2.5km from BOC Bus StopAbout 2.5km away from Yangon Airport (domestic and international), we stayed here cuz Yangon Airport Hotel did not have sufficient rooms for our group and we just needed one night's transit stay. From airport, taxi price is about 7000 kyats (though one did go for 6000), however from this hotel to airport, it was only 2,500 to 3000 kyats. After having spent few days in Yangon, I learned that for a distance of about 2.5km, 3,000 kyats is actually about right (as that is the price taxis will quote you even in the city centre for the same distance) so try to stand your ground and find a taxi from airport to this hotel for 3,000 max 5,000 kyats (the latter already being very generous). Hotel grounds need work as the garden was barren and not green but rather mostly dirt soil and looked run down. The room was decent, however, drainage did not work so water from the night's shower did not drain AT ALL so it was flooded in the morning - hence I decided not to take a quick morning shower in the end before heading to the airport.
2.53km from BOC Bus StopThe hotel is near nine miles, shopping around the supermarket is convenient, close to the airport There are not many varieties of breakfast, both Chinese and Western. I went out the next morning and didn't hang "pls make up room" on the door handle. I found that I didn't clean it at night.

2.58km from BOC Bus StopI have been staying at this hotel on a business trip to Yangon. I used to help my local colleagues in Myanmar to make reservations. The first time I found out that Ctrip can also book, and the confirmation is very fast. I don't have to worry about my colleagues in the future. This hotel is very close to the airport, surrounded by Northpoint Ocean supermarket, and dining is also convenient. The hotel's breakfast is available in American and Korean styles. This time, German colleagues stayed together. They didn't like the two kinds of breakfast. So they asked for milk and cereals, fruits and the like. The waiter's English is not very good. Exchange, but still can basically solve the daily diet problems.

The hotel features family rooms. All units are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kettle, a bidet, a hairdryer and a desk. At the hotel every room is fitted with a wardrobe and a private bathroom.
2.72km from BOC Bus StopThe facilities are poor, breakfast is not eaten, I don’t know.
2.76km from BOC Bus StopVery nice hotel in Yangon, Myanmar. It is very close to the airport and it is very convenient to travel. There are Chinese food and Japanese food. The back environment is very quiet. The hotel is also very clean. breakfast

2.85km from BOC Bus StopThis hotel is our first choice for business trips. I have stayed many times and the health services are okay. Occasionally they feel that their bedding is not very clean, but the requirements are not high and acceptable. Burmese breakfast, so I haven't changed. But this time after going to the TIMES under the bridge next time, I think it ’s still okay. There is a Chinese hotel. The price is affordable and there is Chinese food.
Hotels Near Boc Bus Stop In Yangon Review
The environment is very general, the road is very noisy, the location is relatively remote, and the slums border, but it does not matter, the folk customs are simple and safe, the hotel health is good, the room is large, drinking water, coffee, cigarettes, sets, etc. are all equipped. This scared me. The customer service is very warm and thoughtful.
Very nice hotel in Yangon, Myanmar. It is very close to the airport and it is very convenient to travel. There are Chinese food and Japanese food. The back environment is very quiet. The hotel is also very clean. breakfast
Breakfast is OK, there are more types to choose from. Breakfast is the same as most hotels from 6:30 to 9:30. The room I stayed in could not have an extra bed. Suitable for children. The location of the hotel is very good, easy to find, very close to the Ruiguang Golden Pagoda. There is a small parking lot in the hotel. It is no problem to park five or six cars, but there are only one or two cars in normal times. The front desk service is especially good. If you go out to play more expensive, they will help you to call the taxi price will be more reasonable. When I left the store, I was in the morning flight. The breakfast at 6:30 allowed me to dine at six o'clock. The front desk service manager I have contacted many times is a man who has been a 13-year-old man. He is a good man, humble and courteous, and good at English. The only problem that arises is that the location of the hotel does not match the location indicated on the map. The position of the five-pointed star in the uploaded image is the location indicated by the route, while the small blue circle is the actual hotel location.
Location: The hotel is a 3-minute walk to the side of Myanmar Plaza. At first, we thought about choosing the Pan Pacific Hotel next to Junction City, but there was a problem over there that there were more people who were noisier, and there were more people in the restaurant. Just to mention, introduce Myanmar Plaza cuisine, Korean fried chicken, Cantonese tea (I am really good for Cantonese, intestines and pork ribs tripe) KOI, tribute tea, small hot pot, spicy hot pot skewers, parents feel Down, I unanimously said that I prefer Myanmar Plaza, and I feel that locals go more. There are also masks available at the drug store next to the supermarket on the second floor.
Hotel facilities and services: We did not use the hotel's swimming pool or gym because of the new pneumonia, but as soon as we got out of the car, someone came up to get our luggage. Even if we called GRAB at the door, the waiter at the door would help you drive the door and take you to the car. When I went there, it happened to be Chinese New Year. Check in told us Happy New Year in Chinese.
