Such an amazing experience! From the moment you arrive in the lobby, you feel at home. Amazing views from the 9th floor of the city and you can even spot the sea from there and your room! Rooms are basically brand new, and fully equipped with everything you might need during your long stay. The decor is so nice you wish your house looked that good haha There's even a welcome pack with essentials waiting for you as you check in! Breakfast is just perfect, as it has a bit of everything and it is enjoyed with the nicest views. The gym is quite big, it provides towels and water. There's a laundry room with washing machines and a drier so you can do your laundry during your stay. I will be coming back soon as not also the place is amazing and the employees are the sweetest and make you feel very welcomed from the beginning.

The experience is not particularly good, there is no hot water bottle. The room has basically no air conditioning. The decoration is relatively new, the door is very heavy, and it is impossible to open the door without strength. The location is very convenient, very convenient to the train station and Chinatown.

Stayed here for 2 nights recently with my partner. As frequent travelers of netherlands to the various cities including den haag ,we had never stayed here before. Lovely experience overall with very pleasant and friendly staff. We had a garden view room(upgraded as club members) with everything you needed clean comfy bed, safe, big shower with toiletries etc and very quiet at night. Their was a complimentary breakfast included in the rate which was a buffet style but more than adequate with a selection of cold cheeses meats, cereals, pastries, teas coffees orange juice yogurts and boiled eggs. Decent coffee machine. Small little bar on site and ice machine in lobby. .We were given a late check out as we had a later flight which was truly appreciated . Excellently located for busisness or any of the visitor sites in den haag. We would definitely return and recommend.😀

I was staying 5 nights. I had originally booked for 3 but wrote to reception back in November I wanted to extend the stay to 5 nights. I did ask should I just make a new reservation and they said no, it was recorded. This was confirmed as was the new price. When I arrived at reception, they had no record of my 5 night stay and I had to find the email to confirm both the extension and the remaining nights to pay. The person was lovely and sorted it out, but I felt a bit strange about it. Then after the 3rd night I received an automatic check out message so I checked with reception and they thought I was checking out and I had to go through the whole thing again. I had already paid so I explained that too. Anyway perhaps a note could have been added or something on the system. The location was perfect. I felt safe walking around at night and it was very convenient for the Amare centre. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and the shower was a good size. I liked they had some BBC channels. I think on day 4, the wifi was down. This is not reception’s fault but it was out for probably 30 hours. This seems quite odd in a major hotel for it to be out for so long. Unfortunate but it was fixed eventually. Staff were nice. Lifts worked well.

Friendly staff at the desk. It was a warm welcome. In the lobby you can spoil yourself with a delicious cup of Nespresso coffee or tea. The room was ok. The room does need maintenance. (For example: the bathroom door is peeling at the bottom). Coffee and tea was available in the standard room. Room was clean. We took advantage of the breakfast buffet on Sunday. Choice was fine. The hotel is located near the central station. Perfect if you come by train.

