I stayed in the cape cod room. This is good for a basic option in a Traditional Boston neighborhood. Public transit is close. Breakfast is basic but ampl. The room was clean and decorations were nice. Each room comes with a small frig. The neighborhood is quite. The space is not accessible and there is long staircase to get to the front door. Natalie is was nice and helpful. Close to BC and Brighton center.

The completion of our new home fell very far behind schedule and we found ourselves without a place to live for an indefinite period of time. That is even more emotionally taxing during a global pandemic. Hoping that the inspections and occupancy permit were forthcoming, we booked a room at the AC Marriott in Cleveland Circle for a week. We have now been here for a month and it has been a great experience. The front desk staff is truly wonderful. I'd like to give a special shout out to Julia who was a primary contact but they are all fabulous. They are professional, friendly, positive, upbeat, helpful, and they focused on resolving the minor problems we had quickly and with a sincere concern for making sure we were having a great stay. I don't know what their management training program is like but whatever it is they did a great job with this team. We had a small refrigerator and microwave in the room but were dependent on take out as there is currently no room service. Fortunately there is a very good Japanese restaurant next door and several other options within walking distance. Housekeeping is on request after four days but we received contactless deliveries of towels, coffee and paper goods whenever we requested them. Because we had an extended stay, we had to do some laundry. There is a washer and dryer available to guests and free laundry soap at the front desk. Thank you to the AC Marriott team for making our bad situation into a great experience.

I needed a cheap place to crash for a few nights. This is basically a hostel that is in a great location ( Boston University) with lots of Asian restaurants as well as others and only a 5-10 min walk to the Green Line. The bus was also close by. Use an APP such as Rome2Rio for the quickest routes. I walked to the Museum of Art in about an hour. The hostel staff was very friendly and the door is locked at all times. If you need the staff then call them as they are between properties. The property needs a lot of work. The beds are not comfortable but that being said after long days of touring around Boston the place was quiet. The bathrooms are shared with approximately 12 other rooms ( bring flip flops to use the shower). They are very willing to store your luggage. Parking is not guaranteed so I don't recommend bringing a car though you don't need one with great access to MBTA. The hotels in the area were going for anywhere from 250-500 and up so this gave me a cheap option. It was a bed to sleep in for a short stay in a safe location.

When we first arrived very late on a Friday night (thank you, Tushar for accommodating our late check-in) parking was a problem and I was very concerned, but it was explained to us that there was not only a high school hockey team staying at the hotel, but also a rapper. We were given a parking pass and told where we could park. Parking was extremely difficult at the time, so we dropped our bags in the hotel room and went to get a very late dinner. The later the night got the better it was for parking and my mind was at ease when we came back and found a parking spot right in front of the hotel. The rest of the weekend there was no problem with parking whatsoever and we came and left as we wished. (as you can tell, I was very concerned about parking in Boston) The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable and very artsy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. No complaints whatsoever!

The AC in all rooms has loud and noisy voice, stuff in the reception is extremely aggressive and impolite. The shift manager (black lady) need to be fired, as she has nothing to do with customer service or how to deal with guests of Boston whom are elite type of guests. Either coming for business or studying at Harvard. I gave them 100 dollars as guarantee for my stay, while checking out she wanted to give me a 100 dollars that is cut on one of the edges and when I refused to take it she punished me and gave me my money back in notes of fives!!! To the leadership of this hotel, you need to watch your from liners or at least give them customer experience training !! I am Hilton honor member and have visited Hilton in more than 25 countries and this my the worst experience ever!!!! Never again!

Amidst the Covid virus circumstance, the Inn is clean and staffed. Zach and the staff are pleasant and eager to help out. It was pretty quiet and empty since the adjacent medical center is only performing essential treatments. The beds are comfortable, lots of pillows, reading lamps, refridgerator(no freezer compartment) microwave. There is no fan in the bathroom and the water takes a while to get hot, there is a proper shower head , no hand held, which is a concern of you have to shower and avoid surgical dressing etc. The ADA rooms have handheld but only large queen beds. The HVAC system is true to its readings but there is a fan that blows across the bed closest to the unit, you might prefer to turn the fan off. It is centrally located and walking distance to many local sites. The attached garage is expensive and you can get a meager 15 minutes max for free to unload BUT tell the parking attendant that you will be done in 15 minutes otherwise he will gladly charge you the full hour. You can walk from the hotel room to the galleria food court. There were a few places that remained opened despite covid. There is a small CVS in the food court area.

In the last week I have stayed at Marriot locations in Brookline Coolidge Corner, Quincy, Peabody and right here in the residence inn. Of all the locations this feels the safest, paired with a very friendly and welcoming staff and the rooms are fantastic. Steps to the ballpark, the T and some good eats (though Covid has knocked some of my favorites out of business for now) Great time for a visit and don't forget the roof top bar!!