Breakfast at the hotel: It can really be said to be perfect, basically all types of breakfast have Vietnamese / Chinese noodles, Chinese snacks, Western bread, eggs, various fruits, a lot of fresh juice. Parents like the breakfast in this restaurant very much, they praise it, and go to breakfast every morning.
Hotel room: I didn't book a room with a lake view, but I could see the Shwedagon Pagoda from a long distance from my room. On the first day of the year, I saw fireworks nearby. The room is about 30 square meters, which is very large enough to open the luggage casually. The design of the bathroom is the black and white tone, which is a relatively new design. And every day someone will help you clean the room and change the towels.
As the 5-stars services and facilities, I am highly appreciate and I would strongly recommand to my friends who come to Yangoon.
In a small alley, found by navigation, the room is clean, the service is particularly good, the staff are very enthusiastic, smiling service. After checking out, pushing the suitcase and walking the alley to the road, the hotel staff was very enthusiastic to help me put the box on the road. I refused. This is the best service hotel I have encountered. The downside is that the window has no screens, the shower head is placed unreasonably, and the water is easily spilled outside the bathtub.
Suitable for Chinese people, cost-effective, the front desk will be Chinese, it is very convenient to stay at this hotel nearby. Don't be too picky about this price hotel is very convenient.
Ten minutes from the Shwedagon Pagoda, you can go once in the morning and evening, and you can use the morning ticket in the evening. The activity is very interesting. The rooms are clean and the showers are especially good. Breakfast is not luxurious, but it changes every other day. The boss is very enthusiastic, helping the Yangon to Mandalay's luxury bus MANDALAR MINN EXPRESS similar business class value for money. Go out and turn left to the right and turn about 80 meters. The right hand side of the yard, MAI THAI RESTAURANT, is clean and delicious, and the service is super good. (Curry crab, fans are good) The hotel needs to communicate in English or local language, quiet and quiet. There are 2 cocks nearby who don’t scream in the morning and evening until they are dumb. It’s estimated that they have taken the wrong medicine, but they haven’t harassed you because most of them are playing outside. The hotel is not on the street, there is no face, so it is quiet. It is convenient to take a taxi.
We stayed here over my boyfriend's birthday and it was wonderful. Clean rooms, aircon, nice shower. The staff were amazing! They organised us motor scooters to rent and phoned our bus company taking us back to Yangon so they could pick us up just down the road from the hotel, and always made sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. Even when we got sick for a day we still felt comfortable here. Highly recommended!
I didn’t pay much attention to business trips.
Good hotel to stay at near the airport. Bar and nite club on the ground floor
The child is not yet 13 years old, it should belong to the category of 12 years old and under. You can go to the front desk behind the store to charge an additional $ 20. The room is small, and it is cramped after the extra bed. Fortunately, I only booked one night, and moved to Hotel99 a few hundred meters away the next day. Obviously, the room was large and cheap, because I had to stay a few days and talk about a discount. However, it cannot be denied that its breakfast is the richest since Myanmar, and the room on the 10th floor is relatively quiet, but the attitude of the front desk is too poor to communicate at all
We stayed three nights in the nice clean hotel. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy and the water pressure was good and water was hot. We had air conditioning in the room. It was a very comfortable stay. Would stay again.
Authentic and Very Good Japanese Quality Service Hotel There are two type of room That is Lohas Single Room ,lohas Single Room with kitchen and lohas Twin Separate Male & Female Japanese Style Osan One Japanese Style Restaurant
The breakfast here is quite satisfactory. The hotel has strong Chinese elements. There is a Chinese seafood restaurant in the lobby on the first floor (important because Burmese food is really bad). The hotel is next to the zoo. It is fun to hear lion and tiger howling every morning. The swimming pool in the hotel is relatively high, but the bathroom in the room where I stayed didn't drain well, and it was not repaired after three days.
Convenient parking, convenient shopping nearby, the room is not noisy, the view from the big window is good
This hotel is not flashy or glamorous. Instead it’s a very comfortable and convenient home away from home. The reason for my enthusiasm is the impeccable care and attention given by two generations of owners who really go out of their way to make guests’ lives as easy as possible. An extension of that care are the features of the super clean rooms - very comfortable beds with fresh crisp linens every day. Excellent WiFi throughout, an unusual range of complimentary beverages, restocked daily, and appliances that always work. Beside the friendly and helpful staff, there has never been a time when at least one of the owners was not on site and ready to help with any additional needs or questions. Even though I’m not a breakfast person, the excellent breakfast, freshly made to order also deserves special mention. I highly recommend Golden Guest Inn and will definitely book it for our next stay in Yangon.