This place is both good and bad. Good - 1) has a cafe in front which served really good coffee and food. Food was vegan - the vegan hamburger was excellent and the coffee great. Decent beer and wine selection and the cafe staff (who also check people in and out of hostel) were very friendly and efficient and make a great cup of coffee! 2) laundramat very close by; 3) cafe has bands/musicians some nights and were OK; 4) cafe serves as a lounge area and has games for people to play and hang out; 5) location was great - a metro station is just outside the back door and trams pass by every few minutes; 6) price is very good per bed; 7) other fellow guests were pretty quiet. Bad - 1) Room was dirty - floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned or swept in a long time - especially under the bed. Lots of dust, dirt, etc. under the bed. When we checked in a lone dirty sock was on the floor near my bed. Was told by another guest it had been there for days. I stayed there 5 days and it was still on the floor when I left. Dropped my book under the bed and it was covered in dust when I retrieved it. The walls really need a paint job. Just felt grimy staying there; 2) Several bathroom fixtures did not work. There is a room for toilets - the sink to wash hands did not work so you had to go to the shower room to wash hands. There were three sinks in the shower room, but one of those also did not work - not a great situation when several people are trying to brush teeth and wash hands, put on makeup, do their hair, etc. 3) The cafe out front is open to the public and the only bathroom for those customers is the same one that the hostel guests use. With the toilet sink not working, that means a lot of people coming and going to use the sink available in the shower room. Really made me uncomfortable taking showers in the evenings with all the people coming and going into that room. 4) one of the showers was used several times to store equipment, making it unavailable for use. 5) We stayed in one of the first rooms in the hallway coming from the cafe - all the food smells and noise of the cafe permeate into the room. 6) loved that bands play in the front room on some nights, but they were EXTREMELY loud and played till around 11:45p so if you stay in that room, be prepared to not sleep before midnight. 7) loved that there was a cafe that served coffee and breakfast - but it didn't open until midmorning in April so not really useful for morning coffee - you'll have to search out a place a distance away - nothing really open at that time in the near vacinity so got used to taking the metro every morning to get coffee on the way to sightseeing. 8) there were lockers in the rooms, but the one I was using was broken so there was no way to close it or lock it; 9) one of the staff evidently had one of the beds in the room permanently which felt a little weird. The rules stated no food in the rooms, but this rule evidently didn't apply to him. I think i

Our bedrooms were clean and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. The hotel is centrally located, the buffet breakfast good. However, rooms overlooking the covered “Passage” shopping arcade have virtually no natural light and are noisy (cleaning starts early in the Passage and piped music is almost continuous when the shops are open!). We had two rooms, one overlooking the Passage and the other on the front of the building, which was slightly smaller but much more comfortable. Most frustratingly, we booked the hotel because it has a car park onsite but when we arrived we were asked if we drove an electric vehicle and told that as we do, we would not be able to use the car park as “electric vehicles are a fire risk”!!! This was particularly irritating because we had mentioned in our booking that we would be driving an EV. Disadvantages: no parking for EVs, rooms overlooking the “Passage” noisy and dark. Advantages: clean, comfortable beds, central.

The location is great , close to city Center and museum, just 2 minutes walk from the closest tram station to get off. Thought there is a restaurant in hotel from the photos but indeed just a dinning area together with the front desk area which only provides breakfast. Large room, bed and toilet are clean , kitchen is good too if you wish to cook, more homie feelings to stay in here, but the sofa in my room was having some stains. Also the room is quite (no noise from outside) , feeling secured too as solo traveller. Originally thought the washer is inside my room, but actually are all in the public washer & dryer room, tho 24 hours open, btw no washing powder provided you need to bring or buy yourself. Still good for long-trip traveller. Overall is not a bad stay with this location and room size , maybe not the best but still worth the prize

We had such a lovely stay, the management team were very helpful and the room was perfect for our family needs. After reading the various negative reviews (after booking my trip!) I was mildly apprehensive about my stay here for a number of nights. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel very clean, although the check-in process was a time-consuming.mThe room iI was given was small but quite acceptable for my needs and quite clean. Once up in the room, I tried to call down to reception to clarify a minor issue. They ignored my calls. I rang 3-4 times over a period of 20-30 minutes, on one attemnpt, letting it ring for up to 10 minutes. No answer. I eventually found the information I needed in the small info-sheet after looking carefully. The next day, taking a day off from business, I wanted to stay in my room to write emails and so on, so I put out the 'please make up my room now sign at 8 am and went out for breakfast. There were 4 or 5 people in housekeeping on the floor, who, through the course of the day as I came and went, they, seemed have decided they should be doing every single room EXCEPT mine. I has to go to to reception again around lunch time as I found my key disabled. It took the gentleman on reception 25 minutes (I time this) just to be able to create me a new key, and there was no explanation other than ”the system is playing up”. Also at this time, I specifically asked if they would ensure my room was made up and I was assured he would contact housekeeping to make sure it would be done. I went out to lunch. I returned just before three, and the room remained unattended to. I went to reception, this time to register complain, and was quite brusquely told ”this is jsut because the housekeeping staff are busy”. Obviously so!! BNusy all day long doing every room apart from the only room with the ”please make up my room now ” sign hung on the door!! I asked to speak to the manager and was rebuffed. It was clear from the evasive response to my requrest that the receptionist did not want me to speak to the mana gera. After I said I really did want to speak to the manager I was told she wa s busy but would be along shortly. I expected him to do something to contact the manager such as pick up the phone or go to find her, instenad he simply started to ignore me and began to deal with another customer, which behaviour I found most discourteous. When I remonstrated about this he irritable stated taht ”I'm dealing with your problem by email -- you just can't see what I am writing on my screen”. 15 mins of this silent treatment passed I asked again for the manager and was told she was too busy to talk to me. I returned to my room, and housekeeping finally arrived at 1500. These service failings would be incompatible with a 3* rating hotel, but the ket to this thing is that these annoyances are all people related. it is not any indivudual issue-- these things are routine, and dealt with elegantly in even the cheapest of hotels. I expect more from a so-called 5 start property. I It is a real pity as the latest own

