The BEST WESTERN White Hart Hotel in Boston was built in the 1390's, and exudes medieval magnificence to this day! The hotel lies in the heart of this busy and bustling Boston, a wonderful market town, and it's Grade II, 18th Century building overlooks the river too! Inside, all 26 bedrooms have recently been refurbished, so you can snuggle up in the luxurious bed linen, soft pillows and settle down in front of the large flat screen television. Outside, there is so much to do from strolls along the fens to local attractions such as Boston Stump, the shops and the market. The cinema is less than five minutes walk from the hotel along with a host of British and International restaurants and pubs offering live music. All in all, it offers the most accommodating of accommodations, so why not experience the best of Boston and see for yourself!

Seems like more of a bed & roof over your head kind of place rather than a nice place to stay. Everything is just about adequate but not much more. Rooms slightly cramped; clean but not sparkling; decor peeling at the edges; coffee and tea provided but no milk; booked for 4 persons but bed linen for sofabed missing (eventually provided after some phoning around); sofabed not fit for adult use; no curtains on some of the windows (resulting in all-night illumination from courtyard lights); no parking and car access awkward. Lots of small niggles that sum up to a fairly underwhelming stay. Soundproofing to neighboring flats is poor, and one of the neighbouring flats hosted a party from midnight to 4am- you could hear every word spoken. To summarize, not a great stay. Single positive is a good location.

Although I would love to give a great review as it did look a lovely property unfortunately I had an awful experience. I was pleasantly pleased with a phone call the day before arrival with Matt introducing himself, I felt reassured and relaxed at our choice. Unfortunately that’s where it ended, we arrived as a family of 3 around 20:30 on a Saturday evening, we were given a code to retrieve the key for our room, there was no key in the key box. I went to knock on all the rooms no one was in, there were two contractor vans on the drive way. I tried the door to our room number and it was open, there were beer cans, clothing thrown around, laptop and other personal belongings. I had tried to phone Matt several times, left messages, text, no reply. We were left without a room for the night, our 7 year old disabled daughter who was due her medication was distraught, panic was setting in as we were unable to prepare her for it. We started looking for somewhere else, it took us an hour to find somewhere available as everywhere was booked up due to it being a Saturday night during the summer holidays. The men came back who had our room they were drunk, they had managed to guess the code and took our key. Which sends alarm bells ringing for the security. We were literally stranded. The only place which had room for us was an hour away in a Peterborough, we were tired, stressed and devastated and still no answer from Matt so we made the journey arriving at gone 23:00. I have given it a month before leaving a review as I really hoped all would be resolved. But I still have had no response from Matt, I’ve tried to contact him several times, no refund, no apology, no compensation for having to pay an additional £260 for the hotel in Peterborough, the travel there and back. It has been the worst customer service I have ever come across and so disappointing after such a promising start.

Clean and fresh and surprisingly modern rooms and bathrooms in this Dickensian hotel on an old cobbled street near the centre. Bars, restaurants, shops, nothing is more than a short walk away. It's own bar was very lively at the weekend but with nice people, we really enjoyed it. There's a great restaurant opposite that's worth a visit and if you are interested in the history of the town the Church of St Botolph's, of Pilgrim Fathers fame, is at the end of the street. Great little place at not a lot of money. We visit Boston often and we'd stay again.

