Я не частый посетитель гостиниц в принципе, поэтому толком то и сравнить не с чем, но мнение все же хотелось бы оставить свое. Выбирали мы с женой долго, много вариантов посмотрели, и по отзывам и рейтингу выбрали ”Фрегат”. С заселением трудностей не было, заранее все забронировали, приехали и нас расположили в номер быстренько. По поводу ценника - он допустимый для этого места. Номер превзошел ожидания, смогли удивить. Настолько чисто, прибрано, и красивый интерьер в реальности, выглядело лучше чем на фото.

Заселились с супругой 17 декабря 2022, выехали сегодня 22.12.2022. Решил оставить отзыв так как понравилось вполне проживание в отеле. Для начала обращу внимание что в принципе отель на 3 звезды, по этому не понимаю тех кто ждет проживание и комфорта класса люкс или особого изыска. Стоит отметить что среди местных сам отель считается одним из самых популярных и его многие рекомендуют, это факт. У нас получилось так что мы не забронировали заранее номер в отеле, до последнего должны были в однокомнатную посуточную квартиру заселится, в итоге нас хозяин не встретил и пришлось импровизировать. Нашли отель на картах, пробежались по отзывам, позвонили и сделали бронь номера. Сразу замечу что профессионализм работников отеля на лицо. Взяли практически сразу трубку, рассказали о том какие варианты номеров имеются свободны, девушка была достаточно вежлива в разговоре. По факту приезда нас отвезли в номер, где было довольно приятно, даже царила какая то домашняя атмосфера. При этом в номер был чайник, графин с водой и другие удобства для отеля среднего уровня. Сам отель рекомендую. Жили недолго, но в целом остались всем довольны!

They have agreed to keep their baggage for the two days we have spent on the island.

The room was good, the TV was big, all new, clean, big bed. At night they bought the pineapple in the city, asked for a respiratory knife, we were given. Breakfast was certainly scarce, but you won't die of hunger. Plus the kind staff on breakfast, the guys tried, the cook quickly made a delicious egg, for which he once again thanks. After the first night, a note was found that the stains of the carcase were found on the roll, and we have to pay for its cost of 400 r. Friends, I travel around the world, traveled more than 50 countries and half Russia, visited the backyards of the world, And the claims on the account of dirty lingerie do not remember from the last century!!! The wife was painted hair, the paint a little dirty, but it is washed with a half-pinch of banal whitening for 80 rubles, checked on the house clothes. I am not talking about other hotels that have never been mad at such foolishness, although the traces of paint have been there. But Irkutsk, as the middle of the earth, is not yet aware of the latest achievements of the washing machines? Although in local shops they are sold, we saw ... Отличное место, все красиво, чисто, аккуратно. Есть вопрос с парковкой для машин, она не большая. Но через дорогу от отеля можно оставить машину. Номер хороший, постельное великолепное, удобная кровать, халаты, тапочки все хорошего качества. В стоимость номера включено посещение сауны и бассейна. Так же есть отличный спа, массаж и разные процедуры - записываться нужно заранее. В день заезда может не оказаться свободных мест. Ресторан хорош, по вечерам с 7 часов живое сопровождение фортепьяно. Великолепный и вкусный завтрак.

Если говорить о реальных звёздах, то это троечка. Очень старый ремонт, все обветшалое, мебель, стены. Ремонт по отелю плачет. Поясняю, почему единица. Я проживала в номере 605, должна была с 22 по 24.11, слава богу, на работе случился форс-мажор и я прилетела позже. Была одна ночевка, а не две. То, что вы видите на фото - это укус ПОСТЕЛЬНЫХ КЛОПОВ!!!!! Да, вот так вот. Получается, в отеле не проводят соответствующую обработку ни матрасов, ни подушек. А вы вот такие тепленькие лежите в кроватке, а вас едят, пока вы спите. Я сама врач дерматовенеролог, это по моей специальности. Фото заслуживает быть помещенным в дерматологический атлас, тут просто классика, прямо на задней поверхности бедра, над подколенной ямкой, где кожа тонкая, поверхностно лежат подкожные вены видны укусы, три очага, мы называем это завтрак, обед и ужин. Получается, что 24.11 в обед я улетела в Москву, пока ты летишь 6 с половиной часов назад, разница во времени 5 часов, ты устал, тебе ни до чего. Я начала вечером чесаться, но не обратила на это внимание, а в четверг утром очень даже обратила. Прошло больше недели, а эти эрозивные элементы не заживают. Я в пятницу 26.11 позвонила в отель и рассказала ситуацию, девушка на другом конце трубки начала охать и извиняться. Я сказала, что мне людей жалко, которые после меня там остановятся, нужно срочно менять подушки и матрасы и проводить обработку номеров. А была ли она проведена???? Мне обещали, что в понедельник 30.11 со мной свяжется руководство, никто не связался, хотя сегодня уже 3.12. Постояльцы отеля, будьте осторожны, прислушивайтесь к собственным ощущениям и если что, бегите к врачу. Ещё один момент, этих прекрасных живностей можно привести к себе домой… естественно, я выкинула все постельное белье, пижаму в которой была, выкинула все подушки, одеяла и матрасы. Пришлось срочно все это покупать новое на всю семью, сумма оказалась кругленькая. Я действительно ждала звонка руководства отеля, я считаю, мне должны были принести извинения не только на словах, а самое главное, уверить, что ошибка исправлена. Этого не последовало, так что получайте отзыв на Трип Эдвайзор, учитывая, что это правда. Вот такие бывают опасные командировки, теперь каждый раз буду думать укусят меня или нет, хотя я останавливаюсь только в дорогих сетевых отелях.

