This trip was enjoyable as I was able to finish my meetings on time due to a very quiet environment and no distraction so I had enough time to get in the cotton groove. I like the fact that its a small and coded boutique hotel with a lounge and a DJ on Friday night with a controlled sound system not to disturb the lodgers. I danced all night and retired to my room at 12am. Food was incredible and staff were very respectful and coordinated. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed here in late November. The room was really nice, and the staff were super helpful. They allowed me to check in early, gave me a big, quiet room, advised me on transport, places to see, etc. They let me use their VIP lounge when I needed to make a business call and required high-speed internet. Also, the breakfast is huge and terrific. The location in Victoria Island is very convenient. You're close to the beach, to a pharmacy, grocery store, etc. Highly recommend it.

I booked the hotel via booking.com and when I got there, I was told they are not happy with the amount at which I booked the room online, therefore hubby was given a room with peeled walls and unkept, no tissue paper in toilet and no response to any request. I was later told that next time, I should book directly with them and they will offer me a better room. I guess they do not want to pay their dues for advertising on booking.com hence the kind of service my husband received. He said the receptionists are so noisy, sleeping at the reception area with mattrass on the floor and gisting loudly at night. It was a bad experience for him.

The hotel is nice and very spacious. Had my 25th wedding anniversary there. Good service and good attention to general hygiene given the current covid pandemic. They really made us feel welcome. They decorated our room with rose petals at no extra cost at my request. The Salma restaurant is a good place to eat.

where do i even begin?? i spent over 3k us dollars to not have a working tub.....despite expressing the concern to one of the managers. once the tub issue got addressed THE CLEANING PERSON NEVER CLEANED THE THE TUB "despite" me asking him too. i let it go. the cloth used to clean the restroom was sour because it smelled IMMEDIATELY AFTER IT WAS CLEANED MORW THAN ONCE. both nightstands never got wiped nor the TV stand area MY ENTIRE STAY. no wait, my first day there was a great cleaning guy who liked his job AND CLEANED WELL. security people were very kind sufficient polite professional and did their jobs very very well my entire duration. Ruth and one other lady showed EXCELLENT customer service skills. the food taste decent. some times come with no silverware. open food, uncookedafood and smears on plate. I will admit receiving my food more than once cold and alwayz not on time. my husband neva once ate breakfast before leaving. he has always ordered a tray. they give option for 6a-615am it comes 715am 6:50am. i have been wanting to check out to receive a refund and it is my husband that advise we stay that the treatmentwould be the same elsewhere let's just finish our business than go. laundry is good BUT two of my items did not return my black cami and a brown came. i just cried and had to beg my husband to just stop calling the front desk. we have two more trips back home here in nigeria. we picked this location due the refrigerator and tub. our room has no fridge or a clean tub.. we will be mindful of our current experience while on stay here when needing to decide on a location site. Now the actual building is clean. nice & presentable. the ENTIRE staff is approachable and well manner. the rooms are large in size clean to the eye. The sheets are changed everyday, floor mopped in rooms daily but not well and water restocked. the sitting areas are nice. restaurant is nice also. i travel quite often. i have been to shearton's before. this is poor quality in the very MINOR things that my husband and i have experienced.it is quite annoying disappointing and frustrating for what we are paying to lodge here. it would be nice to have breakfast on time so my husband can eat before going out. I moved from a different hotel whos rooms looked nothing like the photos I saw online. When I got to Villa Angelia, the staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was large and tastefully furnished exactly like the pictures show which was a relief. They advised on fun things to do during my entire stay. Although I had a problem with the shower's water pressure, they were helpful in moving me to a room with a better one. Very Kindly. I definitely recommend!!