Hotels being incredibly expensive in the Hague, we went for the Best Western as we knew the standard. The room was very small. The sink was outside the bathroom - quite strange. So you had 2 waste bins in the room and none in the bathroom. The bed was excellent. The pillows small but larger ones were provided on request. The shower was really good and so too were the towels. Great to have car-parking on site at a reasonable price. Local taxis were surprisingly cheap!

It's a very nice hotel, located in the center of the city. Beautiful design, the rooms are pleasant. The breakfast is good. Those who come with a car are advised not to park in the parking lot below the hotel, because it is expensive. We camped in a parking lot within walking distance (of course after dropping off our luggage at the hotel) on Geest Street 1. We had a less pleasant experience, our daughter felt sick, and they had no idea where to refer us and we were even sent to the emergency which turned out to have been closed for 3 years. So only health, and enjoy.

Originally this was quite good. The breakfast was rich and allowed to take out. It was worth the money, but the room was facing the street and the traffic was very noisy. The most unbearable thing was the shower. The cubicle was too small to turn around. Photos The one above is also worthy of a shower? ! The drizzle of water is still high above, and it depends on the reflection of the wall to wet the body. Can this be considered a bath?

As every year we wanted to celebrate our wedding day with a dinner outside the door. Unfortunately this year only when you let your hotel room serve the dinner, so as to say, did so. Since we find Scheveningen a pleasant night location and Fletcher presented himself as culinary attraction we chose for the Fletcher hotel in Scheveningen. Prima hotel. Clean, everything new and valuable staff(st)ers. It is a pity that you have to walk quite far for a affordable parking space but it's good to do about the boulevard. When arrival immediately but requested the menu card and it was limited, very limited (including the menu presented on the website). We just came in from our beach walking and until our surprise was served half an hour before the agreed time. What fell that against ..... all sweet and flavourless. the tomato soup does not taste and flavour. The bad bourguignon consists of dry wire meat with half a pot of silver. No root, champignon or any other vegetable. Served with stone cold, flavorless, potato puree, for the offered very pricey, what a spectacular spectacle. ”Culinary enjoyment in Scheveningen” will be able to, but not at the Fletcher hotel !!

The hotel is in the heart of the city, next to the palace, from the Hague HS station by tram about 3 stops, walk to the central station about 15 minutes. The hotel is an old building renovation, inside is the decoration style of the hotel. I lived on the first floor, and the windows on the wall were closed. There was only a skylight, which was a bit interesting. The room is quite big, but the furniture is a bit small, only a chair. The bathroom is very clean, but the sink is a bit small. The hotel's quotation does not include the city tax. When you check in, you can only pay the credit card. The tax written on Ctrip's order may be wrong, less than the amount to pay. There is a charge for luggage storage at the front desk. It should be 3 Euros regardless of the quantity. I have two trolleys and I have received a total of 3 Euros.

