Amazing location. Modern, fully furnished flat, with tiny terrace to smoke. I liked the quiet internal court. I went for the film festival and I wanted to spend a couple of days in the town heart. Great experience. Speciale Thank to Cristina for the availability.

We chose the hotel because it was a 9.7 on Hotels.com. It should have been a 10. Location was great, right in the center of the historic district. Communication with the apartment was great and we knew what to do if we arrived late. It was a WOW when we got there. A 1689 building converted to apartments, some owned and some rented to others. The room we had was perfect for us. A bedroom for us and a loft for our daughter. It was beautifully renovated with a little kitchenette and a modern bathroom. We even used the kitchenette to eat in when the weather outside was cold and rainy, which it was. We loved the hotel and will use it again.

My husband and I stayed just two nights at the Victoria and when we left, it was a wrench as we had become very fond of it in that short time. Location is fantastic as it is a 10-minute walk from Porta Nuova Station, 2 minutes from Piazza San Carlo e less than 10 minutes from Piazza del Castello. Great staff, amazing breakfast and the spa was a wonderful surprise - it has a lovely atmosphere and a great choice of facilities. We had a spacious room (it was more than a Standard one but I can't recall which class it was). Of course some people might find the decor a little chintzy, but that's the style and we like it. Plus, the room was extremely clean - you could feel it as well as see it. Plenty of lovely little touches such as free (non-alcoholic) drinks in the minibar and a basket of apples in reception to which you could help yourself. The only negative is the bar - the prices are way out of kilter. 16 euros for a cocktail is just too much. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. We loved it, and want to return to Turin just so we can stay there again.

This is one of those grand old hotels. It’s extremely well located, just a block away from the high street of Turin. The Egyptian museum is nearby; as are many restaurants. During the two days I was in Turing we walked around the downtown. There are cafes around so we did not book breakfast. The place is professionally run. When I asked for a good restaurant, I was directed to one about 10 minutes away, not to the one in the hotel itself. For some, it can be professionally cold. But it's old fashioned: there are steps leading to the reception so a porter is needed to help take the luggage up. Parking is available on on the hotel’s grounds for 15€. Yes, it's worth considering if you want to be in the town centre.

The location is great and price reasonable. Cleaning and kitchen are ok, breakfast acceptable. Shampoo missing. Unfortunately the quality of the sleep not good due to the noise from the street, maybe double glazer windows could help...

My husband and I chose this hotel for our one night stay in Turin for Friday night dinner at the Whist Club and Saturday’s AGM and lunch at the Unione Industriale a Torino. We had Priviledged rates for. Junior Suite as members of a historical association and upon our arrival we were upgraded to a Suite, so it seems at the 807. Due to COVID restrictions, we had a long wait for check-in upon arrival. Room had nice views over the city overlooking the Station and the mountains (would have been nicer to see Palazzo Reale and the Mole Antonelliana, on the other side). We were there for such a short time given our tight schedules that we did not have a chance to visit the SPA. Returning from our dinner, had a flute of Prosecco at the ground floor bar. Breakfast on Saturday morning was pleasant even though a platter of Salmon had an extra cost. Nice room, bathroom, changing room and study/lounge area. I was able to continue Smartworking also there after hours already online on the train journey. Bathroom had a few faults: we had the waste paper bin replaced as the pedal was broken. We mentioned at checkout that by the bidet the ceramic soap holder was chipped and its brass hook was missing a nob. The pillows were too hard, but that is personal taste. We had to way a little while for Check-out but all on all a pleasant stay. Would suggest to stay at least two nights with all there is too see in Turin but this was not our occasion.

A hotel under Best Quality, its chain also has the best quality hotel in the Polytechnic University at the back entrance of the main campus of the Politecnico di Torino, and the best quality hotel in the Milano Marina near the small train station Porta Susa. I have to say that the bedroom facilities in this hotel are the worst of the three. There are sundries in the room, dirty things in the closet and bags that the previous guests did not take away, but the bathroom is still quite clean. The advantage of this hotel is that the front desk is very welcoming, and all staff members stand up to welcome or farewell after entering and before leaving. The English of the service staff is also a standard of fluency. Breakfast follows the consistent style of Best Quality, with diverse varieties, elegant environment and excellent service. In addition, the hotel is located in the downtown area of the city center, and there will be bustling people downstairs in the evening on holidays, and the sound insulation of the rooms is poor. If you stay in the spring and autumn season, the air conditioner will not work and the room will be very hot or cold.

