At check in we were told we were being upgraded, to a smaller room, and that we would have to wait until 4pm to check into it. We didn’t want to/ couldn’t go ahead with this and the hotel gave us our original room. Otherwise nice clean hotel, service staff were lovely, reception had long lines and was a bit unorganized. Pool is good, lovely bar staff. Clean pool and it was nice and quiet in the afternoon and evening.

I stayed at Conrad Bangkok a few times in the past (the hotel side) but never on the residence side. The quick takeaway for Conrad Residences, especially if we compare with Conrad hotel, is that it’s cheaper and more spacious. Also it comes with more elite benefits than other chains such as Marriott Executive Apartments, but the downside is an aging product and the lack of lounge access. I booked the entry level room which is a studio at the Residences, and was upgraded +1 to a suite as Hilton Diamond. This kind of upgrade is nothing to write home about, however a suite upgrade on the hotel side is now quite difficult due to a more stingy upgrade policy and +1 is also more generous than at the various Marriott Executive Apartments in Bangkok which are unlikely to upgrade at all because I believe they are excluded from the upgrade policy. So while the upgrade was not huge, it resulted in a suite nonetheless. I previously read some pretty poor reviews of rooms in dire need of renovations, so my expectations were low and they were exceeded. Obviously the room had seen better days but everything was functional and in particular the air conditioning was very strong. For solo travelers I would say a smaller (renovated) room at Conrad hotel is probably preferable but for guests looking for more space, the residence side can be an option. My main negative surprise actually had nothing to do with the age of the hardware. There was a full kitchen but I also expected a washer and dryer but it’s simply not part of the offering at the residences (need to use shared laundry facilities). It’s a major negative in my opinion compared to full-service hotels which have some long-stay accommodation room types such as Marriott Surawongse, Kimpton, Akyra Thonglor (SLH), and Sindhorn Kempinski, all of which have a washing machine in the room. If booking a room at Conrad Residences, the lack of lounge access is one drawback relative to the hotel side because it’s not part of the benefits. However breakfast is included in the same restaurant as the hotel side, which is not a benefit offered at Marriott Exec Apartments so overall Conrad offers more. I did not partake in the breakfast but I took a look at the buffet and it seemed similar to what it used to be the last time I stayed at the hotel. Overall I had mixed feelings about Conrad Residences. For such accommodation I suspect some people will prefer a washing machine in the room but there was none so it’s a miss. However if the purpose is mostly to have extra space and a full kitchen, it can be a reasonable option which offers more elite benefits as Hilton Diamond than Marriott choices.

Fantastic service and room Naran checked us in at like 6am because our flight arrived super early. We were expecting we’d have to kill time til check in at 2, but we were kindly let in to our room! We were able to relax with the baby and elderly father. Thank you so much!! Throughout the stay, WATT was there to assist us and recommend places. He’d even take the van especially for us since we have a baby. He booked a restaurant nearby for local Thai food and even recommended a night market. We were telling him we’d leave for the night market at 4:30 and recommended we go later because it’d be too hot for the baby. He was so right! Thank you. The room was spacious with two bedrooms and a nice big bathtub. We were able to relax when tired and eat in. The pool had not too many ppl and my daughter loved the pool! I always used to stay at St. Regis for its breakfast but since Watt was so hospitable, we will definitely be back to this hotel and recommend my friends. ナランさんがチェックインをしてくださいましたが、早朝に到着したにもかかわらず、そのままチェックインさせてくださいました！とても助かりました！また、なんといってもコンシェルジュのワットさんが親切でした。どこに行くといい、そこよりここのナイトマーケットがいい、仕立て屋は僕も使っているがここが良いよ。など、旅行中ずっと気にかけてくれました。子ども連れなので、暑いから車をわざわざ出してくださるなど、本当に親切でした。バンコクには何度も来ていて、以前は毎回セントレジスでしたが、絶対にここをおすすめします！今回はぼったくられたり、大変な思いを一度もしなかったので気持ちもとても楽でした。

