|1.19km from city centerI really don’t understand why this place is rated 2 stars? I’ve stayed at this place twice now and honestly I won’t stay anywhere else. I’ve recommended this place to several of my friends and they have loved their experience as much as I have. Things are going to be different because of COVID, but they make you feel right at home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has the best location spot, you are just far enough away from old town to not get hit with all the drunks, but just close enough to go get drunk. The hotel has waters, Gatorade’s, snacks, heat up meals, and little supplies you might of forgotten on your trip like a toothbrush, for purchase in the lobby. Even though, right now because of COVID picnic style eating isn’t available, the hotel has a breakfast bag for the mornings that you are able to pick up from the hotel lobby and enjoy in your room. They have other amenities in and out of the hotel that I put on my other review. Over all, love this place.

|3.66km from city centerStayed here for the Christmas holiday (they are pet friendly) staff was amazing, very welcoming & attentive. Maybe only complaint would be kids above us running around under all night. I love kids but I was tired at midnight…..I think and guests with small children should be placed in a room downstairs. Then the guest next to us had TV in at 3:00 am, waking me and the dogs. Extremely disrespectful. Other than that rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

|0.25km from city centerNon-smoking room smelt like cigarettes. Room was disgustingly dirty! Bathroom was gross head cigarette stains on the ceiling walls from when the shower he did everything up. The room smell extremely bad!! There is so much outside activity going on homeless people drug dealers walking around. A few of the guys that were walking around outside kept trying to talk to my children saying hi waving at them winking at them telling them to come over to the vending machines. Had homeless people with all their blankets laying in there! Cigarette butts all outside. It says no animals allowed it smelt like urine outside the rooms and inside the rooms! Rooms need to be definitely updated . Bed sheets were extremely dirty had hair in their dirty feet Marks . The beds are so hard. I don’t even think our room was cleaned the beds were just made there was stuff on the floor from the previous person that stayed there All night long I heard dogs barking in the other room. You always heard people walking by your door touching your door handle talking. It was just an overall extremely bad place we felt unsafe I didn’t even sleep because I felt like I had to stay up and watch my family. Nasty nasty place

Minuses: No daily service. Even the breakfast tray was still there when I came back,. Also the television does not go above a certain volume so as not to disturb others. I see that as discrimination against those who are hearing impaired. And the breakfast was so so. Stale pastries. Not fresh baked. Taste like out of a package, Yogurt was good though! There should also be instructions for the buttons for the fireplace and how to work the shower.
Still.... I would stay again.

The setting is beautiful. My room could have used a little love but it was pleasant and comfortable. I opted out of daily room cleaning and instead was able to text the staff for my needs along the way; extra coffee pods and towels were quickly delivered. The stand out was the food we enjoyed as part of our conference. Truly excellent and served with grace and courtesy. We enjoyed two evenings in the adjacent ”Meadow” area with plenty of room for our group to socialize and relax by the fire. Very enjoyable experience overall.

Room was beautiful and very Restoration Hardware feel and overlooked the vineyard. Wish the Junior Suite had a bathtub- that would be my only complaint. Be sure to grab a fresh cup of coffee in lobby in the morning.

Was very pleased to see Turkey sausage and egg white options. All staff that I encountered was friendly and helpful. It was an added bonus that the rooms have a keurig, microwave and refrigerator. It is located close to wineries and the ******. I would definitely stay again

|0.69km from city centerI stayed one night here for family trip. Location is great. It is walking distance from Temecula Old Town and it was a big benefit that you can go there from early morning. I wanted to visit farmer's market opening from 8:30 and it took only 7minutes from hotel. Room was quite clean and looked like recently renovated. Water pressure of shower was quite strong. Breakfast was better than I've expected to a budget hotel. Fruit,waffle and many other foods were quite fresh. All in all, I was quite satisfied and will definitely stay again when I come back to Temecula!

|9.96km from city centerWe had a room block of 20 rooms at South Coast Winery for our wedding weekend. We (the bride and groom) stayed in one of the big mountain king suites, and it was fantastic! We had lots of room for entertaining our bridal party and getting ready before the wedding in the living room area, and we still had our separate bedroom area. We had amazing views of the vineyards and hot air balloons from our giant patio. Our guests mentioned how nice the hotel was, and the whole booking process was very smooth. Overall, an amazing home base for our wedding weekend.

First, the AC automatically turns off and on & it is on fan mode only and sometimes warm air comes out from the vent. We called maintenance several times and the least that they can do is to provide us an electric fan. Due to that problem we were not able to sleep soundly & then around 7:30am someone called us and reminding us about trash. I was half awake I can’t understand what she just told me because my sleep was bothered. My spouse called them again just to verify what was the call all about and she said that it was a mistake. I called back again because I got so upset that they bothered my sleep basically for nothing. ( which caused me a terrible headache btw). I asked for the manager, and the one who called was in fact, the manager named Senya I hope the conversation was recorded. Can someone from the upper management pull up the recordings to listen to that call It was a huge frustration. I can’t believe I was already talking to the manager because of poor customer service and lack of empathy. It’s important for upper management to ensure that their staff is trained and empowered to provide excellent service to customers. She offered me points but I didn’t accept that, I don’t need points a sincere apology will rectify things. Will I recommend this hotel to my family & friends, Definitely Not! It is important for hotels and businesses in general to provide excellent customer service experience, as it can greatly impact customer satisfaction and loyalty.

|1.11km from city centerWe stayed there for two nights. The room was clean and actually had some personality to it and didn't see so cookie cutter. We did use the pool and hot tub, the jets on the hot tub didn't work, but i'm sure thats just my normal bad luck. The breakfast is currently a bag, but wasn't horrible. I mean it was my favorite waffles, but considering everything. Not bad. We had to have the hold a cake for us from friday until bday dinner sunday at 630pm. And we checked ouit sunday at 11am. They were super helpful.

However, BWCI gave us the best local price for a clean room with a continental breakfast, close to the venue. We did some local site-seeing and shopping at Old Town.
