Отель достаточно простой, но персонал приветливый, чисто, вкусные завтраки. Уборку в номере производили каждый день. С полотенцами дефицита в отеле нет. Я осталась довольна своим отдыхом. В шаговой доступности метро, парк, магазины и кафе, что тоже очень удобно.

Have been here so many times in the past and now found it deserted, empty and grey. Not sure if a bathtub is any longer an extra value (we'd preferred a shower cabin)... same as a spa, if it is that kind of spa... where personnel claims they know better than the customers how to do sauna properly (I live in Scandinavia for almost 20 years and hopefully qualify ;)) We were asked for proof of COVID-vaccination, but then... people at the breakfast restaurant were not wearing masks and even the security guard in the lobby was not always doing so. Breakfast in general has also deteriorated in diversity, but it was bearable ;) Pedestrian walkway along the hotel was not cleaned of ice (well, it was the case of St.Petersburg in general). Perhaps, the proximity to the airport is the best remaining merit of the hotel, sorry to say that... :(((

The hotel is scratched, the ladder carpets are all rubbed, the water cooler is only on the 3rd and 4th floors. And I lived on the 2nd corner. I came for a long time, but came in and this hotel realized I wouldn't like it here, and warned the administrator Sophie, who asked me to give their hotel another chance. I said that in the morning it would be more visible. I paid for only 3 days. In the morning, when I came to her to calculate and to get me back the money for 2 days paid, she first said that the money would be returned, and then that it would be returned only in 1 day, as they had a contract, to warn about leaving in 24 hours. I was told by my words that the night before I told her I was told that ”I didn't say it exactly.” It turns out that I had to write a bunch of papers yet (which I was not asked to do the night before) I think, Such indifferent attitude to the resting people, especially in Peter, I haven't seen for a long time. Ilona's changed administrator also on the principle: I don't know anything, I don't see anything, I don't know anything, I didn't see anything, I didn't give anything to me. Full indifference. Peter is wonderful, but the staff of the hotel tourist leaves the wish for the best. My money return was told will be considered 10 days. I don't recommend this hotel

Residence was excellent, very pleased with the beauty of the hotel and rooms, as well as cleanliness. The service is amazing, very responsive receptors that will always help with everything, the restaurant staff are also very pleasant. Relaxing visit to massage. I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

Stopped for one night in the room in the room of Kutuzov. No words, all super. Great hotel with impeccable location. It is located right in the center of the attraction, 300 meters from the Kazan Cathedral, also from the Savior on Spilled Blood, 50 meters from the subway, and on the right there are restaurants, Starbucks, bakeries, and shops.