This is one of the most top notch hotel I have stayed in. Very convenient with 2 BTS Station near by. Pheon chit BTS is just like 300m away but there is a flight of stairs to climb to get up to the over head bridge link to the BTS. With 2 Station away from Siam Station, its location is very good as it is near town area and not as crowded compared to those hotels that are in the town area. Central Embassy will be the closest shopping mall to this Hotel. It is a walkable distance and its the same direction towards the BTS The breakfast is very good as well and the menu actually changed everyday. Service staff are polite and willing to help. Both my girlfriend and me like this hotel alot as it is very very clean, the only small issue I have is some of their power point are loose which hinder me charging my equipments. Over all is a very good hotel recommended~~

It's ok. For the price it's good. And this review might not be valuable for long, they are undergoing renovations as they were doing demolition on the 16th - 18th floors when I was there. About 20 years ago, there was a massive investment in high-rise condominiums. A crash in the market caused a lot of these buildings to become all-suites hotels, and I'm guessing that's what happened to the Bliston Suwan. My room was very big for a very nice part of town at a very reasonable price. It had a living room and bedroom with all the appliances including a washing machine. So if that's your formula for success, this is a good choice. The problem is that it feels like it wants you to move in and decorate it. It feels - empty, I guess you could say. The bedsheets are sort of rough, something you would replace if you lived there. There wasn't much of a mattress cover and you could feel every ridge and stitch of the mattress (the couch was more comfortable to sleep on). There's not much furniture in the big space, and the TV screens are small compared to modern hotels. The common areas were particularly sp****, empty spaces like a warehouse. These are all things that might be addressed in a renovation. It felt a bit dated too. There were a lot of stains on the carpet, and the 1990's style DVD player was retro. Breakfast was something to miss, I would recommend trying some of the many options just outside the hotel (including an AMAZING coffee shop across the street). The staff was highly effective and pleasant to deal with (as is typical with Thai hospitality in my experience).

Super is not soundproof! Going to Thailand many times and other hotels are there to check in. The hotel in Hua Hin is a chalet resort and the environment is very good! Stayed at Okura Prestige Bangkok for 5d4n and it was amazing. The location is very convenient as it was connected to the BTS via the hotel building and the service was impeccable. Their turn down service is really amazing. A bottle of water and a floor mat with a shoe will be placed by the bedside every night to welcome me to sleep and there will also be a crane origami placed on the bed every night with additional papers and instructions on how to fold it. The breakfast was also good with 2 options available which is either international buffet breakfast or japanese breakfast. Both are good and delicous. The French Toast from the breakfast was really the best that I have ever tasted!!!. Additionally, the view from the pool was really amazing and the pool is a salt water heated pool. So it's really comfortable to swim in the morning and at night with no chlorine smell. I would most definitely come back when I visit Bangkok in the future.

My wife and I stayed here for about two months and I absolutely LOVED the location! We had spent our first three weeks at the Emporium Suites by Chatrium and then we moved to Benviar for our final two months. Although the Emporium was in a great location too, Benviar Tonson was MUCH more quiet which I especially appreciated at night. I almost couldn't sleep at the Emporium due to all the noise. Benviar is in an excellent location! Our room was HUGE and the staff couldn't have been any more friendly. The staff definitely improved upon our stay. And a BIG shout out to their housekeeping crew! They did a GREAT job cleaning and couldn't have been any nicer or more polite. This was a great stay and I highly recommend Benviar to others looking for a place to stay in Bangkok. Thank you all for a wonderful time!!