This is an older hotel and the upkeep hasn’t been up to standards. The security chain on our door was missing, and the shower head in the bathroom was not appropriate for the shower stall, which has a half wall of glass separating it from the rest of the bathroom, with the other half open. Instead of directing the water straight down (rainfall style) the non-adjustable shower head spreads the water pattern out, which sprays water out of the shower stall into the other half of the bathroom. We had to use the flexible shower wand to keep from making a mess in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, but very crowded on Saturdays. We booked the room with dinner included, but there seemed to have been communication or procedural problems between the front desk staff (which were very nice, but the way) and the restaurant staff (also very nice) on how to use the coupons. We’re issued a multiday coupon, which the restaurant staff insisted they had to take from us on the first day for proof of service, so we had to go back and asked for individual coupons for each day. The location was a little far from center of town, so walking there takes 30-45 minutes. It’s close to parks though, so good if you like nature. In conclusion, it’s an okay place to stay, but not someplace to rave about.

We were staying for the t**** time in this charming authentic hotel at the Dijk in Scheveningen. You are within a few hundred meters of the pier and the ****** but also in the shopping street. The tram is around the corner you bring to Den Haag or Delft. The hotel is not in a better location, because there is no continuous traffic for the door when you book the rooms with sea view. We chose a luxury room with sea view ( room 11). This is a spacious room on the first floor (there is no lift!) with front sea view. There is a room with more room where you have a bank next to a seat. If you want to have the absolute top, you can choose for luxury with whirlpool then you have an angle front sea view and a balcony on the side with side view. Breakfast is like before great and the reception top. We could lose the car in the parking lift and stood above this time so we could leave freely without help. This time we also dinned in the hotel ( menu with choice only for hotel guests). This was a very pleasant discovery!

Convenient, as the front desk staff is very friendly, and the efficiency is very high, the design of the rooms is also very special, breakfast is OK, the overall stay feels good, can recommend.

A coat hidden in the dryest shopping street of Den Haag. Nicely furnished spacious and clean apartment. Friendly staff and fun lobby with free coffee. The disadvantage of the Cove is that you don't want to get out of it anymore.

When I arrived at the hotel, I went to make the cash payment because I had no card because I had it stolen a few days ago and I was waiting for a new one with which I could only pay cash, explaining that I had only cash to pay, I was not able to pay for the card. They said q if I couldn't pay with card I had to go from the hotel, it was not easy to keep my baggage or leave it in my room until q at least I found a solution, I had to leave without having anyone known the Hague and being my first time in Netherlands, where he was for a job interview, the only person I knew, was outside The Hague traveling and until q hours later traveling through the city I could contact him and thus provide me a solution to pay my Reserve in this hotel, I couldn't occupy my room, this happened 6 hours after arrival in The Hague, about 17:00, on September 17, 2023. The worker who attended me at my arrival in this hotel was at 11:00am round the day 17/09/2023 and the deal was bad. I would also like to point out q even if you explain in the booking the payment by card , it appears at the end of the whole and with a small letter almost impossible to read , which I did not discover until I arrived at the hotel. I still had no empathy with my situation. The rest of the staff, love and very careful.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for more than one week. We had a very very pleasant stay . Spacious comfortable room and very clean bathroom. This hotel is located in the middle of the city centre . Ms Nese and Mr Ingo were in the reception desk when we checked in , they are very friendly and helpful. All the staffs were moved with us very friendly. We will go back again to this hotel. We can recommend this hotel . Mr & Mrs Bala / UK

Room (upgrade received as HHonors Diamond member) was very clean and spacious as was the hotel and corridors in general. Executive lounge has a nice terrace and offered a very good variety of food during happy hour. Breakfast buffet is rich and of very good quality. The breakfast room can be very busy but guests can also use additional seating in the adjacent bar, so this is not a problem. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk away from the Binnenhof. Overall one of the best Hilton hotels we have stayed so far.

Nice, small hotel in a quiet location about 10min to the promenade. Fine rooms over 4 floors, unfortunately without balcony but with super beds, nice staff. Parking in the street difficult, in the parking garage expensive. Breakfast is sufficient and good, towels are changed daily.
