We recently spent 3 nights at this hotel when we were in town for a softball tournament at FAU. The room was nicely laid out (right now they are not doing housekeeping for multiple night stays unless requested, which is consistent with most hotels, but we had no trouble getting extra towels at the front desk). The breakfast was excellent (if you have a chance to try out their little pre-made waffles, do it!) and the crew worked very hard to keep up with the crowds as there were multiple collegiate sports teams staying here during our visit. The location is very convenient for either walking down Yamato Road or driving to FAU. In addition, a mile straight north up Park of Commerce Blvd. takes you to the Yamato Scrub Natural Area, which is a nice area to explore. You can either walk to it, or drive and park in the small lot, before exploring on the trails. If we find ourselves at another FAU tournament, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We stayed here while exploring Boca on a college visit to FAU. We weren't expecting a 5 star resort but they were hosting a large body building convention and a party so they didn't have the staff to keep p w/ the needs of the guests on that night. The room didn't feel completely clean and the staff wasn't available to address the dirty shower we encountered. It wasn't the worst experience but I wouldn't go back if I came back this way.

When I came to the class, because I lived for more than the preferential price given to the class, I decided to stay in Ctrip for one night. It seems that it is not expensive. The room is super large, it is a suite, there is a refrigerator microwave, sofa. The front is the swimming pool and the rear window is the parking lot. The scenery is beautiful. Definitely suitable for vacation and leisure. I want to rent a car, because it is surrounded by hotels and roads, so I stayed at the hotel to prepare the course. Everywhere is the elderly to come on holiday, the fish restaurant TARCO in the hotel restaurant is very delicious, I can't finish the hot microwave oven in the evening. It is also very quiet around, in short, it is a good place to rest. However, the hotel did not have a shuttle service to Fort Lauderdale Airport and had to take a taxi. When I came, I was about $58, and I had to add a tip.

Some honest feedback and thoughts about this Marriot property in Boca. Stayed there for several months. There is a lot to like about this hotel: It is centrally located in Boca and wedged in between I95 and Boca Raton‘s small airport. The hotel is very clean, in my opinion, and it is obvious given how hard the staff are working. Always mopping common areas, elevators and keeping things fresh. The rooms are what to expect at a Fairfield. Nottingham more, nothing less. The TV‘s could use to be switched out to smart TV‘s but that is true about many other properties as well - not just this one. The breakfast is what’s to be expected at a Fairfield property, nothing more and nothing less. The real gem is the pool area that somehow manages to give the place a resort like vibe with some palm trees and a large pool with a separate spa. It should be pointed out that the maintenance of the pool is superb as it’s done daily making this one of the best cared for pool areas that we have seen. 10 points to the guy making sure it’s so clean. The problem with this hotel is the management and it has gotten increasingly worse over time resulting in the departure of some truly amazing staff. Some of this will likely not be an issue for someone staying for a few nights. It quickly becomes an issue over time. Gloria at the front desk will harass you and demand payments before checkout time for the following night regardless if the hotel was humming at 60% capacity. We can, in fact, not think of any person as uniquely ill fitted to work in the service industry. There were many guests that actually decided to leave the hotel and to go elsewhere based on Glorias manners clearly condoned by Deon.

Hotel service is more formal than other hotels, very good! Especially breakfast, the American breakfast habits are different from those of the Chinese. Compared with the breakfast at the American hotel, the breakfast at this hotel is really good, the quality of the food is very good! Location, there is a seafood restaurant, a Chinese restaurant next door. It is also close to the shopping center. The parking lot is waiting for you at any time!

We stayed for an overnight recently as things are slowly trying to return to some semblance of normal. Hotel was clean. Coffee behind reception desk along with the ice. No more sit down, cooked to order breakfast. In place they have a to go bag - ours was a Jimmy Dean microwaveable breakfast sandwich (in room) along with OJ and a yogurt. Shanade and Jesse at the front desk could not be nicer or more Accommodating. One thing. Ask for a room with even numbers. The odd overlook 95 and there just may be some noice from late night drag racing. We will return when visiting Delray. Perfect location.

This was our ninth visit to this property, and our first under the new management. We were a group of twelve people. There were a lot of changes from prior visits - some good and some not- so-good. The good: EVERYONE is super nice and really trying to accommodate each guest. There was a ton of inexperienced staff, but if someone did not have the answer I needed, they found someone who did. As the organizer of the group, I really appreciated the extra effort from the employees. Shout out to Cassidy, Lauren and Andy at the Front Desk who all went above and beyond to help with various requests. Also, to Dennis, who runs a tight Valet ship, and is always smiling. He is fantastic. The beach setup this year was good (the chairs & towels side). The staff were quick to respond to requests, they were professional, and they were "on it". It was an entirely new way of doing things, and the “beach club” part of the beach experience was super nice! Thanks to Galli and his team, and to Steve (beach server) who was really awesome. It was appreciated The pool was busy, but getting chairs was easy, the staff was helpful as always. It was so nice to see a fabulous familiar face - Denifar. He is the best. Thank you for taking care of my family. New face - Isabella (pool server). She was a sweetheart and did a great job. Very personable and professional. And thank you to Raymond who helped us several times with requests. The Pool Team is excellent. The decor changes in the lobby, restaurants, and around the common spaces were beautiful and appreciated. You can see that management is trying to make the hotel "hipper" and more upscale. The hotel needed a refresh, and you can see that it is starting to happen. The not-so-good: Arrival. While check-in was smooth and my room was ready quickly, upon arrival in my room there was no welcome amenity. 3 little clementines and a note saying WELCOME (even though I have stayed there almost 10 times). This was disappointing. My family and I had six rooms for a week - you would think that there would have been something in the room. Not even bottled water. If they have any chance of competing with the “Four Seasons of the world” they have a long way to go. Beach food & beverage. While everyone was nice and helpful, there was no way of getting anybody's attention when you were sitting on the beach. They used to have little flags that you could put up, so a server knew you wanted to order. Not anymore. We waited almost 30 minutes the first day for someone to come over, and the second day all the kids left the beach because they were hungry, and nobody had come to take orders. Also, the new food menu at the beach was not great and very limited. We paid for a King Beach Bed (for 5 days) and got nothing with it. You used to get a fruit plate, foot rubs, etc. now you only get waters - which were not even sent for half of our stay. There is a clear disconnect between the Food and Beverage Team and t
