5.75km from Bode & BeerWe were aware it was a simple hotel although we expected the conditions to be a little better. Hotel shower clogged and no hairdryer in the bathrooms . Here starts the problem. The hotel offers to the guests a hairdryer if you ask for it at the reception. Well for 3 days my wife could not use it because it was always busy. When she asked when it would be available they could not tell because they do not control the customer name or room using it, so people can just keep it for as long as they want even if they are not using it. The only good thing about it is the location but I am not staying here ever again

Located far way from the beach Ibis Aracaju is easy to found if you are travelling by car, Near a big shopping center you have many options of restaurants, shops and places to go. Excellent service and breakfast. Free parking.
the service of the reception, of room and until security excellent. great location, liked everything and have nothing to complain, just to thank. Thank you It was my first time in the Ibis Hotels network, and it was great. my family was very satisfied. all the officials are well-trained, educated, always in a good mood, attentive and very helpful;
The hotel is very close to the beach and the Passarela do Caranguejo where there are plenty of good restaurants. It has a private garage with many parking places, which is great if you are doing a road trip in Noroeste. The breakfast was wonderful, with many cakes and nice fruit sucos. From the pool there is a nice view of the beach just on the other side of a road. Be careful crossing the road, but if you are patient there will be someone who will stop for you to pass ;-) Will certainly return to this hotel if I am again in Aracaju.

The hotel is very well located at Atalaia´s beach, close to restaurants, craft fair and the beach promenade. The staff are attentive and polite, the room is comfortable and the breakfast is well served. It has closed parking. I recommend it to anyone who goes with family at leisure.

The Celi hotel is small, cozy, with warm, attentive service and a decent WiFi. The rooms are clean, spacious and have a new air conditioner plus comfortable beds. The location is good- just across the beach. The breakfast is ok, mainly local dishes with many kinds of bread, tapioca, local fruits, eggs, 2-3 kinds of cheese but with no salads and no vegetables. Note that some rooms are noisy if the windows turn to the main road.
Attentive and polite staff. It seems that even the small details were planned from decoration to infrastructure. The breakfast is delicious and the internet connection works fine. During my stay there was a birthday party and that was a little bit noisy.

Hotel is beautiful
My room is clean
Front desk works kindly~
wow ~check out 1h after can
Well placed hotel, clean, updated and confortable. In an area of several restaurants, attractions such as Tamar Project (Sea Turtles Project) and Feira de Artesanato (Typical Handcrafted Goods) in an walking distance. Good breakfast but quite small pool and very unflexible at restaurant. Nice bed with silent air conditioning.