The Residenza is in an old historic building, which is reflected in the height of the ceilings and size of the windows. The main entrance is behind a big, but anonymous, wooden door, so keep your eyes open for the small name plate alongside. It is situated in an area that's close to museums, old churches, great walks and fantastic shopping and restaurants to suit all budgets. We stayed in a standard room for one night on the journey down to Florence and again on the return. We had a different room both times. Both rooms were large, clean with a big shower room with bidet and toilet. The beds were both very large and comfortable. This is just somwhere to stay, breakfast isn't provided but there are several cafes close by. Reception is on the 2nd floor but there is a lift - I think it is big enough for a wheelchair, but best to check. Reception is open from 8.30 until 7pm, but information about entry after that time was clear and accurate. Overall, it was very good value.

This was our first stay in an Italian HotelBB and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We have previously stayed in various HotelBBs in France bt on this trip we ventured a little further and tried one in Italy and one in Germany. The on-site parking was in an underground secure car park which costs an extra few euros per night. There is also ample free parking outside on the street. There is a supermarket next door which we found very useful and also a nice restaurant a couple of doors down, which incidentally gives a discount for people staying at HotelBB. The room was bigger than we expected. The facilities were very good. Breakfast choice was great with slightly different regional variation of what was on offer. It seems the Italians eat cold meats and cakes/doughnuts for breakfast! - Definitely coming here again!! Lovely helpful staff. Just a little reminder for visitors to Italy: Beware of the local Italian drivers... they have no road sense at all!

Since I arrived at the hotel at night, I felt that the location was relatively biased. After I checked in, I found that the hotel facilities are very new and good. When I went out to find food, I found that there is a large supermarket and a food supermarket similar to the farmers market. It's also easy to travel by subway! Since it is not a tourist city and there are fewer tourists, shopping buses will not feel crowded, and it feels good. There are a few recommended shopping merchants in the picture, all are local brands, which is great. In short the hotel is super cost-effective, recommended!

This was supposed to be an overnight stop on the way from Italian lakes to France, and Novotel, close to the highway, appeared to be a good choice. Alas, at check in I was not given a requested high floor. as the hotel was fully booked. The receptionist told me there was no way to assist me, much as I have a frequent guest status with Accorhotels, and certainly not able or willing to provide regular room upgrade. After I've asked for a manager to phone me when I get to my room, a top floor room all of a sudden became available, but I was too tired after a long drive, and, as I was assured this was a "renovated floor" hopeful the room will be nice, but it turned out that it was tired, in quite bad condition, damaged furniture and quite pathetic condition of the bathroom. it turned out that it was the floor that was renovated, not the rooms, which was a bit difficult to understand as I was not planning to spend the night in the corridors. The bed was comfortable, choice of TV channels good and internet reasonably reliable and fast. The air-conditioning was loud and inefficient, bathroom and shower hardly functional. Even for a short overnight stay it was not a very pleasant place to stay though low floor and proximity of busy roads mean lots of noise.

Our room was very nice, clean and very comfortable. There were no towels when we arrived, or coffee and tea sachets, but these were quickly supplied when we rang reception. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Our room was well sound-proofed agains traffic outside. The hotel is less than 10 miutes walk to railway station. This was very convenient for us since we were travelling by train and one of the main reasons for choosing it. But it is also within easy walking diatance of the town centre, so for us the situation was perfect. The only quibble I would have is that i am coeliac and must have a gluten free diet. The hotel provided some gluiten free products, but there was very little choice and no bread although GF bread is readily available these days and Schar, the GF brand they were using provides a wide variety including breads and rolls. They could have been a bit more imaginative in what they chose to provide.

Located in a hotel near Porta Nuova, there is a 4-way tram running through the north and south of Turin, as well as a bus line 9.11.58.64.68 and Metro Line 1. Because the check-in was in the early summer, the temperature was not very high, so the front desk said that the air conditioner in the room could not be used, and the body was a little hot that night. The 12m2 standard room was reserved, and the front desk assigned me a room with an oversized private open-air garden. It is estimated that the garden is 18m2 large and it is very comfortable to enjoy the coolness in the yard at night! The breakfast at this hotel is also ok, and the dining environment is very elegant. Value for money, it is recommended!