Новый современный отель в центре города с высоким уровнем сервиса, просторными номерами, панорамными окнами и фантастическим видом на город, особенно ночью! Отель расположен на 7 этаже. Здесь же есть ресторан и доставка еды в номер круглосуточно! Лобби-бар на первом этаже работает ночью (и кухня тоже!). Готовят очень вкусно! На завтрак я ходила в ресторан, все остальное время заказывала обед или ужин в номер. Меню очень разнообразное! В номере было комфортно, тепло. Хорошая звукоизоляция. Стабильный и быстрый wifi. Уборка в номере каждый день. Все туалетные принадлежности и полотенца меняли регулярно. Очень доброжелательный и внимательный персонал. Утюг и гладильная доска в номере! Никаких посторонних запахов. Я очень довольна проживанием. Отель удобно расположен, в шаговой доступности достопримечательности города. Без сомнения, самое потрясающее впечатление произвел на меня вид из окна. Вечером можно наблюдать закат, а ночью часами засматриваться на огни города. 100% рекомендую этот отель!

I booked this hotel because of the good average reviews. However, my own experiences were the worst I have ever had. The first thing I noticed was a very strong smell of chlorine in the bathroom. When this smell slowly vanished I realised the reason for using so much chlorine: the bathroom smelled terribly after canalisation. The cleaning was below average, was made just every third day. The breakfast was poor. Although advertised as a buffet, the choices were very limited and mostly carbs. There was an option to get a warm meal such as omelet though in addition to the ”buffet”. Although I booked this hotel for my entire stay, I left after the first terrible four days and eventually moved into another hotel of much better quality and more central location at a comparable cost. The only positive thing about 7 dorog was that I got my refund frictionless.

Очень, очень комфортный и безумно красивый отель! Останавливались на ночь проездом, выбрали Тайгу и дети не хотели лететь дальше по маршруту - настолько им там понравилось:) Номер нам дали с кроватью и диванчиком, который застелили для детей (12 и 6 лет). На диване спать комфортно, постельное белье очень хорошее, и в целом в номере все чистое и новое. Есть телевизор, столик, чайник с чашками. Балкон. Санузел современный, новый, даже комплекты мыла и мыльных принадлежностей тоже выдержаны в общем стиле и имеют пометку экологичных. Полотенца белоснежные. В коридорах на этажах и в номере на полу ковровое покрытие, но оно в идеальном состоянии, и по нему очень приятно ходить после перелета и экскурсий, когда ноги ”гудят”. Удивлена негативному отзыву на ресторан. Мы обедали и ужинали в ресторане отеля и оба раза все было вкусно. Обеденное меню из бизнес-ланча дети проглотили за обе щеки, вечером заказывали драники и суп с пельменями - тоже все остались довольны. Цены в ресторане приятные, в обеденное время был почти полный зал - многие приходят со стороны пообедать. Персонал очень дружелюбный, готовы помочь, у нас был ранний вылет и с вечера я спросила можно ли взять завтрак в дорогу. На ресепшн девушки сами уточнили по брони, что мы с ребенком, и предложили варианты, что они могут дать в качестве детского завтрака (никогда у нас не уточняли таких моментов, поэтому особенно отметили такую вовлеченность персонала). Принесли большие сендвичи, вареные яйца, йогурты и соки. Нам хватило еды до обеда. Вай-фай работает прекрасно, без нареканий. По расположению не могу сказать, т.к. мы заказывали личную экскурсию и гид возила нас везде сама на авто. Но вечером муж легко нашел рядом магазин, в пешей доступности. Ну и конечно дизайн помещений достоин отдельного упоминания - каждый уголок продуман и стилизован, столько деталей и креативных решений, что глаз радуется. Отель однозначно рекомендую и желаю ему процветания!

Excellently accepted deep night, without pre-booking. The manager of Svetlana is kindness itself. The day between the flights spent in comfort. The room is small but quite presentable, the price is quite nice. If we stay in Irkutsk, we will only stay in this hotel. A delicious breakfast.

Stopped for one night very cozy hotel Soft bed, clean bed linen We had a three-bedroom room, long living would be three close and would not have enough space to move between beds and fold things but, Hotels/hotels/hostels during our trips for us it is first of all the place to store our things and the place where you can take a shower and sleep pleasantly surprised in the morning a cheese breakfast, a lot of dishes - casha, washing, pancakes, cheeses and sausages About the noise of the tram - we have windows coming out to the yard, the noise we heard already after awakening and vibration of walls and furniture too On the resepschen very nice administrators, recommended where you can taste dinner and that visit in the evening For an additional fee (250) We were allowed to leave the suitcases until the evening after eviction

Due to the night to Irkutsk, the hotel is very close to the airport, very satisfied with the hotel: the hotel lobby environment is good! There are rest seats, WC, room is large, there is a kettle, breakfast (3 o'clock to 11:00 miss breakfast), self-funded Chinese food is very satisfied (sheep tongue, grilled shrimp is very good, I like sashimi but I don't recommend it Fish soup and grilled fish), the English communication at the front desk was smooth, and we called the taxi to the central station (220 rubles). The driver was also very caring.

The room is spacious, with good view on Angara. Breakfast is satisfactory, good diversity of dishes. The hotel itself is large and spacious, there is a 24-hour cafe and a billiard. But it would be nice to think about lighting some areas in the room.