The staff is friendly enough and the place is safe and clean. But I would not choose this place again. We were here for a week. No hot water ever. No blankets on the beds. Only sheets. On the last night there were no bath towels. By American standards this one fell below the mark. But the price is fair.
Excellent service. From the arrival they were always very attentive and helpful. In addition to the location being excellent (on the arrival of the island), the view is breathtaking. The staff always giving us tips on where to go. Only gratitude for the treatment and availability!
Excellent service, wonderful cuisine, service just needs to improve the internet and do some leisure activity for the night.
The hotel is marvelous in every way. The rooms are very spacious and modern, and so are the bathrooms. Huge tv screen. The nicest thing about the hotel is the rooftop, which is gorgeous for a lazy day at the pool or a sunset drink. The bar area is just lovely and the music sets a great vibe. The breakfast is good, my husband loved it because of all the delicious baked goods, but I prefer a variety of more healthy options . The gym is pretty small and just has a few machines. As for the location, I would understand why it has a high rating on websites being in close proximity to Pelourinho, and with the marina right below it. However I personally would prefer if it was elsewhere for aesthetic reasons. The area around it and leading it to is shanty. The view from the rooftop or while you’re working out at the gym , is of old and dirty abandoned buildings. Also it is not advisable to walk to the old town after sunset due to it being unsafe. The service by all staff is impeccable, from the concierge, to the restaurant waiters ,bellboys and the staff at the door. A special thanks goes to Artem from concierge who helped us with booking everything in advance and tending to all our requests. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel and I highly recommend it.
Hotel room is can view ~
Room is dark 😞
Restaurant is good~
The Fera Palace Hotel is situated on a hill in the popular historic old district of Salvador De Bahia, over the Largo do Pelourinho. The hotel is a short walk from the elevator down to the bay (Largo do Pelourinho) and to Parque Quinze de Novembro, which is in the heart of the historic old city, which is very well policed to protect tourists in a city that even hardened Brazilians consider dangerous.. The hotel itself is quite old with a Portuguese colonial feel to it. Although not posh, it is certainly a cut above any other hotels in the area and I found the service to be very friendly. I had arranged to be picked up by the hotel's shuttle from the airport, which cost the equivalent of about £40.00 for a journey of close to an hour. The charge was added to my hotel bill to pay at check out. The room was clean, but the promised queen sized bed turned out to be two singles apart from each other. However, it was clean and everything worked OK. I liked the colonial feel and the shuttered windows. I would have expected a bottle or two of complimentary mineral water in the room in an hotel in a country where the average daily temperature is 30ºC. The plug sockets are uniquely Brazilian and so no plugs or adaptors from other countries fit. I asked reception for an adaptor as I needed to work, but he said they only have three and he had given the last one to another guest, but that I could borrow it after that guest checks out the following day - when I also check out! A stupid suggestion, if I am honest. Now I needed to go and buy an adaptor, but I needed Brazilian currency to do so as no traders will accept any currency other than riyals. The problem is that the hotel had no currency exchange facility, which is mind boggling. This is a hotel with a predominantly international clientele yet they would not exchange US dollars, euros or pounds Sterling. It was this lack of the service concept that downgraded my estimation of the hotel. I ended up walking miles in high temperatures and excessive humidity on hilly, badly made roads to finally find a local artist who said he would exchange a few American dollars for me at a lousy rate. At least now I was able to buy my much needed adaptor to be able to plug in my laptop to charge. The adaptor cost me less than £1.00. If they are so cheap then why does the hotel not buy at least two for each of their rooms? This is a service oversight. I did not want to go out into the dangerous streets of Salvador at night to look for a restaurant, so I asked if there was a restaurant in the hotel. I was told there was, but in fact all that is offered is a few bar snacks and nothing substantial, so I had a cheese toastie followed by a bar of Brazilian dark chocolate for dinner. At least the service was good, but there should be more for the guests to choose from. I guess there is not much choice of places to stay in Salvador, so the Fera Palace is at the top end of the scale and is not so bad
The hotel is good and well located considering the average of Salvador.
I booked a room, but everything went well, but when we arrived at that place, no agreement was reached and they put me in the worst hotel room
We chose this hotel for its location overlooking the beach at Barra. Felipe at reception was extremely friendly and welcoming and we were given a large front-facing room with a balcony on the 6th floor. Apart from having to change our pillows because they were too hard, the room was spacious and comfortable. Not much hot water in the shower and often not enough pressure but really nothing to complain about. However, we felt that the hotel is in need of a good makeover. Restaurant staff at breakfast are indifferent as is the food. It lacks imagination - the cakes all taste the same and the dining room is very lack lustre. The pool is clean and large and great for a good swim. We would definitely stay here again for the location but wouldn't be rushing back for anything else.
The location of the hotel is very good, the hotel is good, but it needs decoration, the room is ok, the bathroom is ok, and the internet is slow. Delicious breakfast.
The standard room has a small bed. I don’t know if it’s a problem in the city of El Salvador. It’s the first time I came to the hotel.
Chose the hotel for its proximity to a school at which I was taking a 2-week intensive Portuguese course. We were in room 502 with direct beach view and small balcony fitting a small round table and two chairs. We arrived pretty late into the evening from our long distance flight from Europe and reception gave us a warm welcome, even speaking some English. No welcome drink but voucher for one at the bar later on. A kind porter helped us with the luggage to the room and explained facilities. The room is spacious enough for 2, the bed new and good mattress, aircon can be set individually and is located in a way that you don’t get blown off your beds. Small camp board no drawers by the door, also holding salacious safe and the minibar (our arrangement included.... we didn’t quite understand so only used 3 bottles of water). Opposite the king size bed a long board used as desk with another light and chair, place to keep the suitcase, which we kept open to hold all the items that would have gone into a drawer.... The practical bathroom has a toilet, sink with sufficient space around it to hold all your stuff, big mirror and small magnifying one (the latter no light) and offers soap bars, shampoo and conditioner - no shower gel as usual in brazil. The shower is spacious but unfortunately has no hand held(behind not so well kept sliding glass doors) and a line to hold wet beach gear. Sometimes the floor by the door is too dusty but otherwise the room was perfectly clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous not only in Brazilian standards: local and global fare with huge variety of fresh fruit, cold cuts and preserves/marmalades, huge variety of cooked food, breads, cascades, musli corner, coffee and milk and fresh juices and water available plenty. Staff is very kind, especially Giesa became a family friend, but everybody goes the extra mile and smile to help even when things get very busy like over the weekend. Location is great: you only need to cross the street to be on a nice city beach and have plenty of restaurants and bars and shopping facilities in easy walking distance. About 15 minutes’ Uber distance from Pelourinho. Would definitely choose again when returning to Salvador
Accommodation with great cost-benefit. The pier bar is an attraction in itself. There is no way not to stay there again. Attentive staff.