Excellent -Islamic- hotel at a 20 minutes distance from Suvarnabhumi Airport and at 5 minutes walk from Hua Mak railway station. Very quiet airconditioning in the room, no ( working) airco in the corridors. Decent breakfast. The hotel consists of two towers. Only one elevator per tower is not handy, with 9 floors. Marvelous swimming pool at the 9th floor of tower 1 with view over Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked this place for my sister because it’s near my apartment, It could easily fit in 3 ppl in the room but felt that the service was a bit meh and thinking it might be because we were only staying one night. They gave us only one key for 2 ppl and when we tried to access the room at first, we realized they didn’t even unlock the key for us so we had to make another trip to the reception just to unlock the key. The bathroom had little to no amenities and it didn’t looked very clean for a newly built hotel, we didn’t have complimentary drinks like mentioned or if it was self served, no one told us about it. There were no slippers in the bedroom. It’s definitely pricey for the location but service and amenities are not up to par.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! We will be back and would highly recommend this stay!

The hotel staff is wellcoming and helpful .The hotel is located close to the night market and many massage parlors. There is also 7-11 next to hotel. We have booked room Club-10，This room offers many complimentary services including free laundry, free minibar and access to the club lounge, The room is very spacious ，the bed is huge and comfortable ，the bathtub is right next to the window with a spectacular view. The housekeeping is great, ready to help with anything. We were disappointed with the fridge as it was not cold enough, our ice cream melted over night. The breakfast offers a variety of dishes, but the egg station gets quite busy, they also make fresh juice with a fruit of your choice. The swimming pool is on the roof with an amazing view. It’s not big but doesn’t get crowded. The only disappointing thing is that it’s quite cold especially early morning and at night. I would definitely come back to this hotel again with my boyfriend .😎

The three people stayed in a room with two bunk beds for 4 people. The room was clean and hygienic. Convenient transit, 15 minutes walk to the airport. I stayed in two hotels in this location, this and the Tangman Hotel. This cleaner sanitation facilities are better. Tangman has 3 buildings, the air in the first floor room is almost, there is an airport transfer but you have to pay. They are all in the village next to the airport, and it is very convenient to eat.

The hotel is situated not far from BKK airport and good for early flight or late arrival. Lat Krabang is the nearest station on the airport express. For longer stays the twin bed rooms are not very large. There is a fridge and kettle in the room and the rooms are clean with a work space. Outside is a lot of green and in the back there is a small pool with relaxing area. There is also a massage facility and a restaurant but both seemed closed. Friendly staff and nice coffee shop/ restaurant down stairs in reception with reasonable prices. Most of the shops, malls and restaurants are across the very busy road (do use the pedestrian crossings for your safety) with your back to the hotel Paseo Mall is about 12 min walk to the right and to the left in the direction of the airport you will find a market, shops and restaurants. Both are across the main road. Good value for money.

Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

It's great. The location is super convenient. It's just next to Pixel Building. Two roads and two subway stations are not far away. There's an elevator and it's very convenient to go upstairs with luggage. The smell of herbal tea in the elevator is very nostalgic and the air conditioner is very strong. Downstairs is 711. Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. My son wanted to have a pod hotel experience on our Thailand trip, so we choose this hotel for our last night before flying out early in the morning. I would say it was a great option for a younger backpacker/traveler on a budget. We bought out an entire room so had private showers. The lockers were small, but we didn't need them. Not the best option for a family with a lot of luggage, but pretty clean. We did have a few people knock on our door in the middle of the night and try to get in for some reason.

Location - nearby Phra Khanong BTS station (approx 5mins walking distance). But hotel do provide free transportation to this station, but u have to liaise with the receptionist. There is one 7-11 store nearby (approx 1mins walk). Mostly local street foods nearby this hotel. Transportation - I took DMK airport taxi to this hotel (40mins drive) and cost me THB370 (inclusive of THB50 airport surcharge and THB50 toll fee). It’s very convenient to take BTS to siam, pratunam or chilom area (about 20mins train ride. You may buy a one day BTS pass which offer unlimited ride in a day. Breakfast - good variety come with various fruits, drinks and dishes. Overall - highly recommended.