Well life is full of surprises and my last business trip to Nigeria was certainly that!! ... I was due to fly back to my home in Vietnam on the 17th March....however, that was the begining of my overstay in Nigeria, its now the 23rd May and I am writing this from my room at the Eko Suites Hotel on Victoria Island, Lagos. I suppose if you're going to be stranded in Nigeria, the Eko Hotel is not a bad place to be. I cannot give a complete review of the hotel as most of the facilities within the Hotel are closed due to the COVID-19 restrictions imposed on Hotels in Nigeria by the Government, anyway I can comment on the things that are available and the services offered. first of all the room, it was functional, a little out dated, I had a room with a balcony and a view over the pool which was quite pleasent, there was ample coffee & tea available in the room, fairly good free wifi and a decent selection of TV channels. There one resturant open which serves breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, the food was very repetative and average, however, they had a pizza oven and the pizza's offered a welcomed change. The bar was situated on the pool level, which is a nice place to sit in the evenings, not cheap..but a fair choice of beers, wines and spirits. Obviously the social distancing and protocols required to be safe from the Virus were in place, however, the hotel was open to know residents which was not a good idea... I have visited the EKO on a few occasions during my previous visits to Nigeria before the virus and it was an enjoyable experience , however, there is much room for improvement... if you are on business in Lagos in the future, EKO suites Hotel is an okay place to stay, but there is also plenty of other brand name Hotels in town..

Beautiful environment, good location, convenient transportation, comfortable and hygienic rooms, friendly staff, willing to provide all kinds of help, rich breakfast. The facilities are very user-friendly, the network high-speed signal is good, and the scenery outside the window is good. There is a special bed-turning service, and the design of the small decoration in the room is also very distinctive. Good value for money, but also staying next time. Lagos is one of the most energetic and cosmopolitan cities in west Africa, if not the contingent. However, it's still catching up to "western" standards with regards to hotels and infrastructure. The Radisson Blu Anchorage has been one of the better known hotels in the city and is conveniently located on Victoria Island, close to some of the newer and nicer areas of the city. Upon our late arrival, staff were available to assist us with our luggage and we were able to check in without incident (note, the hotel does not offer rooms with 2 beds, despite what is mentioned on their website). The rooms are good sized, but very non-descript and have the basic amenities. Bathrooms are large, with stand -up showers. After our long trip in, we wanted to shower before dinner. Water pressure was weak, but present (see below).. We had dinner in the bar area and the basic offerings were more than acceptable and the cold beer was welcome. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is a buffet with breads and fruits and other dishes and they can prepare egg dishes as you may wish. On our second day, we awoke to learn there was NO running water. (only a drip...literally). Inquiring with the front desk we were told it was hotel-wide and they were trying to fix it. Unfortunately, we were forced to resort to using bottled water to rinse off and couldn't get a shower until our next stop in Istanbul a day later. The staff was very kind and understanding, and I can't fault them for something seemingly out of their direct control. However, for US$300 per night I do expect to have basic utilities. Security, which is a real concern in Lagos, seems good at the hotel. There is the usual entrance gate, where vehicles are inspected, metal detectors at the entrance, and staff on each floor. There appear to be newer properties for similar prices in the city. My advice is that regardless, you stay near to where you need to be as traffic can be horrific in the city. Regardless, on Victoria Island there are newer properties that I feel would be more comfortable than the Radisson Blu Anchorage.

I and my parent had a lovely stay in the Park Inn. The service received was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful (especially the Omotola (receptionist) , John, Gerald, Suleiman and Oni) and are a credit to the hotel. They ensured we had a pleasant and safe stay. The food was absolutely superb though the portions were huge. I hope Radisson will continue to invest in the hotel (some pieces of furniture could be upgraded) and I look forward to staying there again.

This hotel is safer in Nigeria. If you don't like western food, you can eat two boiled eggs. It’s safe to watch. Location, there is a mtn head office selling mobile phone cards nearby, there are also two Chinese restaurants, it is quite happy to go out to eat Chinese food. That's right, this kind of star hotel, when you stayed, didn't even have a baggage to help you. The chair and table on the room had the greasy smell of just eating something, and I wiped it three times before I used it. The environment here is like this. It is not easy to find a cleaner estimate. Just live here.
