 single bed) for €80 a night, which is a decent price for the location. But anywhere else a hotel like this would be worth nowhere near as much, so it's slightly over priced. Usually I'd give this a 4*, but in the morning after spending our first night here, after taking a shower, a sewage type smell started coming out of the bathroom. It was disgusting, and so bad we had to leave our room. Luckily we were on our way out anyway. We told reception about this on our way out in the morning, and it was fixed by the time we came back in the night, but it did ruin the stay a little.

It only takes about three to five minutes to walk from Paris Gare de Lyon to the hotel, which is very convenient. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are Starbucks coffee around the hotel, there are many restaurants, and there are also many restaurants in the train station that can solve breakfast. The Ibis conditions are quite good, but the surrounding environment is too bad. When we heated the food at the front desk, because of the large amount of luggage, we managed poorly. We didn’t know when someone had taken a bag and was stolen some cash. One person ran back sweating and said that he saw someone taking our bag and he was chasing it back. Then we checked that the cash was gone. But the two of us were too stupid, and thanked each other. Later, the people around me should be the thief... Then we contacted the hotel right away, the hotel expressed anger, but we finally had no right to monitor even the monitoring, who did not know who to take How to get it, can't recover it. Although there are a lot of French policemen around the market looking at the market, everyone said it was useless. . In Paris, I really want to remind all of you who have just come, pay more attention.