We stayed 3 nights and had one of the three double bed apartments, number 7 to be precise. You can tell they have spent a lot of money converting this former ugly office block. It's in an excellent location, right behind St Botolph's church, right in the centre of Boston. With a small car park right outside the door, pay and display £4 for 24 hours. Pros: The apartment was large, modern, well decorated, bright and airy, with a large bathroom complete with a P shaped bath/shower. Lovely very modern kitchen, including large fridge freezer and microwave. The double beds were comfy, even if the quilts were a little small. Quality furniture in the bedrooms, plus quality bedding and lovely fluffy towels. Not your usual hotel cheap stuff. Nice big dining table and chairs. Large hd tv in the lounge. Excellent free wi-fi. Lift access. Although not a place for wheelchair users, as there is a very high step to get in, where you have to access the building, when the ground floor small shopping centre is closed. Cheap parking. Cons: Our apartment was for six, however in the lounge there was only enough comfy sofa/chairs for four people. Easily remedied by taking out the old (dumped in out of place), two seater plus two chairs and replacing with, two three seater modern sofas. The lighting needs sorting. The overhead concealed ceiling lights, are blindly bright. Great for getting in and in the kitchen/bathroom, however not relaxing. Certainly not if you want to watch tv. A floor lamp in the lounge would sort it. In the bedrooms, they need to replace ALL the bulbs, as they are so dim, you can't see, let alone read or do your makeup. Unless you blind yourself using ceiling lights. In the kitchen, there were not enough plates or utensils for six. Although there were pans and a couple of cooking utensils. Again easily sorted. I was impressed by the fact there was a board and a sharp knife. Unusual in any apartment. A check list for the cleaner, would sort that problem. We couldn't get most of the heaters to work. Our stupidity! Again easily remedied, by having a guide. Especially as the reception is never manned, so no one to ask. In fact in our four days there, we didn't see anyone, until the cleaner arrived our last morning. They have a key safe system. We found the noise from the street, a bit loud at night. Just people laughing and drunken loud talking. Ohh and the Argos 7am Sunday morning delivery, woke us all up with their metal cages. We can't understand, how come they have obviously spent a lot of money on the conversion, especially fixtures and fittings, yet not put in double glazed windows. Conclusion: A great place to stay, especially for families. My elderly parents, really liked it. Great price, great location, excellent standard. I would highly recommend.

We booked in Boston to see friends as we usually do a few times a year and seen the advert for 1 fountain place It looks to good to be true but we did and WOW the pictures don’t do the rooms justice!! Beautifully decorated and to a very high standard and quality No reception as it’s 2 rooms above a shop up a staircase but great instructions from the owners when checking in how to gain entrance and get your keys Excellent idea and the place is located right in the centre of everything within east reach for whatever you need or want Cheap car park to the side Beautiful rooms we will definitely be using this place again 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For the tariff, the Premier Inn in Boston for our one night stay was perfectly satisfactory. Possibly putting two pensioners in the furthest upstairs bedroom from the reception entrance wasn't too hospitable though. The building was clean, dry and warm and there are no complaints about our sleep quality. We ate at a local pub in the evening but enjoyed breakfast across the car park in their sister establishment. We opted for the contintental and again it represented fair value. The situation suited us as we were going to Frampton Marsh having had a day out in Lincoln. Overall a good stay.

Stayed here 25/05. I wasn’t around very much but Amy who checked me in was really friendly and welcoming. I stayed in a single room over-looking the river and a cute little windmill. Room was lovely, clean and warm and had everything you would need. Bed was comfortable, I was asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. Walls are quite thin but wasn’t noisy by any means. Breakfast was really nice, I was greeted by Paddy, who too was friendly. I ordered a Vegetarian Full English and everything was cooked lovely. This is a dog friendly B&B and I had the pleasure of meeting resident dogs Teddy and Oris who were very well behaved! Will definitely stay again if I’m back in the area, highly recommend. Also the right hand side of the Car Park has CCTV so this put me at ease as I had a very full car!

We came here for the weekend during half term to visit family. Easy to get to with help of satnav and we didn’t hear traffic although can see a main road from our room. We arrived quite late but Hazel let us in explained the breakfast list and gave us our keys. You decide what you want for breakfast and write it down and what time you want it. When we got to our room it was huge there was a sofa a small table and couple of chairs as well as the beds. The bathroom was big and spacious with a bath and shower. A big tv with freeview. The beds had duvets as well as a blanket but we found the room really warm no issues with sleeping trying to wake 2 teens for breakfast was like waking the dead so beds are good! Breakfast there was a choice of cereals and orange juice. Hazel and another lady came out to see what way we wanted to do breakfast either cereal first or cooked. Cooked breakfast was fresh and hot 2 rashers bacon, sausage, egg, mushrooms and beans with toast. You get a front door key as well as your room key which is brilliant as we went out of an evening. Really friendly, clean and inviting place and definitely stay here again.