Staff - Mr. Kyaw and Mr. Kyi at the front desk were VERY helpful, kind and caring. I received a very warm welcome from them. They're always willing to help you with your problems. In fact, they go out of their way to do their best to help you feel at home. They even helped me get a taxi that cost less than the price on my GRAB taxi app. They take a very good care of all their guests (from what I have noticed), which is really nice! If you need help with planning your trip within Myanmar, you can always ask them. They can give you detailed useful information and I have seen them help other guests makes transportation arrangements too. They speak English very well so you don't have to worry about communication barrier. Plus, the owner of the guesthouse will personally pick you up from the airport and take you back (anytime between 6.00 a.m. - 3 p.m.) provided you tell them your arrival and departure time in advance. I will definitely come back. Breakfast and Free Water - if you'd like to sample local dishes like Mohingar as part of the free breakfast instead of their healthy and balanced continental breakfast comprising of eggs, fruits, toast and coffee/burmese milk tea, you can make your request a day in advance. You can get hot/cold drinking water whenever in the dining area, which is also where you can use their kettle and fridge. the dining area is clean and I spent most of my time there working on my laptop. Quiet, Clean and Spacious Room - the single room that I booked came with a private bathroom. I asked for a quiet room and I got one. It was clean and I was very satisfied with the condition of the room. everything worked just fine. there was plenty of space to put all my things and there are more than 2 sockets for me to charge my electronic gadgets. if you have any problems, TELL THEM and they will fix it for you IMMEDIATELY. the water pressure was not a problem for me. All I had to do was let them know I'm about to use the shower so they would turn up the water pressure for me. WIFI - I was able to stream all of my shows online from my room and didn't have to wait for the videos to load. But, if you're not satisfied with the speed, LET THEM KNOW so they could do something about it. I was satisfied with the speed, though. Location - the location is superb. it's in downtown area, which makes it easy to get to many touristy spots. i also like the fact that there's the daily farmers market right in front of the guesthouse. across the guesthouse is a nice place to eat local food. it's clean, cheap and serves yummy local cuisines.
The surrounding environment is very good, the location is also very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the boss, the staff are very warm, very good in the morning, will stay again next time!
The location is particularly good, close to the shopping center, but quiet on its own, and can see beautiful sunrises and sunsets every day. The service staff was very friendly. The facilities in the room were average and clean enough. There is a nice pool and children go swimming every day. There is an international 24-hour emergency rescue center downstairs. The friend who is traveling is sick and it is very convenient to see a doctor.
The living performance nearby is not good and it is close to Yangon Airport. Temporary accommodation waiting for the plane.
Abe Asan, Taiwan, traveled the earth, walked the streets, visited coffee shops all over the world, and stayed at 2020.01.15 for the 9th month of the trip.
Very nice hotel.Safery and modernize .Front desk supervisor Mr Thet was very nice and helpful.Breakfast was excellent.Excellent HK service when we request something; we got the quick service.Bellboy and security staffs were nice and helpful.During our stay we don't need cleaning the room.Room was always cleaned and no defect.
The young girl at the front desk is very cute, but he doesn't need WeChat, if he can hope to be friends with him.
In the villa area, the hotel smells the flowers. The breakfast at the hotel is very healthy and well-made for the Chinese stomach. The service staff is very enthusiastic. 24 hour hot water is also great! On the last day, we also helped us to delay for free. Thank you very much, the boss. I will definitely choose this hotel next time.
I highly recommend this hotel for a day or two in Yangon. Our taxi driver had no idea how to get to this hotel - I pulled up my offline map app and we used that to get there. This hotel is off the mainstreet literally in a residential neighborhood. There is lots of street food and shops nearby that are fun to walk around and make you feel like you're one of the locals. Our room was comfortable and clean. The roof top breakfast restaurant was fantastic. Of course the food was very ordinary, but the birds eye view of the neighborhood and a beautiful sunrise almost directly behind the Schewagon (?) pagoda made it very memorable. My only complaint is that the wi-fi was nonexistent. A primary reason for this is that the neighborhood kids know the hotel password and and sit outside the entrance on their cellphones all night. =)
The speed of the Huawei-approved hotel is good, but every time you remind the front desk to help open the WiFi account, the hotel is not bad, the price is not bad in the local area, the breakfast options are also rich, and the TV has a Chinese channel.
This hotel service is really good to say nothing. As long as you see something in your hand, someone will come over and help you mention the room. The location is also good, the entrance is the Royal Lake, the scenery is very beautiful. There are convenience stores on the left side of the door, there are shopping malls, and it is convenient to eat and shop. The breakfast is recommended, and the breakfast is super beautiful.
The hotel is near nine miles, shopping around the supermarket is convenient, close to the airport There are not many varieties of breakfast, both Chinese and Western. I went out the next morning and didn't hang "pls make up room" on the door handle. I found that I didn't clean it at night.