I have not had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, but I can't say enough good things about the customer service I recently received. My husband and I booked a night at the Verb hotel through groupon to stay after attending a concert at the House Of Blues. With the recent coronavirus outbreak our show was canceled and many area attractions were shut down. On our groupon it states that no refunds would be made to reservation canceled after the 4 day mark. I call the Verb and spoke to Joey in reservation. He was understanding of the situation and very accommodating. While he was not able to issue us a refund for the money, he was able to provide us with a "gift certificate" good for the amount to be used any time in the next 7 years. With the level of customer service I received, especially from Joey, I look forward to using my gift certificate! Good customer service goes a long way, and the Verb restored my faith in that. Looking forward to my future stay at the Verb!

Hotel Commonwealth provides 5-star quality service and facilities at an affordable rate. It feels like family when you arrive. Front desk staff know your name before you arrive. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Thanks, Myron and Nick! Bell staff always greet with a smile and have doors open and ready for you, again remembering your name. Thanks, Frankie! The rooms are spacious, some of the most spacious in Boston with beautiful views of Fenway or Kenmore. The hotel updates are gorgeous and love the added fitness room and the cozy sweatshirt hoodie robes. HC is sandwiched between two of the best restaurants in Boston (Eastern Standard and Island Creek Oyster Bar) and the subway is literally right below. Lots of hot spots within walking distance. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality hotel during your stay in Boston or even to celebrate for a fun staycation for locals like we did. Also obsessed with the Malin+Goetz hand soap. Using the coupon right away.

Our entire stay from arrival to departures was awesome. The doormen were most accommodating, knowledgeable and pleasant. The check-in procedure was easy, safe and quick. The front desk personnel were friendly, outgoing and extremely helpful. The room was very well appointed, and so very comfortable. This was another of our several stays at the Eliot, and each time we leave so very impressed and looking forward to our next stay. Our family lives down the street and the Eliot's location and A+ service and professionalism make staying there very easy and enjoyable. Having Uni downstairs is another great amenity. Staying at the Eliot is the perfect hotel for a visit to a first class city. Cannot wait to return to the Eliot. Thanks for being a great asset to Boston!

On the day we supposed to arrive at this hotel to attend a concert at Berklee that evening, the ticket holder and host of the event decided that she was too concerned about the possibility of becoming infected with COVID-19 to attend. It was impracticable for us to drive over 3 hours to get the tix from her and then 2 hours back to Boston. I called Oasis, explained the situation, and was granted a full refund. I was pleasantly surprised. It is evident that customer service is of paramount importance to the management. I would not hesitate to stay here next time I need a hotel in the area.

Boston City Center
One of the cheapest, if not the cheapest centrally located Marriott, it’s good if you’re budget conscious but certainly a get what you pay for situation. Water in the room is $5 a carton and not an ideal set up if you plan on doing work. In house food options are limited but at least they’re serving right now. Location was great for my personal needs in the theatre district type area. The room was also quiet as I had requested so I was very pleased about this. It’s fine in a pinch but there are much better options in Boston and given they’re only slightly more expensive right now, I’d select another option. Not as good as my experience at the DC property which I thought was overall excellent.

Boston City Center
This was my second stay at this hotel. It always amazes me how magnificent (large) it is. It is really conveniently located. Very centrally located in between very touristy streets of Boylston and Park Plaza and walking distance to CBD area, while tucked away in a relatively quiet street one block away. I did not use the facilities other than the bar and coffee shop, which were great. The room I stayed in this time, a king size bed, was a bit small; the bottom of the bed was too squished close to the TV and wall. It should be okay for one person, but it would have been a bit difficult for two people. The air con was cranked to high and I couldn't find room temp controller. It was a hot summer stay and I did not mind it too much, except for one day when I stayed in my room to do a bit of work.

Hotel facilities are very good, the surrounding shopping malls and supermarkets are very convenient. When I was very close, I walked to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with my husband, walked through the Harvard Bridge, and saw a lot of running. I really love sports. The supermarket solved the breakfast, and the checkout at the checkout counter after breakfast was very delicious. There are major brands in the surrounding shopping malls, you can stroll around, less than 300 meters after the lobster burger shop, you must taste delicious. At the entrance of the hotel, the taxi to the airport price list of 38.5 US dollars a baggage total gave 40, before not to say more than 20, I doubled, and it is not clear why.

We just wanted to thank you for a wonderful weekend at your hotel. I realize we're in a pandemic but your hotel (which was sadly very empty) went above and beyond to help us in any way. We had a great view from the 24th floor and the hotel is just steps away from the back bay, wonderful restaurants and lots of shopping. Our daughter is a student at northeastern and she was a 15 min walk from her campus. We will never stay anywhere else when we are visiting boston. Thank you to all the pleasant staff as they did the best they could to make us feel as comfortable as possible! Keep up the good work and we'll see you in the spring! We even enjoyed the snow and the cold weather since we're from Florida!

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The rooms are medium sized but I was upgraded due to Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite status. The in-room amenities were excellent and included bathtub, work desk and a flat screen TV. Beds were large and comfortable and blankets were really good. My main complaint is with the air-conditioning unit. It was noisy and placed on the ground, thereby leading to inconvenience and vibrations. Not to mention that the angle of the vent was also odd. There is a nice restaurant on site which is open till late night. Food is good and value for money. The hotel has a pool table, outdoor game area and many conference rooms. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider going there again especially for the views of the Boston Seaport and reasonably priced rooms.

The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!
